We are in 2020, but the problem remain same, still having high and rapid fluctuations in voltage, one of my stabilisers got burned due to this problem.
In evening time we face a lot of difficulties due to low/rapid changes in voltage.
We can’t even use our tv, ac, fridge and even the light bulbs, don’t know where to go for the solution? It has been 1 year properly when i last complaint and did not receive any help.

Electric city bill month : march 2020

Last bill number:[protected]

Our house in villa - sundaritand (Jhajha).
We all family stayed out of state. We are visited own house quarterly for 10-15 days only.
Our monthly average bill is : when we are at home - 12-15 unit.
: when door close for month - 4 unit.
But company (Sbpdcl) send me bill : sep19 - 43 unit (Md, a)
Oct19- 55 unit (Md, a)
There after i visit office and complain the issues. They told me bill adjested for next bill.
Then i paid rs.818.00

But company send me again wrong bill : dec19- 48 unit (Md, a)
:apr20- 35 unit (Lk, a)
They cant adjusted any bill.

Please help me sir... What i do!

This is a matter of great concern that our locality is severely getting affected by frequent power cuts in present times. Because of all this, very tragic effects can be noticed on the health, mental stability and study habits in our children. every family member in the family is facing problem. Aged are unable to get the rest and relaxation they require. I am a working woman who requires proper sleep at night and due to frequent power cuts and voltage fluctuations i am unable to sleep properly. Early in the morning i need to get up and start working. This is creating lot of problems especially during night hours. This is not the condition at every place apart from what i have seen here. This is deteriorating my health conditions. The conditions are undescribable. i thank you in anticipation and expect the condition to improve as soon as possible.

With respect, i want to say u that i affix my meter but my electricity bill is coming fixable not according to meter. I complained many times to electric office but there is no action on my complain.
So i request u send my electric bill according to my meter. Due to delaying in work, i would suffer from many ecomic suffers. Therfore i request u to please attention to my problem

My consumer no is [protected]. Name md sultana. Division - bihta. My april bill is inr 364.in april bill previous meter reading is 4143 and current reading is also 4143. So difference is 0 (Zero) but it denotes 28 unit and i paid the bill 364.
Next month may bill reading is 4143 and current reading is 4310 so difference is 167 unit. May bill denotes 167 unit but my april month 28 unit bill didn't discount in may bill. Please discount my 28 unit bill.

And my neater has been installed but wire cut by villager and theft my wire many time. I complaint to two times to lakhisarai jee but not got any response after that write to you.

Sir, there is lot of machines for making agarbatti sticks who don't have electricity connection and even don't have their registration. There is also lot of paultry farm running here. So i request to the concern authority to take necessary action against such issues as soon as possible because there is more chances of failure of transformers due to heavy load.

Due to which i have submitted a complaint to resolve the problem. On 13th of january 2020 my electricity meter has been replaced by one of your representative.
Now, when i am trying to pay my electricity bill through online mode, it is displaying very high amount. Please correct it at the earliest and for that i will be very thankful to you.

This company is very bad first we r paying monthly..200 after sometimes 2years.. He a local staff of office came and i am from electric dept.. And measures the reading of metre.. Whater i have paid the bill the he again update from first to last all metre charges and now i my bill goes 2000 per month... I want to inform that how farmers will be able to pay thatone. Bills.. If he is not able to reform thatone then i report to c. M complaint directly.. Other wise please contact me and solve my previous problem and install new metre if reading fails... If you have no money then close the company and take bowl to each staff and sits in front of road whre people r going..and pray for moneyy..

I have to say that in starting i was paying the bill of 210 rs per month.. But after sometimes a person came for metre reading and again he give me regarding 799 kwh in months. Which is unbelievable.. Now my bill goes 2000 per months but i am using only five light in night only and 1 fan sometimes in march to july.. So i humbly request you to please check and clear that matter. Because i belong to village family and i have not enough much amount to pay more than 350 to 400. I request you to please install the metre infront of gate whatever you can easily measures the monthly bill amount and sent it in each houses either the person who is unable to pay the bill after 3 months of given time interval you will have to disconnet the power. ...when he will be paid the bill then a your staff reach there and reconnection the power after paying reconnection charges 200 or 400 which you want ...then you are able to reform the people which is in villages or towns. ..
