On 29th March 2022, while I was making a payment on Spicejet website for Rs. 16389/- via debit card, the money deducted from my account but booking was unsuccessful. I made a complaint to the Spicejet. Complaint number[protected]. But they are not refunding my money. It has been more than 2 months but they are just going in circle, not helping at all. They are making only false promises. I am in urgent need of that money. I have provided successful transaction id. I have contacted with bank. They gave me a bank statement which shows clearly "spicejet" beside the deducted amount.

      I have cancelled the ticket on the same date of booking I.e 21.05.22. My ticket PNR is UB5NPP & booking reference is[protected]. I also made the complain to [protected]@spicejet.com & the complain no is 09961179.
      However till the date I don’t get my refund amount. They also not responded on my reminder.

        I checked-in in Delhi (on the way to Srinagar) and my bag was absolutely fine. At Srinagar, it came out completely torn - the zipper was ripped altogether and someone post checkin wrapped it with a black bag to cover the torn area. The bag is now essentially dysfunctional because the entire zipper was ripped off by someone at Delhi Airport or Srinagar Airport. The matter was reported at arrival to Spicejet representative (Ms. Iffat). She asked me to raise this to customer relations.

        The customer service denied liability on the damage. The Nodal Officer offered a paltry compensation of Rs.500 for the damage of Rs.9300 (cost of new bag). Appellate Authority denied compensation.

        I wanted to escalate this and ask if post-check in damage is not your liability, then please guide me to the person/team who is liable for this damage on a Spicejet flight. I'll escalate it to them directly. Lastly, if Spicejet is not willing to accept liability, I asked the customer support, Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority to share the details of your legal team so I can take the matter legally. However, your teams are not sharing the details.

          I have booked tickets to Shirdi for travel in July 2020 on 27 Feb 2020. Since the flights were cancelled, they said the money will be refunded and several mails were sent and phone calls made. No refund received till date.
          My PNR Ref No. is GCQ9HT refund amount is Rs.27975
          Actual booking debit was nearly 37000 and refund credit shown was 27975/=
          seek help to get this money back.
          I have sent several requests to the Nodel officer too. But everything waste of time and energy.

            I booked ticket through online from Dubai to Madurai on 20th March 2022 during booking time ticket amount debit from my credit card but ticket not issued. Already 80 days completed still not solve the issue. I called customer care persons and send lot emails but still not solve the issue.

              I booked the flight from Delhi to Goa from 11pm to 1:25am. I have a morning shift in Delhi and old parents waiting on the other end. Boarding started at 11pm. We have been sitting in the plane for 1hr and 20 mins now. Hostess is saying some paperwork is going on. Disappointing and total waste of money. Inefficient. Will definitely tell people not to book this flight at least.

                I booked a flight ticket using Spicejet website dated- 27/04/2022 with PNR-MBWSPM, Confirmation number[protected] but due to unforeseen reasons decided not the travel so made a cancellation on 17/05/2022.

                As per the company i would have received the refund amount within 10 days of cancellation, but No refund is made till date.
                And after writing a email to spicejet I always get a automated response that the query has been forwarded to the SpiceClub Customer Care team and they will get back to me in the next 24 hours, which they never call back & neither able to contact their support team on the number that is being provided on their website.

                Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.

                    Hello,
                    Would like to have official concern regarding a spicejet flight SG- 3766 (Varanasi--Dehradun) which got cancelled on 23rd April, 2022.
                    I along with my mother were booked and suppose to fly from Varanasi (PNR's DEWEFA, AYI7FM) but due to some technical error the airline cancelled the flight just nick of time and promised to process the full refund. We also confirmed the process from the check in counter.
                    However, we had to buy fresh tickets from another airline to travel. We have been waiting for the refund more than a month now.
                    The tickets were booked through cleartrip.com
                    Since a month i have been following both cleartrip and spicejet for the refund but both have been trying to blame each other saying the refund has been processed from there side. Since i havent recieved a single penng as refund and have been waiting for more than a month now. Eventually i am bound to take action and file complaint against both. Since i am a regular customer of both spicejet and cleartrip i request not to harrass me anymore and process my refund wherever it is blocked. After this i would request both to please send me the current status in written so that i can proceed legally if needed.

