I have paid rs.4406 (My june electricity bill) against ghmc electricity bill unique service no.[protected]Ero-gachibowli, hyderabad), on 16th jun'20 midnight/ 17th jun'20 through bill desk payment mode from my vijaya bank (Bob) online facility. Amount got deducted from my bank. I got the message on screen as well with a message that... 'payment is made successfully vide reference no.31904142', but before generating the receipt the bill desk website showed an error message and got stuck. Vijaya bank is showing transaction remarks as "bwy/xfer/[protected]" with a date stamp of 17/06/2020 and the debited amount as inr 4408.77 (With bill desk txn. Charges). I request the concerned authorities to look into it and give proper effect in my power dues account and issue me a receipt accordingly. My greater hyderabad municipal corporation (Ghmc) hyderabad related tsspdcl unique service no. Is[protected] in the name of y. R. Rao, miyapur, hyderabad (Telangana).

    We have multiple commercial meters in our complex and due to lock down all offices shops were closed and opened in june and few after 20th may. To our surprise we received bill of 2 months mar-apr on 8th may for certain amount of rs.19734/- and on 5th june for next 27 days for 26591/-we have multiple sub meters for each meter as we distribute that to our different premises. The reading of that and this there is heavy difference of more than double. We have raised multiple complaint to tsspdcl. But surely somehow they have done something mischief. One expert was telling they will supply high current and this will jump the reading many folds. Surely there is something fishy.

      As the lockdown is going u people didn’t give current bills and for three months u have in June..last year March and April bills has given this year but honestly we didn’t used Ac and any comsumption more..my regular units will be in 114 to 130 units but as summer u can increase some units but not 890 units..now also we are not using any Ac or coolers as season changed..but from the given date of bill 6th June 2020 to 17th June 2020 units are 94 units in 12days..I request u to generate genuine bill then only we can pay..

        Dear team,

        After lock down when power usage is being noted, they calculated based on 3 months usage. Based on that extra charges are being added.

        Reason:
        For a family which consumes 200 units per month, where as this comes with a unit rate of rs 5/- per unit, but as they took 3 months usage and calculated power charges on a whole, it comes around 600 units.
        With this, it comes in rs 9/- per unit. Which is completely wrong.

        I have received power bill on[protected] but it is very huge units/amount. As per attached data last 4 month total units 645 consumed and total bill for 4 months (November, december, january and february) only rs.2637/-.

        But now i have received rs.6141/- for only 3 month (March, april and may) which is very high and not acceptable... Please check and do the needful.

          My home bill is 20000 which is wrong because will usually don’t get bill more than 2000 to 2500. Please check as my due date is 23 and it’s very hard to take this thing especially in lockdown.

                Hi,
                I am shocked to see my bill around 5000/-, when i pay max 100 to 110 units per month for bill. Hardly it will be rs 400 to 500 per month. But this time tsspdcl has charged more, i am not sure how they have calculated.
                One more shocking point i noticed in my account is they have charged me last year april and may month units where i have just shifted in the current place 3 months ago. I want tsspdcl and tg govt to rectify this issues faced by telangana people.

                  I have made bill payments on monthly basis and these are not more than 800 monthly on an average. Current month bill (I. E. June -2020), are inflated as it is issued as a consolidated bill for three months considering higher slab rates.

                  Two mistakes here.
                  1. Bill were paid already on monthly basis. Hence the bill amount should be only for the current month and not consolidated from march 2020.
                  2. Rate slab should be based on units consumed monthly. It is incorrect to increase the slab rate by considering units for 3 months and not 1 month usage.

                  Below are the details. Please help rectify and re-issue the bill with correct usage amount.

                      The board didn't take the bill monthly they just calculated for 3 months and considering homes and billing them as commercial category.

                          From dec 2019 to till date, electricity bill against my unique service number[protected] is being generated wrongly. My usn comes under "domestic category" but bills are being generated under "common service category". I have complained vide complaint number cc[protected] and complaint has been closed saying it is rectified. But after that also, june month bill was generated wrongly.

                          I have paid bills for the april &may months for the online generated amount i. E., rs.838/- for (78+68) which itself is wrong and excess to the actual rates of domestic category.

                          But, in june again bill was generated for rs. 1698/- considering billing units as 306 for consolidated three months. As already bill was paid for april & may, how 3months consolidated units considered. Because of this, rate per unit increased and causing financial loss to me. Actually may-june billing units shall be 160 only and bill amount should be around 648/-

                          And, an mount of rs.798.76 adjusted and deducted from total bill rs.1698/- of june instead of already paid april&may bill of 838/-.

