My name ezhilarasu ramalingam.
I was waiting to board the flight on 9/6/18 at 5.55pm (Delhi to chennai sg103) at delhi airport. One of your team member (Woman) was explained something to one of the passenger regarding the reason for flight delay. I didn't aware of what she was saying. Before i reached that she has completed her conversation. I asked her what's the problem. She simply replied to me that she was explained everything earlier which was told to other passenger.
This is not the way to responding to the passenger. Kindly warn her regarding how to behave with the customers.
I had book Two tickets for jaipur to Ahmdbad 10 days ago for 7/6/18 today dey call me dat we r sending ur money back or we can give you flight after 10/6/18
Is this OK????

I have to go Ahmadabad urgent

    Today spicejet made me disappointed by its services when i had a booking from kochi to kolkata via chennai whose departure time was 10:20 am from kochi and around 12 o clock from chennai. Spicejet had changed its departure time from 10:20am to 3:35 pm. By which i am nowhere able to catch the flight of 12 from chennai, even though both the flights are of spicejet the had not bother to call/inform me. At around 1 am they text me that there is a delay from 10:20 am to 3:35 pm with the connecting flight on time. How is this possible from a reputed company like spicejet. Indigo is far better than that, because i faced the same issue before with indigo but they informed and asked me if i need a reschedule of my flight. Please spicejet authorities take this issue as a serious concern, in future i will be hesitate to have a booking with spicejet.

      I have booked spicejet flight from jaipur to ahmedabad, pnr no. V3pqtb depart. 7th june 2018 at 1:05 am. We are on holiday with 2 adults and 2 kids (8 & 4 years).
      But all of sudden i got massage about above mentioned flight is cancelled then i have call/ contact with your customer care executive mr. Sandeep rana, he replied that above mentioned flight from jaipur to ahmedabad is cancelled which is shocked to me. He told us their is no other alternate flight available from jaipur to ahmedabad. I requested him to provide alternate airline, he replied "it is against spicejet policy. Mr. Sandeep rana forced alternate flight to surat at early morning which i replied which is very difficult for me. But he has forcing me that their is no alternate flight is available till 13 of june 2018.
      Is this is way of airline treat to customer. I request you to arrange surat to ahmedabad cab and compensation for all trouble because of cancellation of flight. I am facing so many problem's because of spice jet flight cancellation.

      A's per SpiceJet assign flight from Jaipur to Surat and at Surat airport SpiceJet executive Mr. Mehul refuse to arrange cab or any transport to Ahmedabad. Really I faced so many issue with spicejet

      I will take legal action against you (Spicejet) against regulations (Ec) 261/2004.

      Next day 7th june 2018, when i visit jaipur airport spicejet officer promise me that they will arrange vehicle from surat to ahmedabad. But when i reach surat airport, spicejet officer mr. Mehul refuse to arrange any cab i am totally shock, i called to customer care but no response they are not listening to me and call disconnected.

      I am disappointed with spicejet about such cheap thing and they save some money but create lot of turroble / pain to customer.

      Please i want justice.

      Please do needfull.

        We booked a flight from delhi to port blair for 7th june 2018. The time for take off from delhi given on the ticket was 11:50. When we were about to reach airport, we received a call that the flight at around 9:20 am that the flight will take off. Subsequently i came to know that the timing was changed.in this situation, it was not earlier intimated by airlines and hence would request for a rescheduling of ticket. It was the ticket for 5 persons. We being from island cannot afford to stay in delhi for few more days and purchase new ticket.

        Please take it on priority and kindly help us avail rescheduled tickets.

