We have travelled in flight no. SG 785 from Delhi - Goa dated 17th March. Refer the complaint no. 51713 raised by us manually at the airport.

In this flight our 4 bags have been mishandled and damaged completely refer the pics attached.

1.Refer the attachment no. 1 & 2 Aristocrat stroller bag which I've just purchased for this trip has been manhandled to that extent and broken in bit & pieces . If you see the pics its trolley pieces has been missing as if it has been done deliberately with some other purpose in mind.

2. Refer the attachment no. 3 & 4 my pure leather bag which is of very fine quality and can't be easily damaged has also been damaged in the same manner & its pieces are missing and is beyond repair.

IRONY is Spicejet is not accepting their mistake & offering us Rs. 1000/- as compensation.
How can Airline do like that is really beyond understanding. Is this the kind of service and safety assurance they talk about.

    Refund of full credit shell amount for PNR NO. FEL3WA needs to be transferred in my bank account with interest as per supreme court guidelines. Spice jet blocked my hardearned money in the form of credit shell which is illegal.

        I shri bhagwan lahoti 61yrs old, a senior citizen of India.I was traveling from Bengaluru to Bagdogra on 21st of March on flight number SG327. I had some extra weight with me so I pre booked 5kg extra weight with 2 baggage and paid 2000 rupees in advance. It was clearly mentioned in my boarding pass that I am allowed to carry 2 baggage of 20kg combined but they did not let me carry my baggage and they started to argue with me. All of there staff were very non cooperative and they were continually asking me to go from one counter to another counter. Even though I paid 2000 rupees extra I still had to pay 750 rupees more in order to take my baggage with me. I hope that airline like spicejet honour senior citizens. But I am sorry to say that I was harresed and scammed by the staffs of the airlines. I REQUESTING YOU YOU to take necessary action and compensate me.

            I am a spice club member and I did a booking with Reference no. 63233004 for PNR FDDF2Q but it was not successfully done but amount was debited from my account. Now on addressing the refund status of debited amount no one is addressing this issue.

                  Please be informed that the above PNR no. dated 21.05.2020 to Dubai to Kochi - Dubai sector got cancelled and despite of several requests I haven't got my money refund.

                  As you're not operating the direct flight to Dubai to Kochi sector I want my money refund or else I'll move legally and file a police complaint in Dubai. So you're kindly requested to arrange my refund to my credit card on urgent basis to avoid any legal issues in Dubai. The total amount to be refunded is AED 1, 349.80. They're not operating flights from Dubai since the lockdown. But flights like Emirates, Fly Dubai, Air India and Air Arabia from Sharjah all are operating.

                  Your prompt action is highly appreciated.

                    I want to request for the refund of my ticket PNR G7P7TV/SG, Booking ref. 92564221. Kindly process my refund and also raise a complaint against your staff at Patna Airport because of them I was not able to travel on the above given PNR. My flight was missed because of insufficient information provided by your staff at the airport.

                    Please proceed with the refund and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                    Please note that there were 5 passengers in that PNR G7P7TV and they were there on time to board the flight but no one was allowed to board which was very strange. your staff misbehaved and did not explain the valid reason for not allowing them to board or check-in saying don't stay here and go home. How is it possible that all 5 passengers had any issue. Due to this my family suffered too much and my infant baby became sick.

                    So, i humbly request you to please refund the amount as per the policy otherwise i will go to legal department for the refund.

                        This is regarding my flight from Kolkata to Bengaluru on 14th March 2021. On receiving my baggage at Bengaluru airport, I found that the baggage was in damaged condition probably due to the negligence and mishandling by the airline stuff.

                          I never seen like this practice in other airlines. Very shame of you. Being a international flight you are not following the safety rules and regulations in this pandemic period. I am very disappointed about it. Even domestic flight is provided Proper PPE kit, then why not you?

                            My wife along with my two kids age 15 and 11 were travelling to Pune via SG756 on 4th March 2021 PNR: GIBZQE.
                            The ground staff harassed them for excess baggage for being over weight by 6 Kg which is totally understandable. After which she emptied out and the excess weight and and reduced it to below 44 Kg (allowed 45 Kg for 3 passengers). Then they measured the weight of the hand bags which was just over within a Kg (In total 3 hand bags were 23.8 Kg as against 21 Kg allowed for 3 passengers.
                            They made them pay for these excess weight and insist on cash and they had to wait very long to get the EDC swipe machine for card payment.

                            Of course Airline is right in charging them for even 1 gm of extra weight, but they showed no concern and care when they did it. My family was first time travelling alone and their attitude not only harassed them but also humiliated them.

                            We really hoped some consideration when a family is travelling alone. Even the flight was partially full.

