    Specejet modified the flight timing against my PNR no.RFVBMN . Subsequently I had to cancel the flight for mis match of my timing to travel . You have initiated a payment after deductions of almost 3/4th of amount from claim. Unable to understand that it was not my mistake - The mistake is done by the Spicejet. Request to arrange refund for the full fare.

      Yesterday I received a call regarding job from Spicejet airlines and they convinced to pay Rs 3500 for registration(which was refundable). Today after they scheduled the interview they were asking me to pay Rs 16500 for document verification and I refused and said that I want to cancel it and I want my refund after that now they are not answering my calls and mails. Please help me get my refund back.

            DEAR SIR,
            Very sorry to complain about this matter.
            The refund was delayed for more than a year.What is the fun in telling
            that it will be settled at the earliest ?
            You promised me it will be credited back to my account within TEN
            days.Finding non crediting now i think that your intention is only to
            hold on to my money unauthorized and hence make trouble to me.
            My request is that it should be credited back to my account by 7.5.2021.
            Else i will be forced to take remedial action against your company for
            compensation by all legal means.
            Hope you will not force me to go to that extent.

              We booked flight from IXB to PNQ, but original flight from DEL to PNQ SG 8938 on 20 Apr got cancelled. And we were offered a flight on next day SG8185. This change was inconvenient for us and we asked for flight cancellation and full refund. Below is the acknowledgement provided to us at Delhi Airport. After 15 days of cancellation request yet no refund receive. Request you to process the same ASAP.

                    I had flight booking for 28th March (PNR: JJELKB) from Mumbai to Leh and I had opted for Covid Test service which was scheduled on Thursday 25th March for me and my family.

                    But due to sad demise of my family member same morning, I had to cancel my trip and Covid Test service for which Rs. 897 (Rs 299 per person) was already paid.

                    Test Appointment reference numbers are as follows,

                    Since cancellation, I have written multiple mails to Customer Service along with calls bit till date there is no reply. Have also escalated matter to Nodal and Appellate officer but again no reply from them.

                      ReF : # PNR S5QT5L DEL – GOA for travel on 21 May 2020 : # PNR TE5QND GOA- DEL for travel on 25 May 2020 : # PNR MCGU7T GOA- DEL for travel on 12 May 2020 : # PNR F5RESL DEL – GOA for travel on 08 May 2020 I did above 4 bookings for travel to Goa & back DIRECTLY ON SPICEJET WEB SITE & paid thru my Credit Card. However due to CORONA restrictions these flights did not operate. The money is yet to be refunded from the Credit Shells for these 4 bookings . As per Supreme Court judgement the same should have been done immediately after 31 March 2021. I received my refunds from Indigo Airlines last week & I am surprised that Spice Jet has not even bothered to inform that Status of due refunds. DO confirm the release & credit of my refunds to my Credit card immediately,

                        I have booked spicejet flight on March 21, 2021 for the return flight from Mumbai to Patna dated on 21 April and 30th april, 2021, respectively.
                        I have booked two more flight on March 28, 2021 . First was from Hyderabad to Patna. Second was from Patna to Mumbai. I have to cencelled

                        Due to covid i cancelled all the flights on 17th April, 2021. As per DGCI guidelines, i should get full refund for cancelled tickets. I waited for 5 7 working days to get refund atleast normal cancelled ticket amount, but i have not received anything yet. I have mailed them 3 to 4 times and even tried to call customer care but it always come as busy. No response from them.
                        Please file a complaint against Spicejet and get my refund as applicable.

                          Spice Jet did mishandling my baggage from dubai to india. when I come to on indian airport i have found that my 1 bag is missing when i told to spicejet that my 1 bag is missing they give me a form to fill and assure me that i will receive my baggage in 3 days. i fill that form and went from airport towards my city. after 5 days i got a phone call that spice jet will return my baggage but when i went to receive my bag it was totally damaged even my things were broke in my bag and it was not repairable. i have got loss of near about 24000INR in it. when i complain to spice jet that its totally damaged bag and my things also broken then they offered me only 3000 INR. I didn't know what to do on that time so i accept their office because i thought that if i will not accept this offer i can not do anything in this case and if i don't except 3000 they will not give me 3000 also.
                          I have sent near about 10 to 11 mails after i got informed that they are ready to pay me 3000 INR now its been more than 1month and 15 days that they accept that they will give me money but still not i not get that money also. when i mailed them that why i not yet get my money in my account they have said that they have some issue and for that they are not yet able to transfer my money...

