No power supply at home due to short circuit inside meter box. We are not allowed to open meter box and fix by ourselves. So need your help at urgent basis

There is huge number of houses in my locality who are doing electricity theft i therefore request sbpdcl to have a look and a very strict survey on this matter. My neighbor has 3acs in his home and they are well equipped with all the high consuming electronic appliances in their home but when the billing is done it never even crosses rs.1000 in a month. To be faithful i am a local technician who use to visit houses in this area for correcting minor electrical bugs in homes. Recently i've visited this home.

Mere meter jo sarkar dwara lagaya gaya hai. Usmain unit jo hai wo jayada show kar rha hai ya to phir jo bill nikalne aaten hain wo galat nikalte hain. Ya meter sahi nhi dikha rha hai.
Kyonki hamare ghar main sirf do led light aur do fan usage hota hai to itne main kaise 98 unit one month main uth sakata hai
Pichle 5 month se aise hi aa rha hai to aap se nevedan hai ki aa isko puri janch karaye aapki aati kirpya hogi

Power cuts have become very common nowadays, during rainy season there are long hours of power cuts. Many a times power is out for continuously two days. The frequency of this mismanagement is quite high. I don't know why no solution is coming up after so much complains.

The electricity in the area of hulasganj doesn't remain constant. It always comes and go in a flick. The frequency of coming and going is very high like more than 50 times a day, it's really annoying and my laptop charger has gone bad due to it so it's causing damages also. The electricity comes and goes in less than 2-3 secs many times and this is a daily habit. I am having problem attending my classes due to it so my education is also being hampered. My exams are also coming near that's why please look into the problem asap so that the condition and your service is good and it doesn't cause any damages further. Really looking to get it resolved asap.

This is regarding my electricity bill#. We have paid inr 6000 approx to get a new connection in the hard times of the lockdown. We were advised, the payment included meter and other charges. But now we see the meter/security charges still added in the bill. Is this what i expect from my service provider? I was advised to follow the instruction of pawan as instructed by the jee. And now when i tried to make him aware of what happened behind his back, he refused and questioned who is pawan? Contradicting this, pawan said that he jee knows him well, since he works in the same branch. I wonder if they are trying to hide what they have already done together.in the online complain it was advised to contact the jee, hence i tried to contact, and in return he disconnected my call after knowing the issue. Later again in a conversation (Later), he said why did i pay them money without a receipt. Really? You were the one who advised me to talk to pawan when i was trying to apply. Does that mean this is an alternate business you guys have. Is this guy (Pawan) listed/approved to work there, or he is just to fool people around and hide in case of complaints? I even tried to warn them with a complaint, it appeared like the guy was backed and it did not scare him. I really have a bad feeling about this and expect someone in authority to get this sorted. I regret to have chosen you guys as a service-provider. I wonder if this is still happening, it may lead to disasters sometimes. It may not affect me very bad, but this may cause sever damage to your reputation. If still the issue is not clear, i can be contacted @ [protected].

Today 4th august there is power cut since 8 am without any notice from the electricity board and it is very tough in these climatic conditions to maintain patient.

Sir their is electricity theft near by from my location, sir this person use to hang external wire to use electricity without any charge, this person hang external wire in between 10pm night to 5am morning and because of this their is so low voltage in my location, because of like these people electricity board is under loss

There is electricity problem since 2 week in my area. There is no resolution.

We are doing job at home, if the problem will happen like this definitely i will loose my job. Several family facing this problem due to unavailablity of water or without electricity.

Government said stay at home, how will stay at home without electricity.

My previous reading ( bill date[protected] was 204 unit, which I paid on 26-06-20.Presentally meter showing 230 unit but I received bill of 300 unit that's 70 unit more than actual.please do needful.

For the last 20 hours, there is no electricity in my village - sanda dihri, which is located in amba, aurangabad. The power connection is from jamua grid. Kindly fix the issue as soon as possible.

Please change the transformer. Because only 65kw transformer. And very old, 40 year back change. We need about 200kw transformer..

What the hell wrong with #sbpdcl they give me a heart attack. My monthly electricity bill is 400-500 per month. For this month of june, they have sent me a bill of 9673/- i'm really shocked. They billed me for the 1844 unit this month. My monthly unit history says below. They have gone mad and when i contacted the electricity dept they are very irresponsible and arrogant they are not bothered to help me. Instead of helping me, they said you have to pay the bill they talk so rudely. They don't how to talk. This 9673/- bill seems for the factory. I do not use acs at my house.in my relative, they are using 2-3 ac's still they are getting charge[protected]/- per month. I do not use a single ac still my bill shows 9673/- this is completely messed. I'm a middle-class person i cannot afford a 10000/- electricity bill. Plz help

Sub - incorrect bill including heavy penalty charge.

Sir,

I am the consumer of sbpdcl after lockdown my bijli bill is 17055 rupees. Sir out of these 8269.80 paisa charged me as a penalty sir my energy load is 1 kw in 1 month and metre reading will take place after 3 month that means my energy load is 3kw but in bill mysel[censored]sed energy that is only 2.86 kw than how sbpdcl charged me penalty.
Sir, no one can help me including customer care service also so lastly i request to you please help me sir remove the penalty charge to my bill and help me to correct the bill so that from the last of this month myself paid my bijli bill.
