SERVICE REQUEST NO[protected]E30097. I bought a phone from spice hotspot in sahara mall, Gurgaon. The phone was defective as it was not charging the battery even if i put my phone on charging the battery goes on discharging. So i gave the phone to your authorised service centre in Gurgaon on 07th march 2014. And they told me that you will get your phone ok condition within a week, either they will repair it or will replace it. But it is going to be one month now. I have visited them 6 times but they always say it will take some time.

Please help me. Should i go to consumer court...

    My mobile is with your service centre . Spice modal number mi-502 for repairing of display . Now the spice customer care jaipur i was gave the mobile since 7th march 2014.

    Now the team is not giving me that mobile . My compliant number is 20100247e30226.You are requested to please take a necessary action for in this case. Otherwise i will go to the consumer court. Your customer service is very shameful. Just take necessary action at earliest.

        Hi I bought a spice mi535 on 28th Oct'2013. My mobile battery is swollen 2 days back(1st April 2014), when i reach service center gurgaon, They said to me that my battery is swollen due to over charging and they will not replace it.I don't know do I need to check for the battery is charged or not every time so it will not over charge.Spice has worst service at there service center.Please do resolve my issue as my battery is not swollen due to my fault it is product fault and Please teach customer handling to you service center employees or else no buddy will trust spice very soon.           Home key & return key not working after sending service center. Service no. 13100681E30019 dated 11.03.14 i had deposit my mobile on 10.03.14 & get back after 20 days on 30.03.14 but yet problem with my handset is resolved. again and again it is not to deposit handset at service centre every time and stop my work almost 20 days. i request to resolve my problem or give me replacement of the same handset.             I am not able to set the ringtone of my choice in Spice Mi-504. Whenever I am setting the mobile ringtone other than the default one, and when a call comes, the ringtone sets back to default automatically.! Please tell me how to set the ringtone of the mobile.

                    I had bought spice M6110 mobile via HomeShop18 on 20/01/2014 and to be frank am not happy with the product I have received.
                    Find below the complaints I have regarding this phone:
                    1.When I speak over phone seems the other party cannot hear my voice, meaning the inbuilt microphone is bad
                    2.Loud speaker facility is pathetic. I cant hear what other party is speaking to me if I put the loudspeaker mode.
                    3.I bought Sandisk 16GB memory card, and its not working.

                    Please note that I had given this to service centre at Jayanagar, Bangalore. They took one week and finally gave back the mobile with scratcho on the screen and no other good thing. The complaint still remains the same.

                    Can you please let me know whom should I contact to get my phone repaired or replaced ??

                    Please note that I had given it for Spice Authorised service center in Jayanagar, Bangalore and I received the phone in the same condition in which I gave them, only additional thing I got from service center was a scratch on the screen !!

                    Hi, I had given my handset for repair on March 29th, Saturday, to service centre. Now on Apr 3rd-Thursday, you say the phone is repaired and it will be delivered to me shortly.
                    I am a bit confused here. You mean that my phone is repaired within 3 working days ?? Let me know if my phone is repaired in the service centre or else where out of Bangalore - as I have not yet received any communication from service centre regarding the repair status and the date I should collect my phone.

                        I bought spice set ( Mi 535) from Hot spot center from laxminagar on 11 Aug, 2013.After 5 months of that its battery is swollen, i have registered the complain in with Optimum Tele Services Perfect Solution which known to be the authorised center of spice .They saying that battery is not available and it can take 2 months time to come. Purpose of sharing the complain here is that i am looking for some immediate help to be taken from the spice center, I will be thank full if my request would be resolved soon. And as i purchased on 11Aug, 2013 so it falls under the guarantee period and the service center people say that the battery will cost between rupee 800 to 900. My experience with spice set is very bad and people of service center does not know how to attend the customer. Looking for the help Neha [protected]

                        same issue with me as well, but this time they are saying that the battery is swollen due to over charging and they will not replace it. Do we need to look for the mobile every time is it charged on not. Very Bad Service
                        I purchased a spice (SPICE 535) set from internet (Ebay) at
                        dated 25-Dec-2013. Now it’s having battery issue (battery swollen). battery has
                        been swollen in 4 month and not giving proper backup. I contact to service
                        center (Shri Brahmbalaji Enterprises, Darul Habib, KampooRoad, Gwalior) but
                        they can not able to help me, they saying me it’s not in under warranty if it
                        swell.
                        But all companies are giving warranty in swollen battery so why spice not giving?

                        my fault, it is product fault, I have already saw consumer court websites and
                        other sites - this sat having manufacturing defect in its battery. So I want my
                        battery to be replace by company free of cost.

                          I had purchase the mobile in February 2014 month, and after 1 week we are phasing the mic problem. On 14th Feb, I had submit the mobile in Spice service centre (Sach collection Point Authorised to Spice) 1789/3, Rajeev Nagar, Near Shiv Mandir chowk, Gurgaon.

