Hi Spice Team, I bought a Spice Mi 550 from Saholic.com in December, 2013. The details of the same are mentioned below: Invoice No. 68422 S.I. No. 603944 Imei - [protected] Recently, my phone's screen got damaged. When I went to the authorized Spice service center (Fine Fone Solution, Jayanagar), they informed me that the cost of repairing the same is INR 9, 500. I have also asked them to give me this quote in writing, and sent a mail as well. But they have refused to answer. I am clueless, that how come you can charge INR 9, 500 just for replacing the screen of a phone which I bought at INR 12, 000. If it's an actual quote, it is an open loot by your team. And if I don't receive a satisfactory response from you regarding the justification of this high cost, I am bound to knock the doors of Consumer Court for a speedy resolution. Awaiting your response as soon as possible to resolve this. I CAN"T JUST BUY A PHONE EVERYDAY AND THROW IT ONCE SCREEN IS GONE.

    I have purchase spice mobile a new one Mi-423 a android version from Home shop-18 @ 3999 it was good to have a smart phone at such a price but after one month the phone started showing his true color. Automatic the display was off don't know how?? The mobile have not felt anywhere nor it was kept in water bottle don't know how it happens.Anyhow I have started to visit a mobile repairing store to grap a new display but a worst scenario is that none of the shopkeeper have any parts for this flop mobile they use to visit in the market but no result found. I went to gallery as well but no proper gallery for Spice, the repairers are saying these is spice gallery but no labels of spice was available they have posted some of LAVA, XOLO, etc. Atlast I have told what will it will cost for the display damaged they directly told Rs 2560. I am unable to understood how come the price for display is 2560 as the mobile price is Rs 3999 rather then I repair I would like to crush my mobile in front of bulldozer. From last 1months Im suffering the problem so the thumbs down for Spice mobile.

      I am the user of spice stellar pinnacle mi 535.the battery of this phone has been fully damaged.i wanted to buy a new battery.firstly i inquired authorised spice mobile store in jalandhar They Said they havenot have the battery of this mobile phone after that i have inquired many shops and mobile centres in chandigarH Delhi etc but i m not getting this battery. Also the touch of my phone has been broken and i Am not getting that from any shop same as battery so pls kindly Do something regarding this .i hope you would understand my problem and reply to this or otherwise i will havE to go to consumer court to get help.kIndly do something quickly..

          i had purchased a spice mobile model number mi-235. After 6 months of time interval its battery has been swelled up. I ordered battery (scb-14) from spice care center Roorkee on 8th june. now today is 26th june still service center people are saying that it will take 20 more days. Is it fun ? They weekly called me for battery but result is always same no battery. Is this your service? Fed up of your service.Kindly available its battery as soon as otherwise this mobile is of no use or kindly replace my mobile completely by new mobile.

            I purchased a Spice MI 355 a little over the year ago. The battery swelled and required replacement.The battery was not available in any of the service centers in Delhi. In April 2014, I requested customer care to arrange for one. I wrote them several times during last 1-1/2 months, only to hear "we are arranging the battery on priority". It is shocking that Spice has failed to arrange a replacement battery for the phone purchased little over year ago. This speaks of quality of the product and their customer support services. With this ground reality should any one buy a Spice cell phone?

When I will Take this mobile there are lots of Problem . But Suddenly My mobile LCD has been Broken on 23th May 2014.I have submitted my handset 24th may 2014 to the Service Center. Name Of the Service Center "Godsons Enterprises" Which is located in B-18, 9/54, Namdhari Chamber, D.B. Gupta Road, KAROL BAGH. My Service Request No.[protected]E50174 . But till now My Handset the service center has not given my mobile that to me. Service center asked to me this total cost of my replacement of new LCD cost 2050/- . I have paid 1000/- & rest amount will be paid on after completing the further process. I visited to the service center to many times, & asked for my handset but service centerhas not given me any response .He provide me the service center no. to get the status of my mobile, but number is busy, out of coverage & ringing but not recieved. Lastly I got to the customer Care no. But customer care asked to me your handset has been repaired, 2-3 days delivered to the service center. As of Now 20/06/2014 When i visited Vijay Telecom (Spice Customer Care Office) office for collect the rectified Set. I WAS JUST SURPRISED THAT OFFICE TEAM REPLY IN Very Simples words THAT MY SET IS OUT TOWN... AND USING BY ANOTHER PERSON?? I don't know who is HE????? MOREOVER I WILL BE RECEIVE MY SET AFTER THREE DAYS ONLY?? I am not able to understand that what is my fault??? And where is Spice Honesty or Resposibilities??? NEED below mentioned answers :- How could any person used my set without any authorisation/Rights? How Irresponsible your staff for customer grievances??                     at 12:50 P:M called 5 times but he receive and cut my call. he didn't talked to me in manner.

