Hi,

I had booked spice jet flight from pune to srinagar for 29th april 2018 (Pnr (Pnr-g67n6c).

Today suddenly i have got email from spice jet that your flight has been cancelled & now you can reschedule your flight or get full refund because introduction of our new summer schedule at spice jet.

This seems to be your internal policy & why should i suffer because your policy change?

Your alternate flight timing is too odd to opt.

    On 27th march, i traveled from chennai to kochi in sg3265. The person (A lady) at boarding pass counter no:1, given the boarding pass and i have double
    Checked with her whether i can move for security check and she agreed. I have traveled many times in many flights i never faced such issue.
    Dont know why she handed over the boarding pass with out the baggage claim sticker/number. And as per the cochin reception team, the bag is not
    Reached cochin and as per them the bag is not present at chennai too. She was a fresher and i could not notice her name. But she was sitting near another senior
    Employee named "tamim" and she was doing things with help of him.

    I am totally disappointed with this poor responsibility from spicejet. I had many good experience till today with your flight but this is really unacceptable.
    I need my bag as soon as possible. I dont see anyone taking sincere responsibility. I had to call 2-3 times to spicejet even after complaining the same.
    Hence i am writing this mail to ensure that i wont loose my luggage and i can get it without much delay. I have my boarding pass copy and
    Baggage irregularity report copy in case if required. Even though, the we have advanced technologies in airports like cctv, it is quite shocking that the bag is
    Still remnains "not located". I really feeling that no one in spicejet taking the responsibility to find the bag. Spicejet is not giving value to customer
    And his belongings during the travel. I lost my dresses, toys and some important documents. And more than that, i lost my important medicines which i was using
    For my ear infection. It was a light green coloured bag without any wheels. It was not a trolley type bag.

    Since one week passed now and not received any satisfactory responses from spicejet, i would like to escalate this as maximum as possible till i get my bag back.

      The refund has still not been processed and it has been 46 days. Everytime i ask for an update the team says they will get back but they never do. Everytime i have to ask for an update. Last updates says that they are awaiting the banks reply. It has been the same since last 3 weeks. I want to know if the bank wont reply what is the procedure followed or your team just sits and waits for the reply even if it takes a year?

      Why can the refund not be processed into another bank account/ card which i can easily provide?

      Why is this harassment over small refund amount is there?

        This is mr & mrs. Rupesh. We boarded a spicejet flight goa-hyderabad on 30th march 2018 at 7.15 am. Upon reaching hyderabad we were shocked to find that our luggage had landed in ahmedabad. We were on our four days holidays and had all important things in the luggage which included our medicines. We were told that the luggage will be despatched back at the earliest flight from ahmedabad, even via mumbai or bangalore.
        We kept calling, there was no positive feedback.
        Luggage was sent by indigo flight of 7.40 pm from ahmedabad and reached hyderabad at 10.00 pm.
        We literally begged to deliver (Which was promised to us that luggage will be delivered to our hotel) the luggage to our hotel where we were staying as we needed our medicines very badly. But spicejet staff were very ruthless and kept saying they don't have vendor or busy in audits etc.
        I was told at 10.30 pm that luggage will be delivered first thing in the morning before 8.00 am next day.
        We received our luggage only at 11.00 am. After umpteen times calling requesting begging.
        Never we wish to travel by such airlines neither wants to recommend anyone to travel.

        Highly unprofessional spicejet and its staff.

          I am a frequent spicejet traveler. I suffer from gluten allergy which manifests as rashes over my body. Being a frequent traveller all over the country and abroad, i have never been stopped or checked or humiliated in any airport across the country or other airlines... It came to me as a shock when i was detained by spicejet authorities in bangalore and the issue of boarding pass was withheld.
          Further at the boarding counter i was withheld in front of other passengers.

          If a leading airline like spicejet harrasses passengers over acne and allergies based on a person's physical appearance in an arbitrary manner it is shameful and demeaning.

          I would like a reply to the above grievance at the earliest and an unconditional apology failing which i would have to tackle the issue through other means.

            I am chinmay kothari, student of iit guwahati travelling on flight sg 341 from jaipur to guwahati on[protected].

            After landing when i got my cargo luggage back then there was a big hole in the trolley bag. Probably the rats in the flight have done that. The rats tear apart clothes, food, and trolley bag which was quite an expensive one.
            More importantly along side that they also tear vital documents which i was in an urgent need of. - being a student i faced a lot trouble without those documents and i'm in a big fuss right now.
            The paramount loss of my money and time can't be fixed. And as a consequence i want a refund of my ticket.
            I'm a regular costumer of spicejet but after this experience i may not travel with spice again.

