I bought a spice full touch android mobile from home shop 18 . Bought it with a lot of hope, since this was my first online purchase ever. But the piece came defective and was delivered on 24th July 2014. Ever since I'm following up with customer care to replace it. Even after weeks nobody has come to pick up the product and we are waiting at home, holding all our other commitments. They promise to come and never show up even don't know when they will come and collect and don't know how many days they will take to refund our money.This has been a harrowing experience so far and I do not recommend this site for any one. Please do not buy any product from homeshop 18

    Sir, This is regarding the complain of my Spice Mi - 502 mobile which i was received from service centre after Touch issue problem in the mobile. My complain no was E-60185 which i gave to ur company on 24th June 2014 due to some touch issue problem. The mobile is under warranty. After a long period of time of 1 and 7 days on 30 July i received my mobile back from the Raipur service centre. Even after that i am facing problem with the touch screen which was fitted by the company. It was not like before in touch even the sound is disturbed. I am not at all satisfied with the service u have provided to me, nor i would recommend anybody to buy this brand. Jitna paisa aap log advt mein karch karte ho uska adha bhi lagaya hota to brand sudhar jata. My IMEI No. is [protected] Other No is [protected] Another impotrtant matter is ur accessories is not avialable anywhere in Raipur capital of Chhattisgarh and even online stores.       I had made online shopping and booked Spice Stellar 509 for Rs.7199/-. I received the phone on 05.07.14. After 3-4 days the speaker is not working i had complaint and told to contact Spice i contacted and i have been given their service point at Mira Road east. on 15/07/14 i had given my phone for repairing so far i have not received my phone back. Every time phone at service center they say still they have not received the handset speaker. Is it genuin address given below by Spice telecom. Pls take strong action and reply me immediately.

        6 months ago I brought a spice coolpad mi-496 mobile, from the time itself, i didn't receive any confirmation messages like a message from OTP password from internet banking, way2sms, online verification code.No more problem with my SIM card, if i want OTP code or else i put my SIM card to another mobile and to get the code. I tried to change so many setting but it doesn't work. What to do? I need your help . Thank you...

          I had given spice mobile model no MI - 354 on date 10.06.14 to spice authorised center address SACH COLLECTION POINT 1789/3, RAJIV NAGAR MAIN MATA ROAD GURGAUN CONTACT NO [protected] (service Request no 07101561E60124) because it was not getting on. They said they need to change my display and would cost me INR 1180 so i paid that amount and asked me to come after 2 hrs so I came back to collect my phone then they said that they have changed the display but the set is still not working. They said me to come after 4 days so I call them after 4 days and they said my phone is ready so I can collect . I went to collect my mobile second time but it was not ready again so they send me back. After 10 days I called but again said that I can come to collect so went again to collect but still phone was not ready and they said they will replace my mobile with new one so they send me back third time. On 11 july I received sms from spice that my phone is repaired and i can collect my mobile within 2 days so I went again to collect but the phone was still not working and again they send me back 4 times and asked me to collect after 2 days . After one week I called them if my phone is ready they said yes your phone is working now and after visiting again the same thing so that was my 5th visit. i have been fade up with the response and the cost of petrol I have wasted just to visit is more than the cost of mobile.I am sending this mail just to let you know the delay and behaviour of your autharised service center, if you cant give me proper service than pleasde throw my mobile in a dustbin and I would go to consumer court with all evidence because i don't care if I get my mobile back or not but I have lost my time and money wasted in petrol will not let me be in peace and I would take a strong action against the inconvenience caused by spice Amit [protected]

