I had to travel from Bangalore Kempegowda international airport to Delhi on 9th July 2018, by Spice jet SG-192. Flight departure time was 9:30 but I was not allowed to check in even aftr reaching 35 mins prior. The staff was not at all co-operative and left me with no others options than looking for a new flight. They didn't even give me any alternative options where I can travel on that flight and possibly send the luggage later from next flight. They totally refused to help. This is the worst service I have ever encountered in my life.

    I am CHITRA DEVI GURUVU who travelled on Spice Jet flight from Colombo-Madurai on 08th JULY2018.Flight number SG4.Boarding time 14.10 from Colombo.After getting down from the flight in Madurai airport...unfortunately i forgot to take my cellphone along with me.Therefore i request you sir kindly enquire about this with the cabin crews who were on duty(Ms.PARITHI, Ms.AJITHA) and do the needful for me at your earliest.

      Sir /madam I Dr Ashmita kiran and my son today travelled by ur flight sg3471 from Kolkata to Vizag. We booked the spicemax seats at the check in but after boarding in the flight we came to know that people below age of 15 were not allowed to take the spicemax seats. And as my son is 13 yes old only, he was not allowed to take that seat. As a result we have cancelled our spicemax bookings and demand a refund as one your fellow staffs and your hostess told that it can be done.To help you in any order for cancellation here we send you a photo of the boarding passes.

        The worst staff of spicejet which i came across is the one at ahmedabad airport. I was travelling from muscat to banglore via ahmedabad. The muscat to ahd flight was delayed by two hour and definitely my flight from amd to blr also is missed.
        When we all connecting passengers reached to amd domestic terminal the staff had no klue on what they arr supposed to do and kept on asking just to wait.
        Most of the passengers who didt sleep whole night due to delay were stranded at the airport for couple of hours without any answers.
        Most importantly the staff was very rude and not helpfull atall.

          Hello sir, i am a frequent flyer, so on 4th of july i was to board a flight whuch has a deperature of about 3.25 or 3.30, pnr no c6595c, but as i was travelling far from guwahti town, i manage to reach by 2.50. I made my ticket through an agency. There are 4 counter in guwahati airport, first i approach 25 no counter and the boy sitting there then push me to counter 27 where a girl name deepanika was sitting. When i spoke to her, she said your counter is closed so i insist her and made her know about my training cum interview on 5th july, but still she refused. And just then another lady come for the same flight and she boarded. But that lady deepanika refused and told me that we will not consider tickets from agencies. By the moment it was 3.10 and still i thought she could manage but she refused stoutly.
          My question is am i wrong to collect ticket from agencies. Its ok the counter is closed but she is also a spicejet staff and still could help me. Is the behaviour considerable???

            It's very disappointing service from spice jet.
            I booked my ticket from dubai to delhi. At last min i got mgs for delayed in flights.
            I booked this your flight to see my confident to catch next flight from delhi.
            Due to delayed your flight i missed my flight.
            Who will be responsible for this.
            Is passenger bear all inconvenient and loss of money.
            I have paid 27000 to you and paid to next airlines 10000, but i missed.
            At last moment i do book another flight ticket and i paid 12000.
            I will never use your services in future.
            I'm very frequent traveler for international and domestic.

                I had made a booking through happyeasygo which was a flight from bangalore to cok for 15th july. However it was an honest mistake as i wanted to get the tickets booked from cok to blr. They had charged me 7800rs for this. I tried to contact their customer service immediately to get the same changed. However i was on hold for 2 hours before i gave up and emailed them. Finally i contacted spicejet who told me that if i pay another 5700rs they can make the booking as desired and i did. A total of 13500rs for 5 tickets. After all this next day morning when i woke up i saw a message stating that the tickets are cancelled. I am unsure how and what went wrong and how it was cancelled. That's total of 13500rs that was lost for me. I reached out to both happyeasygo and spicejet folks who from both end were just putting the blame on each other. Spicejet infomed that they have issued a refund of 3840rs to happyeasygo as the intital payment came from there. This is for the entire amount including the 5700 that i paid to spicejet directly.
                I have not received a single penny as refund and the flights stand cancelled. No one is responding to me despite of multiple attempts to reach out to both the customer service. I am someone who live on a neck to neck every month and 13500 is a huge ount of money. I was literally crying over the call to both of them and they did nothing nor they processed a refund for me. Despite all this the customer service spicejet sme was rude to me on call which worsened my who mental state at that time. I need help for the money lost and the trauma i went through. Spicejet confirmed that the cancellation was done by happyeasygo and also the refusb was processed to them. I have contacted happyeasygo a million times and all what i get is an automated email.
                I have applied for job as cabin crew in spicejet airlines and I got a email that I have shortlisted and next day got interview call letter, ... So don't know fake or original.

