I purchased spice stellar 520 six months ago. It use get very hot while working on it.. I sent it to the service Centre and got it repaired.. But it still gets very hot from the camera side and the screen gets even hotter.. Moreover the headsets have stopped working on the day 6 months got over.. I want a new phone in place of this.. The handset is still under warranty.. Company GM please reply ASAP... It's really urgent.. Kindly solve my above mentioned problem.. ASAP

        Hi,

        I have purchased a spice mobile phone model Xlife-431Q from Spice company own HotSpot outlet.. Phone having heating problem, sometimes touch screen problem and very less battery life. Not even the half as claimed by the Company on Mobile Phone Box.

        On the box it claimed 4 GB on board memory but only provide 900 MB. When I approach to the Hotspot store, they are saying nonsense and telling me that I should use 8GB memory card, then only it will work properly. They feel that all the other people and whatever they may say, should be followed.

        I approached to the service center, they told that, they will send the set to head quarter for DOA inspection and next day they are telling me that, its been rejected and I can take back my handset. How come a phone will be couriered and inspected and return back to the service center in just 24 hours when it was supposed to send from Lucknow to Noida and vice versa.

        It only means that service center not doing their job properly and only providing mislead and wrong information. They don't want to provide a DOA whereas it should be provided as phone just purchased 5 days back and creating problem.

        Company persons only giving non sense excuses that, I should not use the DATA. If it is not suppose to be used DATA in this phone then why they are selling SMARTPHONE. They should only sell feature bar phone.

        If anyone can help me in order to convey my message to the authority of spice mobiles. Please look in this matter and help me to replace this faulty phone.

          I am praveen taken the spice stellar 517 on 15th April 2015, and got a display problem in the month of June, continously searching I have got the service centre on 7th July 2015, I have given for service on the 7th July 2015 with service request number is 36100183F70024 they told me in least 1 week or with in 21 working days it will be repaired. but till now 7th Oct 2015 it was not yet repaired and failed their respective words. I think why do they sell this type of mobiles and cheat customers.

            Handset switched off automatically one week back due to moisture ingress or any other reasons. But on 05 oct 15 recieved a call from service center margao stating that your handset is non repairable and it is tempered some where outside. But as per warranty conditions or it is under warranty period why any individual would temper or touch any thing if it is under warranty. I m sure about this that i have not visited any other place for repair of my mobile handset other than authorised service center earlier.

              Your customer care executives are giving different information on the call regarding my phone and some of them have even lied to me that my phone is on the service center and I can collect from there etc. I mean, you guys made customer care a joke, I have made a big mistake by buying a Spice product. Have some shame and kindly improve your service and most importantly do check my call recordings.                 I have taken the spice stellar 517 on 15th April 2015 through home shop, in the month of June display problem started on continue search I find the service center and given for srevive on 7th July 2015 till now they were telling it's not yet repaired as expected delivery by 15 working days they told but still there is no information about my mobile
                First time from spice I have taken mobile, but I have got an good experience from this company .

                  Dear sir, This mobile is booked on the name of manishekhar ranjan. I given it to the service center of spice mobile named swastik agency at dhanbad on 10-08-15 for the issue if display breakdown after confirming a charge of rs 1450/- on job sheet created of no.[protected]f80188. They told me to come after 30 days to receive the mobile. In this time period they have to order a new display for it. Now my issue is that my mobile has been used yesterday with a facebook account which was already logged in in that mobile and photos saved in internal memory was synced to the facebook account. Please check the same and reply me quickly or else i will take more strict action for the same. This may comes under cyber crime. So please take necessary and quick action.                     I had purchased a Spice MI-549 Steller handset on January 22, 2015. The battery of the mobile had swollen in just three months. I tried visiting almost all the service centers in faridabad, but none of them are having a replacement battery in stock. The executives at the service centers they are making false commitment. We have also logged the Job sheet Ref: No. ;07101338F90399; with service center (AXE Teleccom Old faridabad). The people at service been center say that the battery will be available in 15 days and ask me to wait for a new battery but now it has been over a months and still they are delaying the availability of it. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. Company is not able to provide replacement battery for my 6-7 months old Spice mi-549 despite several complaints queries and emails.

                      I have submitted my mobile at Kalakaji Service Centre on 18.8.2015 SR No. 30101371F80507, but on 28.8.2015, I was told that my handset was again send for repairing and a new SR no. was given 30101371F80879, but till now my handset has not been received and the date of delivery is given 23.9.2015. But, on checking the status, the date of delivery is extended by one day or so daily. Kindly take necessary action against spice. This is a huge mental harrassment. They should be penalised for such harassment.

