I have procured spice smart mobile phone online vide Invoice No.NITCDRII/DRH/05/2015/4837915 dtd.26/05/2015. It has been observed that the said handset is too often switched off automatically while attending calls/dialing calls. When battery detached and again reinserted than the mobile start operating. The said mobile handset have had heating problem as well. All these trouble started after a week days time from the date of purchase. I have placed the handset to your authorized service center "TOUCH PALACE, HAQUE COMMERCIAL COMPLEX, 1ST FLOOR, S.S.ROAD, LAKHTAKIA, GUWAHATI- 781 001 " on 2nd October'2015 and handed over to myself on 14th November'15. Though the problem as pointed out has been attended by the said authorized service center, the problem persists. As such I have to hand over the handset to said service center once again on 26th November'2015 and the said handset has been handed over to me on 04th December. But same problems persists. Once again I have been compelled to handed over the hand set to the said service center on 12th December for rectification. The handset is with the said service center. As such, it is requested to look into the matter and rectify my handset at the earliest possible please.

    Dear sir, I purchased spice mobile through home shop 18 after few days it start to create problems. The phone not working properly it switch off any time and not opened for two three hours not only this several others problems are. I have visited your service centre CELL Point, Shop No. 201-202, Sunrise Plaza, Cooper Road, Amritsar (M) [protected] due to some problem in my mobile set. Service Centre told me deposit you set, I deposited my mobile phone on[protected] after passing three months they will not give me any satisfactory reply. I call him so many times to confirm the status of my mobile phone, but they did not give me any response so far.           Sir, I bought Spice Mobile model mi 500 about 2.6 years back. Now when I need a new battery for my mobile, it is not available anywhere including with Spice Mobile Shops. Means, if someone buys Spice Mobile today, his or her phone is finished with the end of the battery. I sent my request thrice to Spice Mobile customer care through E-mail but I didn't get any positive response from their side. Sir, my financial position is not so strong that I could dump my Rs. 12000 mobile and could buy a new one just because its battery is not available. This should have been duty of company to make available such necessary spares of their products to the customers who have bought their product with a faith that these products will last long. I have to use this phone with a swollen up battery which might blast i[censored]sed more. I request you to kindly look into the matter and force Spice Mobile to arrange a new battery for which I am ready to pay its cost price too.otherwise pay me the cost of my phone . Thanks

            My mobile hand set model is SPICE MI-511. My mobile under warranty period.We found when my hand set auto off, they are not on and not charged without boosting of hand set. So we go spice service center for this problem .Service center advice me hand set battery is very poor, so battery changed by service center after 20 days. after changing the battery above problem no resolved, so we again go to service center for this problem and hand set submitted for repair on 07.11.2015. My service request no. is 24101629FB0066 . When we contact customer care service center for knowing when hand set repair, customer care service center told me next week your mobile delivered but next week customer care service center again told me your mobile delivered but next week. On 04.12.2015 mobile not received me .

                  My Spice MI-551 was not charged well. When i connect my mobile with the charges then i deduct the battery instead of charged. Then i contacted to the customer care and they suggest me to show the mobile at your local customer care which is Radhe Radhe Communication, Gopal Compex, Chotu Ram Chowk, Rohtak Haryana. On 01/10/2015 I went there and show the mobile. They told me that your mobile Problem is "Charging Show but Battery not storage charging Jack Problem" and they kept my Mobile. They told me you can get your mobile after 15 to 20 days after. After 20 days i contacted to them but they told me that your mobile has been sent to Company and give the customer care no. then i contacted to customer care. they told me that your mobile issue is IC Problem and that is not available in the company so it will take some more time. after that i have contacted them 4 or 5 times but there answer is same. so please tell me if they don't get IC for 6 months then you will keep my mobile for that time. Is it good. You can also understand my Problem. 1 and 1/2 month is not a small time. i am facing many problem. So you are humbly requested to please do any solution of my problem. Thanking you.                       My sel[censored]pendra singh, this complain was regarding spice mobile service. I had buy spice x live512 headset in the month of august ater one month it had touch and hanging problem, headset was in warranty so i submit the headset in service centre imei of headset - [protected]. Today till dated 7th november i didn't get my headset because they r not providing service fine. And i call to customer care mr. Govind ( senior excutive) he was to rude on call he doesn't know how to talk with custmer and spioce mobility service very bad. Please check this and i am going today in consumer court to give application of that kind of bad service.

                          As per advise of Spice Customer Care, I have admitted my SPICE MOBILE MI-600 for change of display. My order service request number is 25102224F90075 dated 11 September 2015. That time display held with Spice Head Office shown 16 when I placed my request. But since then the display has not yet been received by the Service Centre (Mobi Soft Tellelink, 3A Madan Street, 1st Floor, Kolkata PIN 70072). When I deposited my handset they assured me that I have get my mobile after 10 to 12 days after change the display. I visited the service centre on 29 September 2015 and number of times. Last time on 29/10/2015 I visited the Service Centre but they told my about the display that OUT OF STOCK. As per direction of Spice Head Office I visited Service Centre on 29/10/2015 for deposition of Cost of Display and service charge but they refused to received the same. They told me we will received the amount only after repair. On that day they change my request number to 25102224FA0199 on 29/10/2015. I request them to give me the request form but the told me when you give me the old request form then they give me the new request form. I do not know why the change the service request. I also monitor the request online also send e-mail to [protected]@smobility.in number of times. They replied me again and again please give us some time. I want that the handset get repair soon or it will replace by the company or if not repaired due to want of parts it will taken back by them with compensation.

                            Its so lazy and not satisfied procedure in Spice Service center department located in as name MYMO service center Shop no.G-9, Madhusmita Plazza, Old Panvel, Maharashtra-410206.also from spice mobile online partnet HS18 i spoke with both on dated 13/10/2015 related new purchase above mentioned defective smartphone so as per procedure i submitted on 15/10/2015 in mention spice service center and expected to received on 31/10/2015 but due to very careless service related customers from spice as well as HS18 still date i am not received my phone and no any feedback from spice to me its very very unsatisfied service doing by spice

                                Sir, I have purchase a mobile Spice 5 inch (12.7 cm) Dual Core 3G Kitkat Phone- Slife M5+- golden. When i have received my phone next day i have complain in home shop 18 that Phone memory as per TV show 4 GB but not held. Speaker sound is not clear & Camera photo is not clear. home shop 18 customer file my complain No[protected]. and told me that my Sr Staff will u contact. Sr staff call me and told me that you will speak Spice customer care. I have try many time but for Spice customer care but call not received by him. I m not satisfy this phone i want to return this phone and want to refund please.

                                  I have my mobile issue and my mobile in waranty period. i gave my mobile in service center .they took my mobile for twelve days and told me that your mobile screen is burned. so, this is not prepare in waranty . if you want to put new screen then you have to paid 80% of your actual price of your mobile.

                                      Dear All, I had mobile of Spice Mi 524 purchased in Nov 2014 there was a problem regarding volume key & Mic not working since may 2015 i sent the mobile to service center, they asked to get back within 3 days, but after 3 days they told this is not done we have to send it to company, it will take 15 days, but after 1 mth i rec mobile saying it cant be repaired & is out of warranty & also they handed over the piece without covering it properly, no screw were fixed all open mobile handed over

                                        My spice handset Mi 518 gives "unforchunetly luncher 3 has stopped"since from when i hav taken. Second problem is its touchpad and display not work regularly since i hav taken this set in April but not used not more than one month regular . Kindly give me the solution unles i hav to go for consumer form.
