    My flight was rescheduled and as soon I got the notification I initiated the process of cancellation as it was not feasible for me to catch the alternative flight.But due to pathetic customer services of Spicejet I was not able to cancel the flight.No response to mails messages, no calls received.Is this how Spicejet earns profit by stealing hard earned money from people.I demand full refund and its strict action against their customer service team

    I had booked 03 tickets from Durgapur to Mumbai in SG 355 on 18 March 2020. The PNR no. S6NG6L. The flight was cancelled by spicejet stating that I have been adjusted in the same flight on 19 March 2022.

    Since I had difficulty in travelling on next day, I opted for ticket on 20 March 2022. While booking, I could observe that a cancellation charge of Rs 8250 has included in the ticket. Further, Rs 650 towards seat fee paid for 18 March 22 tickets have not been adjusted and I had to pay again for the journey dated 20 March 2022.

    I would like to know why cancellation charges (Rs 8250) was levied when flight was cancelled at your instance and addition Rs 650 was charged when I have not availed the facility of seats on 18 March 2022? Further I had to undergo a lot of mental anxiety due change of flight schedule.

    I request you to consider refunding the excess amount charged from the me.

      Rs. 9034/- has been debited from my Amrican Xpress credit card on SpiceJet website on 03.03.2022, but that money has not been returned to my account. I had complained about this in writing to the SpiceJet official, whose complaint id is 09501093. Necessary action should be taken.

        I wish to file serious grievance with your company in regards to the booking of tickets.

        I recently attempted to book two tickets for my wife and I, to Amritsar from Delhi on 19th May 2022.

        The website was very problematic ( general operational issues) and my payments it said were declined on every occasion.

        A member of your call team telephoned me the next day to retrieve the booking and attempt payment again - this was also unsuccessful. - they said to contact my bank.

        However when I contacted my bank they said the payment had been approved and I could see on my balance screen - payment pending.

        I requested my bank stop the payment but they said they were unable to now as it was with yourselves.

        The payment was for £78.38.

        I have telephoned to rectify this matter now on many occasions and been left on hold for over 30 mins each time with no answer.

        My telephone company has telephoned me to say that due to ringing your number I have exceeded my (self imposed)monthly spending limit. I have spent over £60 in attempting to contact yourselves £63.42 to be exact.

        This means I have almost spent more money on telephoning yourselves, than I spent on the tickets !!

        I am very very disappointed and dissatisfied and intend to take this matter to the very top if it is not handled correctly.

        I require the tickets I have paid for and compensation for the telephone calls.

          I was rightfully eligible for a flight refund because of +2 hours of delay in flight departure. I know that the terms and conditions are updated according to the new covid rules and are dynamically changing. But after several read-throughs, I emailed them, and the support team has constantly denied responsibility to compensate the loss with anything. They just thanked me for the feedback and closed the case. So this complaint is regarding the loose-ended management team that fails to fulfil their terms as promised.

            Good day!

            I had booked a flight earlier for the 8th of March through SpiceJet.
            Flight number : Spice Jet SG-609
            PNR : T9V4PS
            It had automatically been rescheduled to the day after, which won’t work out for me as I am travelling from Chennai to Varanasi and then immediately from Varanasi to Delhi.
            If I reschedule this I would have to cancel all of my hotels and corresponding flights.

            Last minute cancellation of tickets has become a daily thing for you SpiceJet guys.

            You guys need to understand the seriousness of this issue. Inspite of making bookings weeks in prior and having a plan set, you guys cancel last minute thinking no problem is going to be created.

            This matter has to be taken seriously since its a huge amount and I want a revert back asap.

