My home bill is 20000 which is wrong because will usually don’t get bill more than 2000 to 2500. Please check as my due date is 23 and it’s very hard to take this thing especially in lockdown.

Hi team,

After lockdown when power usage is being noted, they calculated based on 90days usage. Based on that extra charges are being added.

Reason:
For a family which consumes 200units per month, where as this comes with a unit rate of rs 5/- per unit.

But as they took 3months usage and calculated power charges on a whole, it comes around 600 units.
With this, it comes in rs 9/-...

I made a payment of rs5858 for usc number: 81756105 through google pay transaction id:[protected] the amount is deducted from my bank account but the bill is not paid yet. Attached is the screenshot of the payment. Please check and resolve the issue...

I am shocked to see my bill around 5000/-, when i pay max 100 to 110 units per month for bill. Hardly it will be rs 400 to 500 per month. But this time tsspdcl has charged more, i am not sure how they have calculated.
One more shocking point i noticed in my account is they have charged me last year april and may month units where i have just shifted in the current place 3 months ago. I want tsspdcl and tg govt to rectify...

I have made bill payments on monthly basis and these are not more than 800 monthly on an average. Current month bill (I. E. June -2020), are inflated as it is issued as a consolidated bill for three months considering higher slab rates.

Two mistakes here.
1. Bill were paid already on monthly basis. Hence the bill amount should be only for the current month and not consolidated from march 2020.

The reference to the above no. The cumulative bill generated of months mar'2020 - jun'2020, even though the bills for mar, april, may 2020 paid in the respective month.

The board didn't take the bill monthly they just calculated for 3 months and considering homes and billing them as commercial category....

I m shocked to see my bill coming upto 4400, whereas the usage is same, and i have no pending dues and the line man is giving bills without even seeing the reading please try to check and solve my issue...

Tsspdcl department took electricity meter readings on 7th june 2020 after 92 days (7th march 2020) and charged the consumers by dividing the consumed units / 3 months equally which is technically not correct as it resulted in unreasonable higher electricity bills for the consumers. This is unacceptable and incorrect.
My arguement is that the department have collected adhoc amounts in april and may 2020 from the consumers for which...

Almost got 3 times of electricity bill. Got 1400 rupess for single month. Normal month we get around 450. This is nothing but robbery from tsspdcl. Already we are having financial crisis due to covid....

When we listed electricity bills in the month of april, may and june on paytm, we were able to list the bills and paid them for each month respectively. But in june, we were shocked to receive physical bill from april to may (Rs 7113). Is there any way we can get refund of april and may bills.

I am surprised to look at my June-2020 electricity bill. I have received 10 times excess bill than average monthly bill. I have received bill of rs.2431.0
My average bill for the last 12 months is rs.200/300 and the electricity consumption is not high when compared to previous months.

And I got electricity bill for 92 days consumption and the tariff applied is total units accumulated in last 3 months which is very unfair.br...

Total 539 units reading. Avg is 179 unit price 2.96 on this basis it is supposed to be 1589. But how come it will be 2226....

I am p b l n raju goud who bought house in dammaiguda municipality in 2019. Till then paying ec bill monthly through online. My ec meter no. Is[protected] manufactured in 2017 vy avon company. Linemen came in the month of june on 10 and said meter doesnt getting reading through machine and need to change. My query is that who should bare the expenses for the new meter... Company r ec department. More over old meter has 5 years...

We have received bill which amounts Rs. 1180 & in the bill it mentioned that it calculated the bill for 120days.But we are paying the bill every month online(through Phonepe). Last time I paid the bill on 11-May-2020 & now the bill was again generated for 120 days that means its generated for last 4 months. I have attached the already paid screenshots.