                      I have purchased the mobile phone serial no 13101686E50018 through Homeshop18 and is under 1 year warranty, documents related/required by the customer service at Mira road have been submitted. I have lodged a complaint with SPICE MOBILE Mira road - Thane Customer service center (Mr. Abbas) for replacement of battery on 24.05.2014. Subsequently SPICE mobile allotted registration reference no [protected] on 02.06.2014 Since 24.06.2014 I have been chasing for replacement of battery. SPICE deputed Mr. Vaani contact no [protected] who most of the time keep his cell off and when contacted today, 18.06.2014 he disconnected the call midway without reason and since morning his cell is off. Every e-mail request to SPICE Mobile is replied by an automated message system saying we are working on your complaint and have deputed our representative who will contact you soon.                       Till now no development/improvement. The SPICE mobile, by all means of communication, telling me to wait for replacement of battery. But upon asking them till how long I will have to wait? they do not have answer, their customer care executive and e-mail messages are saying one and the same thing "give us some time and wait" but they do not have concrete answer when will I get the battery? According to one of the customer care executive they do not have battery in stock????
                      Mr. Vaani contact no [protected] is still investigating on my complaint since 18.06.2014 (lastly I spoke, and he cut the call mid-way) He haven't revert on my calls, he claimed he is head of Maharashtra and Goa region. How responsible/sincere person??
                      Today 24.06.2014 its one month completed. The SPICE mobile customer care has e-mailed me assuring to arrange the battery by end of this week.

                          Hi, In few months use of mi 535 its battery started swelling and I called many service station in Bangalore for a battery replacement but each of them states that there is no supply of battery for this model. So whats the use of purchasing a phone and then no service after sales. Could you justify this or provide a reason why this delay is there as this phone is useless without battery. Its been 10 days and no one still says that battery will be available. Can you please contact me @[protected] and let me know when battery will be available. Thanks, Vishal

                            Dear sir/madam, I had purchased a mobile set, Mi - 449 on the 17th of May, 2014 through the Home Shop 18 online store. On the 9th of June, I had placed it on my cooler and had gone to sleep. The next morning, 10th June, 2014, i found the mobile with a crack on the upper half of the screen and the screen not responsive. Customer care claims that the screen is NOT covered under the guarantee period. The thing is, there is no plausible cause for the screen to crack. Was it due to the fact it was placed on the cooler?                               I have purchased spice mobile model MI 515 from Homeshop 18 in the month of Oct. 2013 and my mobile IMEI No. is [protected]. I am facing so many problem after 3-4 months from the purchase. I given my mobile in service center during the month of march 2014 when the display was get down. After near about 10-15 days I received my mobile back stating that its ok. But after the service, I have get another problem like network, speaker and touch problem. On 19th May 2014 I have again given my mobile to service center named ND Traders, New Delhi. I have been informed that my phone will repair within 10-20 days. Today I call service center for information and they informed that still they have note rececived back my phone from Spice company. I call your customer care on [protected] for the same. I have been informed by the executive that still my phone not ok, it will take 4-5 days more for repair and its in the company. He has lodged my complaint and given no.[protected]. I want to know that why its take so many time for repair and why the company not informed me when the phone is under your company for repair. Why the Sr. officer not making any contact with me. Its only to lodge the complaint for customer satisfaction. If you are taking so many time to repair, it shows that you have so many problem in your handset and you are not able to rectify the problem and lots of handset are back in your company for repair.                               Dear Sir/Mam,

                              please refer to the above mentioned subject this is to inform you that i had given my mobile spice mi502n(IMEI No:- [protected] in vidya telecom (kanpur, u.p.) on dt-21.07.14 vide job sheet no.877 for service related to touch problem &amp; charging problem.
                              The service person of vidya telecom (KANPUR, U.P.) told me that they will return my mobile within 20 working days. i am regularly communicating with the same person but i didn't get any positive response from their end. My mobile is in warranty period however they have charged 460/- rupees from me.

                              still today i have not received my mobile. Kindly check the status of my mobile and do the needful and also tell me the exact date when my mobile will be delivered.

