I tried to book two tickets for Kolkata to Suri bus from online sbstc website. Date of travel 01 April 2022, time for bus: 17:00. Money was deducted but I didn't receive the tickets. No sms, no email. No transaction history in my sbstc account. So, please refund my money.

    I am booked a ticket from sbstc app from garia to futisanko, the bus service not available, I am harassing so much, what should I do for this situation?
    I want to refund my ticket amount, because the bus was canceled, please provide my balance, my ticket no P[protected], journey date 01/04/2022, seat number 24, please help me to get the ticket fare.

      The bus driver and conductor are together smoking in a running bus. The driver is not following traffic rules and also driving in footpath. The bus also didn't drop us to our booked location. The number of the bus is WB 39A 3046. Please take necessary steps against the driver and the conductor. The bus was traveling from DURGAPUR TO KOLKATA (ESPLANADE) TIMING WAS 4:00 P.M. DATE - 28/03/2022. If investigation was done of the driver at the time driving I think the driver would be found drunk too.

        Sir.
        With due respect I want to inform you that the buses on Digha -Dunlop route are breaking rules every Saturday when returning from Digha at noon time.The drivers are not stopping on stops and continues to drive recklessly on road.They are also not giving the halt on Kolaghat Dhyaba for benefit of passengers
        Public are agitated and they can take strong action.

            Address: Asansol

            I am travelling from Dauradanga to Asansol in a SBSTC bus, no. WB39B1023, date: 20/03/2022

            The bus conductor is charging fare for Aruar to Asansol that is Rs. 90, whereas I am travelling from Dauradanga to Asansol for which the fare is Rs. 82.

            I requested the conductor to make corrections in the ticket but he refused. Moreover, the bus is overcrowded, I had to stand till Durgapur and then got a seat.

            Please look into this matter.

                    Today, I was travelling from Haldia to Kolkata by a SBSTC bus from Haldia. That was the bus of 2 pm and the bus no. was WB 39B 9076. Near Uluberia another SBSTC bus ( no. WB 30A 4668) try to overtake us in a very dengerous way and our bus driver was also take that as a challenge. The result was minor damage to both the buses. We, the passengers of both the buses were so lucky not to get injured and there was a chance of major accident.
                    Now, I on behalf of all the passengers apeal to take serious steps against both the drivers, so that in future this type and also mejor accident can be avoided and also save the valuable Government property.

                      As the Bus is running at full speed still the door is open..and the passengers are standing infront of the door..after asking for close the door, conductor said it remains open..

                        Accident prone rash driving by driver of SBSTC BUS having no.3081, I board on Bus On dated 23/02/2022, I board from Burdwan at 6.20 am.After several request .The conductor did not allow any bio break till 10.30.
                        Called to Burdwan depot.They told, SBSTC bus having number 3081, has been given to franchisee. So they cant take complaint.

                          18th Feb 2022 today itself I am traveling from durgapur to burdwan with having a valid online ticket TIME 7 30 AM (@ durgapur) . I have availed my boarding from dvc durgapur. Which is not a valid boarding point . Is that enough to misbehaving with me ? Who have authorised him to do so ??? If that is not a valid bording point then they may not stop the bus but they can't misbehave . Next thing is why the bus stoped in various non bording points then ? I am very much upset whit the behaviour of conductor and driver as well .

                              The bus is being stopped at every stops or intervals to take passengers..
                              This is not done ... If the bookings are full then they shouldn't take any more passengers...
                              This has been a regular issue

                                I booked a ticket the website didn't give the ticket, no mail nothing nor message. The numbers for support were busy and when you click on the link for ticket it takes you to new booking after that I even whatsapped the number but no response. the amount was already deducted for me we were nervously waiting outside then we had to buy another ticket when the the whatsapped number sent the ticket but I already purchased and was asking for refund but they said it's not two are prior but prior to two hours he never gave me the ticket after asking for refund the person disappeared. We are travelling cause of emergency issues why harrass people and keep their hard earned money

                                  I booked a ticket on 13th from Durgapur to purulia via Asansol. Time 8:15 am
                                  But waiting for 1 hour at durgapur Sbstc bus stand and asking for status of the bus noone help from enquiry.
                                  So, I booked another ticket for purulia.
                                  Due lack of information and non co-operation from enquiry I was not able to utilise my hard earn money.
                                  Please look into this matter.

                                        Conductors are more interested in loading luggage and other things in for extra income and are least interested about the interest of the person's. They are least bothered about the covid protocols. Bus number wb39a3576 dated 29th january
