Today one executive came from sbpdcl for meter reading, and he is saying that the meter is defective you have to replace it from the department.
But he charged more than actual reading by saying that it will be calculated on average basis i.e 434 unit.
My question is that when i click a picture than the meter show 32654.7 and previous reading and previous reading was 32266 than it comes to 388 unit which is less than 434 by...

We are belongs to town area nawada town ward no. 2, why have to changed our transformer feeder connection,
I face power cut problems 9to10 times daily about 4 hours daily. We live at town area, so please take action, near nawada block office ramnagar sankat mochan mandir, behind honda show room. When i call customer care services nawada during power cut he said you all are belongs to rural area so your power cut but we are not belongs...

Please note that residents of hanuman pandey gali, in ward no. 2, azadnagar, bhabua, kaimur are taking electricity supply by using hooks on uninsulated phase wires as there is no pole with supply box in front of the gali nor there is any network of insulated wires in the gali.
Due to loose connections through hook system, the electricity supply to all houses in the gali got disturbed every now and then....

Sir, i am a consumer in danapur division, digha sub division, patna. My consumer number is[protected] address janki kunj, janakpuri colony gola road danapur patna. I received exssesive electric bill in may 2019. Please verify the meter installed at my house. I think meter installed at my house has some defective and showing exsses unit. So please send technical staff to chek installed meter or replace if necessary....

Sir ji hamare gaon chakki nauranga shahpur bhojpur gram panchayat prasauda jo ki bihea power house ke antragat aata hai near damodarpur village sir hamare gaon me bijli ka bahut bura haal hai kabhi bijli cut jaye to 3 se 4 din tak nahi aati aur bill har mahine aata hai voltage to 150 ke paar aaj tak nahi gaya aaj bhi subah se lite nahi hai kripya is par aaplog dhyan de aur bihea power house ki thoda tight kare ki wo thoda gaon par bhi dhyan...

I have got a very high electricity bill even when no one has came for meter reading. When i visited the sbpdcl office they suggested me to increase the load of my meter without hearing to my complaint. I got a bill of rs.4286 for 390 kw usage. I am not getting what to do now. Meter reader has not came since meter installation. Plzzz somebody help me getting out of this as soon as possible....

My above meter is not working since last three months and i am getting average bill every month.
Meter reading of previous and current month always shown on my bill is same that is 9778.
It is worth to mention here that i am a senior citizen and i do not stay regularly in this place where this meter is fixed.
So please look into the matter and rectify my bill in coming months and meter also.

I have applied for the electricity connection in Khagaul DS office of south Bihar power distribution company on 30.04.19 but energy connection has still not been provided. Our Receipt no.KGL[protected]N0004 dated 30.04.19 & have paid Rs.1361/- as fee for providing connection.
Please look into & take n/a.

Since last 2 year the problem of this area transfermer was same at summer time always in the mid night the 1 phase supply is shorr or cut but there is no any solution's regarding this problem. All the members of the electricity boad of karbighaiya know the problem well even je also bt they are not taking this as seriously. Even the service providers (Night man incharge) talks very rudely nd said what will i do it will we maintained tomorrow...

Sir, mere gaw ka bijli ka taar bbahut jarjar or purana ho gya h jiske karen aaye taar tute ke gir jata h jis ke chale garmi me hum log ko bahut paresani uthani padti h.
1 month pahle hum ne vibhag ko taar badle ne ke liye aawedan diya tha per vibhag ki or se koi karwaye hi ki gaye.
Aap se anurodh h ki taar ko badale k liye aadesh diya jaye.

Dear sbpdc, as responsible citizen and consumer of your board i'm complaining you that i have strong doubt that, there is a house in my area and people of this house using two kind of illegal electricity connection. So this is my request to you to plz have a casual raid or inspection in this area.

This is my second complaint regarding this matter i have been receiving minimum bill charges from last year my total unit till date is 60 unit only but my current bill amount is 2416.00 so i request you to please solve this issues as early as possible so i can pay my bill on time i am looking for your early response in this matter.

There is low voltage from last 4days . I had made an complain in electricity office 2 days back . As they send some people but they are not doing there work and delaying it. They are saying the supply is less. As i requested to change the phase they are giving excuse and not taking any action as i had requested many times. The voltage is not enough not I am having very trouble ....

1.in our vrindavan apartment phase-i, there is lot of voltage fluctuation even in off peak time. Please check this and rectify it as it is affecting our electrical system and air conditioner are not working or even get damages.
Please do look into it and rectify the earthing system if required.

2, street led light installed in front of our apartment but of no use as it is not working after few months of...
