I have purchased spice mi-525, fhd through homeshop18 on 23rd january, order number[protected] and complaint no 95632961, performance was very hanging from first time power on and battery performance was very poor, they are calling fhd display but its not like that, but real tragedy start now, on 4th february mobile suddenly got power-off within 10 days and not got power-on again.On same day i have called to homeshop and they sent me addres of priyancy service center in surat, on 6th feb i have visited that adress but found office of sahara india instead of priyancy care, but neighbour shop keeper told me priyancy’s new adress, i went there and asked for service but receiptionist has given me another adress of service centre named siddhi vinayak care center in rustampura surat, i reached and told for service but a fellow told me that we have stopped spice service center and i have called to homeshop from that shop and informed them that in surat now where to found service center but they have replied me that wait for 12 hrs we have forwarded your problem to banglore, but theirs 12 hrs were never getting ended, eventhough i have called 7-8 time and 4-5 mails did to hs18 but no reply from hs18, when i agressively talked and found a reply by mail of mr gautam i should visit service centre and clearly told that we will not give you refund or replacement mean they have wasted my time and gave mental haresment, in between i have contacted on all possible media..By phone, by mail to spice mobile but nobody receiving call and nobody replying on mail from spice mobile, only got a single mail that we will resolve your problem soon, but nobody has contacted me again, till the date mobile is in service centre, once i got back repaired mobile but it was defective was not working properly so again submitted it back and this time service centre was changed so every time we have to search new adress and wasting of time and to suffer from lot of mental haresment.
