    HelloI would like to express my dis satisfactory experience which I am continuously having with Spice service team for my just 6 months old phone Spice mi-525 which I have sent for repair on 9 Aug with SR[protected]E80254 and complaint no# [protected]. Till date I have spoken to Customer care for more 5 times now and my call was escalated to below given senior members four times with no solution but false commitments . 1)Sandeep Singh2)Javed Ali3)Karthik ReddyI was commited by Javed Ali and Sandeep Singh from escalation team that the phone would be serviced latest by 2 Sep 2014 and thus should be ready by 3sep 2014 for me to pickup from service center which has not happened yet. So when I call customer care at helpline no# [protected] I was been told that its not repaired yet.So I spoke with this gentkeman Karthik Reddy who said he will pass on the call to Sandeep Singh to assist further and after waiting for 15 long mins the call went straight to IVR and got disconnected. So this way I am facing pathetic customer service and thus as a customer suffering alot with no response about my phone.Please provide me up to date information and return my phone ASAP. Or else I would be forced to approach Consumer Court forum for this.

        i am purchase a spice mobile-MI-426 on 12.02.2014
        on july -2014 the mobile has a problem(white display)
        i am given my mobile to spice customer care on 22.07.2014 which address is, Ramraja Tele Service, 14/2 Ramcharen sett road, Howrah-711104, Ph.[protected]
        the told me this is liquid damage, and they are taken 25 days for resolved my problem,

        but as on date 2.09.2014 they dont contact me, iam contact 2times, but the response is unsatisfied,
        today i am calling again but they don't response correctly and cut my phone.

              We have purchased spice mi 445 as on 25/08/2014 ap per details it have 3.2 mp camera with flash but it has poor quality camera less than 2mp and no use of flash in dark flash is unable to capture picture. In advertising on internet on spice website it has sensor in showing in image but in actual it has no sensor. as per details it have 4 gb internat memory but when i attach it to computer it shows only 1gb memory.

                I had purchased spice mobile mi-451 on April 30, 2014, IMEI -[protected]. After 3 months of service it stop displaying screen suddenly.I take it to service center on 25th July, after diagnosing customer support agent told me that some display IC is malfunctioning and it needs to be replaced. He told me to pay Rs1650 /- for that and deposited my phone. Why I have to pay as my phone stop functioning within 3 months after purchase and is still in warranty period? Its not my fault.Till today 24-Aug-2014 problem is not rectified. What kind of service "SPICE" mobile is providing to there customers?, I think this is my worst experience with this "SPICE" mobile providers and I will discourage any one in my knowledge going to buy this product. I regret on my decision to buy mobile of this company.

                    Dear Sir, I am Deepak Chouhan, I have a handset of Spice MI-426 its IMEI number is [protected] and i have given it on the service center on 07.07.2014 in Indore and the problem was display and software updation, but till date i didn't get any response from the company and service center, i have called so many times to company and service center but not getting any solution., I have visited service center more than 5 times and they are again & again saying the display of handset would not be available from the company ends, whenever i visit the service provider they will giving a 7 days time, but still my handset is not repaired, So, please consider my problem, and solve as soon as problem.

