The sbstc bus going from Digha to Bugula which enters Ranihati by 2 pm, the bus almost does not stop at Ranihati bus stand, if the signal is green, then this signal is located behind the bus stand, first stoppage then after signal, if stoppage is first then the bus is bound to stop., if the signal is green then the bus doesn't stop often no matter how many passengers show their hands, like today 24/03/2023, today the signal was green we showed our hands to stop the bus but the bus didn't stop.

    I boarded Purulia bus today 20th March 2023 for going to Bankura scheduled to be started at 10.10AM from Durgapur station and bus reached bankura after 2 hour. While enquiring into the matter as to why bus running in snails pace giving stoppage in almost most of the stoppage and other local /super bus overtaking the bus, conductor rudely replied saying you may go anywhere to lodge complain. I said in the ticket it has been clearly written that time is precious and they value passengers' time but he said we have done correctly. My bus ticket noCD 23989607.Pl see the matter and ask conductor don't be so rudely to the passengers. and caution him not to make such behavior in future.

      Haldia - Kolkata chittaranjan bus at 5:00 A.M
      This is bus has late reached by 30 mins on a regular basis at Esplanade.
      Please look into this.

        I booked 2 tickets seat 1& 2 name of Sareef Islam on 24 February Bus timing 7.00 am Jamuria - Kolkata - Via Durgapur. Then I cancelled my ticket.My ticket no is - P[protected] and Cancel id is 333949 and Booking I'd is[protected]. I only gets refund of one seat amount is 112 on 27 February. When I gets the other ticket refund?

        Please let me know.

            The Lalpahari Express, Bankura to Kolkata Bus at 6 am has been discontinued with since few days. It is requested to restore the bus service to Kolkata at 6 am as before and if necessary, the Kolkata bus at 7.05 may be discontinued with in place of the 6 am service as the later is very much necessary for office goers... Kindly do take necessary action.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I am writing to request you to resume the bus service from Digha to Haldia in the evening. As a frequent traveler between these two cities, I am facing a lot of difficulties due to the unavailability of the evening bus service.

              I have been a regular passenger of the South Bengal State Transport Corporation (SBSTC) for many years, and I have always found your services to be reliable and efficient. However, since the suspension of the evening bus service from Digha to Haldia, I have been forced to travel by other means, which are not only inconvenient but also more expensive.

              The evening bus service was very convenient for me and many other passengers who travel between Digha and Haldia for work or personal reasons. With the resumption of the evening bus service, we would be able to save time and money, and also avoid the hassle of finding alternative transportation.

              Therefore, I request you to please consider resuming the bus service from Digha to Haldia in the evening. I assure you that there is a demand for this service, and it would be highly appreciated by the commuters.

                The bus I have boarded today with number 4866, esplanade to digha is supposed to take 4 hours to complete the route. But the bus didn't stop for a refreshment in kolaghat or anywhere else. Rather it started to pick local people and stopping anywhere to pick and drop the locals. Please check with your comtractor rules for long distance passengers. So that they treat us as human and not as cattles.

                  Conductor & Driver allowed passengers to travel after seats were filled up in E1 from Howrah Station. Many of seated passengers opposed the same but Conductor & Driver were very reluctant to ask the standing passengers to get down. Moreover the attitude of conductor was he has taken the correct decision.

                      Respected Sir, An online ticket has been taken in SBSTC bus from Durgapur bus stand to Purulia. Scheduled departure time was at 12:40 PM, Ticket no: TS3B55502250. The bus route was Kolkata to Purulia (Bagmundi). Ticket was for my old sister and seat number was 18. I was waiting in Durgapur bus stand since 12:20 pm .As the time passed, I asked many times to the person available at the SBSTC counter, but he did not give any update about the bus. Around 1:30 pm I found one SBSTC bus going sideways. I rushed to the bus and was immediately asked to stop. I found it was the same bus. When I asked why are you surpassing the bus stand he simply abused me and blamed me for taking online tickets through the SBSTC app. He was reacting in such a way that I committed a crime for taking an online ticket. I request you to take action against that conductor and warn the staff who are involved in this situation including that person who was available in the SBSTC counter who harassed an old lady for not giving proper information about the status of the bus. Driver and staff to be given strict instructions to follow the proper route of the bus . If at all changing the route they should inform the passengers.

                          To Whom It May Concern
                          Today I Travel from Esplanade to Bardhaman via your bus which leaves from Esplanade at 8:45 am
                          I booked 2 seats from Goibibo (6/7)
                          Due to some issue my partner didnt turn up.
                          But I didnt cancel the tickets
                          During the journey I asked a pass an get to sit and he missed the previous bus due to the drivers fault. But he politely refused
                          Seeing this the conductor came and gave the seat to someone else and charged money from him. Despite my protest he took the money and gave the seat. If he had given it from free I wouldn't have mind but here I paid for the seat and that dishonest man wearing extra from the same
                          This is not acceptable

                            Myself Sudip, on the day 1st feb'23 booked a ticket from asansol to karunamoyee with 8.35am at Asansol. When I took a ticket for rom counter I asked for the window sit, and counter person replied that i will get sit no 13 with window sit. But at Durgapur bus staff came to me and replied you're not eligible to get the window sit.
                            My request you to please stop this nonsense behaviour with passengers, if someone give a ticket from counter with some comments needs to check with the availablity.

Here my question is that why don't you people not implemented UPI facilities than harrassing a customer. I need a justice

                                      Sir, our office at Haldia starts at 9 am in morning and we used to reach in time by the bus at 6 am from Esplanade to Haldia which used to reach Haldia at 08:40 am. But for last few months this bus service was withdrawn and we are coming by the bus at 6:30 am from Esplanade and it is reaching at Haldia at 09.30 am because the bus takes a halt at Kolaghat for 15 to 20 minutes for breakfast of bus driver & conductor which can not be avoided with repeated request from all passengers.
                                      So please intervene the issue so that we can reach at Haldia Township by 9:00 am either the 1st bus for Haldia could started at 6:00 am in morning or the bus at 6:30 am can be converted to Non stop, specially without break at Kolaghat.
                                      The passengers like me are in great problem for the same issue.