                      Sir, I purchased Spice MI 505 on dated 8/2/14. After two months mobile charger not working, somehow I managed to charge from usb cable but next month onwards a serious battery problem started. It sometimes show me full charge but after 2-3 calls, battery charge became low. It was clearly understood that the battery cannot hold charge anymore. Today I visited your customer care at Kolkata name “Billenium Sales & Service, 6 Chowringhee Lane”. It was a terrific experience that I had to wait first 1 hour without any reason. Then one person took my phone and without any reason they opened all the screws.I repeatedly asked him to check the battery as I was facing a charging issue.Then he told me that It would take 15 -20 days for repair. I was surprised that the phone set still working ok. The problem related to battery.But the person behaved very badly and used very undecent words. Other customers also complained that their phone sets returned after 15-20 days unattendedly. Their services and overall behaviour are very poor.I was very offended and returned my phone back from them. Now I have a question to you that if you provided this type of poor service to customers then on which basis we will purchase your product in future ? I donot know what I will do now.                         That I have purchased a mobile model Spice Full HD Quad Core Mobile MI 525 from Tarash Overseas Pvt. Ltd. Plot No. 5, Sector 27, Near Ssr Corporate Tower, Faridabad through the TV marketing Co. Home Shop 18 order on dated 8-02-14 vide invoice no. TARA1171455 dated[protected] for Rs. 9, 999/-. That As per the warranty card received the limited warranty is for the product (except accessories) and is given for the first twelve (12) months from the date of purchase of the handset. That on dated 10/03/2014 (after completion around 1 month) the above said handset was not detecting both SIM Cards. That I have contacted all the 6 service centre mentioned in the List provided by company. But all the mentioned service centres are shutting their services, then i got one of its working service centre which was located at S. K. Enterprises, 1712, A-4, First Floor, Govindpuri Extension Kalkaji, New Delhi, when I reached there i have noticed that the service centre has shifted to 31, Krishna Market, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019. After a long exercise finally I reached to S. K. Interprises, 31, Krishna Market, Kalkaji, New Delhi-19 a service centre of Spice mobile. After visiting 2 days, S. K. Enterprises, received my mobile by computerised Service Request No. 30101371E30220 dated[protected] at 12.37 pm. by committing 7 days time. After completion of 10 days, i regularly asked about my handset to return and they were not provided satisfactory answer. After a lot of harassment, i registered a complaint at Homeshop 18 vide complaint registration no. 99911787 dated[protected], and they informed that your mobile will be return back by[protected] but on that date i also did not get my hand set. Then i have sent a notice to the Spice Mobile by email and ask to take back my mobile and return my money, given 15 days time. The Company before completion of my notice period 15 days returned my mobile. The mobile was repaired temporary basis, resulting the the mobile is most of the time showing "No Network" when i ask to the Service Centre they are saying that this is due to low network. But when i check near the mobile tower of vodafone it is also the same problem is arising. Therefore you are requested to kindly resolve my grievance.                             I am Ritu Srivastava from noida. I have bought spice android Mi-502n from Homeshop 18 In the month of October. I have given my phone in Noida Sector -15 Bhagmal complex on 28-6-14 But still I haven't got my phone. Its going to be one month now.Now its number is switched off.Service request number is 24100820E60503.I am not satisfied with your the service center .Now i can wait only for two days . After that I will complaint in the consumer forum.

                              Dear Sir, My Spcie Mobile MI 505 IMEI No. is [protected] & [protected] and As per below mail by Mr. Rajesh Yadav (Head of Sach Collection Gurgaon Service Center), he wrote me in his mail that my handset will be return on Wednesday, But when i called him he said sorry your handset will be returned on Saturday, Now i don't trust him and i want to know that why he is telling lie, i would like to inform you that Mr. Rajesh Yadav is biggest defaulter and telling lie from the starting, So i request you kindly take strict action against Mr. Rajesh Yadav and Confirm me when you will deliver my Spice mobile from repairing, Reply me as soon as possible otherwise i will take legal action against you.                                 I have given an order for the spice battery (MODEL : SPICE MI 495 SPICE STELLAR VIRTUOSO) and still am waiting after 2 months of order date ...pls do anything in this case..iam ready to pay the amount..but there is no response from that service request

My expectation is my cell is under warranty period & why shall I face the product related issue when I was been assured for the durability of the product. I expect Bill amount 6499/-Rs refunded for my mobile, I have log a call with consumer court (attach copy), kindly consider this as a legal notice and expect revert in 15 days’ time frame with effect today.                                     Problem 1- On 25 June speaker problem.spice service centre repair and replace speaker without any cost.
                                    Problem 2- On 08 July display broken(felt from chair) spice service centre asking for Rs.3300/ for repairing.

                                      I purchased a spice pinnacle pro Mi-535 mobile on 31 Aug 2013.The battery has been swollen within 10 months.I've contacted almost every spice service center within Delhi and outside Delhi too, but sadly none of them are having the replacement battery in their stock.The executives say that battery won't be replaced because its been overcharged and it does not cover the warranty(The handset is still in the warranty) and I have to purchase the battery.They say that battery won't be available for next 4-5 months and asked me to wait or try for another service center and even none of the other centers are having the battery in stock.Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.                                       One week has already passed since my complaint and nothing has been done yet.You've said that spice mobile will revert to me shortly.When will I be hearing from you??
                                      I never thought that I would face this much problem by purchasing mobile from spice.It looked like my investment of Rs 13500/- have gone in waste.
                                      Please understand that I'm going through much suffering due to non availability of the phone and kindly resolve this at earliest as possible

                                        Hi, In few months use of mi 535 its battery started swelling and I called many service station in Bangalore for a battery replacement but each of them states that there is no supply of battery for this model. So whats the use of purchasing a phone and then no service after sales. Could you justify this or provide a reason why this delay is there as this phone is useless without battery. Its been 30 days and no one still says that battery will be available. FYI IMEI number is : [protected] and service request no. - "10101623E60075". And let me know in which service center it will be available? I have raised this request to SK Mobile care Center, Bomanhall, Near Prashanth Hospital, Banglore.