              I had a confirmed ticket on 27th March 2022 from Bagdogra(IXB) to Kolkata (CCU), the ticket price was Rs. 6601 all total. On 14th March 2022 morning, SpiceJet abruptly modified the ticket without my consent and any communication and shift the booking on 1st April 2022. We both work on private sector and we have to return on Sunday i.e. 27th March 2022 else their will be official consequences. We all have our meetings, errands to run and have to resume duty on Monday as usual. How can SpiceJet dictate customers journey without their consent or communication? It is their failure and they failed to stand to their commitment where they should be ashamed of themselves. I have been trying to reach them since morning they kept all the phone lines busy, I tried several times but in vain. I have to under compulsion cancel the ticket where they were showing they deducted 90% of the charge. How ridiculous is this? (consumer helpline Docket No. 3353814)

              Although Spice Jet had closed the docket[protected] but the issue is not resolved. I checked few minutes ago as well nothing has been refunded to my account. Spice Jet so far refunded Rs. 868 against my booking amount Rs. 6601. Spice Jet communicated they will refund another Rs. 4892 as there was no fault from my end and I mentioned everything in the docket number "3353814". I don't know why they are deducting additional Rs.841 without any of my fault (Rs. 6601- Rs. 868= Rs. 5733), now if they return me someday the amount they promised(still in question) i.e. Rs. 4892, still they are charging me Rs. 841( Rs. 5733- Rs. 4892 = Rs. 841). This is the pathetic scenario of Spice Jet. The flight is there but they goofed up some stories in the name of Summer schedule, kindly refer to the below picture. It was simply the pricing of ticket they initially sold it on cheap amount and they wanted to sell it on high price but based on that nobody can move a confirmed booking to some other day without the customer consent. I was there at Bagdogra(IXB) airport today and flew with Air India, I saw Spice Jet flight operated perfectly on time so how can they shift my ticket on other day for their greed and why should I suffer and be harassed? I need your help to find justice to this problem.

                I had a flight from Jaipur at 5:20 am and I reached at airport at around 4:00 am, I asked them to help me in getting my boarding pass but they were not listing and was sending me from one counter to another. I have all the bookings The officer at the airport was rude, arrogant and not at all cooperative.. he was asking for 7000 additional money for giving help and getting a boarding pass..

                I have taken a video of this person I have ticket proofs and everything

                Please help me with it or else I will have to take next course of action against SpiceJet airlines

                  Did not receive the mail of my boarding pass

                  My name is Eeshan Mishra. I booked a flight from Patna to Pune for 28th March(14:30-16:55) on 25th March at 19:07 through the official Spicejet webpage. After payment of Rs 7757(reference Id:[protected] through net banking was completed, the screen froze on loading card details and then showed an error.
                  After contacting customer services I was informed that there was a portal issue and that the payment will be refunded in 8-10 days. I booked the flight as I had my semester exams and do not have enough money to book another flight.
                  Why must the customer suffer from the airline's portal issue? I urge Spicejet to refund the amount as soon as possible so I can get to Pune in time for my examination.

                    The SpiceJet in Bangalore airport, Didn’t answer questions properly and was using their personal mobile phones while customers queued up to ask quarries. Made my sister miss her emergency flight and wouldn’t allow refund and also charged 300 rupees to print out the ticket which was not needed to be charged as they said security would allow passage with an E-ticket and E-identity proof.

                      I Jivesh Anand with family travelled from Goa to Pune with SG-526, PNR S5QLYR on 22nd March 2022. Had a bad experience in the flight. The allocated occupied seat was completely broken, the image is enclosed.

                      I had booked a dedicated seat for my infant for ensuring comfort to him while travelling. However, situation gave me a terrible experience, when my son Madhur Anand got injured due to the broken seat. He fell down due the damaged cushion, fell on the floor. The image is enclosed.

                      This was evident and noticeable that the aircraft was not checked for maintenance before the boarding, by SPICEJET.

                      Such experiences are not expected in this serious profession and business. Else, the passengers are forced to raise the grievances and lose the interest.

