Hi,

It is the worst flight I have ever booked.

There is no commitment even though I booked tickets 2 months ago and got confirmation in email.

Both my PNR's are revised without any communication and consent.

This is really very very bad service as My parents were planning to travel (WX1RXX and LX2HXX).

After enquiry there is no direct flight from Jharsuguda to Bangalore in the month of AUg and September.

I am really surprised by the worst and rigid customer service and the assistance regarding this.

I want a refund of all my expenses I bore for this at the last minute my flight got revised without consent.

    A group of people cheated me on the name of confirming job in Spice Jet

    Hello Spice Jet Team,
    Yesterday, I received a call from [protected] and they convinced me that they are hiring for Spice Jet by sending ID proof and Spice Jet logo. They made me to give aptitude test. Seeing this I made a payment of Rs. 20000/- in 5 steps, Rs. 2500/- for registration, Rs. 7500/- for address verification, Rs. 3500/- for cancelation fee and remaining for GST and return money grantee.

    Hi, i am Mr. S.Sai Prasanna, from Chennai.
    On 23/07/2022, me and my wife travelled with SpiceJet from Leh (IXL) to Chennai (MAA) via Delhi (DEL) . We checked in 2 luggage at Leh (transfer luggage to be received at Chennai).
    At Chennai, both of our baggage was not received.
    We approached the baggage assistant for the help and we were informed that the baggage was not received from Delhi itself and we also submitted grievance form for the same. The baggage assistant promised that we would be receiving our trolleys on 24/07/2022. We did not receive any call or sort of information regarding that. When I called the given number [ [protected] ], they didn't attend or call back.
    We had essential medicines which my wife needed to take. I had to rush to pharmacy late on that night because of this. apart from clothes, we also have many gift items to be distributed to our families.
    The original plan was that my wife had to travel to her hometown on 25/07/2022 by train to visit families and distribute gifts which she could not. Our entire week's program has been collapsed and we still don't know when we will be getting our stuffs.

    We urge the concerning authorities to investigate this issue asap and take required actions.

    1. We need our luggage back.
    2. We deserve proper explanation on why our baggage got delayed
    3. We also deserve proper compensation

      This is hetika ladhani travelling from bagdogra to Mumbai. Firstly the flight was delayed by 1 hour. After which birding started. We boarded at around 5 and right now its 6. Since one hour we are struggling to breathe in the flight. It is getting so claustrophobic. I have come with my parents who are aged 60. How irresponsible it can be. Kids are crying. People are facing issues breathing . All are sweating like a pig. The entire flight is stinking.

      I ask for full compensation of my flight tickets

      This is worst flight to travel. Without checking you people boarded us. It should be your full responsibility to check the flight properly before boarding the passenger.

        Luggage bag bashed/ thrown/broken.
        Wheels of skybag broken completely. No staff of spicejet available at airport to place complaint! Kindly do something regarding this. Asap! Bags are really costly and how can they be handled with so much irresponsibility.

          I am writing this mail to register my complaints against spice jet for non refunding my ticket, My ticket was Dubai to Kochi and due to covid Spice jet cancelled the flight and for last two years I am writing mails to Spice jet customer cares and to nodal officer for refund but no use . I am just receiving regular reply to show patience, its almost two year am not receiving refund, Its very bad experience since my ticket was family ticket and around Rs 70000 . It will be great relief for me if I receive refund or credit shield from spice jet .
          No one from Spice jet contacted me, I am making regular request to Spice jet for refund but no action only some assurance from customer care and nodal officer to show patience . Its been 2 year i am requesting .

            At Delhi airport on Ramp i found my bag belt & side pockets are in broken condition and I registered complaint there only on tour desk.
            Belt are cut by sharp things

              PNR: QHTC9H. I travelled from DXB TO IXM. I booked through Mobile app and received my spicemax seat 2F, 2E but food & beverage was denied as it was not mentioned as spicemax passenger. And I paid for the service. I was over charged also as seat was 140aed and I paid 186aed. It was intimated by the cabin crew. So spicejet over charged me for the service i didn't receive. Very disappointed and unhappy with the service

                How pathetic your service can be ? First it rescheduled from 14.50 to 14.35 Then again rescheduled to 14.35 to 15.30 stating operational reason. Do you guys even care about time of your passengers? How wonder how you guys running big airline with such pathetic time management?

                I booked flight SG756 with PNR number MYHFYC And Hereby, I announce this is the last time I am travelling with SpiceJet Pathetic service !!

