I made a booking in jan, 2018 for my trip in august. Tickets were booked for sg-438 15th aug, 2018 from mumbai to amritsar.

It was cancelled all of a sudden without providing a proper reasoning and no other option was given for mumbai to amritsar route.

I had to opt for full refund and book another flight, i was not reimbursed complete cost of mine of new flight and i was only given a voucher of rs. 1000 each for each passenger which can be used for their own travel and validity is 180 days.

I am a middle class person and do not travel frequently these vouchers may end up utilized. Hence i request to provide me full reimbursement of new tickets.

    I, dr pallavi kumari booked the flight in spice jet for dated 30.07.18 from gau to pat. Following are particulars of the flight...

    I checked in at gau airport at 01:30 pm and reached at ccu at 05 pm approximately due to late departure of the flight from gau. I was waiting at ccu at gate no 23a (That was forecasted initially) for my next connected flight sg377 which departure time was 6.15 pm for patna but due to no any activity regarding flight sg377 at gate no 23a till 5.50pm, i had some doubt and after query i found that there was a reschedule of boarding gate 25 and it was situated at first floor. When i reached the gate no 25 and gave the boarding pass to respective staff at 06 pm they told that flight have already departed.
    I had already collected the boarding pass at gau and travelled upto ccu, as i was a girl passenger travelling lonely and i had to attend emergency duty at nmch patna as i am doing ms in gynaecology from nmc patna.
    As a responsible citizen of india i arise following questions to your administration..
    1. Who are responsible for non boarding of me to my respective flight?
    2. If i was not available at respective gate than it was your airlines responsibility to announce my name or called on my mobile number which was given in ticket as i had already collected my boarding pass at gau and travelled from gau to kolkata.
    3. Who are responsible of my losses as there was no any flights available on same day to patna hence i lost my emergency duty?
    4. Who are responsible for extra expenses, extra time and problems which i faced due to girl passenger travelling lonely?
    5. Why have i done to deserve this?

    Please look into matter so that my losses will be compensated otherwise i would not hesitate to go to court.

    I, Dr Pallavi Kumari booked the flight in spice jet for dated 30.07.18 from GAU to PAT.following are particulars of the flight...

      Respected Sir/Mdm
      Very disheartedly I m submtng few lines for Ur kind notice. Today I travelled IXZ to MAA FLIGHT NO SG 607. As my wife was having fever she asked blanket but crew told that since it's a low cost Arline they don't keep it. After few min crew came to me and requested to fasten seat belt that time I inquired her again and suggested to atleast keep a blanket and even told that I know it's not in there hands, matter was finished. In between all this I forgot to fasten seat belt few min later a male cabin crew came and jst started shouting at me ordering to put the belt not even once he told politely as I am his paid servant wen I told him he can't talk to me like tis his reply was he will and dont want passenger like me u jst think a while I was wit my family. Even he was moving his hands in front of me as if he may beat me I was threatened he was telling I misbehaved with his staffs which is totally wrong I don't know wt he wanted to prove at tht time. My fault was that I didn't fasten the seat belt for which he could have told me politely also. I asked his name but he denied and his name plate was also not there as if he came pre planned hiding his identity. I m a frequent flyer and today is the MOST WORST ex of my journey. Hereafter i have to thnk before boarding spice jet.

        I have received a letter from Varun sharma informing me to deposit Rs.14500/- towards Bagdogra Airport training for ground staff job.
        Is this genuine or fake.
        He is requesting me to deposit the amount of Rs.14500/- by today itself.
        He also said that after depositing the amount to his bank account ( Meena Devi, SBI, Barrackpore Branch), a call letter will be sent to my home address along with air tickets.
        Is this genuine or fake.