                          I want to know that spice jet is poor or they don't have money to transfer me ???????

                          For only 3000 INR they don't have ? Or they have got too many issues to tranfer only 3000 INR (its cost less than 50$)

                          Spice Jet give me too much headache just because of this small amount so now i will find each and eVERY PLACE that i can raise complain against spicejet airline.

                            This refers to PNR LDER4Q.
                            Against above PNR spice jet confimed on 14th April that the refund is due and that they will disburse refund on my Bank Account.
                            Certain documents as far as name, account details were given as requeted by Spice Jet.
                            I regularly contact the customer care and they say that I will get the payment in 2 days. This is happening again and again.
                            The amount involved is small and I fail to understand why the refund team is delaying.
                            Just 2 days back, I sent a copy of my passbook statement confirming that no money is yet received in my account.
                            Request your intervention please.

                              I have booked my ticket on 2nd April 2021 during the offer from 27th March to 4th April 2021 as there was no change fee to reschedule flight one time as per news in times of India & other website and also msg on SpiceJet Website which is now not showing as new msg is showing but today when I had conversation with customer care executive after painful waiting time since last one day to reschedule my flight he told me that my ticket is not under any offer as there was no such type of offer during that period it is very painful to hear this and feeling like cheated by SpiceJet.

                                  I have sent multiple emails to Spicejet [protected]@spicejet.com, [protected]@spicejet.com many times for the past 3-4 days for refund request.

                                  For my PNR number: HCWS5T.
                                  Travel from Tirupati - Hyderbad on 29th April 2021.

                                  Due to Night Curfew in Hyderabad, Telangana till 1st May 2021 begins from 9PM to 5AM.

                                  Our Spicejet flight SG - 3752. HAVING arrival time 07:45PM at night.

                                  And we cant travel to our destination from airport before 9PM when night curfew begins.
                                  We have 3years child & 8 years child along with us who also part of travelling. Hence we decided to drop off this trip due to covid 19 second wave Government restrictions in the state.

                                  Sent several mails on our request but didnt get any proper response.
                                  We keep connecting or trying to Spicejet customer care nos below for the past 4days continuously and was kept waited for more than an hour and nobody and no agent got connected in the call. longer waiting hour but no use. No replies to our email other than autogenerated emails with case number for the past 2days, I request someone to reach us back and provide confirmation through email on refund request as part of covid rules.
                                  We are even ready for credit shell waiver either please help.

                                      I have been trying to reach customer service team for the refund of my cancelled ticket with PNR no- AHUV7B. Its been more than a month and i have not received any penny in my account till date. This is really a harrasment that i have been facing from a very long time. Every now and then i have been asked that it will be refund in 10days and again in 10days but this is not acceptable. No one is helping me out to understand where it is stuck and on whose part it is pending. Since i have not received any proof/ neft details/reference number that the money has been transferred from your end, and i am assuming this company is doing a fraudulent activity of devouring customers hard earned money and sending false emails.

                                        For SG 116, PNR-U7IQHY, For 20.04.21 (2.25 hrs journey).
                                        The above flight is two times rescheduled as per below detail.
                                        1. Msg rec'd On 11.04.21-to SG 949 & SG 744, From DBR to Bangalore and than to Kolkata. Timings:-15:50-23:45 hrs on 20.04.21.
                                        2.Msg rec'd on 15.04.21 for another rescheduling. SG 586 from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 21.04.21 from 22:45-23:45 hrs.

                                        Sir, such a rescheduling is not acceptable. My 2.25 hrs flight on 20.04.21 will reach Hyderabad now on 21.04.21 at 23:45 (more than 24 hrs).

                                        I want full refund of my tickets so that I can book another ticket for my journey. I m traveling with my family...and I need to book another ticket which will take 2-3 hrs journey to Hyderabad...either from DBR or Patna.