                  As we have depoted from srinagar today at 11:55 am to delhi and had a connecting spicejet flight to Ahmedabad at 06:10 pm. As per cabin crew announcement that the flight cannot land in delhi and diverted to Jaipur, finally we reach back to delhi but the flight has taken off to Ahmedabad. As we reach to the counter at delhi they fisrt tell us that the flight has taken off so cannot do anything. Finally after a long discussion they sent us back to Jaipur in Flight no SG2978 and gave boarding passes of both Jaipur and Ahmedabad. We will reach there at 10 where we can go, kindly provide us accomdation in Jaipur

                      I have cancelled my tickets for Bangalore-Jharsuguda flight (PNR:QHMTTK) due to Spicejet's last moment flight reschedule. Upon cancellation, I was provided with the option to opt for refund and I chose the same. However, it's been a month since I cancelled my tickets and am yet to receive my refund. Spicejet have been very unhelpful and incompetent with the worst customer service where there is no way you connect with their customer care executive.

                        My BLR - DBG flight on 17-July-2022 got cancelled. After waiting for more than 5hrs. inside the flight, cabin crew announced that flight got cancelled. During the waiting inside flight they have not provided any meal/food even they have not provide water. I was travelling with two small kinds. Due to this cancellation even one of my kid missed his exam.
                        I need compensation for this. As per norms they should arrange cab and hotel arrangement but they didn't do anything.

                            On 22.June.2022, I tried to book a flight ticket on spicejet website. Booking failed, but Rs. 52700/- was withdrawn from my account. Spicejet immediately called me and said that if transaction did not complete in 30 minutes, I would automatically get a refund. After 1 hour, I called support team and was asked to submit a ticket with transaction details, so that refund could be expedited. Submitted ticket: 10010992. Nothing happened.

                            On 29. June.2022, I ot an email asking me to submit necessary details via a link received by email from Spicejet. I uploaded all the requested information on that link. Received a response on 01. July.2022 confirming receipt of the info and processing of refund.

                            As nothing happened until 08. July.2022, I again called ths customer support number and also escalated it to Nodal Officer of Spicejet. Case No: 10051015. Other than a automated email, even from Nodal officer, I received no response.

                            On 11. July. 2022, a Customer Relations person, regretted the delay, without any information on when I would get my money.

                            When I called again today, the support colleagues, blamed the delay on me: They said I had not submitted all requested information and asked me to submit a full bank statement, which proves that I have not received the refund!!

                            Please help!

                              To whomsoever it may concern,
                              This is to bring to your notice that i am extremely disappointed with spicejet airlines. I had booked a ticket for the 20th of July, but even till 36 or more i did not receive any confirmation from the airlines. So i opted for another airlines and did my booking there. Now after 48hours or so the spicejet airlines have confirmed my booking. Now what will I do with flight tickets ?? The airlines even refused to listen to my side of story. This is extremely disappointing and unethical. Pls consider this request and refund my ammount as soon as possible. Thank you .

                                  This to inform you that I Ratan kanjilal purchased two tickets from skyscanner vide PNR no QBME8Z dt 28/06/22 from Mumbai to Kolkata by paying Rs 15895/- for your flight no SG 467.
                                  Suddenly I received one SMS saying that I have to pay an additional Rs 4857/- for an extra seat before issuing the boarding card.
                                  I was surprised to know why I should pay extra this amount.However due to urgency I had paid the same amount for getting two no of boarding cards, 6A and 6B respectively.
                                  Please note approaching the checkin counter in Mumbai, your executives were also surprised and could not alloted extra seat. That would mean you have taken an extra amount unnecessarily harassing me.
                                  Requesting you please refund the amount of Rs 4857/- taken for 3rd seat in my account.

                                    I used Spicejet website to book a flight. As soon as I made the transaction, the website went to loading and then timed out. There was no booking made, but amount got debited from account. I have been trying to pursue the customer care for some information but receiving very delayed replies with nothing concrete. I have shared the transaction ID and all required information, and it has been more than one month but still there is not proper response other than "your patience is appreciated" and "we have forwarded the issue to required department". It's a huge amount and I am not even getting a proper reply other than the set standard and automated responses. Highly dissapointed and unsure of when and how can I get my money back which got stuck because of their own faulty website... even spicejet app is faulty.

                                    It's been a week and they have stopped responding to any mail I am sending out on the same thread. The last mail was on 8th July in which they said that they will respond through the authorized team within 5 days.
                                    It's been 8 days and they have stopped responding to my requests for update.
