Spicejet staff did not allowed to board the flight.
3 passengers (2 adult ladies and 1 kid). they were in time (1hour before the departure time) and staff did not allowed them to onboard and they have to left back.
Spicejet is not returning the amount and instead, they were complaining that passengers were late so they cannot return the amount.

    Today, I.e 22nd of Feb 2021, I Pankaj Sonak and Ghanshyam Jawale were not allowed to board SpiceJet flight to Jabalpur from Mumbai - Sg2842 by their staff Mr. Abdul, who rudely and abusively obstructed us from doing so, inspite of 5 mins remaining for the gate closure .
    There was also problem of SpiceJet QR code on the mobile boarding pass, which created immense inconvenience to us . For which we were issued paper boarding passes from the counter there as, it was clear that we were on time for the flight .

    Myself and Mr Pankaj was scheduled to travel to Jabalpur from Mumbai by flight No. SG 2842But even after reaching boarding gate 30 min before we were not allowed to board the flight. In this regard I want to make following points.
    1) We had mobile boarding passes of which QR CODE was not getting scanned at flap gates.
    2) We went to counter and got boarding passes printed and reached boarding gates 30 min before flight departure time where we were told that this flight was standing far away from boarding gate so we closed the gate hence you can not board now.
    3) If we were so late then why we were issued a printed boarding pass ?
    4) For us It was very important to go to Jabalpur so we booked other flight of go air for Nagpur via which we can reach Jabalpur in 4 hrs time as there are no other direct flights are available to go to Jabalpur. But after multiple calls no spicejet staff came to take us through security area as we had flight to catch.
    5) Finally staff came after more then 1 hour and by that time go air refused us boarding passes as only 45 min were remaining for departure of the flight and we missed that flight also.

    We had extremely important business meeting scheduled at Jabalpur that day and this entire carelessness & rudeness of spicejet staff resulted in loss of huge business.
    SPICEJET HAS TO COMPENSATE FOR THIS MENTAL HARASSMENT WHICH WE WENT THROUGH WITHOUT OUR FAULT.

        I had been travelling from Dubai to India on 21.02.2021 in the flight SG176 my PNR is Z5JVGB. My bag has been broken due the mishandling of the SpiceJet team at the airport. Request you to please help me for the refund of my bag whose cost was ₹9000.

          Late for 5 hour rajkot to Delhi flight on 16th Feb and late of Delhi to Rajkot flight 10 hours .

          I book my ticket on 16 th feb to attend my friend marriage but due to late for 5 hour flight I miss my friend marriage and when I am returning back from Delhi to Rajkot flight got delayed by 10 hour .
          Reason for delay was given that flight got delayed due to bad weather but if that was problem how others flights are take off from Delhi airport .
          Spicejet did not consider about customer problem and if flight is going to be delayed tell exact hours for delay why after every one hour delay time increases by one hour .
          I will recommend others also never book flight from spice Jet . Such a bad experience I had face with spice Jet . I can't able to attend my best friend marriage that hurt me lot .

            Very bad experience i got in mumbai airport with spice jet staffs by Mr.Ralston pereira don't even know him how to talk with passengers. My 7 year old son know him how to talk with elder people with respect.

                  The ticket are booked by us last year. Spice jet has cancelled the flights. Spicejet team has committed to refund all the ticket amount . but spicejet team are doing false promise . after e-mailing/approaching 25 to 30 times. spicejet are failed to returned the money. every time spicejet team gives reason and delay the money refund.

                    I had booked flight from Srinagar to Jammu on 8 Feb 2021 with departure time 1:40 pm. I have reached at 11 and completed all checkings and also web check-in before 12 pm. I had boarding pass in my hand on which boarding time was mentioned as 1:10 pm. I reached counter at 12:55pm and the staff refused to enter me saying boarding time is over. The staff were very rude. We reached before mentioned boarding time but still they did not allowed which u can verify by CCTV footage.. I mentioned them I have exam next day. But they were very rude. They even were not allowing to adjust us in next flight. We were 5 students and due to this we faced alot problem. I request u to look into matter otherwise we will take this issue surely to the consumer court. Kindly pay back our payment and penalty for causing trouble to us.