                      sir/ madam I have ordered a product from homeshop18.com Order No.[protected] & Sub Order No.[protected] of Item Spice Dual Core Android Phablet - Mi-502n White having EAN No.[protected] billled by Tarash Overseas Pvt. Ltd., Faridabad, Haryana on 15/10/2013 & received on 24/10/2013. After using the phone, I find some camera quality problem & I have submitted to the service centre (ASC Zunaira Televentures, Rampur (U.P.)) but no changes in my camera quality which they done. I complaint & mail about the problem but no solution of my problem has done. After that i use my phones as it is but a month ago there will a problem in charging jack & a camera Flash of my phone, i go through the service centre(ASC Zunaira Televentures, Rampur (U.P.)) they said that they do not have charging jack this time so come after 10 days and they solved both problems. I go after 10 days then they said for more 3 days. After that i can't go after 3 days for some problems & go today(08/08/2014) & In those days, there have been some small broken at the bottom left corner of the upper glass of screen (which is work as usual they work & cannot affect any of the parts of the phones) bcoz of that they can't accept my phone in warranty for my problems(which is not affected by anytype through those small broken) & said repaired by payment basis. I said that solve problem of my jack & flash which is not a part of screen but they can't received my phone in warranty. So, its my humble request to you to solve my problems & said to ur service centre to accept my phone & solve Flash & charging jack Problem .                       Hi there,
                      On 4th of May 2015 I gave my phone at Jammu SKYLINE service center, they told me there is some dead shot in phone and will send it to spice directly. At that point I told them there is battery issue as well. I guy sitting there said I am from Spice and I get the battery changed when my is repaired and comes back. I said OK.
                      On 20th of May 2015 I got my phone but I could't check it whether it is working or nor and still till date I don't know whether phone is working or not.Because battery of my phone was inflated and SkyLine Service center does't have spare battery to check it.

                      The very same time On 20th of May 2015 I booked a ticket at Cust. care of spice for Battery. I was told, I will be getting my battery within next 4-5 days but I have to pay for the battery as it is not covered in warranty as it is inflated due to dam reasons (Over charging balla balla), I said OK, these were the words by their Cust. Executive. But nothing really moved and after 15 days I called up again and I was told I have to go to local Spice Service center personally for booking the ticket. On 9th of June 2015 I placed a request for battery at ( ASC Mobile Link ) Spice Service Center Jammu. Under Sr.No:09101637F60072. Today I made a call to Cust.care of Spice to know why is it taking so long to get battery and I am surprised to know these people are saying Sir you will be getting your battery by 20th of July 2015.
                      where in already almost 2 have gone when request for battery is made. Spice is fooling people and not providing service for which they get business.After sales service is pathetic and I would say Spice cheated me on provide service.

                          Dear Team, I would like to express my dissatisfaction on the product SPICE MI 500 and MI 350 Purchase date: 19th October 2012 for MI500 23rd October 2011 for MI350 Reasons below, 1) Battery for MI 500 was replaced within 5 months from purchase date and now again its not working since last 6 months.. But unable to get the new battery in market anywhere. 2) Touch screen got damaged of MI350, but unable to get same repaired, as no touch screen for said handset is available in any of mentioned service centres or anywhere in market. 3) when requested for service center details were given link : http://www.si2imobility.com/spicemobiles/Service-Center.php but no service center is having this battery or touch screen or batter for said handset. 4) when we call service center number listed either they have discontinued the service or the phones numbers are not in use /working. 5) Now mobiles are kept as show piece as not getting new battery for MI500 and Touch screen for MI350. While aiming to become a competition for successful brands in market the key is customer service and satisfaction which itself is missing. I repent my decision of purchasing Spice mobile and would like advise no one should buy it, if educated persons like me are not getting any help even after so much of follow up through mails and complaints. Kindly provide me with the correct contact details and escalation matrix for service related escalations for SPICE and details of the service center. Regards Ravindra Patil

                            HI, this is very disappointing a brand name like spice fooling its very own consumers, i recently purchased spice mi 506, the company claims that it has a camera of 8mp, but for actual the camera is only 6mp, i wonder how can a company do fraud with its consumers, if i dont get result sooon i am going to go consumer court, enough of these fraud companies trying to make fool out of hard working tax payers money!! Janta maaf nai karegi!