                        I have been without my phone from 3 months. It is STRONGLY recommended to everyone to not to buy any of the SPICE products. If you do so then be ready to face the terrible and worst service from them. What you can expect from a company which can't even repair a phone's jack ? After they have failed in repairing a jack and they've said to me that your phone has been replaced and will be delievered to the service center shortly. It is more than two weeks since they have said this to me and I haven't received my phones because it is not delievered to the service center. The reason they told me yesterday that they found a fault in the replaced one so it is sent to again to our so called 'advanced lab' and said me to wait again for 7 days and your phone will be delievered within a week. I'm waiting...Spice. Don't force me to file a complaint against you at the police station. And you know that social media have become the biggest plattform, so im using this to realise your mistake to you. I will go to every forum against you if I'll not get my phone in a given time.

                            I had purchased a spice 5 Inch(12.7 Cm) Dual SIM 3G Android Phone-MI-514 from "HOMESHOP18" On 12th sept 2015 and received delivery on 15th sept 2015. But i realized that SIM SLOT NO 2 is not working ( slot not detect any sim Card). So i called "HOMESHOP18 CUSTMORE CARE" they sent sms to me the address of laxmi nagar service center on 16th sept 2015. So i went there and told the service center executive about my complaint they inspect my mobile bill first and then the other executive check my mobile ordinarily and then they submit my mobile stated that the mobile need to be sent to their workshop and repair takes 4 to 7 days. So i submit my mobile their on 17th sept 2015. They told me they will inform me about the mobile status through sms or call but after 7 days past they didn't sent any sms or call about the mobile status. At last 24 sept 2015 i need to call there to get my mobile status then they told me that it would take another 1 or 2 weeks to repair the mobile. This is not right attitude towards the coustomer who paid full amount to get the good service. I recommend spice mobiles customer care to take some serious action towards your customer complaints because today's customer is going to be the parents of future customers if you neglect their complaints today they will not endorse your product to future generations.                                   I have purchased a Spice 5 inch Dual Core 3G Kitkat Phone on 08.08.2015 from homeshp18 but the the quality of this product is very disappointing within a month the display is damaged without any activity. I always prefer to buy things fro homeshop18 but this time i m very disappointed from spice as well as homeshop18. i request to kindly replace this.

                                    Dear Sir, Hi, I bought one spice mobile MI-520 from online on Feb' 15 but still not working (Touch Screen not working). On dated 13 August 2015, I have submitted my Spice mobile, Model Number Mi-520, IMEI No. [protected] (Dual sim android phone black), in your service centerAkshar Comunications in Bharuch (Gujarat) and the executive of your service center says that mobile will be repaired within 7 days otherwise maximum time 21 days (dtd.04-9-15). On 19-8-15 many call made by me to your service center but they told need more 10 days to repair mobile. I again submitted mobile on dated 24.08.2015. Again, I call on service center and again same replied need more 10-12 days. handset collected by company's executive from their authorized service center on dated 20.08.2015 without solving the problem. The mobile is not returned by company till today. I have checked online complain status several times and It is always showing "your handset is sent to advance repair center, Expected Delivery date is[protected]". Many times I have reminded for mobile but no proper response is received from Spice Center. In my last conversation on 11.09.2015 regarding mobile, company executive said that " We can't say anything". I am not satisfied from your service & going to put a complain on service center complain is [protected] and also token number is[protected] for the same. Hence, I would like to request you kindly resolve Touch related issue or replace or upgrade the mobile phone at earliest. Please expedite the same. With Warm Regards, Mayank Mithaiwala - [protected].

                                      Dear Sir, Hi, I bought one spice mobile MI-518 from Home Shop-18 on 26 May' 15 but still not working (Touch Screen not working). On dated 12 August 2015, I have submitted my Spice mobile, Model Number Mi-518, IMEI No. [protected] (Dual sim android phone black), in your service center Axe telecom in Old Faridabad (NCR/Delhi) and the executive of your service center says that mobile will be repaired within 7 days (dtd. 19-8-15) otherwise maximum time 21 days (dtd.02-9-15). On 19-8-15 many call made by me to your service center but not attended and on 19-8-10 after made many calls they attended the phone and says that you will receive the same on 24-08-15, but when I received my mobile back from Service Center without solving the problem. I again submitted mobile on dated 24.08.2015. Again, I received my mobile from Service Center without solving the problem & again submitted mobile on dated 03.09.2015. later on, handset collected by company's executive from their authorised service center on dated 09.09.2015 without solving the problem. The mobile is not returned by company till today. I have checked online complain status several times and It is always showing "your handset is sent to advance repair centre, Expected Delivery date is[protected]". Many times I have reminded for mobile but no proper response is received from Spice Centre. In my last conversation on 11.09.2015 regarding mobile, company executive said that " We can't say anything". I am not satisfied from your service & going to put a complain / RTI for the same.
