Dear sir/madam, I had purchased a set ( spice ) bearing model no- M5916 on dated:05/03/2014, Invoice no: TARA1260920, Order no:[protected], IMEI1-[protected] & IMEI2-[protected] through Homeshop18 in the name of Ajay kumar Das, Arad bazaar, Balasore -756001, Orissa, Amount: 1999/- . ( service request no[protected]E70057 ), But the problems arises after 15 days, I had repaired at the service centre nearly about 5 times such as battery Replacement, Charging cable replacement & oths. On last 17/06/2014 my set has a major problems so which I had to service centre for which it has been for repaire, But till now I couldn’t got my set. As per when I had consulted to service centre they speaks that please wait more one weeks/ or when I had talked to customer care of spice company the same answer, the question arises after purchasing of this new mobile set why the problems arises after 15 days, why I will run to service centres many times for repaire. Why are you selling this Ghatia / Use less/ Chor sets of this company. So Please/ kindly replace me for a new set of mobile / refund me the amount which I had paid, or else I will move to consumer forum for justice in order to get relief.