                          As per my knowledge about an amount of rs.1717/- has been paid extra by me towards electricity bills from dec 19 to till date.
                          Hence i request the concerned to rectify the issue and refund the extra amount paid by me.

                              Tsspdcl department took electricity meter readings on 7th june 2020 after 92 days (7th march 2020) and charged the consumers by dividing the consumed units / 3 months equally which is technically not correct as it resulted in unreasonable higher electricity bills for the consumers. This is unacceptable and incorrect.
                              My arguement is that the department have collected adhoc amounts in april and may 2020 from the consumers for which they should reduce the proportionate units also for the amounts received. Then calculate the current month invoice with the balance units consumed.

                              I have attached the electricity bills for usc no.[protected] for my home / flat meter; and the stupid calculation sheet provided by tsspdcl.

                              (A) usc no.[protected]:
                              1) as per march 7, 2020 meter reading, the consumption was 213 units from
                              8th feb 2020 to 7th march 2020.
                              2) we have paid rs.2, 031/- on 18th april; and rs.1, 733 on 14th may 2020 via
                              Paytm, totalling rs.3, 764. This amount is shown wrongly as rs.3, 747/-
                              3) as per june 7, 2020 meter reading, the consumption was shown as 1, 298
                              Units for 92 days for rs.8, 592/- as energy charges. About rs.7/- charged
                              Per unit which is absolutely incorrect at all standards.

                              The calculations has to be as following:
                              1) we request you to deduct the approximate units from the payment made by
                              Us for rs.3, 747 (2, 031 + 1, 733 separately) (Mentioned in point no.2) from
                              The 1, 298 units mentioned in the point no.3 above. Let's assume about 900
                              Units (Approximately) to be deducted for the payments made for rs.2, 031 and
                              Rs.1, 733 separately.
                              2) *thus remains 398 units to be billed (1, 298-900 approx from above
                              Point); to be billed for may 2020. Under billing category cat 1b (Ii),
                              Rs, 5/- upto 200 units = 1, 000/- + units 200-300 = 100 uints @7.20=720/-+
                              Units 300-398=98 units @ 8.50=833/-. Hence the energy charges would /
                              Should be rs1000/- + rs.720/- + rs.833/- = 2, 553/-.*
                              *3) now, please add proportionate customer charges on rs.2, 553/- (From
                              Point 2); then add applicable electric duty on rs.2, 553/-; then arrive to
                              The final bill amount payable for usc no.[protected].

                              The above formula has to be done for all the consumers. This will give the correct consumption details and correct billing. Instead, they have divided the total units consumed by 3 months and charged higher tariffs for 3 months and then reduced the amounts paid in april and may 2020 which is incorrect way of calculations. This has resulted in almost doubling the billing amount.
                              If they are not deducting the units for the adhoc payments made in april and may 2020, then why did they collect the amount for those months. Why the collected amounts are shown less in the bill? Rs.2, 31+1, 733 = 3, 764/- but shown as 3, 747/-. This is absolutely a nonsensical calculations.
                              Request your good selves to save consumers from the corrupt tsspdcl.

                                Almost got 3 times of electricity bill. Got 1400 rupess for single month. Normal month we get around 450. This is nothing but robbery from tsspdcl. Already we are having financial crisis due to covid.

                                  When we listed electricity bills in the month of april, may and june on paytm, we were able to list the bills and paid them for each month respectively. But in june, we were shocked to receive physical bill from april to may (Rs 7113). Is there any way we can get refund of april and may bills.

                                    I am surprised to look at my June-2020 electricity bill. I have received 10 times excess bill than average monthly bill. I have received bill of rs.2431.0
                                    My average bill for the last 12 months is rs.200/300 and the electricity consumption is not high when compared to previous months.

                                    And I got electricity bill for 92 days consumption and the tariff applied is total units accumulated in last 3 months which is very unfair.
                                    Even though I have paid monthly bills as assigned to me but still the bill traffic is not divided and higher rate slab is applied leaving me in financial distress adding to lock down woes and trauma.

                                    Please follow fair practice and divide my bill tariff per month.

                                    For the similar electricity consumption, why I have received 10 times excess bill for June-2020.?

                                        Sir, i am regularly paying my electricity bills during lockdown months through online but this month i received electricity bills of 96 days, which accumulated total units of 96 days x rmd, whereas i have paid the last 60 days bills on time and those units must be deducted this month electricity bill, but did not and i received inflated bill. Kindly resolve my problem? My (2) electric bills are sc no. A3014633 usc[protected] bill amount of rs. 21002./- and sc no. A3011797 usc[protected] bill amount of rs. 6416/-