          Sir/madam,

          To whom do ever it may concern, this is context with our flight sg8172 (Goa-delhi) dated 2nd june ‘18. Pnr no - ievjsx. We had booked our ticket two months with spicejet by paying an amount of? 11337 through our travel agent.
          A day prior to the flight departure we received a message from your end at 7:30 pm, where as the scheduled departure was at 2:35 pm, that the flight is delayed by 3 hrs and would now depart at 5:40 pm. We had a train reservation (Tatkal booking) on the same date at 10:15 pm from old delhi railway station to jammu. Which by any chance we would have not been able to catch as it takes more than 1:30 hrs from the airport to old delhi railway station. So we requested the spicejet staff at the airport that kindly shift us to any other airlines as we need to reach delhi before 7 pm. But they did not help us in any way saying all they can do is refund our amount (? 11337). But the current lowest rate was? 17022 (Air asia). We were so upset to spend? 17022 at that time which we did not have to if the flight was not delayed. It was not our fault. Atleast the airlines should have informed us 24hrs prior or told us about any other flight of spicejet that was going to delhi. We kept on calling customer care but it was of no use as every time we called the call was put on hold. Even as the staff people if possible give us seats in the next day flight from delhi to jammu as we had to reach jammu on 3rd june that’s why we had book our tickets in tatkal as it was an emergency but it was of no use. All the staff did was that they gave us a refund letter that too will be credited in the travel agents bank a/c after 7-10 days.
          We had no other option but to buy the current available tickets from air asia for? 17022 and fly down to delhi. This is a share case of harassing a customer. And we need the extra amount paid by us as refund.

            This is with regards to below passenger travelled through spice jet. Normally we travelled through jet airways and in last 02 years we have not faced any problem with this airline, but this is first time i booked a ticket for my wife for spice jet airline and we faced a pathetic service with lots of disappointment and loss.

            The flight has been arrived at 01:30 am and due to wrong baggage management it has been delivered to us by 02nd june 11:45 pm. Due to the late handover of baggage all the food items were spoiled.

            We would have ignored this on special case, however our parcel has been used in such a rough and brutal way that many items has been broken in that. This we would not be able to accept at any case. Travelling through any airline – it’s a responsibility of respective airline and staff to take a mountain top care of the passenger luggage and belongings.

            This kind of disappointing service we have never expected from one of the leading indian airline. I write this email to concerned authority to look into the matter and please take all this damage items as this is of no use for us.

              I am traveling from delhi to srinagar with flight no sg104 with pnr hbzjft on dated 6 jan 2018, i reach the checkin counter at 8 :30 sharp, i had a conversation with representative name shivangi, while talking to your representative shivangi she point out some objectionable matter which i want to complain 1. She said there is no seat available in this flight every seat is already booked n try to create a fearful environment. 2 she said i am providing you emergency seats n she ask thrice that all of you are medically fit, when i raise a question that why u r asking medical fitness again and again than she explain that you know planes are crashing now a days and there may be a blast and in that case emergency gate will open 3. She provide my kid a far away seat from us n try to make fearful environment in front of a child. So my complain is that how a airline person make this type of fearful conditions while checkin to a person and what are the responsibilities of your airline for that genuine complaints.                 Hello,

                I was traveling from bangalore to mumbai on 04th june 2018 @ 1.10am, i arrived airport before 30 mins of flight departure. As it was my first time traveling by flight no one was guiding me properly later when i reached spice jet counter i was having still 25mins and the time got wasted in their inquiry and i was not allowed to board, it was very urgent to mumbai becoz some was hospitalized.

                As your faq shows boarding gate closes before 20 mins but as being a new to flyer no one considered it.

                  Really un happy with spicejet flight which is delay by more than 6 hours and 30 min which is supposed to departure on 18:50 hrs and actually departure on 1:30 at night flight ticket was dated 2 june 2018 and reach at ahmedabad by 20:25 hrs and actually reach at 3:30 at early morning

                    In two days i took two flights from banglore to mumbai and back.
                    I was already tight on schedule and you guys have lost me more than 6 hours my time and it had it's loss impacts on my work.
                    I will surely register the complaint of cheating against you guys and make sure non of my family, friends and colleagues travel with you.
                    I also have contacts with the other travellers on that day. Your facilities and services are degrading every year too.
                    We r flying from bangalore to bagdogra in spicejet aircraft. Landed on time.But after landing flight capton is asked to wait inside the aircraft for 1 hour 15 mins. Is the spice jet is not bothered for customers value of time? Attendebts are helples...
                    It is ridiculous..😣

                      I HAD BOOKED TWO TICKETS CONF NO 037CQB FROM BENGALURU TO MUMBAI.
                      The flight was Delayed from 3.15 pm to 4.30pm.
                      Again it was delayed . Finally it took off at 5.30pm, two and a half hours delay.I had to face lot of difficulty due to the same, since in the evening
                      i had to meet a client for some business, which got cancelled. over and above it took me 2 hours to reach home due to lot of traffic on the w e highway.

                      so kindly Compensate me fot the 2 1/2 hours Delay at the Earliest.

