    Dear Sir I have purchased a mobile phone from your south ex store of spice mobile, i have my bill with me that phone is working properly and its not even an year old cell phone last year in August i have purchased that cell and it stopped working in December 2013. i am looking for your executive to contact me and please replace that cell phone i had a very bad experience with the spice mobiles, as i have heard and i am aware about spice being a huge brand.This kind of experience was not expected.       I have purchased Spice Mobile MI-437 IMEI No: [protected] but in the month of April -5- 2014 I have faced problem while Charging. I have visited Spice mobile authorized Service Centre Mobileshoppe, Dhillon Complex, Supela, Bhilai (Chhattisgarh) on dated[protected]. After 21 days when I have received a handset of someone else mobile (IMEI No: [protected]) as it had saved contacts in it. In this mobile has been different problem memory card was unreadable & the light sensor was not working properly. I again registered the complaint on[protected], service request no: 33100127E40162. And again,[protected] when I went to collect the mobile, the problem was not rectified, and again someone else’s mobile was handed over to me. I have again registered a complaint in same date (service request no: 33100127E50041 received by sms). I have already sent a mail to The Regional Manager (Mr. amitava Dey email id [protected]@smobility.in), Service Manager (Mr. Manish Goswami, email id manish.[protected]@smobility.in) & cc to (Mr. Zuber email id [protected]@gmail.com) provided by mobile Shoppe, (Authorized Spice service centre), But the email sent to Regional Manager has bounced back and no reply has come from the Service Manager. I have also sent an email to spice mobile customer care dated[protected][protected]@smobility.in) they have registered and provided me a reference no. [protected] and they said assigned call to our service manager in your location and he will contact shortly, no one call me back. I also make a call to customer care helpline no.[protected] dated[protected] they also provided me a reference no. [protected]. I sent second email to spice customer care dated[protected] they said the mobile was in advanced repair centre, again I call in customer care no. They said that mobile is repaired and it send back to authorized service centre, I asked to service centre guy he said mobile was not reached in there site. Please give me a proper solution if spice will not rectify mobile’s problem provide me new mobile phone because I realized spice have not better technicians for their service centre and authorized service centre for repair mobiles.       i am mamatha a buyer of spice watch mobile from home shop 18 and unfortunately i lost my ear phones and i contacted the customer care for it and they re -directed to fine fone solutions and when i went there they dint have ear phone supporting my phone so they placed an order on behalf of me and reference number is 10101449EB0094 which i placed on 26/11/2014 and later on from that day i calling they are fooling me telling that they have sent the ear phone to fine fone solutions which is in jayanagr 3rd block but when i call them they are telling that they have not received it and i am seriously getting irritated by the way they have behaving . Now i complained that i have not received and the reference number is [protected] . Let me see when they will get back.
      Please dont go for spice mobiles as its not worth and customer support is bad and also they have no prpoer spare parts i[censored] loose.

After one month when I have received the handset, firstly that was not my handset (EMI Number is different), Secondly in that handset same problem was there. Still i am not get my handset.           I would like to express my dissatisfaction on the product SPICE MI 505 purchased through Home shop 18 details below.

          Reasons below,

          1) I had confirmed with homeshop 18 that CDMA will work but when the product was delivered i discovered that only GSM works, so i had to change my network
          2) The charger accompanied with original product was not functional.
          3) when requested for service center details we were given address for Mira road where the shop does not exist.
          4) when we call service center number listed either they have discontinued the service or the phones numbers are not in use /working.
          RAJ MOBILE SHOPPE MUMBAI 554/232, OPP MEGHDOOTH THEATER SEC NO-2 VASHI NAVI, MUMBAI MR. RAJESH [protected]


          5 Now the mobile itself has stopped charging and is not working.

          While aiming to become a competition for successful brands in market the key is customer service and satisfaction which itself is missing.

          I repent my decision of purchasing Spice mobile and expect quality service for the faulty adapter and not working mobile URGENTLY.