          I have booked a flight on 2 july 2018 from calicut to chennai. I got the ticketnin sg3258 and the take off time was 8.40 pm on 2 july 2018. But without informing the passengers they had cancelled the flight. I had booked this flight because my child had an accident on 26 june 2018 from train and so i can't travel in train. And so i had cancelled my train and so i have booked this flight. But without informing us they had cancelled the flight and they had not arranged any other flight in the same day. They had arranged flight from coimbatore and cochin. My compalint is the following one

By this cancellation of this flight i had lost my two working days as i am a doctor and my child lost her school and it also created a mental tension to me.
          So i request you to provide compensation for me

            A fake company cheated me by using the name of Spice Jet Airlines.
            I have seen an advertisement looking candidates for airport jobs. I have applied for the same. They demanded for a security deposit of Rs. 9950/-. I have made payment by using my debit card. A telephonic round is over with the number [protected]. After that round they informed me the date of interview and ask me transfer Rs. 5500/- into the following account number

            Today i traveled Banglore to New Delhi from Spicejet Flight no. SG 198. But when i came to Belt No.2 for collect my Bag. But i wait 15-20 min but i didnt received my Bag. I asked Spicejet Staff they told me Bag didnt came from Bag. Now it will come in morning flight. Now i sitting on Airport Floor why i take this responsibility.

                    My baggage is damaged due to the negligence of the spicejet workers. My suitcase rest case broke badly, complaining about which the attendants response was too had. They were not ready to lodge my complaint, after several arguments they wrote it in a paper. I want spice jet to look into the matter asap and compesate me for the same. Complaint number - 46813
                    I've attached photographs as proof. The repurcation of the attendees of Spicejet in silchar airport after we reported our concern was pathetic, they were not at all ready to co-operate with us. It is really saddening that the customers are treated this way that too when the fault is from their end.
                    My fair expectation and demand is that Spicejet replaces the suitcase with a new model or compensate the bill amount so that I can go and purchase a new one.

                      The Passenger 80 years of age was traveling from Surat to Mumbai by Spice Jet SG 2763. Inspite of booking the wheel chair for the passenger, at Mumbai Airport neither in the aircraft nor at the airport there was provision of wheel chair.
                      Not at all reliable airline. Not bothered about customer care. As family member, I would not think of Spice Jet for booking for any future travel or suggest to my friends and family. Infact, I would warn them to avoid travel by this careless airline.

                        I Mukesh Kumawat, travelled on SpiceJet Airlines SG58 from Dubai to Jaipur. The flight arrived in Jaipur on 15th July at 08:35 am. I had checked in with a bag which was locked at the Dubai counter. After landing in Mumbai I got the bag from baggage claim put it in a trolley and came out the airport gate. After that I noticed that my lock was unlocked and someone had used a knife or some sharp object to tear the bag's zip. There was a NEW MOBILE of HUAWEI (MODEL :ATU-L31, IMEI : [protected]) was missing which includes new mobile phone up to about 10000 INR. I told it to SpiceJet counter executive at Airport and they were of no help. The only place this could have happened is when the bags were under SpiceJets responsibility.The spicejet Jaipur staff insists that this has happened in Dubai airport to brush me off.
                        I'm attaching the photos of my bag which was captured at Airport by me.
                        I am looking for compensation for my loss.

                        Please recover my loss otherwise I have to take a legal action against Spicejet.

                        On 7th of July, 2018 I had received an SMS regarding fake job advertisement and fradulent call letter for my interview with Spicejet Co. Moreover, I was also mailed regarding the same issue and was charged Rs. 9, 950/- as a refundable security deposit. The number provided had also confirmed the same.

                            NEVER book A tickets with Spice jet. It is the most irresponsible and most unreliable airline in India. I booked my ticket for 17th july 2018 Delhi to Varanasi Travel in April 2018. Flight SG - 2195 was to depart at 6:30 AM from Delhi. In June Airline informed that it has been rescheduled and now it will depart at 10:30 AM i.e 4 hours delay. When I arrived at airport after check-in I find that Flight is further delayed by 3 hours and now it will depart at 1:30 PM.

                            A total of 7 hour delay for a 90 minute travel. One can travel by bus or by train rather than using Spice Jet. Take care of of your travel plan.

                              Tis flight to Mangalore SG1028 was scheduled to fly at 17:55 but was delayed due to some technical issue. V r still in the plane waiting for a proper response from ur team here.. It is the most lousiest service I hav ever had. For Tis glory u guys charge a whooping 8k as flight charges. How inefficient n useless can u guys get. It's pathetic. It's almost 10 in the night n v r stuck in Tis stupid aircraft. I want my full money back. Never in my life again I ll step into spicejet craft again.

