for dated 24 April 2021 for Srinagar to jammu.but i had not got the refund from you.As spice jet informed me that they sent refund amount to you.Please inform me the status.

    I have sent multiple emails to Spicejet [protected]@spicejet.com, [protected]@spicejet.com many times for the past 3-4 days for refund request.

    For my PNR number: HCWS5T.
    Travel from Tirupati - Hyderbad on 29th April 2021.

    Due to Night Curfew in Hyderabad, Telangana till 1st May 2021 begins from 9PM to 5AM.

    Our Spicejet flight SG - 3752. HAVING arrival time 07:45PM at night.

    And we cant travel to our destination from airport before 9PM when night curfew begins.
    We have 3years child & 8 years child along with us who also part of travelling. Hence we decided to drop off this trip due to covid 19 second wave Government restrictions in the state.

    Sent several mails on our request but didnt get any proper response.
    We keep connecting or trying to Spicejet customer care nos below for the past 4days continuously and was kept waited for more than an hour and nobody and no agent got connected in the call. longer waiting hour but no use. No replies to our email other than autogenerated emails with case number for the past 2days, I request someone to reach us back and provide confirmation through email on refund request as part of covid rules.
    We are even ready for credit shell waiver either please help.

      I have my flight on[protected] but the flights are cancelled for Jabalpur, i still have not got any update on how the refund would be, as the flight is cancelled by Aviation and not by me, neither i got any update for cancellation, should i cancel my flight to get refund or will it be automatically cancelled by airlines and refunded.

      The spicejet customer care number nobody receives, it is so bad to keep the customer waiting at the other end,

        Dear Team,
        I have been trying to reach customer service team for the refund of my cancelled ticket with PNR no- AHUV7B. Its been more than a month and i have not received any penny in my account till date. This is really a harrasment that i have been facing from a very long time. Every now and then i have been asked that it will be refund in 10days and again in 10days but this is not acceptable. No one is helping me out to understand where it is stuck and on whose part it is pending. Since i have not received any proof/ neft details/reference number that the money has been transferred from your end, and i am assuming this company is doing a fraudulent activity of devouring customers hard earned money and sending false emails.

        Please help me in getting my refund of Rs. 7480

          For SG 116, PNR-U7IQHY, For 20.04.21 (2.25 hrs journey).
          The above flight is two times rescheduled as per below detail.
          1. Msg rec'd On 11.04.21-to SG 949 & SG 744, From DBR to Bangalore and than to Kolkata. Timings:-15:50-23:45 hrs on 20.04.21.
          2.Msg rec'd on 15.04.21 for another rescheduling. SG 586 from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 21.04.21 from 22:45-23:45 hrs.

          Sir, such a rescheduling is not acceptable. My 2.25 hrs flight on 20.04.21 will reach Hyderabad now on 21.04.21 at 23:45 (more than 24 hrs).

          I want full refund of my tickets so that I can book another ticket for my journey. I m traveling with my family...and I need to book another ticket which will take 2-3 hrs journey to Hyderabad...either from DBR or Patna.

              I have booked spicejet flight from jaipur to ahmedabad on 5th March and the flight was cancelled on 15th March 2021. Mails has been sent but there is no revert from them and the refund has not been processed yet.

                April 10 2021 SG 141 dxb to ccj flight delayed in 2 days. Me and other passengers trapped inside the dubai airport. We can't allow getout from the airport so we are locked. 2 days no food no accommodation.no cash to buy food inside airport its very expensive. Then spicejet staff coming and telling so much lies to us for sitting there. They told with in 2 hr 3hr... Etc technical issue like so much excuses. We lost our 2 days and health. Its covid situational we are trapped in airport. Spicejet please give me a compensation For this cheating.i waiting for that. We lost so much money for this.

                  I booked my flight from Kolkata to Mumbai last year in March 2020. Due to corona pandemic and high risk I was not able to travel through this flight. Due to this my flight amount was saved in Credit shell. When I contacted Spicejet customer care they told me that with that credit shell amount you can travel through another flight untill 31st March 2021. And they told that according to government guidelines if that amount is not used it will be refunded in your bank account. As I didn't receive my refund and was not able to contact customer care, I wrote a mail to Spicejet customer care asking for refund. I still didn't get any response.

