I have purchase QT 56 recently, but the battery backup is very poor. company claims for three hour talk time, but hand set switch off after some time. Only 8- - 9 audio song play in full charging. PL solve my problem.

this handset purchase from m/s Grewal watch Co., Ambala Cantt on 21/11/2009. Now it show problem in charging time when i connect charger it show "Over Battery Temprature". that's why i m in delima wht should i do. please give me suggestions or solve it.

Through this compliant i want to inform all those people who are going to buy new mobile phone that Plz dont buy spice mobile becoz of its bad quality and worst service.

I bought SPICE QT-60 mobile from HOTSPOT laxmi nagar on 6th june2010. Just after a week, it started to show me that i had done a big mistake. It got stuck to headset profile resulting to work only with headset(earphone).The very next day it stopped recharging.
i took that irritating thing to their service centre in Laxmi nagar where their excutive told me to come after a week.
After 1 week, i went there and recieved my mobile i thoroughly checked it and found that my charger and earphones were not working properly (Which were in my bag from 1 week). One of their executive replaced both accessory and assured me that new one will work perfectly.

But On the same night it again stopped charging. I again submitted my mobile to the same service centre for CHARGING JACK REPLACEMENT.
after ten days i went there after confirming that it is done(Over Phone), on reaching there they told me that it would take 7 more days.

so thats all the story how they cheaters make my life miserable.It was more than a month of buying it and i had used my mobile for oly 1 week.

i hope this complaint make the condition better.

i purchased new handset of spice..and start showing problem from exact 5 day of purchasing.....an more over i locate their service center with great difficulty because only few operational service center in Delhi (Ashok nagar, Lajpat nagar)
again i fell that they have faulty service facility more over god knows about their quality control department

i have purchase a mobile spice model no. m5252n when i connect a mobile through usb cable mobile only charging and not connect desktop computer what is problem kindly define me

I am Vipin Kishor a Spice Moible consumer. I have bought a handset of this brand (Model No: M3636; IMEI No:[protected]; INV No:[protected]; Spice Retail LTD, 41, Ambedkar Road Ghaziabad, UP-201001 on dated 15th May 2010). This handset had some technical problem (problem with the display screen including battery back-up issues). On 10 of June, I had approached the nearby Spice Mobile service center (GNH Telecom, 1st Floor, Tilak Bhawan, Sharma Market, Atta Chowk, Sector-27, Noida; Complaint No: SUP[protected]. I submitted the fresh phone on the service center. They assured me that the repaired handset will be delivered to me 15 of June, they didn’t follow instead gave another date of delivering the repaired mobile on 20th of June, but strangely the phone was not delivered on this date too. They informed me to collect the repaired handset by the end of June (expected on 30th of June, 2010).

I am facing active trouble in my every business communication due to the negligence in handing over the repaired handset. But, being a loyal customer of Spice mobile, I have enough faith in their timely service and reputation. Sir, I would like to request you to seriously consider my request and early delivery of the repaired handset.

Please send me an email response confirming the actual date of delivery of the mobile handset correctly addressing the technical problems mentioned above.

Handset lene ke baad se hi problem aa rai hai pahle display ud gya uske baad mice ki problem.
mera set under warranty hone ke baad bhi 350rs thik krne ka mang rhe hai. mere cel me torch ki bhi problem hai. aur jodhpur service center meri complaints par dhyan hi nhi de rahe hai.hendset thik nhi krne ke bhane bna rhe hai aur kh rhe hai ki set me pani hai jabki set ek bar bhi nhi gira.network problem bhi de rha hai ye set earpiece ki aawaj sahi nhi hai.isse acha to chine hai set hai jisme koi warraty nhi hai phir bhi kam to sahi krta hai.

hi,myself virendra,six month back i purchased a spice mobile M4580 from swastik electronics chembur,its work properly only for 15 days from the date of purchase.Then speaker and vibration problem occured two times in span of 2 months.These problems were solved temporery,but same problem occured again in april 2010,so i went to the dealer swastik electronics,chembur,dealer kept mobile for 2 months with him without sending it to service center.When asked he replied its not my duty,you have to personally go to service center and get the problem solved.Now i want either my money back or replacement,what should i do?pls help for furher process.