                                Hi Team, my PNR is VDEUTQ, departure time 4:10, now time is 8:40, what is answer from your end. We're in run way and repair is going in front o[censored]s don't you think this is worst part, how can you be so irresponsible, I don't understand.
                                You've to get back as possible as. There are kids and senior citizens are there, what is your responsible for this. And yes I wanted to say about staff how can they so be arrogant, yes if ppl are scared they might have ask so many questions, if we're 10 mins delay you guys won't allow to boarding pass, now 5 hours delayed flight but you guys won't even respond.

                                    I am PREETI SINGH (PNR- H5DCQI), had my flight from KOLKATA(CCU) to DELHI(DEL) on[protected] at 07:50hrs.
                                    I reached the airport at 6:40, had my luggage x-rayed and then went for Check-In and stood in a long queue.
                                    As I reached the counter, they weighed my LUGGAGE, which came out to be 27kg, (allowable 15+7=22kg) so they asked me to Pay Rs400/ kg.
                                    Since I did not have any Money, I asked the lady sitting over there whether I can adjust my extra luggage with any other passenger boarding in the same flight but she refused saying that you should have done this before approaching me but now I know this so you cannot do this thing. I requested but she refused. I got very nervous seeing the situation. I asked the lady to return my bag twice (which was placed on the conveyor belt) and I couldn't reach upto my bag, so I asked her. She didn't listen as she was busy doing with some other work. After a while she asked me to remove my bag from the conveyor belt and take it. I told her that I have asked for my bag twice but you were not listening. And in reply she rudely said that you could have taken it by yourself. So panicked by the situation I ran to the Gate Immediately to return my Luggage to my friends who were outside. As I Returned in hurry, Stood again in long queue and reached the Counter, the Authority stated that, I was Late for Check-In.
                                    The Authority named ( SAURAV BASU at CCU AIRPORT) was misbehaving with me and I started to Cry. I was literally tensed and nervous, and requesting this man to please help me. I was trying to explain him the whole matter but he wasn't even listening. He was looking here and there and trying every possible way to avoid me. I told him that I had my luggage x-rayed sir, I was on time and please let me board. But he didn't listen. He was not even looking and talking properly and even shouted saying that I was roaming. He was not even trying to understand the fact that I had already come there before, got my luggage x-rayed and just went back to return the extra stuff that I was having. I called my father immediately and explained him the whole matter. My father wanted to talk to Mr.basu just once and asked me to give phone to him so I went to the other counter where he was standing and requested him to please talk to my father once but he didn't listened and moved on. I again called him from back and again requested him to which he replied that there is no use madam I will not talk and go .This was the service, treatment and help that I was being given at the airport by the so called professional people of spice jet. They should have told me prior that I need to return the luggage and be in time at 7:05. That guy Mr.Basu was totally filled with ego and a bad attitude. A good service could have helped me calm down in this situation and helped me out of this problem. Instead this Spicejet staff made the situation more worse for me that I cried like hell there and everyone around was looking at me.
                                    The authorities were misbehaving, I was Crying at the Airport while they were asking me to leave and Enjoy. When I went back to Mr.Basu to ask his name, he told me his name and then asked me to enjoy ( in a taunting way). A similar situation was encountered by one of my friends few weeks back (boarding on some other flight), where she had extra luggage and she had decided to hand over this extra stuff to some of her friend but before leaving the staff clearly told her to do everything quickly as the counter will get closed within 5 mins and this prior information provided by the staff of that airlines helped my friend to board the plane on time.
                                    And here, what a great service and treatment by the SPICEJET. I swear not to take the Spicejet flight ever in my future again. Thankyou for the treatment. #Spice jet_The worst flight ever !
                                    After that I had to book a flight again of Rs 5711( PNR- HQKEC).

                                      On 25 June 2018 I got a call letter from Spicejet..n writeen my resume has been selected for the final round..n today is the last to deposit security money..at last of the form the hr mange name Siddharth Choudhary..was written n phone number was provided so..I call the Siddharth sir n ask him About it..he told I was selected through the naukri.com where I had submitted my resume so our company has selected u in final round n I have to deposit security money of 9950 rupee as per the procedures n today is the last day..to deposit security money in the Syndicate bank / Dena bank. if you have to appear for interview that was going to held on 21 July as written in call letter.after that I went to the Syndicate bank..call siddharth sir n then he provided account detail n..I had deposited 9, 950 rupee on the bank..on 25 june18.. after that he told me to send bank receipt..my photo n my Aahar card by scan n send him on mail id.. provided.. [protected]@spicejet.org..then after it..I got a revert mail of application form..by them..n then I filled that..n send on that mail id..but the mail was not sending..on that mail..n I was worried so..I call Siddharth sir again..but he didn't take my calls..m calling day by day he was not received my call..or msgs m worried..n now I search..on Spicejet n found that it was fake n I was trapped...I don't know what to do..now..plz help me..to revert my money back .n plz take action among these kind of frauds..