          Sir I would like to say that the I submitted the Phone (SPICE Mi524) in 27th Nov- 2015 but My phone is not receiving yet and I called many times in the customer care but they do not give any valid response they extend the date of receiving my handset Sir I had called many times in the customer care but they said only few words the no parts is available. So I had wasted 500rs in my mobile phones for making them call but they do not take any action against them they always say that the wait some more time So sir I cannot wait till more Service Request number - IMEI No-[protected] & Complaint no.             i ashit tyagi purchased spice mobile on dated 16/12/13 from spice out let due to some hearing defect of my earphone i have submitted my spice earphone to Ur authorised service centre in Ghaziabad for replacement which is under warranty period but they are not attending of my problem and giving me only excusing with in the service period so i file the case in consumer court i[censored] do not take right action as soon as possible

              I had purchased a Spice Handset " Spice MI-435 "
              Facing so many problems in Handset from its first day

              1. Songs/Videos are hanging in playing them.
              2. Slow Processing of Launcher.
              3. Hanging Issue.
              4. Apps Problem
              5. Calls Problem ( When dialing both sim network Getting NIL) Outgoing Problem.
              6. Internet Problem
              7. Network Problem
              8. Handset Hanging.

              I had complained retailer he suggested me to go Spice Service Center
              In Spice Service Center they updated the OS of the Handset 3 times in
              one month and 4th time second month but they didn't solve my Actual
              Mentioned Problems, Now they
              are suggesting me to giving my Handset to Service Center for Mother
              Board Replacement of The Handset,

              And they said the process can be take more than 25 day or long
              Sir I cant Make this effort and i can't manage also without Handset
              I am giving them 1 week for this but they said the same the like
              earlier they said.

              I submitted my phone Second time on 5th Jan 2014 they returned my phone after 15 days and problem was same they updated the software only,
              i re-submitted my phone third time on 23th Jan 2014 they took over 4 months and gave my phone back
              but problem was same this time also
              I again sumitted my phone on 28 April now they are not attending my calls and not replying to my mails,
              what to do now ?:;please help me

                I have purchased spice mi-525, fhd through homeshop18 on 23rd january, order number[protected] and complaint no 95632961, performance was very hanging from first time power on and battery performance was very poor, they are calling fhd display but its not like that, but real tragedy start now, on 4th february mobile suddenly got power-off within 10 days and not got power-on again.On same day i have called to homeshop and they sent me addres of priyancy service center in surat, on 6th feb i have visited that adress but found office of sahara india instead of priyancy care, but neighbour shop keeper told me priyancy’s new adress, i went there and asked for service but receiptionist has given me another adress of service centre named siddhi vinayak care center in rustampura surat, i reached and told for service but a fellow told me that we have stopped spice service center and i have called to homeshop from that shop and informed them that in surat now where to found service center but they have replied me that wait for 12 hrs we have forwarded your problem to banglore, but theirs 12 hrs were never getting ended, eventhough i have called 7-8 time and 4-5 mails did to hs18 but no reply from hs18, when i agressively talked and found a reply by mail of mr gautam i should visit service centre and clearly told that we will not give you refund or replacement mean they have wasted my time and gave mental haresment, in between i have contacted on all possible media..By phone, by mail to spice mobile but nobody receiving call and nobody replying on mail from spice mobile, only got a single mail that we will resolve your problem soon, but nobody has contacted me again, till the date mobile is in service centre, once i got back repaired mobile but it was defective was not working properly so again submitted it back and this time service centre was changed so every time we have to search new adress and wasting of time and to suffer from lot of mental haresment.

                  Hi I bought spice mi pro from your website. T The product worked well for 4 days and all of sudden I had issue with sound. When I visited your service centre at Chennai they bluntly asked for money and said they have issue with company. I was really shocked because I paid 350 ruppees for my new mobile.                     we took spice m6110 on april 2014 from homeshop18 and it has not properly completed 1 year and suddenly in between screen is not vissible it is very difficult to call what can we do now, we have guaranty card

                      hi this is shalini i bought spice mi 505 mobile 6 months back and when i gave for a servicing once 4mnths they damaged my volume button and i dont have time to check that and now there was some problem with the software so i agve it in ur service centre on 21st march 2014 and till now they didnt gave my phone back and they didnt even bother to inform me that very worst servicing in 1 year warrenty i[censored] keep our phone for 45 days like that then what is the use of that warrenty and why should we buy your phone if this servicing goes on continuing then i m shore no one will buy your phone is this the way you deal with customers...

