    Sir the connection mentioned above is located in purani police line near mahila thana ara on ara buxar main road. My parents house located in between shobha/ara buxar road 2 nd builtuphouse from both ways, the electrical connection is taken from ara buxar road pole line which is just opposite to the residential area, now the wire is routed on a bamboo and again from there to my roof top, being ara one of busiest junction there are always chores of getting wire getting pulled down also above all due to natural calamities like thunder shower and etc, my parents ages are 76 -74 yrs and staying with tenants, myself being in defence is unavailable to the help off getting wire re paired now and than, my younger brother too is abroad, father is suffering from spondylosis unable to even walk for few steps. Coming to my request i[censored] all can provide 2 cemented poles one from main road towards opposite side and another towards a 14 feet registered gali this problem would will be resolved forever. He isavery boanfide consumer from a long time also a aged person. May i also be informed if anything else, this being the bare minimum civil facility any citizen should be given, if suggested will take up to the defence challange but till now have been waiting with hope of getting this type of problems resolved, the way electricity services in bihar has improved, ca no[protected] against my mother name smt raj kumari devi

    Why there is no movement on this complain, yesterday only the wire got broken in Midnight, just think how a 75 yrs aged parents managed overnight and morning again with a new bamboo got it rectified paying a hefty amount, if the installation is chargeable also pl do it, I will make the payment to come out of this horrifying routine affairs

      I am sumit kr. Singh from new court area, near jakhraj asthan lakhisarai (Pin - 811311).in our muhalla we are continuously facing voltage fluctuating problem. This is why our electronic equipments are getting damaged.
      It seems that our transformer is not working properly. We all residents of muhalla are facing various prblms.
      Kindly fix it as soon as possible.

      I am Mala SRIVASTAVA from East Indira Nagar road no.2 BIDCO COLONY Kankarbagh patna bihar pin 800020 .in our muhalla we are continuously facing voltage fluctuating problem. This is why our electronic equipments are getting damaged.
      It seems that our transformer is not working properly. We all residents of muhalla are facing various prblms. I want to re inform you that cabled wire has been already done in our area new electric poles has been installed since 2018. But from December 2018 to till date, it's not been connected with our transformer.
      Kindly fix it as soon as possible and start electricity in new cabled wire.

        There is not much enough power from our local transformer from at least 7 days which is located at tilaya, bigha, hisua, nawada, bihar. Electric appliances are not able to work properly due to lack of voltage and surges, we are facing issue related to power and water supply due to lack of power distribution and voltage fluctuations from the transformer, so i kindly request the authorities to take a closer look to this problem.

              Sir, a transformer is being placed on the road besides my personal land and half of the transformer is on my personal land, this is being done to satisfy personal greed and the placement of transformer will eventually lead to problem in transportation as the road is very narrow and will lead to road mishappening and is also taking up my personal land and will interrupt in housing on that land, there is already a space alloted for placement of transformer but is being shifted on the road side close to my personal land which is

              So i request you to take a note on this matter as this a harm to the government organisation, personal space, transportation, and the people of that region

My application dated 19 mar 2018 for diconnecting electric meter already submitted to sbpdcl, kahalgaon but there is action taken by the kahalgaon office, in view of above please instruct to concerned office to disconnect consumer id. Sir i am servng with border roads organsation (Gref) at arunachal pradesh pasighat far from my natve place. Sir there is no any family member resiging at above mentioned village w. E. F 18 mar 2018. So please do the needful action at your end

                    My electricity bill is issued by meter reader is not correct, and i have been complaints about its on 26 february 2019 & mr rajiv ranjan (Asst it manager karbigahiya) is told me that in a week it's will be correct and upload on the site.
                    As my current reading on meter is 9745 on that date (26/02/2019) & it's will be verified by (Je nirala jee ashok nagar) but in the electricity bill it's shown the reading of 10105 in the bill of november 2018.
                    So please correct my bill, i have already escalates about this & given the handwritten complaints (Complaints number 169), please help me to correct my bill.

                      I am bhagwat prasad, resident of vill. Deoria, p. O. - manjra, panchayt - bara, p. S. - ben, district - nalanda feeder - rajgir consumer no. [protected]. From the time of 1st billing to till now no any electricity bill produced to me is correct as per consumption. We resides in that house approx 2-3 day per quarter, last month i stay there only 4-5 hr but bill remains 384. How the person generate the bill without taking proper reading. As per consumption only minimum connection charges is applicable to me. You can get reading from beginning to till date and comparison with bill amount. You get realized that how much you cheat the people. So please verify the bill and take the action against the billing person, if no any action or correction of my previous and future bill will be taken than i have only option either go with consumer forum or got disconnected the electricity connection.

                        I have given an application for installation of new fresh connection & meter at my newly purchased house at vill - marcha (Near brahm sthan tempo stand)
                        Post - marchi, thana - bypass thana, patna city, district - patna. But the officials has reported due in my name and refused to provide me a new connection. I told the officials of sbpdcl that as i am not your subscriber till date then how dues is possible in my name. And i have never before applied for a connection anywhere in bihar as well as in india for power consumption in any power distribution company.

                              Respected sir, i am akhilesh kumar singh (A serving defence person) having ca no.[protected] & consumer id ar2/3905991/w-7678 resident of road no. 5, awadh puri, paschimi pakri, ara, bihar 802301. Your office has erroneously erected an electric pole near to my house boundary wall where a nali is also existing. The pole must be on the other side of nali as per rule. Pole near nali is causing seepage in the boundary wall and is contrary to the existing rules. Please shift the pole to other side of the road. Thanks and regards.

                                    I am nagendra kumar singh, age-63, address: bahgmajhwan, koilwar, ara.
                                    Consumer no: [protected], i had complained on 30’ jan and 31’jan 2019 for 11000 tension wire was sparking and catching fire in my green mangoes trees. It is garden of 100 trees and wire was touching in 6 trees. This issue i have been facing since three years and i submitted complaint for the same many times. Initially they closed my complain without resolution three times and after long discussion and repeat complain they agreed to visit the site on 3’rd feb and came mr amit kumar (Je) and jitendra singh (Local electrician) with 20 local villagers and misbehaved and abused me a lot and cut my green trees forcefully without my permission and any authority. He provoked villagers to beat me and snatched my child‘s mobile when he was trying to capture image of this incident. I am senior citizen and with me four lady was very scared, so i couldn't stop them and speak much. It was sunday and my sons awaited je till 2 pm but he came with villagers at 4pm as they gone, with intension of dispute.
                                    My complaints are closed with false reason, and when i following up with je and sdo, they are saying contractor has been escaped and we can’t provide any dead line for it and fix it. Please take necessary action against je – amit kumar and provide me solution asap.

                                      Our tranformer is situated at-nizamuddinpur near birla gold cement godown, kako road jehanabad east. We have been suffering from voltage fluctuation from 2 months. We requested je east, lineman executive engineer for this problem. But they could not solve it. They said that this is your problem not mine. We can not run our electrical appliances fearlessly. Our submurcible moter, tv, fridge, fan have burnt from fluctuattion of voltage. Je of jehanabad east, executive engineer and lineman are careless about our problem.

                                        I am anant bhushan pathak my consumer no [protected] belongs with bpl family my electrcity bill generated rs 37556, my electricity meter jumped from sep 2017 when i have complaint my meter has been changed but bill not corrected now the staff of masaurhi sub division demanded old meter, sir old meter already deposited to department why can i give the old meter, so please solve my problem