                                Spice Team, It was my belief before buying the Spice MI 535 Pinnacle Pro from the Saholic via Flipkart that I am going to get taken care off well by this great Indian mobile company, But SPICE TOTALLY FAILED ME. I bought the mobile with the order ID : OD[protected], the battery got swelled in like 4-5 months after I procure the phone, I went to the couple of service centers in Hyderabad, but people there started saying me that the phone has been stopped to sale in Indian market, there is no availability of the battery, even if you raise a request with them. Though, I am anyway knowing that this phone is on sale by many online shopping portals yet and it's available for delivery. Even flipkart is still having this phone for sale. But the spice company customer care can't help us to get the batteries, they've straight away told us that this battery is not in warehouse and there is no chance of it to come to the market or service center. I am totally disappointed with the same input from them. Now, I am left with a phone which couldn't work without the battery, it's an abuse to me and to every consumer in the Indian cell phone market. I urge everyone not to buy a spice phone at any cost, they'll commit to bring you the best but they can't do, because they're an unplanned and accidentally formed company in the India cell phone market. I don't have more strong words to define my disappointment. Ankit

                                I’ve been literally striving to get my phone up, because the phone got bulged due to overcharging when I was out last month. I need the battery of the phone whose specifications have been given below :-

                                Model Number : Spice Pro Pinnacle MI-535
                                IMEI Number : [protected] &amp; [protected]
                                Serial Number : Mi535V63001353

                                I’ve checked the complete smartphone market to get/procure this battery, but it’s nowhere available, it’s not even available in Spice service centers located at Hyderabad, Indore and Mumbai. Kindly help me to avail/get my battery from any of the nearest Spice service centers or ship me the battery at my postal address. It’s very urgent &amp; I request you provide me the resolution of the same ASAP.

                                  Hi, In few months use of mi 535 its battery started swelling and I called many service station(karol bagh, gurgaon etc) for a battery replacement but each of them states that there is no supply of battery for this model. So whats the use of purchasing a phone and then no service after sales. Could you justify this or provide a reason why this delay is there as this phone is useless without battery. Its been 10 days and no one still says that battery will be available. Thanks, Shubh

                                  I am also facing the same challenge, the battery got swelled due to over charging, now when I am ready to buy the battery from the service centers, there is none available, Don't know, whom should we go, if consumer courts is the only way left, then I'd take that direction as well.

                                  Spice has to ensure that the phones, which they're releasing must have the batteries which could be found readily available in the market, I am seriously suffering due to this problem.

                                  Myself is Arun Kumar Upadhyay and I m also having the same model Spice Mi-530, IEMI NO - [protected]. I also contacted many service centre and the customer care of Spice itself but they said there is no battery in stock. This is a very tough situation and the phone is become on dummy without the battery and what about the value for money. Might be this company is not having any business policy and just cheating with consumers.

Ltd. delivered on January 22, 2014. Now touch buttons of mobile are not functioning. It is being vibrated and different menues are being showing and vanishing again.

                                      ..I have purchased spice mobile phone M6110 on line vide order no[protected] dated 24.5.2014.This M6110 mobile .I have received it courier on 26.5.2014.on checking mobile was found faulty.I tried through coustomer care .. they send me to authrise service centre. but they did nothing.I again sought help from spice customer care but of no use . now i requet to help me to replace this faulty mobile phone M6110.

                                        While watching the show therewhee free bees also :


                                        Rs 500 /- discount voucher per order
                                        05 numbers led tv ‘s 32” samsung make out of
                                        Total no of sets mobiles retailed.


                                        I was watching continuously to find out the outcome of led’s
                                        And suddenly i find


                                        First name was declared from maharashtra –mumbai - 1st led
                                        Second
                                        Name was declared from chandigarh – (Name
                                        Displayed mr deepak raina) - 2nd led
                                        Third, fourth & fifth from up


                                        Now a days technology is so advanced you keep phots of
                                        Events i called your center they said since you name has come we will get back
                                        To you, 13 minutes are still left we will get back to you.


                                        Today i had received all products orders without led tv 32 “
                                        Samsung i was astonished how good company like home shop 18 has forgotten to
                                        Dispatch led tv .


                                        I again called to your call center and was informed that you
                                        Will get call / revert back. I request
                                        If schemes are displayed as marketing gimmicks you have to honor,
                                        Otherwise customer gets disheartened and
                                        Looses fait in the company and will send this letter to all channels tv’s / print media / face
                                        Book / twitter etc and will send written communication to mrtp


                                        Hope you will not lose customer/ customers and keep your
                                        Commitment otherwise, options are open
                                        As per above . I saw web site where
                                        Schemes highlights it is not up dated till date.
