Sir,
1.in our vrindavan apartment phase-i, there is lot of voltage fluctuation even in off peak time. Please check this and rectify it as it is affecting our electrical system and air conditioner are not working or even get damages.
Please do look into it and rectify the earthing system if required.

2, street led light installed in front of our apartment but of no use as it is not working after few months of installation. Please check it and rectify,
Hope to resolve the issue as there are 64 residents who are paying to sbpdcl and their worry must be taken care.

    Dear sbpdc, as responsible citizen and consumer of your board i'm complaining you that i have strong doubt that, there is a house in my area and people of this house using two kind of illegal electricity connection. So this is my request to you to plz have a casual raid or inspection in this area.

      My regular power billing is maximum upto rs.500 per month. I don't use any heavy equipments like tv, freez, ac, washing machine etc. This time the bill charge is rs. 53284 for 6251 units while since last eleven months i have never used more than 74 units. This is unbelievable. There is wrong meter reading has been taken by the concerned person, last month reading on 8/4/2019 is 3776 and on 8/5/2019 its showing 3834 i. E. Only 58 units consumed in last month while i havebeen charged for 6251unit consumption. May i pray you to please correct the bill immediately.
      The earliest correction is requested.

        I am a customer of south bihar power distribution company.

        They have generated a bill amount of 699576.96 rupees for a small house.
        When we went for clearification on this issue to office, they are asking for bribe of 25000 from us.
        Please help in that.
        I already registered complain online to their portal but they are not resolving it.

          I have been applied for electricity in month of december 2018 but still in till month the connection of electricity is not provide after my regular verbal complain but on 6 may 2019 the electricity bill given of rupees 848.33 after that i have visited the electricity office but the officer were very rude, the distance between electricity office and godown is 20 meter only.

            Dear sir,

            This is to inform you that i had provided electric connection in the year 1997 on the name smt kunti devi, village - kaler, near dak baba, chandauti, gaya bihar and note that i have regularly paid electric bill against ca no [protected]. At the time of taking connection, i had paid estimated amount of electric wire and pole but till date i am using loose connection which is very dangerous for animals and men.

            I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and provide permanent electric connection with pole to me as i am regular customer since 1997.

            An early action as reply on priority please.

                          I am concerned and worried about the fact that the distributor don't distribute the electricity bill on time and we receive bill later than the due date. And even after submitting the amount on time the bill still has ambiguity in the billing.
                          There is no one in my house who can run corner to corner for this and this is a shame that the people don't understand their responsibility.

                          I request the officials to please look into this and offer help.

                            I, kritya nand mishra state that i stay at my village approximately for one to one and half months. Kindly see my previous bills. Usually the average bill is of rs.223/- a month. I pay my electricity bills regularly then also i am surprised to know that the bill of average consumption for the rs.223/- has been charged in addition to electricity bill of my metre.

                            I am an ex-defence personal. Instead of being co operative from your department and i am still facing so many challenges of receiving the unjustified electricity bill.

                            One of our neighbor mr, anirudh mishra stays often in the same village and consume the electricity. Still their/his bill amount is of approx.. Rs.100/- per month

                            This is humble request that kindly reconcile everything and send us the justified and similar bill and or of actual consumption.

                              My consumer id is[protected]. Regularly i am not receiving the bill. After making call i became able to receive bill. But now it is also become inificient. One week ago i told your representative that my meter reading is 177 so please gave me bill so that it may be deposited. But till date i have not received the same. Kindly look into the matter please.
                              One more thing, i want to shift meter outside of my building. Kindly do the same and oblige.

                                Dear sir/madam, i am informing you that my electric meter has got damaged because of high voltage or fluctuating power supply. my C.A NO IS[protected].
                                I am requesting you to replace the electric meter as soon as possible.on 31 march 2019 around 1 a.m electric meter got damaged. it does not showing any reading. before that in our area from around one week there was huge fluctuation in voltage . electric bulb, laptop charger also get affected . replace my electric meter so that proper reading of elctrical energy coud be taken.

                                    Sir my consumer i. D. Is[protected]. I am a consumer of sbpdcl. I was requested for changing the meter as on 24/01/2019 because the meter was not work properly. Subsequently the new meter was installed by the office as on 11/02/2019 but the verification of new meter has not been done by the office till date so that the meter reader has not read the meter because the new meter number has not displaying in the system so meter reading is not completed at this time. I have requested many times to the field j. E. Didar ganj patna sri birendra but he has not responding to me till date. So kindly look into the matter and please allow to verify the new meter immediately so that i can pay the dues of energy charges and inform me accordingly.

                                    Sir I registered a complain against SBPDCL in the matter of verification of New Meter as on 30/03/2019 but only the above complain has been notified by SBPDCL. After five days no any action has been taken. So please look into the matter and to take action immediately and inform me accordingly. MY Consumer I.D.is[protected].
                                    I am from ruler area of ara, from last 1year i am not getting my electricity bill.Dont know why.
                                    My meter is not in working condition, I complained many times but no response from officials.
                                    My mobile which is registered is not correct, my number is-[protected].

                                      It is stated that I had earlier lodged complaint through customer care for correction in excess meter reading of CA No.[protected] and meter No.S1341403 in respect of Shri Deepak Kumar, residence of vill+ Po-Tilothu, Dist-Rohtas for the month of Jan, Feb and Mar 2019 and the complaint has been resolved. But, they have again sent excess meter reading bill for the month of Apr 2019 and it is mentioned in bill that door was locked while meter is installed outside the door, thus, there is no question of door is locked. This is not first time for door was locked found in bill, earlier, I have found number times for this. Sir, please do the needful action.

                                        This is the third time such type o[censored]nexpected excess billing. On 8 feb meter reading was 108.. I got the bill from 8 feb to 11 march but in bill difference of meter reading 0... Ghosit unit 166... Why??? On 16 march my meter reading was 223 i. E diffrence from 8 feb to 16 march 115 units... I got excees bill always may be sbpdc team play dirty game.. This is third time i caught him for incorrect meter reading.. They generate the bill from 8 feb to 11 march for 166 units... But when i checked feom 8 feb to 16 march 105 units this is unbelievable. May i pray you to correct the bill immediately... I complained on 16 march but they closed without correction my query my bill no[protected]

                                        they called me by unknown no but they didnot solve my query...i went to office with actual meter reading...and warned him for incorrect meter reading...they took 1 day for correction...after complaing here i got call...but they didnot take any action...

                                        they called me today and told they took avg unit...i want to ask why they took avg???...if my meter is in good condition...they have done 5-6 times ...this type...why i pay for extra ₹500...this money went to sbpdcl team's pocket...very pathetic service

                                        this is hilarious by SBPDCL i m complaining but again this month they have generated bill by ghosit unit . again they generate extra bill...what is ur problem? why u not come n take meter reading...

                                        this time i will complain by LOKAYUKT...i hate consumercimplaints website also...becoz they didn't take any action
                                        I paid my electricity bill through mobiquick. once my money deducted from my account balance, and the bill was due still.later i had to pay the bill again.again my money got deducted. i am enclosing some screenshots of the transaction id.please check it, resolve it and refund my money in my account.

                                        I buy led bulb in electric office bhagalpur in[protected] and i have 3 years warranty on this product but now there not any replacement in office.