              Reported at the desk at 8:45 am for the flight scheduled at 9:25 am as we were heldup in traffic.. Inspite of repeated requests the woman at the counter denied boarding, wasting the time till 9:10 am. She recorded the boarding time as 8:55 am which is incorrect.. Service of spicejet is too horrible where in other flight serives are responding very well... Agents at the booking counter also responded rude... Indigo and other flights allow passengers to board the next flight with extra 1000 fare... Where in spiceject is too disgusting they didn't even consider to board the flight... 'horrible service from spicejet-agents are rude'

              This caused us loss of time and money. Where in we have an urgent visit to hyd. Decided to blacklist spicejet from our dairy including our family n friends

                Pl. Confirm whether it has been traced and kept in lost and found cell in the kolkata airport.

Kindly people be aware of such frauds and their activities. This complaint is not against Spice jet, but I request someone to take action against such fraud.

                    I am a victim of being cheated by these scammers. I had to pay 2500 for application and then pay 6500 for documents verification for a cabin crew position for my wife. Later when they demanded 24000 is when i thought of checking with spice jet directly and they confirmed it being a fake offer letter.

                    They get to you through shinejob.com, saying the are from naukri launcher consulting by asking for your educational certificates and previous experience.

                    Please make sure you are aware when you get calls from the below number of these scammers.

                      While traveling from kochi to delhi flight no.562 departed at 11:05, one of the three airhostess/ crew misbehaved and used rough language, which hurts me and spoil my journey. This speaks of reputation of your airlines and the quality of staff you employees. We have also lodge complaint with duty officer with ack 58020 dtd.24.03.2018. My seat no. Was 23c boarding time 1035. Hope to have early action against the erroring staff.

                        This is prabhjeet Gill from Dubai.
                        I had book my flight ticket from spicejet for 20thmarch 12:45 AM from Dubai terminal 1 to Ahmedabad Terminal (non stop flight).
                        Now, my wife had already to talk to your spicejet customer service to confirm the date of check in.
                        The girl gave the information to my wife, that I need to be there on the 20th march (9PM to check in).
                        I reach to the airport on the 20thmarch by 8pm, got in the queue for check in by 9:45PM.
                        i reach to the counter and this African guy told that u have missed your flight as you were supposed to come on the 19thmarch to check in.
                        I told him that I got this confirmation from your haryana customer service ;that i need to check on the 19thmarch and not 20th march.
                        Then i ask this lanky African guy that i am ready to pay the money for a fresh ticket.
                        He told that we do not book any tickets from the aireport.
                        Then he told to talk to her manager and this fatso lady manager who was an Indian told me that you go on the 1st floor to meet the manager.
                        There were 2 guys on the 1st floor and they were hopeless and disgusting.
                        They told we cannot help you at all, you need to lodge a complaint and that's it.
                        I mean this is my first time in 20 years that i fly regular in any country.
                        Because of these ### and especially the customer service girl who gave us this misleading information, I missed my flight which cost me not only 800aed but my holiday got ruined.
                        Today i have booked my flight ticket from Emirates who follows british standard format of 24 hrs.
                        There it is clearly mentioned 23.00 hrs flight take off from Dubai on 21st March and reaches 3:00hrs at Ahmedabad on 22nd March (so clearly and crispy mentioned).
                        Now for God sake I need my full refund from spicejet for my flight ticket as this is not at all ethical.
                        I am living in Dubai for past years and working for EMAAR Group.
                        I cannot believe that how can such airlines keep so low intelligence people, who cannot perform their duty.
                        I have decided that if I do not get my full refund from my flight ticket then I will file a case against spicejet.
                        I do not care how much time and money would be spend as this is enough.
                        I hope you guys are taking me seriously and if I do not get my full refund of my flight ticket in 2 weeks.
                        I will file a police as well as court case against spicejet in Dubai.
                        Waiting for your quick and efficient response.

                          On 25th january 2018 i booked 2 tickets by using my friends credit card. The amount aed 986.00 deducted from the card, but the ticket not issued so far.
                          Same day on 25th i got message that ticket confirmed and the pnr no is wyi1pj. But unfortunately recently i traced the pnr and found the ticket is cancelled. Please trace tha matter and do needfull.

