    I booked a ticket from spice jet of dated 23/03/2020 from Bombay to asr. Due to operational problem my flight was cancelled and was told that you will get the amount back but till date I haven't got any refund pls help me to get my refund back of 6800 rs with interest

      I (BISWAJIT MONDAL) had booked KOLKATA TO BAGDOGRA round trip (29/9/2021 & 03/10/2021). it had been booked on 29th August. But you have sent a mail on 09th September for reschedule ie from 03/10/2021 13:25 to 03/10/2021 09:10. It is very much difficult to arrange this. because every hours has been planned. I have booked that time as per my tour plan.
      So I will arrange at that time ie 03/10/2021 13:25 or after that time on same day.

      I have already told you everything. I have nothing to do. It is your responsibility. When you suddenly change flight, you arrange me. It is harassment for us. I talked on the phone, they asked me to mail. I booked the ticket because I liked that day, that time, that rate. My plan cannot be changed like yours. You book me a ticket for another flight, send this confirmation. Do you have any responsibility for the passenger? My schedule is ready that way. Can't change. Now rates of all flight has increased. So you arrange as early as possible.

            I was travelling from mumbai to delhi.First of all the flight got delayed by almost four hrs due to which my kids missed their entrance test..and the misbehaviour by the ground staff was the cherry on the cake.An employee named RUBINA who did not have etiquettes at all misbehaved while issuing the boarding pass reason being excess baggage(according to her) which was merely 600 gms more than the limit.She started talking rudely and asked me in a very rude manner to make it 15 kg instead of 15.6 kg.This is not at all expected from such reputed airlines.The quality of staff needs to be improved and they should be trained well.

              The services of SpiceJet is worst.

              First of all in a return flight(to and fro) what is the logic of canceling my “to” ticket but rescheduling my “fro” flight, this is pure intention of irritating and harassing people.

              And even when the cancellation was done by SpiceJet, I haven’t received any refund of my amount and it’s been 9 months.

              I am continuously calling but every timer here is only one response “Due to COVID the cancellation are too much so sorry pleas wait sir” how much to wait!!!
              Shouldn’t SpiceJet consider that it’s been 9 months, still they are not giving me my money

                SG 2871 on 31 Jul 2021(JLR-BOM: 10:10-12:35). Which was canceled on behalf of this, your team gave me ticket 1st August 2021 for Pune and they promised they will arrange transport for us from Pune to Mumbai International Airport, but I didn’t get any transport and waisted 2 hours at Pune airport and they didn’t do any arrangements for me and my family, since I have to catch International flight due to this I did my own arrangement from Pune to Mumbai travel.
                This is really disappointed for me and my family and I want compensation of this.

                  I had booked my flight tickets from Delhi- Goa- Delhi via Spicejet last year in March the booking was auto cancelled by SpiceJet due to lock down and I was informed approx Rs, 45, 00/- refund will be credited back to the source where I made my flight details are below since July I have been following up they just say refund issued when I asked for reference number they said no reference number is generated for the refund as the payment was done through Paytm and as usual Paytm doesn't help the customer.

                    On 28/08/2021, I booked a ticket from GAU to MAA (Direct Flight). But on 10/09/2021 I got email that my flight got rescheduled to different time and also got a layout of approx 8hrs. Actually I booked this ticket for the medical treatment of my mother. She is diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease( High createnine level) and she has on a strict diet plan and and I didn't get any proper food and for the rest throught out the layout for my mother at Patna Airport. I need proper justification for this. Who will be responsible If anything occurred to my mother in that period. And also because of your rescheduling I will missed my train that will be from chennai to katpadi (enclose below), the amount of the train ticket will also goes in vain. My mother is in strict diet and I can't let her eat anything that may put her in the more severe condition and also I didn't get any proper position for the rest of my mother. I want to request you kindly lookout this matter and give me positive response And I want this matter to be raise to the higher authority. Also they (spicejet) filed my complaint but till date I didn't get any single message of them as they told me that I will get my response within 48 hours.

                      I lost Aed.460 while travelling from Calicut to Dubai on 26 August 2021.
                      I kept the money in an envelope inside the attached bag.
                      The lock was broken and the money lost. I noticed it when it reach home only.
                      I guess it happened from Calicut airport.
                      Please investigate the matter.

                        I am disappointed that you have failed to take proper care of my luggage. Aftwr coming out from the arrival I saw my baggage was completely damaged. 4 parts were completely shattered that included a crack in front, the handle grip was torn apart, one wheel was totally uprooted and the suitcase was totally broken below. My new baggage was torn by negligence and carelessness by your handlers.

                        I demand a compensation for this. Please refer to the photos

                            I ve booked two ticket from Ease my trip on spicejet. My booking id:EMT86537562. One on 10/09/21 from Hyderabad to surat and another one on 11/09/21 from surat to Hyderabad. But the airline reschedule the both flight on same day. Customer care number is useless. Waiting for 30-35 min, but only engage. How this is possibe without intimation n not giving another choice or refund? I want a complete resolution on this

                              Ding dong!

                              It's been another 3 weeks since we last exchanged some 'loving' words (and almost 6 months since the first conversation) ... Hence, thought of just checking in to find out if you are still surviving and not going bankrupt and might have around 50, 000 odd rupees of a poor customer of yours that you can repay (at 0% interest or any penalty at all)... If you have your computer's working to transfer some funds ... Or if you prefer to fly one of your planes to deliver a cheque to me as well .. open to all options as long as I can recieve my hard earned money back...

                              And please do feel free to provide some new excuses if you are still unable to do any of the above and are in the process of accumulating circa 50, 000 Indian rupees that you owe to me.

                              Next reminder in 2 weeks .. and happy teachers day (to teach me on whom to never fly with next time).

                                Spice Jet flight SG3750 from Mangaluru to Hyderabad booked (PNR: Q9PH4P) for 7/09/2021 is cancelled due to their operational reason and messaged me to re-book through a link for any alternative flight. Accordingly, I have e-mailed for re-booking since that link is not working. Customer service team has called next day and asked for re-fund settlement. Since, my travel is urgent to attend some scheduled meeting, I am asking for a re-booking in alternate flight for which they are now declining. Kindly help as per my request.

                                  I had requested for an airline refund on January 2021 but the request still not processed. I was asked by Spice jet many documents and I provided too but later then they told some technical issue. Now they are keep on giving false promises that they escalated the issue with high priority but the refund isn’t processed yet.

                                    SpiceJet cancelled the flight SG-282 on 24-Aug-2021. I had 3 confirmed Tickets booked through 2 PNRs (VE8LHT and RHDUGX) on the flight. I applied for the refund on 22-Aug-2021 when I received the email regarding the cancellation.
                                    Even after 15 days, the refund of ticket not received, in spite of several emails and phone calls to SpiceJet.

                                      It was March 2020, when I had to cancel the ticket because of pendamic. The ticket was booked from Bangalore to bagdogra. I am chasing since then to refund the money. They did lots of drama asking for multiple documents which I provided but each time I write them I get a response that due to technical issue we are unable to pay the refund and that's it. No other information. Technical issue can b there for a day or 2 for a company like spice jet but for 8 months??? They are not paying money or I can say not willing to even after govt of India has asked them for the refund. Need your support please. Thanks and regards,
