We applied for the new connections on 17 th june 2021 with
registration no Nr [protected], online for domestic purpose we
demanded for three new connections (one Meter three phase
meter, Other two are domestic meter) we received the rejection letter
reason as our premises is 100 sq yards old house though we applied for
reasonable number of total (3) meters. The acknowledgement status
preferred the AE Mr Md jaffer his contact no is [protected] for any
quarry but AE and his line man satyanarayana and his contact no is
[protected] is not at all responding and avoiding with various reasons
in my premises. we are having one meter in that is domestic we should
like to know what to do with this rejection reason.
I am a very senior citizen and I am suffering for regarding this meters
installation running to and daily and I have become tired and I do your
good office will consider my case and do the justice to me. And please
help to solve my problem in my favour

I got allotted with new connection Regd#No.NR[protected] weeks back. It is not at installed. Please expedite and install the electric connection and meter.

Sir my Service No. is[protected] and I have paid my bill of Rs.1697.77 online on 9th July 2021 through ICICI Bank. The payment ref. no. is[protected]. The payment is not yet acknowledged by TSSPDCL and the bill is still showing as unpaid. I have not got the amount credited back from the bank.

I was applied meter on 25.09.2019, meter was kept and unfortunately my address in the bill was wrong. My NR [protected] dt 25.09.2019.my address is P.No 289, behind old age ashram, laxminagar, rampally, keesara. But in the bill my address is showing as 1-1-38/2/1, Ashoknagar, musheerabad, hyd. Please solve the problem.

My bill for July 2021is abnormally high.
For the past two years my consumption is about 250 -300 units per month and bill is about[protected]/-.
Suddenly in July 2021 my consumption came as 1343 units and bill is 11394/- which is disproportionate to my usage.
Kindly solve the issue at the earliest.

I applied for additional current load online registration and got the upgrade to 3phase load also . But still I get some fine amount . Still my house also under construction, only using for water supply & construction work .
Pls look the attached details and do the needfull process.

The electricity bill received for the common meter in our apartments in Tarnaka, Secunderad ( SC no.V6062759 and USC No.[protected] is for abnormally high units as compared to all the previous months.The last 6 months bill details are as below:

For the month of Jun 2021, the number o[censored]nits billed were 881 and amount is Rs 6977.00. There seem to be something grossly wrong. Request please help us in correction of the Jun 2021 bill and take any corrective action required for future for which we shall be grateful to you.

I want to register a complaint about the saprkles coming from the electric pole which is very closer to my house, since the rain statred that elctric pole is contiuosuly saprking the sapkrles from the pole and since it is closer to my house the sparkles are directly coming to our balcony and and the lane too...I tried calling local electricity office but no even single response...Since the rainy season has started this problem will continue...I kindly request you department to addresss the situation as soon as possible...

phone number: [protected] applied for 2 new electricity meters about 8 months back.

I received one electricity meter around 2 months back and have not received another meter.
I walked to electricity office multiple times since 8 months and asked them but no proper response.

I would request electricity department to look into this matter and resolve it ASAP

Please note that after 30 minutes of rain we are suffering from electricity fluctuations continuously from past 3 hours. Tried to contact the department to complain but all the numbers that I tried either didn’t answer or asking me to contact someone else.

The department has to have a single complaint/customer service number that can be reached from any area like how GHMC is managing.

Kindly arrange to address this issue of fluctuations so that we can have our electrical and electronic equipment protected.

Consumer no is[protected]. I have paid bill due of 239/- on June 5, 2021(operator ref no-[protected]). And again i have paid a due of 476/- on June 10, 2021(operator ref no-[protected]). Till here all dues are cleared and no bill is pending.

But again I have paid an amount of 239/- on July 1, 2021(operator ref no-[protected]) which is not a due and a double payment, because month is not yet completed and bill is not generated too.. How come TSSPDCL can accept payments like this? Should have warned us that bill is already paid/no pending bill..

All these payments are done through Paytm UPI.

Kindly check and reverse the amount of 239/-.
