Dear Sir / Madam,

The electric pole near the below address is starting leaning on the roads as it has a bend and the trees on the road is leaning on the wires and holding the pole. I would request authorities to take some action as a precautionary measure before it completely breaks and create a problems to residents. It looks scary and risky to walk on that street.
It might become worse in the rainy season if its been not taken care now.

We are facing frequent power cuts and long power cuts in our area Ameenpur from very long time and there is no resolution and substation goes for frequent maintenance

Please can you address the same and help with the same because as everyone is working from home and this is interrupting work a lot and lockdown as well

Power cut problem is continuing since 2 days there is no power since 2 days I am trying to call the rajendranagar substation no one is responding since 2days the staff is lifting the call and telling problem is from above I did not understanding meaning of that and not lifting the call if I alm them again please resolve the problem

As Since Two months We are getting the Bill as 2000 and above...Eearlier it was not ecceeded 600-700 monthly...All of sudden there is Huge Hike on It...we dont have many Elevtric Appliances also that we can say it could be Reason...Only 2 room And not any High voltage Appliances also

It might Have Any proble with the Current Meter...Please do look into this as soon as possible

In front of my house there is main line of four wires is passing. Due to change in weather the sparks are coming from wires as there is Neem tree and its branches are forcing the wires to come into contact due to heavy pressure of air.

Today the lineman by name Kongari Raju of AE/OP/R.K.Puram, Emp. ID.No.5102881 came to cut the branches of trees in my area and i requested him to cut some branches so that major issue may not arise but the co-employee along with him refused to do so unless and until i pay for it and finally they cut the tree branches of other houses but not cut the branches of tree in front of my house as I refused to pay. The tree branches are in between the wires and unless and until the power supply stopped it cannot be cut.

This the response from the employees of TSPDCL they are money for everything without that they are refusing to work .

This type of employees are spoiling the reputation and image of TSPDCL. strict action should be initiated against the so called corrupted employees.

Hence i request the authority to take action on my complaint so that the major accident may be avoided.

Your immediate action will be appreciated.

My power bill is coming very high every month. I request my meter has to be checked once. Monthly bill is getting generated 10000 almost. Please take it serious and do the needful.

Every month i got 1500rs bill n ur excuter change my meter i got now 3400 per 1mont bill i want to complain agnist ur excuter

Respected sir, we paid the electricity bill in airtel thanks app on april 12 with the reference id[protected] but still it is not updated.So we again paid electricity bill in paytm app.The money we paid through airtel thank not added to this month.Our usc number is[protected]

There is no power in the alwalarea im hyderabad since last night.
Kindly look into the issue ASAP.

This is Santhosh from Pragati nagar flatno-102, plotno-530 .past 3momths we r facing a over amount of power bill .we r living only 2members in our flat .there is a fan tube light tv washing machine and fridge, computer, grycer also there but this is summer so we r not using it .in this things we get 2319this month only from past 3momths we r facing this issue .plz check our connections I think some one using our power .plz respond and solve our Prblm .thank u

I got a power bill of 13429 this month which is wrong, please get it corrected ASAP. We just have minimal usage of 1 AC, 1 TV, 1 fridge and fans/lights. How can we consume 1550 units in a month!! Maybe there is another line interfering with out meter as they've recently changed the meters in our building. Please help. Thanks.

There is a daily power shutdown in yakuthpura area between 3.30 am to 8 or sometimes until 10 am. Due to this we are facing lot of difficulties specially in summer season.

Kindly, resolve this issue as soon as possible otherwise I will complain to CM complain cell.

I am complaining to have the below said amount adjusted towards future months bill. Our USC # is[protected]M Indira Priyadarshini). I made a payment on 2/9/2021 towards the monthly electricity bill via Airtel app. but it is still not showing in my payment history and, Airtel claims that the amount has been credited to the Beneficiary account. The amount was for Rs. 1169 and transaction # is[protected] made on 2/9/2021. Pls see attached for further info. I have been emailing them since two weeks to their customer service but no response has been received till now. Pls help me with the situation.

I have done a electricity payment o[censored]SC:[protected] on[protected] of 455 but it has not been updated yet and tax id:[protected]

I have paid the electricity bill from the airtel payment bank for the amount of Rs 5986 for the unique service ID:[protected].
But it is showing as due on the website. I have attached the photos of the payment details in airtel app, upi screenshot and bank statement from the bank on the date 14th april 2021 .

I have submitted a request to electricity bill title change with tsspdcl through online on 13-April-2020 registration number is cc[protected]. I received confirmation sms to my mobile and they stated that issue will be resolved on 20.04.2021, Again Date has been changed and it has shown as issue will be resolved on 24.04.2021. On today i.e. 24-April-2021 the status was changed to complaint rectified in csc (Pending at ero).

However still title is not changed, While submitting the request i have paid 30rs as a service charge in the portal through netbanking. Attached the screen shot for status of the category change.

No one is suggesting the necessary actions should be taken for resolving this issue. Please resolve the issue as early as possible.