                            I have booked 04 tickets in your airlines. The schedule time for take off the above flight was 10:20hrs from delhi and land on guwahati was 12:25hrs.
                            But the flight didn't take off from delhi airport.
                            My family is facing many problems because of this inconvenience from your end.
                            No any drink/water has served to these passengers yet.
                            This act shown that your misbehave to your customers.
                            In this connection, it is request you to please serve Food / some drinks for this inconvenience please.
                            In this connection you have to bear compensation against this inconvenience.

                              At the Gwalior airport on 5/2/20121 my flight was at 13:20 and has to arrived at 4:30 on Bengaluru international airport but without informing me by the time they changed the time to 10:20 am and i was not known by this please give me my all refund because it was their fault not mine they did not inform me.

                                Hi
                                i have booked ticket for my wife and kids for 23 march from pune to jammu.
                                when i booked the ticket i kept in min layover time and accordingly i booked it
                                subsequently i have been told that my flight is rescheduled and the layover has been increased to 18 hours
                                this is morally wrong
                                if it was rescheduled it should have been done keeoping the mi layover now my family has to spend 18 hours on airport
                                i booked the ticket so that they spend min time, iwould have boked in othe rflights which were cheap and had lesser layover
                                this is ethically wrong and i request u to [lease refund my money

                                  I had booked flight tickets from goibibo, Ahmedabad to Kishangarh journey on dated[protected] flight SG 3014, pnr GGV82U and return ticket from Kishangarh to Ahmedabadd journey date[protected] Flight SG 3015 pnr Y5G2WR. Flight SG3014 was cancelled by your airlines and at airport they told me to refund both the journey amount within 4-5 days in the account where I booked my ticket. Now as on date I have not obtained any refund amount. Now I started cancellation process through goibibo. I paid Rs. 4874/- against my booking and while processing refund through goibibo I will get refund amount Rs. 3891/-
                                  I am surprised that my journey was cancelled by Spicejet and because of their cancellation of ticket, the airlines should pay my full amount in my HDFC account.

                                      I have booked flight dated of 11june 2020 for all my family member form jablapur to mumbai (PNR No. JC3QJW)

                                      Flight did not take off and got cancel and airline has given the message that my amount is save in credit balance and I can utilize the same for my future booking.

                                      Now I am trying to use that but I am geeting message that i should connect with travel operator and when I am connecting with travel operator I am geeting message that it is pending with Airline.

                                        I have booked my ticket on the Spicejet website for 6th Dec from JSG-BOM(Jharsugda-Kolkata-Bombay) which was scheduled at 4:40 PM.
                                        I reached the airport at exact 3:40 PM as I thought everything was done online, the only thing left was boarding. But when I reached the airport the staff members didn't allow me to board and gave me the reason that the luggage truck has already been loaded, So I told them I Will leave my belongings outside and let me board then. But then also they told me it's too late, they can't make me board when I was able to see that plane was standing still at the airport.

                                        But then they told me that I can take the next flight to Bombay and gave me a new ticket at 4:56 PM of the flight whose timing was 5:50 PM.

                                        They didn't allow me to board my previous flight just because I reached only 1 hour earlier but they are giving me a ticket for a flight which will take off within an hour and allowed me to take my luggage also. If they would have wanted they could have easily let me board my 1st flight only. Just because they wanted more money they didn't allow me and gave me a new ticket worth Rs.15, 274.

                                        When I told all this to the staff they told me these are the protocols and went inside the airport. I was helpless and also in need, so I cooperated.

                                        Below are the tickets of my 1st and 2nd flight with booking timings.

                                        Need Justice on this