                            I have booked flight sg 2647 jabalpur-mumbai march 14, 2018 for two people as part of a tourist visit to india.
                            I became very ill and had to cancel the whole trip. I wrote to spicecet on feb.20 informing this matter, asking them to cancel the flight. Online cancellation is not possible without app, which i do not have.
                            They replied on feb. 21, asking for a medical report. I sent this on feb 22 (Confirmation of my doctor that i am to ill to travel). No reply on this. I did not worry, as they told me that cancellation is possible until two hours before flight.

                            After departure of the flight, they finally answered (With a copy of my mail attached, so they have received the medical report) that i did not cancel in time and had to cover the full cost.

                              They called me and said that they are called from spice jet service their hr is selected your resume please pay rs.2500 in account and online interview will be connected after your payment is received..
                              They called me many more times and asked me thi full up the form and pay the amount rs.2500 in their account. When i say i will pay after 2 days and then the call has been cut immediaty and many times i called then they switched off the phone. They are cheating the por boys. Of their have been born a good mom they wont do like this. They are born for call girls and prostuited girks so only cheating the people.

                                Check in buggage dameged while travelling by spicejet flight sg-263 on 8.3.17 from guwahati to agartala & submitted complain in spicejet as per instructions of ground stuff at agartala airport but till yet not recieced any response. My trolly completely broken as mentioned in the complain letter. Complain letter attached for your reference. I tried to communicate with ground staff at agartala airport but they told that communication only come from customer care.

                                  I was give telephonic interview in spicejet 3 or 4 months ago, on this number for telephonic interview, and i give interview, then she said you have passed 75% in interview and you are selected candidate for ticketing extive i will send you joining letter5 january in post office, but today is 12 th march but i have not given me a joining letter yet.
                                  And he told me that you have to make a bond agreement letter and to bond agreement make 10000 rupees must be deposited, then i have to pay rs 10000 for bond agreement letter,

                                    My booking id with spice jet nf[protected] dt 07.03.18 and was travelling to kolkata to catch connecting international flight for dhaka (Bangladesh). Dt 07.03.18
                                    I reached well before 50 to 55 minutes to surat spice jet check - in counter and the counter attendant mr. Saurabh lad, informed me that the flight is full and they have closed. I also requested if they can up-grade the ticket in business class and permit me to get on board since it was very urgent to attend the business meetings and i would be missing the connecting international flights from kolkata.
                                    To my surprise, in spite of being frequent flyer, the check-in counter attendant mr. Saurabh lad was very reluctant, non-cooperative and very rude in behavior. They did not want to listen to any word! The staf[censored]nnecessarily argued instead of helping. This is disgusting. They did not understand the minutes of delay because of the queue.
                                    Because of the spice jet ‘s staff negligence, we are penalized. Very poor customer services.
                                    I heard that the air-craft was over booked and that’s why they do so. Some people were saying that this is their normal practice to eat the money of the customers. If they were genuine, then they should refund the amount as well as provide good services and counter transport arrangements.
                                    This was very bitter experience with of pathetic spice jet services.
                                    Will i get refund of the fair for the surat to kolkata and the international flight i. E. Kolkata to dhaka (Bangladesh). Will my complaint be heard?
                                    I am also planning to take legal action against the concern/s and put this matter on social media.
                                    I do look forward to get the compensation and reply to my complaint.

                                        I was scheduled to be departed from jaipur to dubai via spicejet flight no sg57on 1st of march 2018sheduled to take off @9:40am, as i lived in agra, i travelled to jaipur for 5hours in night with my small kids n frd (Total group of 16people). On reaching at jaipur airport @5:40am, we came to know that our flight is being reshudled to 8:20pm. It was shocking to us as we were not prior informed, firstly they said it is due to some airport runway issue, but on enquiry we came to know that runaway was closed from 10:30am to 6pm on that day which was known earlier to the airline company. Than they said our flight was reshudled due to non availability of the plane which was got delayed. As with younger kids we got so much problem. On repeatedly asking about some other arrangements they totally refused as it is not their problem, finally after much arguments n halla gulla they provided us the accommodation @9:40am, we were at airport for nearly 3hrs, our kids slept over floor. And moreover our dubai tour get destroyed as our hotel n entire tour itenary was pre-booked, it cause us so metal agony as we r educated, having kids as young as 6-7 yrs and as old as 75 yrs as well as diabetic one. We searched for airport authority personnel but no one was there to help us, we think even we are doctors who faced such problems what a common man who is uneducated also can do in this country. There is no law n people are harrassed like this everyday. Kindly help us so these people should get a lesson
