The flight from Rajkot to Mumbai on 17th April 2022, 5pm was extremely unsatisfactory. The air conditioning was severely malfunctioning. The food was served very very late. Beverages were not provided owing to the obvious false claims of turbulence. It even had mosquitoes and the staff was rude and non cooperative (namely zaiba). It was shocking to see the kind of downgraded experience provided by spice jet. Although it was a short flight, it cannot be used as an excuse for the substandard experience and service provided.

    Dear Team,

    I have tried booking airline ticked on 16th March. During the payment transaction has been failed, Amount has been debited from the credit card 2 times.
    A very unprofessional response from Refund desk. Its going to be 1 month since transaction took place. No proper response still.

      Very bad experience. Bad staff. I booked flight from amritsar to dubai. I reach bording point 1:30 hour before flight timing but they don’t issue me boarding pass. The staff is totally ignored us.

        Dear Team,

        I have tried booking airline ticked on 17th March. During the payment transaction has been failed, Amount has been debited from the credit card 2 times

        1793.70 * 2 = 3587.40 AED has been deducted in credit card.

        As per Spice Jet refund policy, Amount should be refund to my account within 7-10 working days, Still they are telling there is a technical glitch amount is still not processed.

        I have escalated to their nodal officer and Appellate authority, I'm not getting any resolution yet from their end. Still they are dragging this issue.

        Please do help on resolving this issue.

          Dear Sir or Madam, This is to inform you that we have been harassed by Nivethi Nataranjan by manipulating the issue and not giving right support. We had booked a Spicejet flight for 30th March Chennai to Mumbai on SG-612 which was supposed to depart Chennai at 06:25 am and Arrive in Mumbai at 08:20am. Suddenly, the airline cancelled that flight due to some operational reasons and shifted my ticket to the night flight which was at 22:00 hrs (10pm). My check-out from the hotel was at 4am but I had to pay extra for 1 night because they cancelled my morning flight. Even then, I paid extra to my Hotel and stayed for Full day until the Night flight at 10PM which as per their intimation. After checking out from the hotel when I went to Chennai Airport, the Customer Executive at the Spicejet counter took my luggage and completed the check-in process and gave me the boarding pass. Suddenly I realized that she has issued a boarding pass for Next Day Morning 31st March flight instead of 30th March ticket for 10PM flight. I got shocked and immediately went back to the Spicejet counter and asked them why did they issue me 31st March boarding Pass when the flight is at 10PM on 30th March. It was around 8:30pm on 30th March when all this happened. Suddenly, a SpiceJet ground staff is telling me - SORRY Sir, we understand your morning flight was cancelled and you were shifted to 10pm flight at night, but even the 10pm flight we had to cancel. To that note, I did not understand why the hell the SpiceJet ground staff did not tell me while Check-in and she also took my luggage and without saying anything issued me the Boarding Pass for Next day. This is Fraud. Then I was trying to contact every person and supervisor from SpiceJet at the airport but no one was talking to me and running from all o[censored]s who was supposed to board the flight at 10PM. All the guests were angry. Now I had no choice - but there was 1 flight in Indigo that day on 30th March which was just in 1 hour from all this issue. Without any choice I had to issue the Indigo ticket which had limited seats and I had to PAY a VERY HEFTY AMOUNT of INR 7, 562 at the Indigo counter for my flight to Mumbai. SpiceJet told me that they will give Full Refund but the issue does not stop there. Firstly you cancel my Morning flight, and then I have to pay extra for 1 night at my hotel, then you shift me to night flight at 10pm and then when we come at airport, they tell me "we will give you full Refund"? . The Full Refund for SpiceJet was INR 4, 326 and I had to pay INR 7, 562 at the airport because they cancelled the flight second time on the same day and also issued me Boarding Pass for next day without telling me. This is so much of FRAUD. I emailed to Nodal Desk and Appellate Desk for the same with all Proof of my New Ticket and Paid Price and asked them to compensate the difference amount of SpiceJet and Indigo which is INR 7, 562 Paid to Indigo (minus) INR 4, 326 Spicejet Full Refund = INR 3, 236. But this illiterate female Nivethi Nataranjan is negotiating with me for INR 1000 voucher. Why the hell should I take that INR 1000 voucher when I have given the Proof of Indigo ticket for hefty price I had to pay at airport. I also told Nivethi that currently I am not asking for my hotel compensation but you will have to pay me the difference amount and she is not Replying at all. LISTEN, I HAVE ALL THE CALL RECORDINGS OF SPICEJET WHERE THEY HAVE CONFIRMED AND ACCEPTED THEIR MISTAKE. I can produce those call recordings as required. I will fight this case even if I have to spend money but I will teach Nivethi a lesson for her life to not underestimate any client. Kindly help us in fighting this case and I want the difference amount of INR 3, 236 as Credit to our account as we have paid that to Indigo not in voucher but from our account. So better send this to the relevant department and tell them I will involve all the Government officials but this time I will not spare Nivethi Nataranjan is she is underestimating us for the mistake by Spicejet. She will come and give me the compensation of INR 3, 236 is my guarantee and I will make sure unless she is with Spicejet, I will fight with her no matter what. This is enough now. I will not accept INR 1000 as voucher but I need INR 3, 236 as a difference amount I had to pay to Indigo. They have still not provided my Original Full Refund of INR 4, 326 + I need my difference amount of INR 3, 236 I had to Pay to Indigo at the airport. I HAVE ALL THE RECORDINGS. I will make sure even you will come and will give me the Difference amount I had to Pay to Indigo. Bhawna Rajput if you have the guts call me and talk to me. You are a FRAUD female. I will file grievance every 15 minutes and make sure you do not close the case. It is not about my Full Refund but you had cancelled the flight for the second time and also issued the wrong boarding pass for 31 March. Therefore, we had to buy the ticket at Indigo at the airport. Pay the Difference INR 3, 236.