                    Passenger name- ajit nair.
                    While travelling from mumbai to dubai, was told to remove power bank from one baggage from mumbai airport and the passenger did so.
                    After reaching dubai, he has not recieved his baggage yet. We have called customer executives so many times but they are so irresponsible. I am afraid we have lost our baggage. Its so pathetic. Never fly through spicejet.

                        I have booked ticket with spicejet frkm patna to hyderabad and the flight was cancelled due to lockdown.They put my money in credit shell with validity march 2021.Now as per the government order they have to refund the credit shell amoumt but I have written so many mails they are not replying.Also the customer care executive is sayi g they will not refund money and have extended the validity to next year.Also tney are deducting vonvenience charges of 500 from the total amount whereas indigo has refunded the total amoumt uaed to book the flight.
                        I want the refund of my credit shell and spicejet is not taking any action.

                            On my return flight SG 493 from Pune to Bangalore on March 25, 2021, most of the middle seats were occupied and despite passengers on either side - no PPE was provided to the middle seat passenger. My wife and I being doctors and three other doctors on flight pointed this out to the cabin crew and also pointed out that apart from us noone was wearing the visor. The crew stated that PPE and visor are optional. Furthermore, we were delayed on the tarmac for 4 hours (technical reasons). while those o[censored]s going to bangalore had negative RTPCR test there were many passengers on the flight who were travelling onward to Darbhanga, Bihar, who were not required to do the test. We, as dotors, requested the cabin crew, in the interest of mitigating the risk of spread of Covid among passengers, to allow deplaining of passengers in interest of safety till the technical issue was sorted out. However, the cabin crew, simply ignored our request. When I left Pune I was COVID negative. Today I am COVID positive, I am sure some other passengers may also have turned positive. My complaint is against the appaling lack of concern of the airline for Passenger safety and not adhering to simple norms that have been framed by DCA for passenger safety. If indeed the norms have been relaxed and made optional by DGCA then I would extend my complaint against the DGCA too.

                              I travelled through spicejet airlines on 28th of march 2021 from Hyderabad to Nasik.
                              I had 2 bags with me out of which one had Rupees 12, 000 cash in it.
                              A day after my journey (29 march), I realized that the cash was missing. I looked for it everywhere. After a couple of hours the only possible explanation for this is robbery. If in case it was taken out due some rules or security guidelines, it would have been informed to me beforehand.
                              I also remember that during unloading of all bags from plane, I did not see my bag being taken down( I was in the airport bus at that time).

                                Despite repeated requests for reimbursement of the flight ticket fare (PNR THTR9U/SG; Flight No. SG288 on 29 November 2020), there hasn't been any progress. The said flight was cancelled by Spicejet itself with an assurance that the tickets would be reimbursed within 7 working days, but it hasn't kept the promise yet.

Baggage tag numbers are – [protected]...this is the message I received yesterday at 2.30 on but after reaching Delhi.i didn't received my luggage..and they told that I should filled one form to authority and my luggage will come by next flight i.e. 11.45 pm Goa to Delhi and I will get information from spicejet but I was waiting whole night and no. Given was switched off. It is highly unprofessional to treat the passenger like this..I m still waiting for my luggage.. please send my luggage back to me ASAP as my all important stuff is there..

                                    Spicejet last year cancelled by booking due to covid lockdown and blocked my money in the form of credit shell. Its been an year and they dont have flights available and whenever there is any available flight they cancel the same couple of weeks back. Its almost been an year and my money is still stuck.                                       I had my Flight booked from Dubai to Mumbai for 29th March (PNR MECQRD). I had to cancel it for some personal reasons, I was promised to refund AED 550 (INR 10862) after deducting the cancellation charges of AED 336 (INR 6636). I have been following up with the company through email and calls since long. Firstly it takes approximately half an hour to reach a customer service representative and the response we get from them is the lamest of all, "Sir you will receive the refund at the earliest". It is difficult to understand how do they define "earliest". I seek a solution to this issue ASAP.

                                        I booked flight tickets from Hyderabad to vàranadhi and vàranadhi to Hyderabad.
                                        Services were cancelled by specejet itself. Both the tickets were cancelled. Till now refund not received yet.
