I was raising a complaint in TSSPDCL regarding Meter Test so i had to pay 118 which i paid through my Card and i have entered the OTP and money got debited from my account but Complaint is not registered .This ha peened on[protected] at 5:23 pm

        Respected sir,
        This is to inform you sir that the person who comes to reads electric meter reading every month by name mr.ambedkar with mobile number [protected]. In
        old malakpet area is very harsh towards public.

        he is sometimes even manhandling with the public.

        He is even using abusive words while collecting electrical bills .

        So i kindly request you to take strict action against him.

        so kindly do the needful so that the public may not face any such difficulty.

        The previous electric meter readers are not so harsh as this person.

        he is creating a lot of nuisance to the public.

        inspite of many complaints given against him no action is taken against him to till now .

        so I kindly request the officers to appoint some other person in his place.so that the common people may not face any difficulties from him.

        i believe that I would find some positive approach to my request.

          Respected Sir/ Madam,

          This letter is in reference to the electricity connection bearing consumer service number [protected] our company name is M/s Bhoorathnom Construction Co.(P)Ltd, and we are writing this letter in regard to the electricity bill is very higher in last two months i.e Aug & Sept. 2021.

          We would like to inform you that the electricity meter bearing meter no. 15950467 is not working fine. The fault in the meter is that fast reading.

          Our Last nine months billing average is Rs 3, 910/- (from Jan 2021 to Sept. 2021), but we have received last month bill amount is Rs. 18, 594/-,

          Kindly request you look into the matter and help us by replacing the electricity meter at the earliest possible.

          We hope our complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.

            In the month of September when the person came for taking the meter reading o[censored]SCNo.[protected], he said that he could not generate the bill as the same was not reflected in the system. Hence last month bill was not generated. This has resulted in huge monthly bill of Rs.2951/- due to accounting of 2 month's consumption which fell in higher slab. Generally we get a bill of Rs. 729( Aug 21), Rs. 1050/- July 21, Rs.1113/-(July 21), 815/- March 21.
            This shows that our average consumption is around Rs.1000/- and for 2 months it should have been around Rs.2000/-. However, the bill received was Rs.2951/- which is close to Rs.3000/- because of the reading falling into higher slab.
            We request you to consider our case and excess amount may be adjusted in the next bill

              I Am A Beautician Earning Around 30k per Month, My Husband Is working In Hyderabad For 5 years .We live in Palvancha Bank colony Rented house...I am leading a single life... I Go to Parlour 10 am in the Morning and End up at 10 At Night... Nobody Stays at home ... but we are getting minimum bills Around 10 k per month and our Maximum bills are 22 K per Month... So many times I Asked them y we are getting too much bill never before...Before 2017 Jan we Stayed in Other house...There we got 570 Rs per month and In summer we got 1500 Rs bill... I Complained about this so many times... First for some days they replied That Before we came to this house A Doctor family lived here So that you are getting their minimum bill... After some time they just replied Bills are raised due to Note bandhi, bills are raised due to Corona, Everyone is getting in the same way... Now Recently 2021 Sep We Got 2 Lakhs Bill... I Raised a Question against them ... Why did you tell all these Bahanas when the fault is in Your Metre??? They are simply saying now we will change the metre ...Pay 1100 Rs For new Meter... Is That The Solution for my Problem??? How many Years I Wasted money in paying these bills??? With Just 30 k Earning per month .. 8k house rent, 5 k my Parlour rent ...These bill have end up my life ... I borrowed money for paying these bills .. All Credits have end up my life.. Changing meter is not the right Solution...Without my husband's help I can't change this house... he is busy with his work in Hyderabad... How Can I Survive ??? I Really Need A Good Helpfull Answer and I Want my Money Back ...

              (Please Note::- After Cutting my Meter Supply Also The Meter Was Running But No Power At Home) The Meter Is Running.

                Hi, I have got 1100 Electrcity bIll which unreasonably high for October 2021.
                I have 1 tv, 1 refrigerator and 2 fans getting used .We didnt use AC or anything in month of septemeb, october . Still we got 1100 electricity bill.

                This trend is there from march 2021 - till now .

                From March - August . I was not in town . My house was locked . Still we got the bill consitentely . I dont know why . I couldnt complaint because I was out of station .

                Please find the screenshot for all the high bill amout .

                March 2021 - August 2021 - My Door was locked.
                September - October 2021 - I am getting high bill consitently .

                    Hi TSSPDCL Team,
                    I have raised a request with TSSPDCL for my electricity meter testing on 20-Sep-2021 and paid Rs 354/- online in Portal, So far no action has been taken. Even without using my electricity meter is showing as units consumed. Every month i am getting higher electricity bill with minimal usage. So something wrong with the meter. Please verify the same and do the needful. Please find attached meter testing request details.

                              It's been almost 4 months now the new meters are installed at our society but till now neither Service Numbers are allocated for the meters nor bills got generated and all of the flat owners are concerned if suddenly huge bills gets generated, it will be a burden and also the slab rates will be higher. Our apartment is located in Uppal, Chilkanagar road. Hyderabad. Neither the apartment builder nor the electricity department is concerned about this.

                                I have raised a complaint for category change of my electricity bill from commercial to domestic through TSSPDCL application vide complaint number CC[protected] on 12.09.2021 with DD amount of Rs. 29/-. On 24.09.2021 I got a message stating that my complaint has been resolved but whenever I check this with TSSPDCL application or website with complaint number it is reflecting as "resolved at CSC, pending at ERO", even when I am checking through TSSPDCL application it is still showing as non domestic and commercial. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest as again it is due for new bill.