                        Greeting,

                        Last may 24th i have received an call from once of the spice jet team members, he has given joining later and band sheet while giving time he asking money, initially asking scure payment rs.9750/- and banded amount rs 30000/-. Total rs. Rs 39750/- i has paid after that his asking money again for medical certificate but at time i don't have money. Finally i requested alternate options to go ahead forward and he said there no option you should have pay outstanding amount rs.29000/- so again i'm not ready to pay amount. After that i ask him to return back the money he said no option to return. So kindly i requested your team member to get the support on this.

                            Hi we have booked domestic flights of del to bagdogra wide pnr no i8uj3j and bagdogra to delhi wide pnr no byk1ug on[protected]. Our travel date was[protected]. We immedietly canceled our tickets due to some reason within 15 minutes. Firstly we were not told about the cancelation fee by the airline. Now after 72 hours of cancelation we have been refunded inr 1000 approx for our booking of inr 17900 and the travel date of the booking is more than 3 monts after the booking date. This is the mere loot on the part of airlines despite requesting on the costumer relation portal of spicejet this is what we have got in returm a mere joke of cancelation charges of more than 90 percent for a domestic flight...

                              I am travelling to kolkata by sg272 flight having pnr no. Jy6quj, seat allotted 22f.

                              I was called at 7.49 am by staff ms. Asmita narota at 7.49 am regarding there is objectionable item in my bag. At 8.05 am i was taken to security area and the power bank was taken out & destroyed. No one told that it can be taken in cabin baggage and was not allowed to do so as i had sufficient time to re check-in as my flight was at 9.25 am.
                              Due to insufficient & misleading information provided by spicejet staff, i have suffered a loss of rs2000/-

                              Who is going to compensate??

                              Flight no SG 925 scheduled depature time was 7:10pm, delayed to 7:25 pm again delayed to 8:25pm...and after boarding also till 8:50 flight not departed...due to delaying i missed my train for further journey...worst managment...irresponsible...

                                I had boked 3 tickets from kolkata to surat pnr rcl2sd flight no sg376. The flight was scheduled on 30.05.18 at 10.50am. We reached trhe airport at 10.05 am. The counter representative said counter has ben closed. We were late because of trafic congesations which was not in opur hand. Atleast the counter people should not have been that admant and should have alowed check in as there was time left for more than 40 min. They charged rs. 25000+ for next day flight (Difference amount). Next day we were in flight at 10.00 am and flight tok of at 10.40 am ahead by 10 min. What type of management is this. You have the liberty to prepone / postpone and custmer canot be adjusted forn 10 min late. I request ypu to consider the case as genuine and refund the amount charged. Next day when we checked in the whole proces tooj 15 min time. I noticed that other airline syaf were coperative till, last moment and acomadting til last 10 min. Shouting pasengers name. Your staf did not do al theses things. Please refund me the amount anmeresumed and dont compel me to approach grahak suraksha

                                  Pathetic delays of more than 1.5 hours. I was supposed to land hyderabad by this time. The flight hadnt taken off from mumbai till its time of landing in hyd i. E. 7.10 am.

                                  I want compensate against this. One hour of delay this time. And sevaral times that i have travelled. I have experienced delay as a rule in spice jet.

                                  I missed to be present for a meeting for which the flight was taken.

                                    This is regarding duduction of money twice a time from my debit card. I was travelling on 7/05/18 from patna, spicejet flight sg 732 pnr a4nl9f. I have extra 2 kg of luggage with me. For that i need to pay 600 but the first time card didnt work and the i have to put password for second time and it duducted successsfully. Today, when i checked my account it shows 2 times duduction.

                                    I never expected such mistakes from spicejet so i didnt bothere also to check my account and i believe my duducted amount will be refunded soon to my account.

                                        My pnr no is z79qkf and i booked through spicejet mobile app

                                        When i select hyderabad to mumbai, the system is taking it in reverse way i. E mumbai to hyderabad
                                        I have complained to spice jet and they are saying nothing can be done
                                        You should have seen immediate after booking

                                        Please note in future only within 24 hrs of booking we can help?
                                        I have asked to send it to technical team, but call centre person is saying mobile app is functional

                                        I have asked her to escalate to technical team as they would be able to debug further
                                        There is no response till now
                                        I have lost money because of this goo[censored]pp