          Kindly fight this case. They Cancelled the flight 2 times in 1 day and we had to pay more price at airport to Indigo.

              Myself balbir Singh .I have booked my ticket having PNR no. KIDPSE from JED to DEL and Del to JED on 03 April 2020. But my flight was canceled due to a coronavirus pandemic. Spicejet converted my amount into a credit shell. After one year I requested spicejet many times to refund the credit shell. They asked me to send your passport details and bank details . I have shared my details many times but the amount is still not refunded. Now today when I checked my credit shell it showed its expired.                   I am writing this letter to make a complaint regarding spicejet flight delay of (SG-8911)
                  from (Darbhanga) to (New Delhi).It is the first time that I have faced such cases. Passengers buy expensive tickets because they have important work to do or to be at their desired place for an important reason. But I guess you people do not consider our engagements or tasks important..
                  I had a very important appointment with a doctor to attend, which I could not attend because of spicejet poor service. This is not a professional way to deal with spicejet passengers.( My flight is delayed 1 hour 55 minutes from your side with no any information of 7th april of 9:30 morning from darbhanga to delhi).we are not paying a handsome amount for such blunders. If we are paying well to your airline we expect quality service. The flight is delayed without prior information, no one of the staff members or customer executive members cooperating with us. I am really sorry but you have lost your quality. I am never going to travel with your airline again.
                  I have a lot of hope from you, you will solve my problem as soon as possible, and also refund my whole amount.

                    On 23rd February, 2022 we booked a Spicejet evening flight from Mumbai to Kolkata and we were told that due to ongoing pandemic situation our Spicejet flight from Mumbai had to be revised to the next available option which was on that very day but the time was 06:15 AM and which was utmost inconvenient for us (Please refer to the attached notification mail and SMS from the airline's end). Hence we were compelled to cancel our flight on 20th February, 2022 and book a complete different flight on other day. We were hereby informed that we would get a full refund of Rs. 7972 as the rescheduling of that particular flight was done by them. Please be informed that Its almost been 45 days past and we still not received that amount yet on the card which was used for this transaction.

                      I had booked 03 tickets from Durgapur to Mumbai in SG 355 on 18 March 2020. The PNR no. S6NG6L. The flight was cancelled by spicejet stating that I have been adjusted in the same flight on 19 March 2022.

