    Request you to kindly ensure that electrical poles being erected are done so at a safe distance which is not hazardous.

        I am a domestic consumer in flat no -201, ss enclave apartment ashiyana digha road in patna.. My ca number is[protected]. I had regularly paid the electricity bill till 17/12/2018. My last bill[ dated 4/12/2018 ] was of rs 734 only and i paid the bill rs 728 on 17/12/2018.. I have no previous any dues. From dec 18 to till 31 th january 19 my flat is locked, and. No any enery was consumed by me. But on 21/1/2018 bill of rs 7043 raised for 2019/01. I can't understand this false bill.
        So kindly look into the matter urgently.

            Good afternoon,
            Glad to say the service of electric is now better sbdc.
            Its related to south bihar distribution ltd and for account no[protected] for mr ganesh singh.
            Till the last month bill was paid timely in last year parent was not there then also i have
            Managed to pay bills timely.
            But the bill of month of december 2018 came of rs 2434.
            The query is in month how it come this amount, which was not before in past.
            My old age had visited jamalpur electricity office but officer is not available all the time.
            Please advise to whom customer has to approach. If chairperson is not available then
            Who will be resolving the problem.
            Reference complain is awaited to your desk, please find the attachment herewith. Request to see such repetitive problem and resolve asap from your desk.

                Recently i have got a bill of amount almost 17000 rupees though i have been paying the bills regularly but suddenly this huge amount of bill seen by me on sbpdcl site

                I don't know how this huge amount bill came but i am visiting nawada (Bihar) sbpdcl office regularly but nobody is helping me in solution, all staffs are just making me desperate by telling go that room go that room. I have submitted bill correction application. But still i haven't got any kind o[censored]pdate regarding this. Please help me in this error from your sbpdcl staffs.. Correct my bill so i can pay again.

                  I was making payment on 17 january 2019 for my electricity bill of ca number:[protected], while making the final payment amount was deducted and shown error and bill was not paid. I made another payment and paid the bill for same ca number. I used icici bank for this transaction. This has happened before too.

                  I want to request my refund of my amount of 1004/- rs. Please reply as soon as possible

                  Yesterday I got another SMS and email for the receipt of failed payment, Money Receipt No:SBBD[protected] and Transaction ID : SB[protected] stating that my payment is successful. How can it be happened that I paid twice for the same CA number:[protected].

                  But When I check online bill view on SBPDCL website, it shows this Money Receipt No:SBBD[protected] and Transaction ID : SB[protected] for the same CA number. So it means other receipt is fake or overpaid for the same bill. I want my refund for paying twice for the one bill. I request you to resolve this matter as soon as possible and get my refund process in my account.

                      Wrt ca no[protected] i want to say that i had applied on (Dated[protected], ref no kgl[protected]m0115) to lower my 5kw connection to 3kw and also sbmitted non energy charge of rs 207. I was told by concerned staff that my work will be done within 5 to 7 days and in coming electricity bill i will be charged for 3kw. I again on 8 th december 2018 went to khagaul office and i was again told that my work will be done within 2 days. And till date my work has not been done on[protected] i got the electricity bill in which cd is mentioned as 5kw and arrears of rs 228.68 energy dues is mentioned where as last electricity bill of rs 1489 has been paid also shown on new electricity bill.
                      So i pray for lower 5 kw connection to 3kw with scheduled procedure soon and also make corrections in new electricity bill dated[protected] so that may my bill before due date[protected].

                          The company from last year is charging nearly rs. 185 extra everymonth in the name of excess demand charge.
                          Its been years since the electronic meter has been installed but now a days the company bill dispalys excess demand charge even after consuming just 50-60 units per month. To it reached its height when they have charges rs. 186 extra for consuming just 27 units in 28 days.
                          This is too much now. You guys seriously need to look in this matter and find a proper solution for this as you have charged me more than 20000 rupees extra till now.

                            BPL electricity connections have been started in the name of my grandfather Jayaram Singh from 3 years ago, while they have already passed 10 years.Whose consumer number is[protected], [protected]. We did not take this connection.
                            The connection we are using is in the name of Nirmala Devi of my mother, whose consumer number is [protected].
                            I and my family did not know anything about grandfather connection and it was never used.A month ago I was billed to my grandfather's name, so I applied to the Warisliganj Power office to get it shut down but it has not been closed yet.The concerned officer is asking me to deposit the bill. While I am submitting a bill for my connection to the name of my mother, Then why should I give two bills in one connection?
                            So please help me and stop the unnecessary connection to my grandfather's name.

[protected] of sbpdcl in gaya district, not getting any bill receipt from august and despite of regular office visit it is not getting resolved, the latest bill which i got was in august and it shows an amount which was 6-7 times of my regular bill we have paid a regular amount in advance but we are waiting for the original bill which is taking a way long

                                We shobha kumari & karuna kumari applied for new power connection of 3 kwh each on dt 7th dec'18 at your rajendra nagar office. I in person repeatedly visited your rajendra nagar office and after my repeated request they install two energy meters on dt 11th dec but they connected it faulty because they do not have stair to connect new cable from pole. I am a senior citizen having kidney transplant. I may not suppose to move. I am not residing here because of medical care.
                                We will not responsible for any mishappening in future due to wrong connection with a request to do the needful at the earliest

                                  Wrong amount is given in bill. Because of typing of wrong reading number in machine of the vendor.. Instead of 21he typed 24. Because your wotker was using phone on duty time and due to his irresponsibility we are facing problem. Because our average bill amount is 2, 300.. But this time due to mistake of your worker it has changed to 24000.

But after installation of new metre surprisingly bill amount and reading also increased as the load and use is as same as earlier.                                       This cannot be correct as the bills have been paid regularly and no way have been consumed so much that its cost 50 k suddenly.
