Myself residing at F. N- 201, Sarswati Homes, Ranjan Path, Gola Road, Danapur, Patna. My CA no is[protected]. I get energy bill of Rs 2346 for Oct month. Bill date is 09.11.2020 showing current meter reading 8602. Today on 13.11.2020, I checked the meter and found that my meter reading is showing only 8568. How come you find the energy meter reading 4 day before is 8602. You send the bill without cheking the meter reading. I am only using fan and refrigerator. My meter reading is running like a airplane. Why can you cheat and frustate customers by sending excessive bill. Kindly correct my bill within seven days and also check my meter which is too fast.

    Application no of new connection for energy meter is [protected], I belong from kaimur bhabua, bihar. I have completed online application for new connection at 21/10/2020, but sir I need electricity as fast but today is 13/11/2020 .To much time taken by the company to set meter on my home.

        Respected Sir,
        With due respect that I am filed complaint regarding cutting wire and stolen energy in front of my house on dated 23.09.2020 and file complaint SL no 1382 on dated 24.09.20 in the office of SBPDCL, Kumhrar, Patna. After forwarding letter send by Executive Engg to JEE Pather Ki Masjid Patna L/N no 1033 dated 13.10.20 no action taken by JEE and save the accused.
        Kindly look into this matter and strong action taken against him.

            Dear sir,

            Shocked my old meter due to your fault, 11000 watt power supply wire fallen our domestic line before a week. Your technical personnel visit our colony and found 3 houses/meter were fired. Your staff clicked my meter and assured to replaced new one. But after a week not the same, so kindly replaced my faulty meter for further inconvenient situations.

              My electric connection wire is sagging dangerously. Please look into this matter, before something unpleasant happen. I had already called 'junior engineer, Chhotki Delha' and supervisor 'Chandan', but I have got improper response and also unfriendly behaviour.
              At last I am filing this online complain.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    With due respect i would like to inform you that electricity meter(Meter no: S132972) has been installed in my premise in year 2016(tentative date 15.09.2016) thereafter it has neither got any issue/defect nor replaced, As we are not having much awareness about the electricity meter each and every year i am facing issue as assigned personnel who is taking reading on monthly basis is generating bill as meter defective(MD, A) and after 10-11 months showing ok(OK, N) and charging huge amount, i have complaint locally once however none has taken this into account and finally i paid the amount in 2019 again the same issue has been happened for the month of October 2020 the bill which has been given by the assigned personeel for October month is off Rs-158 however once i loggedin Suvidha app to pay amount i found the glitch and for the same month the bill has been generated of Rs 5930. which i am unable to pay i request you to take this into account at highest priority and take legal action against the concern person who is assigned to take reading and generate bills and resolve this ASAP, if its not getting resolved then i believe i will be bound to take this matter ahead legally as without meter having any defect i am getting the bill as meter defective and all of sudden without any complaint the meter is getting rectified and bill generated as meter OK.
                    I am attaching current month bill generated by assigned personnel of SBPDCL, and also the bill I fetched from the SBPDCL portal for the whole duration of Nov’19 to Oct’20 for your review.

                    once i called customer care at 1912 they explained me the above scenario why i am getting billed to high.

                    I just got a call from someone on sunday 6th December at that time i was outside i have requested to call them at specific time since then i am trying to reach the number i got call from and its switched off; requesting to let me know the next step as still i have not received any resolution..

                        I respected sir

                        I got the captioned bill by our regular meter reader, . I am surprised to see the bill amount of Rs.2240/- (pay by date 09.10.2020) and against my bill amount of Rs.4783/-(pay by date 04.11.2020) against my said CA number[protected]. An unexplained amount of Rs.1295.[protected] is appearing under the head "EXCESS DEMD CHG"and 20.10.2020 bill Excess DEMD CHG RS.1740.25/-. I request you to kindly look into my past 20 years bills of the said CA number since its Installation, it will become evident that it is not in much use. Only minimum energy & fixed charges are there.

                        Sir, I am regularly paying the monthly electricty charges before the due date and such you are requested to give top priority for the redressal of my case by issuing the genuine bill.

                          Dear Authorities
                          It is humble request to kindly ensure our family security and 1.5 mtr distance so that my house couldn’t touch with any positive wire and human life may not fall in danger in any form due to pole before shifting the pole
                          For your kind information I would like to inform you the pole is currently shifted in mid of road in safety measures that is ok. But May be some heavy vehicles can’t go which is common problem in many conjusted area’s (gali) of Anisabad Patna. Also I would inform you that the road area is 11 ft. And I humble request you kindly secure our family life
                          Some of staff suggested to use angle at my house wall but sir if angle and public wire both comes at my house than if any carbon come in rainy season which always we see from my home always sparking and wire burning in rainy season happen if those wire may cause after breaking in cause with higher voltage current flow who will care my family and take responsibility as I live out of Patna. Also I would like to inform every person wants luxurious life they think they have big Car/ XUV but sir human life is more important. Sir we can’t compromise with human safety.
                          if you think shifting of pole kindly measure safety and security and no one go in any problem shift the pole in west side 1.5 ft then 4.5 ft land will safe. Kindly ensure both side safety.

I am surprised to see the bill amount of Rs.2869/- (pay by date 28.10.2020) against my said CA number. An unexplained amount of Rs.2837.33 is appearing under the head "EXCESS DEMD CHG". I request you to kindly look into my past 3 years bills of the said CA number since its Installation, it will become evident that it is not in much use.                                   Sir I applied new Lt connection on 27 Sep 20 online through Suvidha app (Req no-[protected]). On 29 Sep a call received from bijli office Punpun (Masaurhi) for meter installation. Two person came with meter and bigin installing. They demand 500/-rupee for meter installation and saying he will give mannual receipt. I denied after confirmation from customer care Sbpdcl. They taken back meter and saying they will come in evening but did not come. After this no progress of my application from 29 Sep 20. Please look matter and give connection as earliest.

I want to ask you, why my electricity is disconnected? I have already paid the higher electricity bill. Nothing is pending. Still it is disconnected.
