    Repeated Sir,

    I am writing my complaint related to Spicejet in regards to non refund of refunds against cancellation of PNR - M8T6GS

    I have cancelled the tickets because the airline has changed the departure date and also deducted Rs. 5500 against the ticket and the balance amount was credited in the credit shell account. I was forced to cancel the tickets as the departure date has been changed and preponed. Even after this they have not refunded us the refunds on cancellation of tickets.

    I have emailed to [protected]@spicejet.com but no satisfactory response from them till date.

    This airline is cheating the customers and even not paying the refunds.

    My complaint has not been resolved but it has been marked as resolved, how that is possible, I have not yet received the refunds.

      How long v shud wait as i have planed by business meeting according to flight timing
      And this flight takes 1 hour to resolve problem All my business plans got ruined how i ll come over with this loss.
      Who will pay for my loss
      Techinal team is not professional i think so.
      I never thought i will go through with this where i have to bear this late timing and my business meeting loss because i do not have any other option to be there.

        My name is Anitha Sesetti. I am writing this email in regards to refund of my Spicejet tickets (Pnr No. : J5LQSB) I have bought a SPICE Flexi fare ticket which enables me to receive refund and a low cancellation fee for 5 passengers aged 74, 70, 70, 47 and 21) which I have cancelled 3 days ( 6th July)before my travel due to COVID. I have done an RT-PCR for myself(47) and my son(21) (Australian Citizens) as we live in Australia and wanted it for health insurance. I have emailed customer care on the 7th of July requesting for the refund. I have taken Rapid Antigen Test for the remaining senior citizens as could not take them outside for a test.
        I have submitted the documents also. But I was only refunded a part (Rs 2310 amount out of Rs 20, 615. I have emailed the team case number 10049100. I did not receive any information. I have spoken to customer care and she put my case as priority and said to wait of a week. It has been 15 days and yet no reply so i wrote to Nodal Officer and requested you to kindly look into this matter. The Nodal officer replied me back that they can give me only vouchers with specific conditions like vouchers will be issued under my name and have to use it by 180 days and that only for myself and my son as we submitted the RT-PCT test documents.
        i have emailed them back saying the vouchers are of no use as I have no plans to come to India for another 2 years.

        I would like you to please look into this matter.

          Hi,
          here are the details

          PNR:-SIBU5U
          Case number: 10060277
          Flight SG 3326 GWL to BLR on the 17th July was cancelled and we were rebooked on the 21st which is an untenable resolution.

          A support case - Case number: 10060277 was lodged
          To which attached response was received, where I was communicated that refund would be credited back in 20 days.
          Even after the expiry, the amount is not yet refunded and hence this complaint.

          Kindly help in the resolution.

              I was travelling from DXB to PNQ on 9 August 2022. While doing the check-in my baggage was all ok. But while receiving at the PNQ airport the handle was not working. I was told that it is locked will be ok once all the luggage is removed from the bag. I tried doing so but discovered a bent in the belt which is why it's not working.
              Hope to get a reply as soon as possible.

                The refund amount of Rs. 17554.00 was confirmed by Spice jet on 12th July. However, till date the refund amount is not received.

                  I made multiple attempts to book ticket from Delhi to Chennai. SpiceJet would debit ticket amount from bank but failed to issue ticket during each of attempt. I reached out to them multiple times for refund. HE4HHD / A9W2XC / EC7B6G / DHBCVX are my reservations.So far it’s been 80 days from date of booking and I haven’t received my refund. I always get a standard response from Customer relationship team about technical glitches and I will get refund once it’s resolved. Team never cared to explain glitches and provide ETA. It’s terribly disappointing when SpiceJet doesn’t provide appropriate resolution and it’s on customer to follow up and continue with mental agony to obtain refund.

                    I booked 2 ticket for delhi to Calcutta
                    Due to an emergency i book Cab first then @4:20 pm I book spicejet-8251 [18:50pm time] flight, 6th Aug 22

                    When i reached airport I got to know flight delayed 3 hours

                    I asked @ help desk they said we already intimate to the customer @ 2:30 pm

                    8pm they again intimate for 1 hour flight delay.

                    This is my experience with spicejet, if any one want this fantastic experience then choose spicejet
                    Otherwise
                    My request to boycott spicejet.

                    They are well planned players.

                      I've booked 2 tickets from Delhi to Bangalore for 07.08.2022. PNR- XH5L2K. Please give me a reason why have been alloted 2 isle seats when the tickets are booked together? This is so stupid. I'd like to request our seats to be together tomorrow.
                      First of all you make web checkin mandatory and charge extra for the seats then give an option of auto seat select and then put us in different seats. Kindly resolve this ASAP.

                        Hi,
                        I had booked a ticket from the official website of spicejet with my login from Pune - Dubai dated 16th Jun-22 with PNR No. : M7YCWL
                        I had to cancel my ticket on 16th Jun-22 because of a human error. At first while cancelling the ticket I got an error message. So I tried cancelling it through the app on my mobile. It got cancelled in showed me 20280/- as the refund amount which I think is not as per the terms.
                        I visited pune spicejet office and they assured me of the refund within 7-10 working days.
                        After a few days on calling back they said the refund is in process and will take 20 days.
                        Another visit to the office I was again given the same assurance

                        After many mails, Tweets till date[protected] I have still not received my refund amount.

                        Kindly do the needful to help return my refund amount of Rs.20280/- or whatever the refund amount as per norms and policies.

                          A ticket has been raised on 17th June 2022 where a refund must be initiated from Spicejet to me as I was double charged for a single ticket while booking.
                          Ticket No : 09996296
                          Payment was done in UPI.
                          It has been more than 60 days no action has been taken.

                                  As per the details I have booked an flight ticket on call with customer care of spice-jet.
                                  I had paid the amount said by officer with credit card, amount deducted from my credit card but not seen by the officer as informed by him.
                                  he asked me to pay with UPI or g-pay, i paid and ticket was confirmed, and informed me that deducted amount through credit card will be refunded in 7-10 working days.
                                  today 90 days has been completed to the cases, no refund has been initiated.
                                  i have done lost of email, phone calls and twitter but no positive reply.
                                  i want my money back and also a good compensation with the help of consumer forum.

                                    My suitcase was broken and whole part where i can drag this missing during my flight from Delhi to Bangkok airport on 13/07/2022 flight no. sg740 booking details are B6K4HY and it gave me a lot of trouble. I would like to claim the damage to my baggage. Attaching the flight tickets, passport copies with entry and exit stamps and photo of bag and other documents attached below

                                      Hello, Sir. I had made bookings with SpiceJet Airlines with Confirmation on 28 Feb 2020 for PNR LCK 77T for 27April, 2020 and KHG 29E for 2, May 2020respectively. Due to COVID lockdown, I couldn’t fly on the scheduled date. My money was transferred to spice jet shell account without informing me and without my consent and was asked to avail the money on future travels. But I haven’t used it till date as no necessity came to avail that shell amount. I don’t want to fly with spice jet and want my money back to original payment mode of mine.Kindly refund my money at the earliest. This mail should be treated as my complaint against the SpiceJet airlines.

                                        My ticket from Guwahati to Durgapur bearing PNR No. E6EGKL was cancelled by Spicejet and confirmed to refund the full amount within 7 days.
                                        But now more than 1 month gone but the money was not received yet.
                                        Please resolve the issue as early as possible.