                  Unreasonable flight delay of over 4 hours.
                  Flight sg3105 scheduled to depart at 1150am from chennai to goa today was delayed. The time kept getting extendedm totally. We ultimately took off at 415pm.
                  Compensation needs to be given as per law.
                  My, 73 year old mother has to go through this too.
                  Very unfortunate. Extremely dissatisfied.

                      I recently gave an interview at airport in spicejet for ground staff. I was screened through an approach. But then after a week i received a call from spicejet. He asked me to pay total 50000 in which 25000 have to pay at the time of joining and rest 25000 will be deducted from salary. He asked me too that "do you aware of this policy?" i replied no. Then he asked me that "are you comfortable to pay"?. I asked the person i was approached and he said that
                      If you are paying amount on the name of airline then no need to worry. But i m confused and i didnt make any payment. Is this true or fake?

                      The above complaint i made was happened yesterday on 25/06/2018.and He asked me my high school, intermediate, graduation marksheets, PAN card and Aadhar card too.He gave me a mail id ...rec.[protected]@spicejet.com which was cant be cleared properly because he was talking so fast i made a mistakethat i sent my docs on this mail Id..Thenumber he called from was landline showing the location of gurgaon, gurugram, haryana .

                        Spicejet did not provide invoice to my pnr# w721wv.in my email request to them to provide the invoice they replied saying gst details were not uploaded and hence invoice cannot be provided. I informed them gst details were indeed uploaded and requested invoice with or without gst details. They again replied and informed they are unable to provide invoice as gst details were not uploaded.

                        I believe invoice should be provided if gst details are given or not given to a consumer. Since i did not receive the invoice with or without gst details i am writing into this forum. I request your help and advise how can i get the invoice.

                        Also pls. Share civil aviation consumer grievance contact details so that i can inform them about same.

                          Very disappointing n disgusting service of Spice jet officials at d counter @ d Hyderabad Airport. Was flying from Hyderabad to Tirupati @ the early morning flight but reached d Airport just 40 mins before d flight due heavy rainfall in d City. Supposed to reach atleast 45 mins prior to boarding of d flight. 5 mins of human consideration was not given. Based on dis flight v had arranged for d darshan bookings which is now difficult to get till d next month. Not just monetary but emotional loss. With an infant n a senior citizen travelling wid us it was absolutely pathetic n inconsiderate on d part of the spice jet officials. I'm really sorry to say I would never ever recommend for Spice jet.

                            I had reached the airport 40min before departure of flight but the person didn't allow me to board the flight saying that you are 5 min late.

                              I flew from dubai on 15th june 2018 at 07:25 pm from terminal 1 and landed ahmedabad the same day at 11:30 pm from terminal 2 and my flight number is sg16. After all the security check i was waiting for my luggage (Two suitcase) and after receiving my bags i started my journey from ahmedabad to vadodara till then my bags were sealed and locked.
                              When i reached home and opened one of my suitcase i found my mobile phone missing from my bag which was in a sealed pack box. Also at the time of security checking and everything they didn't even sealed our suitcase locks with tape or something so that no even tries to unlock it.

                              So this are my details i request you to please take some legal actions towards it and try to figure out my problem.
                              Hi i have received a fake call letter from spice jet on 19/06/2018. They are asking to deposit money.after depositing they are saying that they will send the flight tickets for my journey to Guragon .the interview date is 19/07/18 .They are saying that payment can be done through paytm also.

                                I had booked tickets with the following details on 23rd may 2018:

                                Flight: spice jet sg-517
                                Date of travel: 12th une 2018
                                Pnr: t3nisb
                                Travelling from banglore to kolkata
                                1. Passenger name: durba basu pnr: t3nisb age:65
                                2. Passenger name: pranab basu pnr: t3nisb age:77

                                And had received confirmation for the same.

