Bill generated is way more than actual use. Its pattern I noted where for some months, bills is normal based on actual consumption, however suddenly bill rises. In rainy season where I am not using cooler or AC, I see abnormal spike in my bill.

This is regarding USC No[protected], I have paid all previous Electricity bills in Time. In this monthly bill of September 2021. I have noticed that extra amount of RS 1689.00 /- has been included as arrears from April 2020.Attached is the photo of bill. Kindly check and clarify.

My bill amout getting high for single family received 1689, regularly we get 500 only, . Today one of person from TSSPDCL Came and replace METER, without any information, later I met and asked him to show my old meter why he not informed to us while changing meter, he answered that that there is no rule to inform to change meter and unable to show me oldmeter and its reading which is change orginal one.i request team to take my compliant on him and meter reading and solve problem asap.

Electricity bill of Rs 10, 692 Received for a single room house for the month of August 2021, where as normal bill use to be in the range of Rs 200 to Rs300 for the past two years. I want the concerned authorities to look into this. Before the end of August month itself the meter is disconnected without any notice which is very strange. Now the the house is without any power since 30 Aug 2021.
This is just a harassment by the staff to get some deal. NOBODY DISCONNECT THE ELECTRICITY WITHOUT A FORMAL INTIMATION. I am working in Defence R&D and practically I get any leave solve my personal problem like this. However, inspite, I visited the electric office office at Chandrayangutta several times to inform the abnormal bill I received, but no staff is available during the morning hours to listen to my problem. The service no., USC no, and ERO no. is as below:

Respected Sir,

I am Major Vijaylaxmi, residing in plot no 64, USC no[protected] and[protected], In the month of August 2021 I have received bill amount of Rs.6126/- . The reading was not taken by the electricity dept as the door was locked and we were not available for more than ten days and no such consumption has taken place which will cost Rs 6126, How can they just bill without taking a reading and that too for such a huge amount. This is completely unethical and just not acceptable.
When we went to electricity dept for asking bill, they gave us the bill and not ready to take the reading and just told us nothing can happen now, whatever we will see in next month..
We request you to please sort out the issue.

We are having lot of power cuts lately, there is drizzle of rain in my area and we don’t have power for almost 18 hr now. We have jobs and our children have classes . It’s bot the first time in my area there will be major power outrage for even smallest rain or wind, if it’s large wind or rain we can understand but for drizzles . Please solve this issue

We have been celebrating Ganesh festival past 30 years at the same place, in recent past we observed that electric line is getting sparked and touching the mandap roof, due to climatic changes like rainfall, heavy winds
Somehow we managed and escaped from above situation during last year celebrations
Request the concerned authorities to look into issue and resolve it as early as possible to proceed with celebrations without any harm.

We residents of shastrynagar, Ramnagar, Hyderabad are facing power cut issue since yesterday. It's been more than 24 hours. The line men have tried to resolve the issue by fixing it but the problem seems to be in the transformer itself which needs to be looked at. As lot o[censored]s are doing WORK FROM HOME this issue is causing a lot of inconvenience to us. Whenever there are heavy rains this transformer issue is troubling us a lot .Kindly look into it and resolve the issue as soon as possible .It would be of great help. Thankyou

Sub: Objection for the installation of 11 KV transformer in front of my house gate …reg

Dear sir,
I have plot with one single bedroom house in Lahari Jade Residenza, Bhanur, bearing plot no. 84/A.
My neighbor Sri Ram Reddy (84/B) has constructed 5 floor building (in 200 sq. yards) he is installing 11 KV transformer.
Installation location is just beside and in front of my gate. Photo is enclosed which is highly objectionable to us as it may cause fire hazardous and fatal accidents. Moreover, the building itself has been constructed without any fire safety precautions.
In view of the civil construction norms, it is requested to install the transformer in any of his area premises, which will not hindrance to us.
Please do the needful.

I have paid electricity bill unknowingly even though its deducted via my debit card automatic. I have paid for July & Aug 2021 may I know whether you will adjust that amount to my service number.

I stay in sardarnagar near thukkuguda municipality, everyday iam iam facing power cut issue more then 5 times which is costing me lot of time while iam working as iam work from home mode of job .Everyday iam extending more than one and half hour because of the power cuts after my job time please look into it and do the needful.

Line Man (Mr. Murali) from TSSPDCL (Begumpet - Section) is asking commission of Rs. 10000 for replacing of Meter in one of our client property. we have asked many times to please come and fix the meter and he is demanding more money to us. He asked give Rs.10000 either wise he will take out the meter from the property

WE are not present in our room but electricity bill still coming, it's totally electricity department fault.
