My account no[protected] and my residence is flat no 2b maa sakambari complex, chowk, patna city. I am a bank employee. Now i have been transferred to bangalore three months back and my flat is closed. I was paying minimum amount with meter rent regularly. But in current month bill you have fixed average bill for my closed flat unilaterally which is injustice. Please correct my bill and oblige me.

    Meter has been not changed from march 18 to till 06 october 18

    Payment for changing of meter was already paid in mar 18

    Electric bill hasn't accepted in september by your staff just giving explain to customer plz deposit ur bill after changing your metter

    I have last amount and final amount of rs 750 paid in month of august that after between two month have received my bill up to 5300 rupees in oct 18 plz check urgently

Your department has installed piller in our village for installation of transformer but no transformer has been installed till today 05/10/2018.         Dear sir,

        As per subject i want to say that i am consumer of fatuha division and my consumer number is[protected] and consumer name is heera sinha. Village village baikatpur. Sir i am very frustrated regarding electricity bill. My bill is generating every month but not unit price only meter base rate. Sir my father is not able to visit division every day. Sir at saturday i visited division office fauha then did not good response from je mr. Amit kumar. And he told me mere pass din bhar me 400 call aayega to 400 uthane ke liye nhi baithe hai. Sir then i visit consumer counter then he told me your bill not generated from last 8 to 9 month. You can contact with mr. Parveen kumar, he is superviser of khushrupur and baikatpur who will solve related problem but still didnot good response, he told me i will check then confirm you, after this i visited eee supply fatuha office but eee sir not at chair till 11:45 am. I have some photo which is attached. Sir then i wait for aee sir and his name is mr. Dhananjay kumar. Till 11:45 am he also not at table. At last after waiting i meet with aee then i told him all problem then he told me due to your address wrong this is happening and your bill will be generated till 5 to 6 oct 2018. Sir i want to say that who is faulty for same. How can i manage electricity if officer not able to support me. Je mr. Amit je also misbehaving.
        Sir at saturday i called je amit je and told him sir fault occurring at my transformer so pls do for needfull and his statement is aa jayega 3 se 4 ganta me... Abhi mistri khana kha rha h. Sir how can i believe on electricity. Sir please take a needful action for same.

            In vill-pakri, mandil, jehanabad, 804417. We are facing irregular and low voltage problem from last 6 years. Here almost 350 family are residing and we face severe problem, sometimes power has gone for almost 5 or more days. Above 75% house has meter and pay their bill timely. Electric wire has been removed daily from our nearest another village through which wire come to my village. The wire is also too weak and we have only one transformer. Please improve the condition of our village. We want regular and good voltage supply of electricity.

              There is no electricity in lakshmi kuteer, just in opposite road of st karen's school, punaichak.
              Please solve issue as soon as possible. This is from early morning. I called electricity office. They made a story that person is working on it and will be ok soon.in evening on same day their no is always busy and one time rang but did not pick up the phone. I feel miserable now as i donot know whom to contact.

                I am a prepaid cutomber. My consumer no. Is[protected] and address is qtr no. 03 spm lohianagar post office kankarbagh patna. I tried to recharge my prepaid meter several times on 22.08.2018 but every time after deduction of money from my sbi account, it showed error on the system.in this process a sum of rs.900 was deducted and till now no amount is refunded to me. So kindly look into the matter for early settlement of the same.

                  I already complaint to india power for fast meter reading by written & verbal, and they visited but didn't give proper answer & neither they solve the issue. Even we pay 100 rupees for complaint charges, i would like request you to please check my meter as it is running very fast or jumping.
                  You can physically check the usage of my current household items.

                  We are using :
                  1. 05 fan.
                  2. 08 9w led bulb
                  3. 01 desert cooler
                  4. 01 masala grinder
                  5. 01 oven (Occasionally use)
                  6. 01 submersible water motor
                  7. 01 electrical iron

                  In the month of june 18 to sep 18 is have suddenly jumped to 14242/= even we paid 1238/= and 4402/= pay to india power for the month of may 2018.

                  Pl register complain about this and would like to ask for inspection for the same asap.

                            My ca no.[protected] has been disconnected by the sbpdcl jehanbad purvi without any prior notice. My vidyut meter is also removed by the deptt. Without noting last consumed unit. Now the deptt. Has fined very big amt. My load is 2kw and monthly bill comes around 250 to 400 unit average monthly. As i am in dipression due to disconnectio of electric and passing the life without water and electricity with family. I therefore request you to kindly solve my problem as early possible. My mob.                                     My consumer no. Is [protected] and consumer name is tofik khan. I have been charged an amount of rs. 2691/- for bill due date 04/07/18 to 03/08/18.
                                    My family lives at gaya bihar and almost in all month my house near about vacant and door were locked. Only in the monthof may and june we stayed for few days at my house for which consumer no. Is mentioned.
                                    So how can it is possible to get meter reading even when door is locked and also giving incorrect meter reading in the bill.
                                    Kindly look into the meter and provide me correct bill amount so that i could pay it on due time.

The electric pole which have been installed at my plot of land may kindly shift to the street/gali where i am going to construct house. At the time of installation of electric pole i was not there and some dabangs of village installed the pole at my own land which is khatihani land and after distribution of land among our brothers it has fallen down under my plot

                                        This is matter of abusing language by one of your executive of gaya district (Karim ganj) at midnight (01/09/2018). I was called yesterday midnight about not getting power supply in my area. The contact number which i called is [protected] then the executive abusing me and said this is not a india power office, and after abusing he disconnect the call.

                                        Sir, i ask you why should people will call your customer executive, just because to solve our problem. But there is no common sense that how to talk with anyone. Sir, in sbpdcl website the mobile nuber has been given which i called.

                                        Sir, kindly take necessay action regarding these executive.