Dear Sir,
I had purchased a new Spice QT-66 mobile bearing handset serial number:QT66W3004516 on 22nd May'2010 from Hotpot Mobile Retail Shop for Rs.5000/-. The handset says it supports various features but none of them work properly. It been hardly 10-15 days since I purchased the product. The service quality is poor, they are not attending the problem.
I request your intervention in getting either this handset repaired, replaced or my money refunded.

I purcahsed a Mobile phone from Sahara mall Gurgaon from Spice mobile by credit card,

They didnot return the card to me and next day two swipe from my card took palce, then i came to knwo that these people has swiped my card farudulently and withdraw the cash and Embazzle the cash from the counter and adjust the balance through my credit card swiped amount,

After complaining them they said that they will lodge a FIR case but no action has been take against it.

I have submit my mobile before one month in Kurukshetra Customer service center but still not get.They are promise me next week will come but they are every week fail provide me the mobile. Pls do the needfull.

This is with regard to SPICE Model No. C810, IMEI No. A1000003F39BD6 which was purchased on 28/08/2008 from Ganpati Mobile, Shri Ram Tower, Ashok Marg Lucknow
Via CM No. CCM –A 6480. On 24/04/10 the battery of above cited cell blasted in the room where my 1.5yr old kid was playing. It could have been more hazardous and life threatening if my son was having it in his hands. I really doubt the quality and quality check of your company and it seems that you are compromising on the quality standards and safety measures of your product for more profits. Due to this mishappening I’m forced to complaint to the consumer forum and other higher authorities to take necessary action against your company.

I have given my mobile in Tagore
Garden Spice service center (Hot spot) to Mr
Rajat-[protected], on 15, Feb 2010. Till date I didnt get my phone back.

The problem was FM non- function.



The land line of Tagore garden[protected] is never attended and
also the mobile of Rajat-[protected] and Ravi-[protected]. The operating times are unrealistic. 12:30PM to
5:30PM. It means any working proffessional have to take leave to visit the store.

Due to non attending of phonesof the store and the employees, I had to visit 7
times to store only to face my bad luck that the phone is still under service.
If the phones are attended, atleast I wouldnt have visited.

After 3 to 4 days of writing to you earlier, Mr Ranjan from Spice Head Office Mobile-[protected] called up and assured the delivery on 13Apr,2010. Due to the odd timings I could visit the store on 18 Apr 2010 but the staff were not available. Again visited on 21 Apr 2010 only to find the store was under renoovation. Finally on 23 Apr,2010 When I visited the store, i was handed over an old used phone and they informed that its the replacement. After checking the phone it was also having the same problem and SIM wasnt being recognised. so it was again given back.

Yet I am waiting to hear from them.

i have bought a spice phone but after some time it is suffer from charging problem . i went to spice care in rohtak after check my phone they send my phone to delhi in company and after 15 days when i recive my phone from the spice care they chang e my phone accprding to the bill no . when i asking about this one they did not give me satisfied answer and telling me its company prossisure after servive this no also change . But i know that its not my phone just tell me what can i do i have two options first one is fir in police and the secound one is going to consumer court agaist you just tell me what can i do

i buy new spice qt-66 mobile ....after 8 days uski kay pad automatik kam karna bandkar diya mene usko service me diya to service se aanr me 1 mahina lagega ......to aisa phone kis kam ko jo repair hone me ek mahina laga de ....meri vinti hai ki agar aap koi bhi mobile bye kare to spice ka nahi kare kyaoki ...ek bar kharab ho gaya to repair se 1 mahina bad aayega....jabki bahut se logo ka kam kaj mobile ke bina band ho jata hai..................................

I have purchased a mobile of spice M-4580, from chandni chowk fountain, dated from 7.11.2009, bill no. is 6295. Currently i start a new number of relliance gsm in master sim . But in master sim incoming call is barred / not activat , i try to activat, but they asked barred password. I don't under stand which password they need, and who will gave me that. Outgoing call is activated. In slave sim outgoing or incoming is activated. In slave sim i use mtnl dolphin no.

Kindly A.S.A.P.sort this problem.
