I was flying with SG 922 on 29th June from AMS to DEL, there was no cooling in craft, air blower was also damaged, seats are damaged, no dry snacks available after booking meal coupon in advance..
Very bad experience with Spicejet...

While traveling with spicejet on 12th June, 2022 From Hyd to Delhi my baggage was misshandle by the airline.

Even after putting up a complain at Delhi airport I did not get any update from there side as I was informed i will get a call with in 48 hr, until I tweeted them and asked about it from my side.

Sg 014 dxb to bom on 27th. Not just mine mist of the passengers disnt get their luggage. They promised next day delivery however still no update....

I have traveled from DXB to BOM on 24th june and my baggage was not loaded on the aircraft and I was asked to fill baggage irregularity report by spicejet ground staff. Now its been over 3 days still baggage not delivered nor do the customer care has any info, the only reply I get is that they are checking and come back to me...

Called customer care and got the line after 1/2 hour and he cut the call, tried second time and raised a complaint she said in 10 days you will get refund it is almost 30 days no news from them....

Spicejet boarding time was 7: 25. And suddenly they said it is delayed for 8 Hours . They didn't inform us before.