                          After 1 month also is not come to my spice mobile in Spice service centre of ok condition. We are calling again & again in spice mobile service centre but he told me not come in ok condition. So finally I am through the case in consumer court for Spice service centre and company.

                          Spice mobile condition and services is very poor and bad. I don't used in further.

                          Hi, I purchased a spice mobile MI-502N- Blue (IMEI 1 -[protected], IMEI 2 - [protected]). After six (6) months I faced charges problem so I tried to find a service center nearby my home, but there is no authorized service center so I found a service center in Gurgaon nearby my office and Service center address: ASC Sach collection 1789/3 Rajeev Nagar, Near Shiv Nagar Mandir Chowk, Gurgaon Haryana.On 07-May-2014 (Service request no 1578) I submitted my mobile to this service center and after too many commitment finally they return my mobile around one month later, but after 2-3 day it has been just like that so again I visited to the service center and submitted my mobile. Still, they are giving to many commitments. Finally, I want replacement of this product, I will not collect it from the service center until you will not provide me a new product. Otherwise, I will take strict action and make sue against company and service center.

                            r/sir i already submit my mobile four time in jind city spice care . but they ignore my service and misbehave me, every time they change my mobile accosries last time they change my set with defective piece and abuse me, in this care even one person not satisfy with their service. when i got my mobile i found their mice does not work properly how is possible with new mobile. it so also they change their accessory. at last i want to help from u plz help me, now my old complain no. is 07100213e20164 dated 06/212014 and now is 30117 before i file case in consumer court i really help

                              I bought a new spice mobile MI-426 on 7th Feb 2014 at Sri Rangantha Communications Rajaji nagr Blore. Bill no 12926. Battery failed in with in Two days. I discussed with the shop owner he told me to give that mobile to service center at rajaji nagar. I gave the mobile to spice service center in Rajajji nagar Bangalore, 22nd Feb 2014. 25th i make a call them they said they are nor able to rectify the problems and they said they will send my mobile to head office to rectify it. Request Number : 10100832E20364. I am not satisfied with your mobiles please replace my moible with good mobile or repay my amount. I am planning to go to Consumer court.

                                  Sir I purchased spice MI 437 on 30 Nov 2013 from noida IMEI No. [protected] after 26 days o[censored]sage the mobile stopped charging/holding battery I submitted the mobile battery at in sector 15 authorised service center they returned the battery after 10 days but the problem was same next day I resubmit the mobile in service center the behaviour and attitude of service center staff was very bad they told it will take 15-20 days on 25 Jan 2014 service center called me that my mobile is repaired I reached service center on 27 Jan 2014 but the problem in mobile was not rectified in service center itself I put the mobile on charging after waiting for 02 hours the mobile not charged the mobile was came back from company without repair same time I again submit the mobile to service center and spoke to consumer care many times via reference No. [protected] but result was same that your mobile is under repair at last on 19 Feb 2014 I got SMS that my mobile is repaired and ready for delivery on 20 Feb 2014 I reached service center at sec 15 noida I got mobile and i started charging the mobile in front of service center staff but problem was same third time mobile was returned without repair to confirm I charged the mobile at my home for 10 hours the problem was same the mobile not charging/holding the charge I am mentally very upset with the company from last 02 months today on 22 Feb 2014 I submitted the mobile for fourth time to service center sir please help me regarding this problem please arrange to replace this set for my mental satisfaction.

                                      Hi, I want to lodge a complain against Spice Retail Limited, D-354, Main Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi -110092. I purchased a Samsung S Duos2 S7582 on 25th December, 2013 via bill number C861256. I purchased a 8 GB memory card for this mobile phone on 2nd February, 2014. This card was inserted in the mobile by the attendant at shop himself. I left the shop after that but later on realized that my storage space is still using the internal memory. I couldn't go to the shop during the working days as I was busy in my office. Now when I visited the shop on 9th February to get the memory card checked. The shop attendant checked the card and he found that there is a crack in the card. This card has problem right from the start and was not working. That is why I visited the shop to get this checked. Now they have refused to replace the card. Also the staff has misbehaved with me and saying that you have broken this card. I'm a regular customer of Spice Retail and have purchased at least 5 mobiles from the same store in past 2 years. Still I have been treated like this. This is really frustrating that regular customers like me are treated like this. I urge you to look into this matter and get my card replace without any delay.                                         dear sir/mam, my name is chetan gaikwad frm pune. i purchased spice qt-75 model frm home shop 18 in nov 2013.but within a week i returned mobile to them bcoz of handset prblm. after a 2/3 weeks later they send me new model of spice qt-75 in 2 nd dec 2013. nowdays the mobile having much more prblm. its bluetooth not operate, mobile hang, its keypad light not operate, sumtime mobile not showing memory card presence, if music play it automatically off music and returned to home screen. i shown to service centre of spice but directly told me that handset is problematic.they send my mobile to ur mumbai service centre also but still mobile having problem. i demand to refund bcz now i m boar of that mobiles problem. my contact no.[protected]