                        I booked flight DXB-MUM-DXB on 18th March. My credit card was charged. But did not receive flight confirmation. Then I received call from Sunil of SpiceJet within 4 minutes. He said payment by credit card has not come through and I need to make payment again. I told him that my bank has charged me for it already. He said he will ask his back end. He called again after one hour and said no, payment is not charged and in case it has it will be refunded within 24 hours. I told him my credit card will process payment according to INR and in case of double charge I will lose money. He denied that and said due to a glitch it will be refunded fully in AED. I did that according to his instructions of “retrieve booking”. Now my credit card has been charged twice. Please see screenshot below.
                        I need refund of AED 3363.30+37.67+1.88 = total AED AED 3402.85 of wrong double charge.
                        Please help to process this refund immediately.
                        Highly disappointed with
                        1. Spicejet staff wrongfully advising the customers and misleading them
                        2. Spicejet glitches in your system.
                        3. Spicejet claiming refund will be done within 24 hours but no action.
                        Clear case of looting their customers.

                          I had booked Ticket With PNR GE3S8Q Which was supposed top be flying today at 16.20 UAE time but due to grand child health issue had to reschedule the flight and when I approached Customer service Team in Dubai they rescheduled the Ticket but with additional price of Aed 410/- which is sorry status . As i couldn't do online i had to visit the office & instead of guiding rightly they just pushed me to take ticket of additional fare .

                          When i came out and checked online it was shock, as new ticket was costing Aed 500 / Aed 530 & Aed630

                          So what grounds i was cheated for changing the date.

                            Two imported power banks got missing from the check-in luggage, on flight SG 8963 i was traveling from New Delhi to Srinagar dated[protected] and it was promised from the spice jet representative on arrival at SRINAGAR to provide the power bank on return to NEW DELHI on[protected]Round trip). When i returned back on[protected] at the delhi airport representative (VINEET) spice jet station master misbehaved and said we didn't receive any communication from srinagar airport. I requested him to confirm from his colleague represetative from SRINAGAR, he said no we can't we have disposed it. Even i tried to get the details that can you provide the written confirmation to dispose he didn't and there was no tracking of the disposed items. I confirmed from him that did spice jet opened my bag, he said yes. Then it was the spice jet resposibility to keep it within its premises until it confirmed from the customer. They disposed it without my acknowledging me, no email/sms/phone call received for the disposal. It is exploitation of the customer without the consent of the customer they can't dispose they should follow the process of communication and keep the records of the disposal with them.
                            It was really BAD EXPERIENCE from the spice jet representative. I wouldn't recommend that people/friend/family should avoid travelling with them.

                                The following tickets were booked in the Spicejet flight, flights were cancelled by Spicejet. Later I had sent several mail to the customer care email - [protected]@spicejet.com and several time i tried to call the customer care number[protected] but they will hold the call for more than 30 minutes and I never had spoken to any one. I request you to refund the amount.

                                  I travelled from Delhi to Goa on 4th March 2022 through spicejet. When we landed I left my small bag in the aircraft. Within 10 minutes I realised and went to the ground staff. She refused to help. When I forced her she said we discard the left over bags immediately. How can you discard a bag within 10 minutes. All other airlines have a lost and found baggage counter. But spicejet had none. Such unprofessional people.

                                    I earlier booker a flight for 29th March from Jammu to Pune which was via Delhi.
                                    1st notification i for of time change which shifted to 14.30 from 12.30pm
                                    Second notification i received yesterday where my connecting flight which is from Delhi to Pune has been changed to next day 30th March at 9 am.

                                    This is extremely unacceptable and you should not run such flights.yesterday when I checking for other flight options the rate is just beyond my everything.11700 per head.how will i bear this neither you provide accommodation on Delhi to us.

                                    I was full refund along with compensation of 30, 000 because this is 3rd time i am facing this issue with spice jet.I need it back immediately or else I'll file a case against you people.

                                    Do you even realise what I am going through.even you guys refund the money in 15 working days.how will i book my another flight as my money is over.i need immediate action.I will not tolerate this at all.
