I ve booked two ticket from Ease my trip on spicejet. My booking id:EMT86537562. One on 10/09/21 from Hyderabad to surat and another one on 11/09/21 from surat to Hyderabad. But the airline reschedule the both flight on same day. Customer care number is useless. Waiting for 30-35 min, but only engage. How this is possibe without intimation n not giving another choice or refund? I want a complete resolution on this

    Ding dong!

    It's been another 3 weeks since we last exchanged some 'loving' words (and almost 6 months since the first conversation) ... Hence, thought of just checking in to find out if you are still surviving and not going bankrupt and might have around 50, 000 odd rupees of a poor customer of yours that you can repay (at 0% interest or any penalty at all)... If you have your computer's working to transfer some funds ... Or if you prefer to fly one of your planes to deliver a cheque to me as well .. open to all options as long as I can recieve my hard earned money back...

    And please do feel free to provide some new excuses if you are still unable to do any of the above and are in the process of accumulating circa 50, 000 Indian rupees that you owe to me.

    Next reminder in 2 weeks .. and happy teachers day (to teach me on whom to never fly with next time).

    Hope this is helpful and another 2 weeks before my next follow up will provide you sufficient time to think of the next excuse which can be different and perhaps more credible.

      Spice Jet flight SG3750 from Mangaluru to Hyderabad booked (PNR: Q9PH4P) for 7/09/2021 is cancelled due to their operational reason and messaged me to re-book through a link for any alternative flight. Accordingly, I have e-mailed for re-booking since that link is not working. Customer service team has called next day and asked for re-fund settlement. Since, my travel is urgent to attend some scheduled meeting, I am asking for a re-booking in alternate flight for which they are now declining. Kindly help as per my request.

        I had requested for an airline refund on January 2021 but the request still not processed. I was asked by Spice jet many documents and I provided too but later then they told some technical issue. Now they are keep on giving false promises that they escalated the issue with high priority but the refund isn’t processed yet.

          SpiceJet cancelled the flight SG-282 on 24-Aug-2021. I had 3 confirmed Tickets booked through 2 PNRs (VE8LHT and RHDUGX) on the flight. I applied for the refund on 22-Aug-2021 when I received the email regarding the cancellation.
          Even after 15 days, the refund of ticket not received, in spite of several emails and phone calls to SpiceJet.

            It was March 2020, when I had to cancel the ticket because of pendamic. The ticket was booked from Bangalore to bagdogra. I am chasing since then to refund the money. They did lots of drama asking for multiple documents which I provided but each time I write them I get a response that due to technical issue we are unable to pay the refund and that's it. No other information. Technical issue can b there for a day or 2 for a company like spice jet but for 8 months??? They are not paying money or I can say not willing to even after govt of India has asked them for the refund. Need your support please. Thanks and regards,

                I travelled from Amritsar to Male (26th Aug 2021, SG 9321) and Male to Toronto (27th Aug 2021, YU 641). Both the flights were chartered by SpiceJet. On arrival at Pearson Toronto Airport I did not receive my checked in baggage. I have sent multiple mails to SpiceJet fro which I get only automated replies(attached). I have mailed to EuroAtlantic also for which they have replied and kept me updated about the steps being taken to trace my two checked in bags. They have also said that the responsibility is solely on SpiceJet since they are the ones who chartered the EuroAtlantic flight. I have no baggage and I am spending money unnecessarily on things of daily needs. I have also requested SpiceJet to send me the PIR form so that I can claim insurance for my lost baggage. This has to be done within 7 days.That means I have to file the claim within 24 hours. I have no response from SpiceJet on that either.
                I don't understand how they lost 'some' baggage because some people have got their luggage and some have not. Also, if they have lost it, why can't they send me the PIR form so that I can claim insurance. You must be aware that the claim needs to be filed within 7 days!! Please send me the form. This urgent.

                    It is disheartening to inform you that I booked my tickets on 02/09/2021 from chennai to patna but it got rescheduled to 03/09/2021 . I have booked my train tickets to chennai also i have to attend my office as i am on leave . I can't extend my leaves again again and again. Hope you will understand the seriousness of my issue. So i request you to arrange flight on 03 / 09 /2021.

                      I have cancelled the following 3 PNRs on 29/3/21.
                      PNRs LC2RNJ, BCSTNT, AEJ9YA
                      Since I am not a passenger, I got the written authorisation letters from the passengers and submitted it on 17/4 and again on 28/4/21.(I have submitted the documents since I only booked the tickets)
                      I was informed that that documents are in order. So far I have sent more than 10 mails and also contacted customer care center nearly 15 times. Every time I am getting a sterio type letter from the nodal officer that my concern is under active consideration. So far I am not getting my refund. Please suggest further course of action

                        My name is Anmol Jain. We had a flight from pune to delhi for 29 august 2021 and paid 13, 000 approx for the flights. The timing of the flight was 4:35 pm which was rescheduled for 8:20 in morning with just a message and an email and call information

                        We tried to connect customer care for spice jet for 2 days but could not connect as this time was not convenient for us. We were forcefully required to accept the flight at 8:20.Due to cab delay and other factors we reached airport but the gates were closed for boarding and we already had the web check in done but the officers on duty for spice jet could not allocate us even when we reached the boarding gate at 8:00 Am. My wife is pregnant and we were running all over airport and even then we did not get accomodation for some other flight. I am very disappointed with the services of spicejet and we had to pay additional 16, 300 for another airlines flight. I will be sharing the medical reports of my wife and will go to consumer forum and court for the legal proceeding as i cannot afford to pay such hefty amounts and take risks with my pregnant wife. Either i want a full refund or any other allocation of my amount paid or i have to move to legal proceedings

                          We checked in from Delhi Airport, with our luggage locked and recieved a broken lock and cash from the luggage is missing. 38000 inr is missing.

I selected seat 10F but you automatically allotted 10E and the amount debited from my wallet. When you didn't provide me that seat which I have chosen so why you debited my money from my Paytm wallet. So please refund the amount asap.

                              We are traveling spicejet on 01/08/21
                              At 7.35 a.m from kolkata to surat via Patna. When departure from Patna then my daughter have taken snacks which is price Rs.570/-.
                              But arrival in Patna he personaly tell
                              Me double debited amount credited in your account.
                              Now I see my passbook double debited Rs.570/-.
                              Pls look into the matter as early as possible.

                                Booked a Mumbai to Rajkot flight for 2 senior citizens on 27th August 2021 in the evening around 545 pm. Payment has gone through, we even received a confirmation of debit from the bank but we havent received any sms or email details of PNR, E TICKET etc. There is no information for us to print our tickets or even email it to us without the PNR!

                                    Flight from Kochi to Bangalore 27th April - 2021 [16:35]

                                    I reached GATE 9 at 16:20. My seat was canceled by spice jet at boarding time - 3 people who came after me were allowed to board the flight.

                                    The reason they said was - it was their fault that the 3 passengers who came later than me were allowed in.
                                    I told them that I was traveling to handle an extremely critical family situation, but they did not listen.

                                    Not only did they refuse to provide me with assistance to board another flight - they did not give me a refund.

                                      I had booked ticket for my wife and daughter on patna-delhi flight for 27th Aug departure 9.40 hr (flight number SG 8722 PNR - WDMKWW). The flight was rescheduled to SG 390 departure 2120 arrival 2310 hrs, which was a very inconvenient time. As advised by your executive I cancelled the ticket in assurance of full refund. However to my utter shock the entire amount was deducted as cancel charges.
                                      Requesting you to refund me the entire amount as the flight was rescheduled by close to 12 hours