                        Issue is MY Mobile Spice MI525 has been submitted in dead position in Spice service center at Karnal on 20.3.2014 and still not getting any information on date. the executives attend the call and said we don't know the exact position of handset and the service incharge just do the things.

I got my mobile on 20th April and Spice Service Center incharge denied to give the service report now mobile started to hang, screw is missing and in very bad condition with loose screw and slow proccessing.

                        So please connect me or i go through with legal action.

                          I bought spice set (Mi 535) from Saholic.com on 02 Jan, 2014. After 3 months of that its battery is swollen, i have gone to register the complain in with ASC N D Traders, J-II/74, 75 Sanjay Market, Wazir Pur, Delhi which known to be the authorised center of spice .Mr Amit on counter is saying that battery is swollen due to over charging and they will not replace it and new battery is not available and it can take 2 months time to come. Purpose of sharing the complain here is that i am looking for some immediate help to be taken from the spice center, I will be thank full if my request would be resolved soon. And as i purchased on 02 Jan, 2014 so it falls under the guarantee period and the service center people say that the battery will cost between rupee 800 to 900.                           I bought the phone 7 months back. The phone battery is not providing the proper back up and in swollen condition.

                          I tried to buy the battery across most electronics and phone markets in delhi but every dealer told me this is very common problem in spice phones and battery is not available in the market.

                          I would need help in buying the new battery for my phone. Details provided below:

                              I had purchased a Spice MI-535 Pinnacle Pro handset on December 5, 2013. The battery of the mobile had swollen in just two months. I tried visiting almost all the service centers in Delhi, but none of them are having a replacement battery in stock. The executives at the service centres are not at all cooperative and say that the battery will not be replaced as the phone had been overcharged. The product is still under warranty. The people at service been center say that the battery will be available in 15 days and ask me to wait for a new battery but now it has been over 2 months and still they are delaying the availability of it. It is nowhere available in Delhi. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                              My battery is swollen too. Not finding a replacement battery anywhere online. Shocked to know its not available with service center too. I expected that battery should be available as its the most sought after part as there is no overcharge protection. I believe this model is one of the popular model from Spice.

                              this is dhirendra & i have taken spice mi 535 pinacle pro mobile in june 2015.
                              The mobile is working well but now there is problem in battery. It is just jumping from 50% to 15% within few minutes.
                              I have been searching for replacing the battery. But in vein.
                              No body is supplying this battery.
                              Even i have sent mail to customer care of spice mobile. But no reply.
                              Seems the company is closed.
                              Very bad experience.
                              You should not take any product from spice mobile.

                                I have purchased a handset of spice Mi 502n from Home shop 18 on 25/12/2013 and that same day my mobile not work properly (hang problem). on 30/03/2014 my mobile was totally hang, so i submitted my mobile to local service center M/s balaji Mobiles & service center, Behind General Hospital, Company Bagh, Alwar (Rajasthan) on 31.03.2014, Service Request No is 20100031E30990 and they give me expected time of delivery 7 Days from 31.03.2014 but my mobile returned back without resolve the problem from your service center As per your comments "due to liquid in it touch pad"
                                Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. Otherwise i will help to resort to the consumer court.

                                      On 4th jan.. I purchased spice M525 from homeshop18 . after 1 month its audio jack stopped working, bluetooth not working properly, heats up very quickly and there were charging problems.. Since my work depends on phone, i couldn't give it for repair at that time. Around 20th march..i contacted homeshop18 for help. They gave me address for service center. But when i reached there people said it no longer exists. I again contacted homeshop18, operators there were not polite. They told me to contact Spice but no one picked up the phone.I then called their head office and some lady talked to me rudely and forwarded my call to their customer care and again no one picked up.
