My customer ID is[protected], Kankarbagh Dn, Patna . On 08/06/2019 I was trying online payment of my bill of Rs 741.00 from my PNB bank account but there was some transaction problem. Then I made the payment from HDFC bank account. After some time the PNB bank transaction was also done. Thus there was a double payment of Rs 741.
Kindly confirm that extra Rs 741 has bee kept in my account as advance deposit.If not what are the other options available ?

    Today one executive came from sbpdcl for meter reading, and he is saying that the meter is defective you have to replace it from the department.
    But he charged more than actual reading by saying that it will be calculated on average basis i.e 434 unit.
    My question is that when i click a picture than the meter show 32654.7 and previous reading and previous reading was 32266 than it comes to 388 unit which is less than 434 by 46 unit.
    How i will get adjusted with this extra 46 unit charged by your side

      We are belongs to town area nawada town ward no. 2, why have to changed our transformer feeder connection,
      I face power cut problems 9to10 times daily about 4 hours daily. We live at town area, so please take action, near nawada block office ramnagar sankat mochan mandir, behind honda show room. When i call customer care services nawada during power cut he said you all are belongs to rural area so your power cut but we are not belongs to rural area ita nawada town ward number 2

        Good day sir,

        Please note that residents of hanuman pandey gali, in ward no. 2, azadnagar, bhabua, kaimur are taking electricity supply by using hooks on uninsulated phase wires as there is no pole with supply box in front of the gali nor there is any network of insulated wires in the gali.
        Due to loose connections through hook system, the electricity supply to all houses in the gali got disturbed every now and then. There are more than 25 houses, which are forced to take the electricity supply in this manner.
        All the electrical connections in the gali are legal and everyone is depositing thousands of rupees against the electricity bill.
        You are requested to give the electric supply through fixed connections or fix our loose connections and provide insulated wires supply in the gali.

                          I have got a very high electricity bill even when no one has came for meter reading. When i visited the sbpdcl office they suggested me to increase the load of my meter without hearing to my complaint. I got a bill of rs.4286 for 390 kw usage. I am not getting what to do now. Meter reader has not came since meter installation. Plzzz somebody help me getting out of this as soon as possible.

                            My above meter is not working since last three months and i am getting average bill every month.
                            Meter reading of previous and current month always shown on my bill is same that is 9778.
                            It is worth to mention here that i am a senior citizen and i do not stay regularly in this place where this meter is fixed.
                            So please look into the matter and rectify my bill in coming months and meter also.

                                Since last 2 year the problem of this area transfermer was same at summer time always in the mid night the 1 phase supply is shorr or cut but there is no any solution's regarding this problem. All the members of the electricity boad of karbighaiya know the problem well even je also bt they are not taking this as seriously. Even the service providers (Night man incharge) talks very rudely nd said what will i do it will we maintained tomorrow morning. How long this things will happen to us at daily night we are requesting you pls help us regarding this maater

                                      It's summer time and company should provide lights in more numbers of hours for day and night. But they don't even provide for 12 hours whereas possible they should provide the light in main city for minimum 22 hours . Sir please take a strict decision towards it .
                                      Power cut from 1 hours and not any response from office already completed 2 3 time but no response please fix this problems fast and tack so strict action to office staff.

                                        low voltage and no action taken against my complaint

                                        There is low voltage from last 4days . I had made an complain in electricity office 2 days back . As they send some people but they are not doing there work and delaying it. They are saying the supply is less. As i requested to change the phase they are giving excuse and not taking any action as i had requested many times. The voltage is not enough not I am having very trouble ....
