RS. 250 PER KG FOR 5 KGS AND RS. 1000 FOR EXTRA BAG
TOTAL AMOUNT RS.2250
but now not allowed to check in extra baggage.. they are asking for additional RS.1000

    The ticket was booked on 27-Apr-22, but there was a server problem during booking, the ticket number and PNR Number were issued. But the ticket status was cancelled and the payment was deducted, the payment was done on SBI NETBANKING, (REF/CHE NO.WSBI[protected]IGANLOQIO2), Several calls and mails send to customer executive officer always saying to process ongoing, bad service and airlines.

      This is to bring to your notice that I received an expired product during my flying hours today. I got a free meal that included a thali, juice and a chocolate. I brought the juice home as I did not feel like having it earlier. To my notice after drinking the juice, I saw that the juice was expired. I have the proof with me.SpiceJet being a very big company providing an expired product to its valuable customers isn’t appreciative. I shall be more careful from now on while travelling through SpiceJet. I travelled in flight SG8172 from Goa to Delhi, at 2:35 PM.

        I paid 2250 for 5kg excess baggage and it was not processed upon arrival. I had to pay again at the airport and Im waiting for this refund.

        Was told by airline staff 24-48 hours for a refund. Was told by customer service 10 days. Its well beyond both timelines and I've still not been refunded.

          In spite of having covid-19 vaccination certificate spice jet security staff and officials were not allowing passengers for boarding. They are absolutely rubbish. I have been compelled to use such languages. I doubt spicejet officials and security staffs are illiterate or ### ! They are neither ready to listen to passengers nor ready to provide service. Cooperating with passengers is far away ! I'm not telling spicejet to do anything against rules. But spice jet guys should use their brains first to know and understand the rules and then only they should work !

            I booked a ticket with SpiceJet PNR sDQ9GG from Delhi to Mumbai at 5 PM today 12th May.
            Flight # Sg8709 I booked, was suppose to fly at 6:55 PM but got delayed and flew at 9:30 PM 12 May.
            Since I was traveling for a medical emergency I paid a whopping amount of more than 8800 for a flight that was supposed to fly within 2 next hours, and understood last minutes additional charges.
            Being honest there were cheaper flights available in half price a few hours later but I booked this ticket since I was suppose to reach Mumbai ASAP.
            Even though this flight was declared delayed on Google before I booked, the company SpiceJet never showed up the delay while I was booking and charged a lot of extra bucks due to last minute booking which was actually for no reason since the flight was already running late, I think it’s is a fraud and a strategy to fool innocent customers.
            Airport was staff was rude too with all customers.
            Company Needs to refund.

              Hello team,

              With great regret I need to inform that it has been a very unpleasant situation we are facing today at the Pune airport with your airlines. I am travelling with my spouse and my 10year old daughter. Our flight sg0538 to bengaluru has been delayed for more than 4 hours. We were at the airport by 12:30 and dropped our luggage. When asked for meal voucher at the checkin desk we were informed by your executive that it would be given at the gate. It's over the lunch time and more than 3 hours, no spicejet executive have approached us for refreshment or any meal. On the contrary few passengers travelling with IndiGo with a delay of 4 hours were provided both refreshment and meal. Expecting to be one of the best airlines we went ahead booking with spicejet. But unfortunately we now are regretting it. It's such a shame that the executive at checkin counter at pune gave us an invalid number to be contacted for meal vouchers.
              For the next travels we will ensure we don't book with spicejet and also share our bad experience with spicejet to our family and friends.

                Yesterday, 9th May, while flying from Mumbai to Kolkata, we were given sandwiches . On inspecting we found that there is no mfg or packing date and also no expiry date on the package. On asking the flight steward, he had no clue and just mentioned that it is fresh . On opening one sandwich, we found it is stale and the same was shown to the flight steward.
                This is like playing with the health of the passengers on the flight and needs immediate remedy from the concerned authority.

                  We was travelled from Goa to Mumbai on 06/05/22 by flight at 17.35 hrs with my spouse.
                  We started journey from Goa by handed over our two bags in luggage compartment. At Mumbai we found that out of two bags one bag having no wheels and found wheels missing.
                  We were faced very high problem during this time to reach up to nearest railway station Andheri.
                  This was happened due to bad handling of baggage by ground staff or system.
                  Kindly improve it.

                    I travelled from Bengaluru to Delhi on May 8th morning. I received my baggage damages . It’s torn deep at back of trolley bag.I raised complain in airport but they have no timelines on when they will call back and talk to me on this issue. Customer care number is totally no use, does not connect .
                    I don’t even know whether they will get back or not . They really have to compensate for this damage .