                      It's me, Shivam Sundram. I booked an airline ticket (PNR: QINQUH/SG) from Goa to Varanasi. Unfortunately, I must cancel it for some reason. I tried my best to contact you in regards to the cancellation. First, I am not receiving my OTP, which is the first step of cancellation. The number you provided cannot be reached. Trying to reach you via Whatsapp. It doesn't work either. Having trouble registering on your account. Having trouble cancelling. Please assist me. I am trying for refund from first 8 hours of flight booking. I have tried everything to contact you. refund my full amount 8070 Rs.

                        Very bad experience with spice jet, no one is here at IGI T3 for coordination, online web check in is not working because there server is low, here in airport their came a technical problem, i even made a photo as a proof and no one is here for assistance.

                          I have completed the cancelation process through makemy trip of my flight from jharsuguda to bangalore on 27th may'22, due to delay of 24 hour i.e 30.05.2022 to 31.05.2022. But came to know that airline has rebooked my ticket without my permission and I tried several times to contact customer care but no one is there to support.

                            I was trying to book a flight from Pune to GOA on 23rd April. The first time money was debited from my account but the ticket was not issued PFA the screenshot of the same.

                            The second time I tried another bank account & it worked.

                            I have raised a case 09790800 with Spicejet customer care but the refund is not yet credited back to my account. I have contacted customer care but to no avail. I also escalated it to the nodal officer & the appellate authority but no one has reverted back.

                                I had booked tickets for my parents on Spicejet flight SG 8938 for Delhi to Pune on 28th May 2022 . We got an alert from spicejet in the morning that flight is delayed by approx 2 hour . It was scheduled to depart at 17:05 and now this will depart at 18:55. My parents are senior citizen and after security checking they again got a message around 17:40 just approx 1 hour 15 min before flight departure that flight is again delayed. Spicejet at that time also not sure of exact departure time. This is such pathetic service we got after paying an amount of Rs 23000.

                                  This is with reference to two transactions that had been made to book tickets, upon which both had been considered as failed, but the money had been deducted both times. The ticket was attempted to be booked from Dubai, UAE. The flight was for one from Dubai to Mangalore, India. The details of both the transactions are as follows. I have called Customer Care 4 times, and they informed me that I'd been put on the priority list multiple times. The necessary emails were sent to SpiceJet's customer relations email IDs upon the occurrence of both incidents. Please ensure the refund is given as early as possible. It has been over 2 months since the transaction and since I've been trying to get the necessary response and update on the refund. I keep getting promised the refund will be processed in around 10 or the next few days or "as early as possible", with no avail or update from then on. As per the message provided on the website when the transaction had failed, the amount to be refunded is long overdue. Please ensure that the process is completed as soon as possible. I have also contacted the Nodal Officer as well as the Appellate Authority via mail but received no satisfactory response. I have the photos clicked after the second transaction failed, the same messages had popped up when the first transaction had also failed. Details:

                                    This is URGENT Please

                                    This is in reference to my previous email. I have booked a ticket for Delhi to Bagdogra. Date of Journey is 30.05.2022. time 06:30 AM.

                                    As I do not have any user ID, I had booked the ticket as a guest. My money is deducted from the account but I did not receive any message from Spicejet. neither on email nor on mobile. I have been trying to contact Spice jet on almost every number displayed at spice jet site or Apps. None of the numbers are working. Even whatsapp is not working.

                                    I have written several emails but it says that executives will contact me in next 3 days.

                                    Since i do not know the status of my booking i am not able to book another ticket also because cancellation of tickets in airlines is very costly and i cannot afford it.

                                    I humbly beg you to let me know if my ticket is booked or not. If booking is confirmed, kindly let me know the PNR/ Reference number. If the ticket is not booked, kindly let me know so that i can book another ticket.

                                    I hope as a good service gesture, you will take me out of this crisis.
