On April 24th, I made 2 transaction of 189.77/- through ICICI net banking for paying electricity bill (187/-), the amount got deducted from the account but transaction was not succeeded.
I was in confusion to pay the bill.
please update in my billing (i made payment two times for one bill)

      We are residing in the below mentioned address since more than 2ys. Our USC is:[protected] but everyday power cut will happen for every 3hrs (single phase only) and minim of 5 hours per day.whenever we call to beerumguda electric office and lineman they ask about same single phase or for all. This is well know issue everyone hear. Root cause is overload and this is started and continues since Dec 2019.but no solution. Daily all the peoples, new born babies, senior sitizens are struggling a lot. No one taking care and compliant about it. Need severe action on this.

        Sir,

        I am P.Shankar rao, resident of House no :C5, TV Colony, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad, 500013.

        Having electricity connection with S. No:[protected] and USC:[protected]

        Connection in electricity meter was burned. We asked line men.he said to change the meter. so I am requesting to change the above mentioned meter with new meter.

        Request you to rectify (Or) replace the electricity meter and provide us.

                        I am a resident of 155 kamalapuri colony staying with my 83 year old mother. we have severe problem with power supply..often no power and if there is power then not enough voltage..inspite of repeatedly complaining to 1912 nothing has been done..they dont even provide complain number nor register my complaint..fed up with their attitude and trying to contact cmo and see if i can get SOMEONE to hear my problem and help me sort it out

                              Last month I went to current office Auto nagar to change of name I have asked what is the procedure they have given some details I have taken and went again asked some details that also I have taken and went again they told you have to scan all the papers and give PDF then they will do for change of name I have spent 1500Rs again for scan I have to spent more than 1200 Rs for their work also asking to us and I have went more than 5 times taking leave my documents all are correct that madam not doing their work I told that madam I am taking leave to come here Please do means no response that is what happening If you solve my problem I am very thankful.

                                        we have utilized around 172 units of power and estimated bill amount should be 750 rs approx. as per previous bills but bill amount is 964 rs and the same bill amount was paid .as per knowledge there were no energy charges are changed then how how come bill amount got increased.
