I had booked seat no. 8 in the 4.30pm Karunamoyee to Suri SBSTC bus. I boared the bus from Airport. I saw someone was sitting in my seat so I requested him to leave the seat. But he said that he was given the same seat from Karunamoyee ticket counter. So I urged the conductor to check this. But he informed me that the officer in-charge of Karunamoyee ticket counter has physically sold all tickets without checking those tickets were already sold in online. For this reason, I had to stand for the entire time not getting a seat. The conductor accused the server issue behind the whole instance. SBSTC server issue has become a regular thing which cause the customers to suffer the most. Moreover the condition of few buses are such worse that sometimes it bearks down middle to journey and passengers had to wait for hours to get the bus replaced. Lastly I want full refund with some

    Hi team,
    My name is Debraj Sil. I travel to Karunamoyee, Kolkata, from Burdwan 2 to 3 days a week by SBSTC bus. Most of the time, I preferred online booking using the SBSTC booking app. My booking profile is registered with the name Debraj Sil, email [protected]@gmai.com, and phone number [protected].
    Recently, a couple of bookings failed, but the amount was debited from my bank account. I share all the failed booking details below

      On 29.07.2023 I booked a SBSTC bus NON AC ticket from BURDWAN to KARUNAMOYEE from sbsctc Android App, Seat no- 13 and made online payment for bus ticket of Rs.100/- through my State Bank Debit card and payment done successfully. I have recieved successful transaction email and the amount is debited from my account. But ticket was not booked.
      So what should I do now? Please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below.

        Arambag to Digha bus (departs Arambag depot at 06:00am.) Is taking more than usual time during return trip, specially from Khirpai to Arambag as the bus delayed unnecessarily at khirpai Haldardighi stop as well as the bus stops at many local bus stops. Such incident is happening each and every day.

          Good morning sir/Ma'am
          busses from karunamoyee to Durgapur, Asansol are getting cancel suddenly
          The are showing available in the online official sbstc app
          Due to which we as a passenger facing difficulty in reachind our destination on time.
          So it's my humble request if you can stop these sudden cancellations and misguiding information from the app that is the availability of busse then it would be big help.

            15:00pm Karunamoyee to burdwan bus is'nt bus stop.But the counter zone sale ticket.after that 2 minutes left We enquiry for bus, the says the bus will leave from stand, and our ticket will expire...now what to we do???

              I booked a ticket on 22nd may for the bus Burdwan to Karunamoyee on 23rd may time 02:10 PM. although the ticket was not confirmed but the money was deducted.

                  I have booked a seat from Bankura to Karunamoyee by SBSTC AC for 8 May, 2023. The bus was scheduled to be departed from the Bankura depot at 5.15 a.m. I was waiting at the Satighat bridge (away approx 6 km from the depot) to board the bus from 5.15 a.m. But after waiting of embarrassing 1 hour there was no trace of bus and no one communicated me about its delay over telephone or message. At about 6.35 the bus came trotting at Satighat bridge and reached Karunamayee at 12.15 p.m which was excessively delay. I became very much disappointed.

                  I had an important meeting at Salt Lake but I reached the meeting after 1.5 hour. I have been rebuked by the higher authority for my negligence of duty and carelessness. And I think it will hamper my career promotion. under such circumstances I raise some questions:-

                  1. It is a long route bus. Is the bus properly checked? If not, then who is responsible?

                  2. If there was any reasonable ground for its excessive delay why the proper authority did not inform me as they had already my mobile number.

                  3. Who can compensate my valuable time of 1.5 hours? If my service promotion affects afterwards, who can rectify it?

                  4. Was I really negligent or careless?

                  If you think it was not my fault but it was yours, then I demand to refund the full amount along with a compensation of Rs 20000/- for my mental harassment, otherwise I have to proceed further legal action against you.

                    I am very disappointed from your behaviour sbstc today (9 May 2023) I was traveling from durgapur to jhalda . by your bus name karunamoyee -jhalda . And I was very disappointed by your bus contactor because he was asking me for my luggage 100 rs . And when I neglect his 100 rs query he harras me and said I will throw your luggage. Which was not fair . And it is not about the 100 rs it about my harrasment 😡😡

                      Today (29.04.23) ticket (seat no. 6) given for Karunamoyee, Kolkata to Midnapore for bus no. 7012. The counterperson had written in the Ticket "Allow to next bus 13:00 MDN for journey" and signed. I have paid full payment of Rs.110/ and I can't understood how they had given such a ticket but they assured that no problem shall occur and told me to go safely. But, after reaching to esplanade I found the bus haunted for 45 minutes and they issued a ticket for seat no. 6 to some other person and he forced to quit the seat with the help of other people. I am harrassed severely during the whole journey. I found the callousness of the conductor as well as the person in the booking counter of Karunamoyee as none of them informed at Esplanade counter that they have given a ticket (for seat no. 6) manually and not updated in the system.
                      I demand strict action should be taken for the concerned people so that they shall not perform such nuisances in future.

                        I tried to book a ticket from SBSTC official site on 21.04.2023 from Kolkata(Esplanade) to Arambagh for a journey date on 21.04.2023 time is 16:30 and Reference ID is : 34566466.
                        Money deducted Amount(Rs. 380) from the bank account of Axis bank during online payment but the ticket was not generated due to some error.
                        This happened from sbstc user account-SK ASLAM ALI, login [protected]@gmail.com.

                        I again tried booking the same and the second time booking was successful. So i request you to refund the money for unsuccessful booking immediately.
                        For reference I attached the bank statement and Reference Details.

                          I was travelling from Dharmatala to Burdwan by the bus no 9955 which departed from Dharmatala at 4:35 pm on 12/04/23.
                          First of all it took 3 hours to reach Burdwan Alisha depot and the conductor of that bus was so horribly rude and harassed me very badly. The bus didn't dropped me at the right stoppage inspite of repeated requested, the conductor also misbehaved with the other passengers who supported me and dropped me far far away from the said stoppage.
                          So this kind of activity(harassing a female passenger willingly, misbehavior, delay)is very much unexpected from SBSTC dept. I'm requesting to take immediate action against the conductor.

                              Myself is s roy chowdhury and i was travelling burdwan to kolkata with my family including a small kid. I was currying a bag with full of fragile items.so i took extra seat for keeping my bag.but the conductor was so rude and misbehaved with my wife.so this was something which can’t be tolerated, the issue was simple, conductor constantly arguing that we can’t keep my bag on the seat and he was very angry.His name is Arindam Majumder and the bus number was WB39B3868 and it was burdwan to karunamoyee bus and bus time was 2.10 pm.

                              Therefore I kindly requesting you take a necessary step against the conductor.

                                    I went to Lakhanpur bus (WB39A2080)(Ticket no-R14044) from Bankura On 05/04/2023 time-09:26 AM. The contactor was taking 50 taka without ticket. But because I did not agree, he deducted 71 taka.
                                    many times have I taken this bus of Daily Pasang, every day by forcing the contactor without ticket. Again there is no Lakhanpur stop or Pasanger lift. TUFAN HAZRA

                                      Complaint agaisnt bus conductor / operator namely Kashinath Bhattacharya to intimidation and using filthy language upon a female passenger dut to reach the venue at Badamtala from where the said bus suppose to be left at 5:30am,

                                        The vehicle no WB39A1335, Karunamoyee to asansol bus
                                        time 5:15
                                        The driver nd conductor claimed that the oil pipe is leaking. The bus stopped in the middle of nowhere without any bus stop nearby. This happened in two weeks in a row. So it seems like this is nothing new for the bus. People had to wait for hours in the middle of NH19 for hours to get the next bus.