                              Yesterday date 28.02.2021 Goa airport and I had flight no of SG818. I had paid for my extra luggage of 10 with the ticket but the man working in spicejet counter no 4-5 was trying to charge me extra by saying it's a company rule i[censored] have two bags u have to pay extra and he swip my card and the machine was not working, he made me run to atm for cash, as I realize he has trying to earn extra money from me, by doing so I almost missed the flight, than I changed to counter no1 the lady there didn't say anything about the two bags rule which the guy was saying so I got my ticket and I had hurried as boarding had started, My issue is such a brand like spicejet if some of there employees started looting the customer hard earned money u knw what will happen karma will hunt it, and above all wen I landed in my destination I got a message of 200 deduction frm my card. So it was daylight Robbery from the MSW*SPICEJET LIMITED.
                              I HAD BEEN CHARGED THIS MONEY., DESPITE THE FACT THAT I HAVEN’T TRAVELED ON SPICE JET RECENTLY.. MOREOVER WHEN THESE CHARGES WERE BOOKED I WAS FAST ASLEEP IN MY HOUSE ..THIS IS A CLEAR FRAUDELENT USE OF MY DEBIT CARD SO :
                              1) REFUND THE MONEY BACK TO THE DEBIT CARD ACCOUNT
                              2) FACE A LEGAL TRIAL FOR THIS UNSCRUPULOUS ACTIVITY

                                Because of airlines change the flight route and date we have cancelled tickets.Now airlines is not refunding the amount. spicejet is not providing any accomodation facility but traveling date are different. custom will fly as per airlines convenience

                                  I'm Mrs. Indra Kothari, I was travelling from Udaipur to Jaipur 9:20 flight on 25th Feb 2021. This is regarding your employee at Udaipur airport- AYUSH PANDEY (Customer service). This person troubled me a lot at time of check-in. I had 2 bags of 5 kg in total and one hand carry. He asked me to combine both bags and put all stuff in one single bag. I did the same and the chain of the bag broke and then he told me to throw the empty bag in dustbin (he didn't allowed to take empty bag with me) and threatened that he wont let me board the flight until I pay 750 rupees to him. It was a underweight hand carry of 5 kg in total and only he had problem with bags because he wanted money.

                                  I already did web check-in at 10 pm a day before and I was allotted seat 17A then also he asked 100 rupees for check-in.

                                  While shifting my luggage from one bag to another my asthma pump and sanitary pads went in luggage because of him. My age is 50+ and I am asthma, Menopause and Blood pressure patient and I suffered a lot during journey. I had asthma attack during travel and the work for which I was travelling is not completed because of attack. I was traveling alone and was ill my age is 50+ and that person AYUSH PANDEY was behaving very rude and disrespectfully, he was treating me badly and I'm really dissatisfied with that employee.

                                  We don't want animals like AYUSH PANDEY. I have requested all my contacts and bloggers and given feedback almost everywhere that we won't travel in spicejet until and unless this employee is thrown out. I was regular spicejet customer and now I have appealed almost every one to avoid spicejet until that employee AYUSH PANDEY is there.

                                  Success of airlines is pilot, machinery and Customers not employees like AYUSH PANDEY.
                                  Take action and hire employees who solve problem of customers not the one who increase problems.

                                      Spicejet staff did not allowed to board the flight.
                                      3 passengers (2 adult ladies and 1 kid). they were in time (1hour before the departure time) and staff did not allowed them to onboard and they have to left back.
                                      Spicejet is not returning the amount and instead, they were complaining that passengers were late so they cannot return the amount.

                                        Today, I.e 22nd of Feb 2021, I Pankaj Sonak and Ghanshyam Jawale were not allowed to board SpiceJet flight to Jabalpur from Mumbai - Sg2842 by their staff Mr. Abdul, who rudely and abusively obstructed us from doing so, inspite of 5 mins remaining for the gate closure .
                                        There was also problem of SpiceJet QR code on the mobile boarding pass, which created immense inconvenience to us . For which we were issued paper boarding passes from the counter there as, it was clear that we were on time for the flight .
                                        Boarding passes issued
                                        Myself and Mr Pankaj was scheduled to travel to Jabalpur from Mumbai by flight No. SG 2842But even after reaching boarding gate 30 min before we were not allowed to board the flight. In this regard I want to make following points.
                                        1) We had mobile boarding passes of which QR CODE was not getting scanned at flap gates.
                                        2) We went to counter and got boarding passes printed and reached boarding gates 30 min before flight departure time where we were told that this flight was standing far away from boarding gate so we closed the gate hence you can not board now.
                                        3) If we were so late then why we were issued a printed boarding pass ?
                                        4) For us It was very important to go to Jabalpur so we booked other flight of go air for Nagpur via which we can reach Jabalpur in 4 hrs time as there are no other direct flights are available to go to Jabalpur. But after multiple calls no spicejet staff came to take us through security area as we had flight to catch.
                                        5) Finally staff came after more then 1 hour and by that time go air refused us boarding passes as only 45 min were remaining for departure of the flight and we missed that flight also.

                                        We had extremely important business meeting scheduled at Jabalpur that day and this entire carelessness & rudeness of spicejet staff resulted in loss of huge business.
                                        SPICEJET HAS TO COMPENSATE FOR THIS MENTAL HARASSMENT WHICH WE WENT THROUGH WITHOUT OUR FAULT.
