My booking with PNR G8VEUC booked for Jan 7, 2020 was cancelled. As per instruction, I have raised Refund request on March 3, 2021. But I have not received refund after 15 working days. Could you please check this and confirm the expected refund date ASAP?

    Regarding cancellation of my Spicejet Air ticket, I have been communicating with Mr. Sagar Singh Parihar
    Customer Experience, SpiceJet Ltd for more than a week, and tried to seek his assistance. Nodal officer Spicejet has also been apprised about issue, but there was no satisfactory reply.
    To repeat the the issue, scheduled arrival time of my booked Air ticket (PNR MI 33 WH), at Jammu Air port was 8:40AM on 11.09.2021, but Spicejet rescheduled the flight and new timing is 8:40AM on 12.09.2021 a delay of 24 hours which does not suit me.
    On advice of Spicejet customer care I cancelled my ticket on Spicejet website through "Manage my Booking" and to my shock Rs 5998 has been deducted as cancellation fee.
    I request to immediately arrange refund of my Ticket Cancellation fee, as Flight is scheduled to delay by 24Hrs from original timings.

      PNR Number- HH955U, Passenger name- Damini Choudhary .My flight was booked on 18thJun and today it has been 2nd july and daily i m getting a mail for ticket being revised. This is so annoying as i need to reach bangalore by 5thJuly but still i received a mail again on morning that flight has been revised from 3rdJuly to 4thJuly. If you cannot afford to depart a flight why are you even booking the tickets and wasting the money as well as time of people. I booked a flight from jammu to bangalore with delhi as layover with 6hrs but everyday im getting a mail that ticket has been revised to jammu to gwalior nd then bangalore with atleast 22hrs layover. If i have to go to gwalior why would i book the jammu-delhi-bangalore flight. This is Horrible and i was not expecting this from spicejet. Please resolve it as soon as possible so i can reach bangalore by 5thJuly with delhi as my connecting airport not gwalior.I am choosing Spicejet from so long but now i will not at all be choosing spicejet

        Spicejet Airlines is getting bad day by day. I booked a flight from jammu to bangalore and layover with 6hrs at delhi airport but till now its been more than 2 weeks that they are daily revising my ticket, somedays layover is revised for 22hrs in delhi and other days layover for 20hrs in gwalior. Why would a customer go to gwalior if he/she has booked it for jammu-delhi-bengaluru. Daily it is happening and has become so irritating . Now it is scheduled for jammu-delhi-bangalore on 4thJuly .hope it is again not getting revised.Annoyed as hell now

          I have booked my tickets on 13 January 2021 for STV to GKP on 8th of may 2021.
          On 29 th April I received a message that the flight has been cancelled.
          But till now I have not received my refund amount.

            According to supreme court orders the refund shall be done after March 31 for the cancelled flights due to the ongoing pandemic. I'm pursuing them for the last 3 months for refund. They're promising every time I contacted them that they will refund in so and so time but they are not honouring their words. My PNR is A868VS.

                    SpiceJet Flight was canceled due to covid-19 Pandemic (PNR-QBY2GZ).
                    For the past one year, I'm trying to get a refund from Spicejet for PNR(QBY2GZ)
                    We gave all the necessary documents for a refund but there is no proper response from them to date.
                    I have attached the mail conversation with the customer service. Please help me on getting the refund amount of 11, 012 Rs.

                      We had booked the flight ticket of SpiceJet from Mumbai to Jaipur on Saturday, 26th June 2021. First of all, they preponed my early morning flight. After reaching the airport as we were not able to see our flight number on the board, we enquired at the counter, to our surprise they tell us it is merged with GoAir. There was no prior intimation of this to us.
                      We had bought front seats in SpiceJet paying them extra money, but we were allotted 25th row. They have not even refunded our money back.
                      It was the worst experience and would never opt for this airlines.
                      They have taken customers for granted. They are just trying to make money with no consideration for their customer.

                        My PNR No. CHQQRE Ticket From Dehradun to Mumbai[protected]. Name is Pradip Patel. Many Time Mail with My Bank Detail send to your Customer care dept. But as on today No any Refund received or no any reply.
                        My Refund Amount is 4, 588/-.

                        10 to 15 E Mail send but no any refund received .

                          I made my booking from delhi to banglore . earlier there were no requiremnet of negative covid 19 report suddenly spice jet says that you have to carry the negative report on the eleventh hour . how will the passenger will arrange the report as it takes 2 days to get a report . i cancelled my ticket and got the refund which was less than half the amount of a ticket .kindly refund appropriate amount to avoid further complaints

                            Dear Team,
                            I am frequent flyer of spice Jet and today while flying to Hyderabad to patna I was carrying one lauggage bag and one hand bag both are 7.5 kg each but they don't allow me to take both and charges 3500 rs for hand baggage, I have all the receipt and bills and now if my money not refunded I will go to consumer court it's a fraud and one intern was their who had told only 1 bag allowed .
                            I want this to address at earliest.

                              I booked a flight in March 2020 that got cancelled. They told me they would refund my amount by March 2021. but they are still not refunding it yet stating some illogical reasons.

                                This is regarding PNR YE67PG. I have paid INR 2681 twice for selecting the seats during web check in, one using PAYTM and another one using Citi credit card. Paytm transaction was successful but due to some technical issue it did fail from Spicejet end. Please help on this.

Yesterday I got a message from airline that they delay my flight timing which is at 11:25 am. I called customer care and said for rescheduling my flight timing on the same day, same passenger, which is at 6:45 am. Thay said that is not our policy we could not changed the timing because of our policy. Our policy is only for if the flight is delayed 2 hours. But they changed the flight timing that is not my fault. I am going for my business work and they don't understand my problem. I don't cover my business work if I am going at 11:25am. So, I want to change my flight timing which is at 6:45am on the same day.

                                      I have been contacting for my refund since January. Only response I have been getting is "we are under process of your refund", nothing else. I have sent almost 30 emails to their customer relationship and they keep making excuses . It's not only about money. It's about honour and dignity. Why do we have to beg them for our own money. 😡