                                They were denied boarding after reaching the check-in counter (At the airport) on the basis of overbooking. I had received a proper confirmation regarding the ticket booking for which i had paid. The people in charge at the check-in counter had asked them to go back and return on 13th june 2018 for boarding a different flight. After a lot of argument they provided my parents with an alternate hopping flight later from bangalore to kolkata via hyderabad (Where they had to change their flight). They arrived kolkata around 12:00 am at midnight, which was very much inconvenient for 2 elder people travelling alone.

                                I expect the airline to take full responsibility for the inconvenience caused to the senior citizens.

                                As per car regulations (Section 3.1) i would like to claim a full refund of the flight ticket and additional compensation for the inconvenience caused to me and my parents.

                                  Our group of 9 members were travelling from bengaluru to mumbai on 4th june 2018 by the 8.10 pm spice airlines from bengaluru. Airline pnr number was cy9ukg and the tickets numbers were cy9ukg/1/1 to cy9ukg9/1. We requested for permission to carry our scale harmonium instrument as hand luggage due to the fragile nature of the instrument. However, the counter officials refused and we were per force book as a cabin luggage. After reaching home, on the next day when it the box was opened it was found that the entire keys of the harmonium have become loose and it was not possible to play the instrument. The same has been given to the mechanic and the damage is being assessed. The harmonium cost is about rs.25000/-. Please help us to get suitable compensation from the airlines.
                                  I received a fake selection letter with SpiceJet stamp on it where they asked to pay a security deposit amount and unaware of this fake thing, I paid.

                                    My name ezhilarasu ramalingam.
                                    I was waiting to board the flight on 9/6/18 at 5.55pm (Delhi to chennai sg103) at delhi airport. One of your team member (Woman) was explained something to one of the passenger regarding the reason for flight delay. I didn't aware of what she was saying. Before i reached that she has completed her conversation. I asked her what's the problem. She simply replied to me that she was explained everything earlier which was told to other passenger.
                                    This is not the way to responding to the passenger. Kindly warn her regarding how to behave with the customers.
                                    I had book Two tickets for jaipur to Ahmdbad 10 days ago for 7/6/18 today dey call me dat we r sending ur money back or we can give you flight after 10/6/18
                                    Is this OK????

                                      Today spicejet made me disappointed by its services when i had a booking from kochi to kolkata via chennai whose departure time was 10:20 am from kochi and around 12 o clock from chennai. Spicejet had changed its departure time from 10:20am to 3:35 pm. By which i am nowhere able to catch the flight of 12 from chennai, even though both the flights are of spicejet the had not bother to call/inform me. At around 1 am they text me that there is a delay from 10:20 am to 3:35 pm with the connecting flight on time. How is this possible from a reputed company like spicejet. Indigo is far better than that, because i faced the same issue before with indigo but they informed and asked me if i need a reschedule of my flight. Please spicejet authorities take this issue as a serious concern, in future i will be hesitate to have a booking with spicejet.

                                        I have booked spicejet flight from jaipur to ahmedabad, pnr no. V3pqtb depart. 7th june 2018 at 1:05 am. We are on holiday with 2 adults and 2 kids (8 & 4 years).
                                        But all of sudden i got massage about above mentioned flight is cancelled then i have call/ contact with your customer care executive mr. Sandeep rana, he replied that above mentioned flight from jaipur to ahmedabad is cancelled which is shocked to me. He told us their is no other alternate flight available from jaipur to ahmedabad. I requested him to provide alternate airline, he replied "it is against spicejet policy. Mr. Sandeep rana forced alternate flight to surat at early morning which i replied which is very difficult for me. But he has forcing me that their is no alternate flight is available till 13 of june 2018.
                                        Is this is way of airline treat to customer. I request you to arrange surat to ahmedabad cab and compensation for all trouble because of cancellation of flight. I am facing so many problem's because of spice jet flight cancellation.

                                        Next day 7th june 2018, when i visit jaipur airport spicejet officer promise me that they will arrange vehicle from surat to ahmedabad. But when i reach surat airport, spicejet officer mr. Mehul refuse to arrange any cab i am totally shock, i called to customer care but no response they are not listening to me and call disconnected.

                                        I am disappointed with spicejet about such cheap thing and they save some money but create lot of turroble / pain to customer.

                                        Please i want justice.