                              Hi all, I am writing this in order express my dissatisfaction about services of spice mobiles. I gave my handset to a service station located in Ujjain for repairing, Its battery not getting charged so i complaint to the service center as address is below mentioned. They just said to me it will replaced by 15 days.But i m continusly went there to get new battery but they didnt give me for 4 Months. When i purchased new battery from market then i found that service center broke my mobile from Side buttons(Switch ON\OFF button). I went there to let them know but they denied and insulted me. Then i repiared it from the market again it is givivg problem. I am really frustrated to buy Spice Mi-436.My mobile details: IMEI-[protected] S-IMEI-[protected] S/N :Mi-436HA[protected] My hard earned money is wasted just of you fool making company. I dont know how i trust you people. Thats Ethical very wrong. I have inquired about it number of times, never got a substantial reply.                                   Dear Sir/Mam, I had purchased a Mobile handset (Spice MI-356) on[protected] from a local dealer. Recently my phone got some technical fault, and I went to a Local Auth. Service Center i.e. Siddhi Telecom Pvt. Ltd., District Yamuna Nagar, Haryana-135001, they checked my cellphone and asked me for Rs.- 150 for replacing a Jack. But my handset is still under warranty and they were not supposed to be charge money for service. anyhow I gave them Rs.- 150 /- and they asked me to sign on a form where Estimation is asked before any repairing, but they did not tell me about this form earlier and after changing the Jack they showed me this form where it was written - Physical Damage, Liquid logged, however both were not found in my mobile before replacing that jack. But they wrongly charged me Rs.- 150 /- . So Kindly take a necessary action and manage to return my money. Please find the attached scan copy of receipt of Rs.- 150/-.                                     I gave spice MI423 mobile to spice service centre (B-18, 9/54 L.G.F. Namdhari Chambers, D.B. Gupta Road, Karol Bagh New Delhi) on 19.06.2014 for change the LCD. because my my phone display is not working properly. After being lapse of 45 days till date I have not received the Mobile. I have call on 20.07.2014, 25.07.2014, 26.07.2014 but they are asking for more days. I personally visited your service centre for 20.07.2014 to 06.08.2014 continued. It becomes very pathetic for me without mobile. Please clarify how many days your service centre required to merely change for LDC display. Your service are very poor.                                       Dear sir/madam, I had purchased a set ( spice ) bearing model no- M5916 on dated:05/03/2014, Invoice no: TARA1260920, Order no:[protected], IMEI1-[protected] & IMEI2-[protected] through Homeshop18 in the name of Ajay kumar Das, Arad bazaar, Balasore -756001, Orissa, Amount: 1999/- . ( service request no[protected]E70057 ), But the problems arises after 15 days, I had repaired at the service centre nearly about 5 times such as battery Replacement, Charging cable replacement & oths. On last 17/06/2014 my set has a major problems so which I had to service centre for which it has been for repaire, But till now I couldn’t got my set. As per when I had consulted to service centre they speaks that please wait more one weeks/ or when I had talked to customer care of spice company the same answer, the question arises after purchasing of this new mobile set why the problems arises after 15 days, why I will run to service centres many times for repaire. Why are you selling this Ghatia / Use less/ Chor sets of this company. So Please/ kindly replace me for a new set of mobile / refund me the amount which I had paid, or else I will move to consumer forum for justice in order to get relief. Attachments- Purchased bill, job card from service centre.

                                        Dear Sir I recently bought spice 356 hardly 2 months back. Unfortunately LCD of the set get damaged and I gave it to your ASC SHREE SHYAM SERVICES centre for the repairing. Initially they told Rs.750 for the servicing and tentative date for hand over the repaired set is 15 days. Unfortunately they charged RS.1500 and took more than 1 month to repair the unit. But most important thing is that they have replaced the LCD with 3rd grade Chinese LCD whose screen resolution, picture quality is very poor. They have only provide their job sheet no. but no service request no. is provided. Please lodge my complaint for cheating about your authorised service partner who also services other brand like micromax. Waiting for your suitable reply. Please help

                                        Thanks for your support. One more thing I would like to know if the set was send for repairing to the service centre.
                                        Because after repairing the set they didn't give any receipt for the replaced LCD.