                      Since I had difficulty in travelling on next day, I opted for ticket on 20 March 2022. While booking, I could observe that a cancellation charge of Rs 8250 has included in the ticket. Further, Rs 650 towards seat fee paid for 18 March 22 tickets have not been adjusted and I had to pay again for the journey dated 20 March 2022.

                      I would like to know why cancellation charges (Rs 8250) was levied when flight was cancelled at your instance and addition Rs 650 was charged when I have not availed the facility of seats on 18 March 2022? Further I had to undergo a lot of mental anxiety due change of flight schedule.

                      I request you to consider refunding the excess amount charged from the me.

                        I dr sehrish travelling from del to sxr via spuce jet airline Sg8963 was asked to pay 1000 rupees extra bcoz I had extra bag. Although we were 2 passengers and total weight was 21 kg. Y was I asked to pay for a polythene bag. That was not even a suit case. Despite a person b4 me had 35 kgs that too an individual was allowed to pass without any charges. Y unfair? And y I had to pay for a polythene bag that contains mere frocks of 2 year old jus to avoid shimmer mess I kept in that bag. R u people going to pay for any disturbance in the shimmer. I hope u people r ready to pay me 5000 rupess if my frocks had even a little mess.

I have all the bookings The officer at the airport was rude, arrogant and not at all cooperative..

                              My flight was rescheduled and as soon I got the notification I initiated the process of cancellation as it was not feasible for me to catch the alternative flight.But due to pathetic customer services of Spicejet I was not able to cancel the flight.No response to mails messages, no calls received.Is this how Spicejet earns profit by stealing hard earned money from people.I demand full refund and its strict action against their customer service team

                                Rs. 9034/- has been debited from my Amrican Xpress credit card on SpiceJet website on 03.03.2022, but that money has not been returned to my account. I had complained about this in writing to the SpiceJet official, whose complaint id is 09501093. Necessary action should be taken.

                                  I wish to file serious grievance with your company in regards to the booking of tickets.

                                  I recently attempted to book two tickets for my wife and I, to Amritsar from Delhi on 19th May 2022.

                                  The website was very problematic ( general operational issues) and my payments it said were declined on every occasion.

                                  A member of your call team telephoned me the next day to retrieve the booking and attempt payment again - this was also unsuccessful. - they said to contact my bank.

                                  However when I contacted my bank they said the payment had been approved and I could see on my balance screen - payment pending.

                                  I requested my bank stop the payment but they said they were unable to now as it was with yourselves.

                                  The payment was for £78.38.

                                  I have telephoned to rectify this matter now on many occasions and been left on hold for over 30 mins each time with no answer.

                                  My telephone company has telephoned me to say that due to ringing your number I have exceeded my (self imposed)monthly spending limit. I have spent over £60 in attempting to contact yourselves £63.42 to be exact.

                                  This means I have almost spent more money on telephoning yourselves, than I spent on the tickets !!

                                  I am very very disappointed and dissatisfied and intend to take this matter to the very top if it is not handled correctly.

                                  I require the tickets I have paid for and compensation for the telephone calls.

                                    I was rightfully eligible for a flight refund because of +2 hours of delay in flight departure. I know that the terms and conditions are updated according to the new covid rules and are dynamically changing. But after several read-throughs, I emailed them, and the support team has constantly denied responsibility to compensate the loss with anything. They just thanked me for the feedback and closed the case. So this complaint is regarding the loose-ended management team that fails to fulfil their terms as promised.

                                      I had booked a flight earlier for the 8th of March through SpiceJet.
                                      Flight number : Spice Jet SG-609
                                      PNR : T9V4PS
                                      It had automatically been rescheduled to the day after, which won’t work out for me as I am travelling from Chennai to Varanasi and then immediately from Varanasi to Delhi.
                                      If I reschedule this I would have to cancel all of my hotels and corresponding flights.

                                      Last minute cancellation of tickets has become a daily thing for you SpiceJet guys.

                                      You guys need to understand the seriousness of this issue. Inspite of making bookings weeks in prior and having a plan set, you guys cancel last minute thinking no problem is going to be created.

                                      This matter has to be taken seriously since its a huge amount and I want a revert back asap.