                                        I had Spice Jet flight from Gorakhpur to Delhi on July 07, 2018.I really regret taking this Spice Jet flight from Gorakhpur, U.P. It was horrible experience and I would never fly again with Spice Jet in my life.It starts with checkin of my baggage . When reached to the counter, the Spice Jet staff (Mr.Aman) asked me to take my baggage to the other side and he needs to weigh it separately. Then he kept me waiting for at least 45 minutes. While waiting on the counter, I was witnessing How Mr Aman and other staff were rude to other customers as well. They were treating like i[censored] want to fly, you need to obey them..otherwise you'll be left behind. Even for small small questions, they were getting frustrated and were responding to customers so arrogantly that customers were quite frightened. Spice Jet, you need to understand that most of the travelers who reach airport will be in state that they have been delayed. As responsible service provider, you need to console them they need not to worry ..rather them scolding them why are they late and they will be left behind. There was one lady with a kid who wasn't having any ID as still she was so young to have any aadhar card or any form of ID. And Mr Aman was was scolding like either you bring the ID or you'll be barred to get inside the flight. After the Argument, station manager Mr GK Singh arrived, and he was super rude as compare to Mr Aman. Even Mr GK Singh threatened that lady to throw out of the airport with the help of security personnels. Dude, there are better ways to handle the situation, at least you can be calm and explain the rules politely. Why are you being so rude and arrogant? And then there were travelers with baggage having extra weights. At this point Mr Aman has his staff were showing their true face. They were bargaining customers to pay extra INR 2400 even if the weight is 1 KG extra. and then slowly they will lower the rate to 2000, then 1500, 1000 etc. With one customer, they settled down for INR 500 only? Spice Jet, if you have a really rule and policy for baggage ..then why are you negotiating with price? Is this the way you loot customers? I'm flying for last 10 years, and have never seen such kind of bargaining with luggage price at the airport. Every airlines either they show some courtesy to allow the baggage or they charge some fixed price . They never negotiate . Then why some different rule at Gorakhpur station ? Are these Spice Jet staff at Gorakhpur station getting some commission based on how much they have looted customers ? There was one traveller who told clearly that rather he will throw the stuff rather than paying INR 2400 for them as they are worth of very less. And He started arranging his stuff and taking out some boxes which were un-important. At this point station Manager GK Singh would come to that passenger and threatened him that his baggage will not be scanned again if he doesn't pack the bag within 5 minutes? Dude, again arrogance ..why ? Can't you be nice to passenger ? And when my turns come, I was well prepared what I need to do. When Mr Aman weighed my baggage, it was 1.5 KG extra weight.Mr Aman quoted me INR 2400 for the extra weight. I asked him to weight and took out 2 boxes of sweets which I was taking to US for my friends. I gave those sweets to other airport staff. After that my baggage was under 15 KG. While I was arranging my stuff, again Station Manager Mr GK Singh came to me and threatened that within 5 minutes I need to complete checkin other wise they will close the door. Some how I packed all my stuff and was able to get inside the flight just 5 minutes before. Though I have reached airport 1 hour before and there were passengers who came after me, but were able to get inside the flight before me.
                                        This was really horrible experience and would regret taking Spice jet flight from Gorakhpur airport.Spice Jet, you need to really train your Gorakhpur Airport staff, make them to visit at other airports and show them how nicely other airlines staff behave at all other airports.
                                        I think this problem is only with Gorakhpur Airport as its being a new airport with fewer flights, staff are in the typical mind set of like typical Government office staffs Spice jet, if you think because there are not enough competitors, you can act and behave the way you want. Then don't worry, customers have thrown many many renowned companies out of business because of their unfriendly customer policies.