                      Respected Sir, My name is Abdulla Zackria and I am a Senior Citizen aged 65 years living in Bengaluru. My wife Suhela Zackjria had visited Coonoor (Near Ooty) for a holiday and were to fly back to Bangalore on 22 February 2022 at 20.15 Hours by Spicejet from Coimbatore to Bangalore, Booking ID:NF70XJS6ZJKMNM238555, PNR: T61H3L, E Ticket No.T61H3L. After Web checkin was completed on 21 February 2022 our ticket was confirmed for flying at 22.45 Hours. I received a Message from Spicejet on 21 February 17.49 Hours stating that (PNR:T6IH3L) : Due to the ongoing pandemic situation, your Spicejet Flight from Coimbatore has been revised to the next available option- March 1, 2022 SG3009, Coimbatore-Bengaluru 2045 Hrs. The said excuse is totally false and I had to book our flight on 21 February 2022 Night on Indigo for[protected] at 20.25 Hours by paying Rs.7808-00 for 2 tickets @ Rs.3904-00 per Ticket. I request you to kindly direct Spicejet to compensate me for this loss which I had to incur. That their excuse is totally false is evident that 10 minutes later Indigo flight was available but at a much higher rate which we had to arrange by ourselves as our Holiday was over.
                      On complaint to Ministry of Civil Aviation Spicejet issued a Voucher of Rs.2000-00 (Rs. 1000-00 each) but when I tried to book a flight again to Coimbatore for summer holidays I found that therewere no Spicejet flights available and the Voucher had no value or meaning to me as it was totally useless.

                        I try to book my ticket on 29 Apr 22 from Jammu to Srinagar of 01 May 22. It was unsuccessful and my payment of Rs. 9583.00
                        was debited from my account. UPI transaction reference number is[protected].

                            I had my flight on Spicejet and cancelled it due to some emergency issue.
                            Had been providing all the details and documents regarding why I did cancel the flight, but at the end of the day the customer care service told to accept the voucher and later I can ask for money from to account transfer by requesting through mail. I accepted the voucher but again these people are not ready to transfer the money in my account, nor did I receive my refund yet. I have been calling n number of times and waiting for the executive to talk but they are not responding, just saying a single thing, we will look into the matter and email you back.

                              I traveled from Dubai to Pune on 23rd April . my luggage baggage was damaged badly to the extend that I cannot use it again. This shows the I don't Care attitude of the people working and come carelessness with the passengers luggage.I want full compensation for the same.I had emailed them still no response.

                                I had to cancel my flight tickets on 21/03/22 due to schedule change of the airline. They promised me to refund 100% amount within 21 working days. Now it is 01/05/22 and still I haven’t recieved the money.

                                    My American Tourister Bag was torn and open on receipt at the baggage belt after arrival from Dubai @Pune airport ]on 26th early morning at 4:45AM. It is completely torn, zippers all out and damaged beyond the repair. I need an appropriate compensation for this damage ASAP.

                                      On 15th April I booked ticket for Muscat-Ahmedabad flight on spice jet for journey date 30th April 2022. I received confirmed tickets too after I made payment.
                                      Suddenly on 27th April I received an email from spice jet that they have cancelled flight on 30th May and my booking is postponed to 6th May .
                                      This is not an acceptable situation as I have made subsequent arrangements of travel to Surat, Mathura during 1st week of May 2022. I will be losing lot of money if I cancel those journeys due to delay in spicejet flights.

                                      This is not acceptable and I want my refund of full airfare with compensation for cancellation of further train jouneys.

                                        Hello,

                                        This is in reference to the flight ticket purchased from SpiceJet's direct website on February 24th, BNG-DEL.

                                        Later, I received a message and an email informing me that the flight had been canceled due to the pandemic and that they had rescheduled for the next flight.

                                        I won't be able to board the next flight because I booked a bus from Delhi on the same day and they rescheduled the flight for late at night on the same day. So I tried canceling, but it didn't work. So I rescheduled and confirmed my flight for the previous day.

                                        After a few days, which is close to my travel date, I receive the same message that this flight (previous day flight) has also been canceled and has been rescheduled to the original date night flight.

                                        So I called customer service and told him to cancel and refund the entire amount because it was not my fault. In this scenario, they have rescheduled twice.

                                        The customer service representative was courteous and understandable, and he stated that he would cancel and refund the entire amount.

                                        Due to time constraints, I had to book another flight at an exorbitant cost.

                                        It's been almost two months. I have yet to receive my refund. When I call customer service, they say it's busy, busy, busy, and the call lasts about 15 to 20 minutes before I disconnect because I'll be busy with work.

                                        Today, when I had the opportunity to remain on call until someone spoke.

                                        Today, the customer service representative informs me that the money has been refunded to the travel agency, despite the fact that I did not use a travel agency for this booking. I booked directly through SpiceJet's main website. For the flight booking, I received a mail confirmation and itinerary from SpiceJet's official mail. SpiceJet also sent me a reschedule message both times. However, I only clicked and rescheduled that message once. So I did everything through the main website and did not use a travel agency for this booking.

                                        I'm not sure which agency they worked with. or I'm not sure why they did it. where I booked everything through the direct website and I still haven't received a refund for this ticket, forcing me to book another flight at a higher price. I'm at a complete loss right now. This is not my fault at all.

                                        Travel date - BNG-DEL 12MAR2022
                                        PNR Number - Z6H5UB
                                        The first msg received date for rescheduling - 01MAR2022
                                        The second msg received date for rescheduling - 08MAR2022
                                        Cancellation Date - 08MAR2022.

                                        I would like to file a complaint about this because I have yet to receive any money and I did not use a travel agency to make this reservation. I'm not sure who updated it as a travel agency or why the money was transferred to that agency.
