We are residing in the below mentioned address since more than 2ys. Our USC is:[protected] but everyday power cut will happen for every 3hrs (single phase only) and minim of 5 hours per day.whenever we call to beerumguda electric office and lineman they ask about same single phase or for all. This is well know issue everyone hear. Root cause is overload and this is started and continues since Dec 2019.but no solution. Daily all the peoples, new born babies, senior sitizens are struggling a lot. No one taking care and compliant about it. Need severe action on this.

Connection in electricity meter was burned. We asked line men.he said to change the meter. so I am requesting to change the above mentioned meter with new meter.

Request you to rectify (Or) replace the electricity meter and provide us.

This is really unfair that these electricity people are now setting up the transformer they started digging the soil. Which is 2ft from my compound wall.

1. These people are not following protocol for public safety
2. Our lane drainage pipe is next to transformer setup if any drainage problem persist no one will address coz they need to par the transformer line
3. We will face high risk in rainy season due to voltage fluctuations, or any burst of transformer the sparks will touch the steel railing of my wall and our lifes will be at stake..
4. Setting up the transformer it has to be 10fts off from public permisis and this is failing.

Please am pleading to provide proper justification by stopping the initiation of transformer which is few steps from my house compound wall
