Booked the flight for 14th June, they have changed the connecting flight to next day on 15th June,
Then again flight changed to 15th June and changed the destination of connecting flight from Delhi to Gwalior.

Where the person will go? 21hr layover from the new city altogether???

now when I tried to check it's showing the connecting flight cancelled.

calling them they are giving a nonsense automated reply. cancelling flight every now and then. then why are showing the option at the first place. when people booked the flight they are relying on you. now you are changing every moment.

This is urgent please look into it.

Till date they are fooling us, again when we rescheduled the flight for 16th June which was via Delhi, they again made the flight via Gwalior. Sir, we need our money back with compensation as we need to book the flight and it will cost us double at the end moment. Since Sunday we are calling these people, every time just false hope and reschedule which later gets cancelled or they change the stop from Delhi to Gwalior with 23hrs of the layover.
Horrible management and Airlines. I request for call back and money back.

    I was the first ticket I booked on 02-Sep-2021 (PNR-FBQ2KW) that time Flight canceled after I booked the other airlines.
    this amount is not refundable so add a credit shell.
    Again, book the ticket Dubai to Madurai on 1-Dec-2021 at that time also your side flight is canceled.
    Now I book the ticket on 18-Jun-2021 Also canceled your side you provide the ticket of 06-July-2021 or 02-July-2021 but I need to travel this month.
    otherwise, refund the full amount immediately.

      From last 3 months. Calling spicejet not refunding my ticket cancellation amount. Ticket was canceled due to COVID issue. Every time I call give different reason and not refunding my amount.

        Hi Sir,

        PNR: IHK86E, C7S47C

        I've requested refund of my credit shell balance but only my agent booking amount has been refunded but my direct booking amount for the above mentioned PNR's haven't been refunded.

        I SAID -
        I'm Always Mailing you since a month PNR - IHK86E For refund on 25/03/2021 amount of Rs.35228 and details of bank are given and then on 01/04/2021 second PNR - C7S47C was initiated for refund.
        As per your mail or executive calls. As per mail of 28/05/2021 & 13/05/2021 respectively refund was given to me, I didn't get refunded and mailed your mail and customer cares call as per them they asked out my Bank Account statement, I also provided My Bank Statement. I was in contact with your mails and called customer care but i didn't receive a refund only dates were given. On 12/05/2021 they said '' Please be informed that we have processed refund for PNR:IHK86E towards the agency account dated 28Apr21 and for PNR:C7S47C will be initiated towards the mode of payment within 10 days. Your patience in this regard is highly appreciated.'' Also After that dates were given of 5-10 always when i contact them. On 25/05/2021 they replied on 01/06/2021 '' the refund is under process, due to technical issues we cant share the refund details for now. Once we will receive the update we will revert back the refund will be initiated towards the mode of payment.'' Your company is always sending false reasons e-mails. They Can't solve technical problems in a month and a refund was initiated. Then why did they ask For Bank Statement and why isn't transaction ID/UTR no is not provided from your side. I don't want dates or reasons. I want my refund+interest till the refund issue date. Again on 11/06/2021 Nodal officer given me reply of technical glitches.

        All the documents such as I'd proof, Bank statement, authorisation letter, account number etc. Has been sent to them more than 5 times but still there is no action taken on my refund request.

        I seek immediate action on this case.

        We Didn't Use any agent we did directly purchase ticket from airlines website and "AGENT'' was typed by error

          I had a booking last year having PNR no : NHICTH, the flight got canceled at that point of time due to the COVID situation and the amount was allocated to my Credit Shell, the expiry of the credit shell is on 25th May 2021.

          However with the current situation i don't see any change of travelling within May 2021. The balance amount in my Credit Shell is 8762/-( refer the screenshot below. So i requested for refund of my full amount, which was acknowledged by Spice jet and they responded and asked for my bank accounts but after that they stopped making the refund and whenever i have mailed them they have a standard reply as " we are sorry, pls keep patience". I have enclosed all my mail communication i had with this nonsense airline company. to my surprise i have marked all my mails to their MD Mr. Ajay Singh but unfortunately he is another garbage Dumbo who doesn't have any say.

            I have been following up from Spicejet team from last 70 days. They just keep on telling will refund you. Till date no refund and i must have mailed them atleast 20 times for the refund. Its customer hard earned money. First they ask for all bank statement and all which is immediately provided still there is no refund to the account.

              I made a request on 1st April and sent mails more than 20 times and also tried calling them 10 times.

              All the documents such as I'd proof, Bank statement, authorisation letter, account number etc. Has been sent to them more than 5 times but still there is no action taken on my refund request.

              I seek immediate action on this case.

                According to your team the refund was processed on 11.05.2021 but I haven't received it yet. There are numerous messages and emails which has been sent but no success so far. Would request you to look into this for me and share evidence of the refund that the company is claiming to have initiated on 11.05.2021

                  I booked 4 return flight tickets from spicejet on 27th February 2020 for Mumbai to Bagdogra. Travel date was between 2nd May 2020 to 10th May 2020. Due to covid restrictions, all the flights got cancelled. Since then I have been requesting the company's customer care to provide me a full refund. But they are stalling every single time. At first, they asked us to wait till 31st March 2021 or to use the money from credit shell but we refused. They said if we didn't use the credit shell till 31st March, then they will provide refund. We called them many times since then but they are stalling us till date saying there is a technical problem and we have to wait 15 days every time we call them. I have a covid patient at home and I really need the money for treatment. I said this to them but they are so insensitive that they didn't even bother to respond properly. Please take some action against them.

                    Hi,

                    I have booked a ticket for my parents in December having PNR : SGBT7K .
                    Due to the medical conditions of my mother they were not able to board the flight and I submitted the medical proofs as well .
                    As a kind gesture, Spicejet team gave me a coupon against the cancellation charges just for 6 months and which is expiring on 11th June.
                    Suddenly second wave started while we were dealing with the pandemic and my both parents fall ill.
                    My father got admitted in ICU in the month of April and got his treatment done but doctors advised not to travel so soon. As the pandemic situation is getting worst day by day, I cant ask them to travel so soon and thus requested for another 6 months extension more instead of a refund.
                    We know how bad is the situation in our country and instead of helping out each other we are just showing a rude and strict behaviour.
                    Its not a demand but a kind request, I took insurance also while booking ticket and I am eligible for refund as per insurance policy if something happens and I dont board the flight.
                    Still I am not claiming here anything but requesting you to show some kind gesture to my parents please.
                    Understand the severity and need of the situation and please show some humanity towards elderly parents .

                        I had booked the Flight ticket on 27th May, 2021 for the flight departing from Bengaluru to Jabalpur for 30th May, 2021. But the flight have been getting rescheduled twice with no assurance that it wont repeat this delay again. This inconvenience caused by Spicejet is troubling us, forcing me to think twice whether to cancel the ticket and go by train at this highly risk period.
                        Greatly disappointed by the Company.

                              My mother-in-law was expired and i had booked my flight for 26.05.2021 but it has been re-scheduled 03 times and now it is 29.05.2021. This is the worst service spicejet is offering. All contact numbers of customer service and airport are switched off. Are spicejet leaving this country thatswhy they are behaving like this.

                              Please fix the schedule of flight or refund my money in full or transfer my departure from another city.

                                  I have booked ticket in Spicejet for Journey from Ahmedabad to Goa for 11th April 2020 but due to Covid-19, there is lockdown in a country and all flights were cancelled by Government. As per Government Guideline, the amount will be kept in credit shell till 31st March 2021 and if that amount is not used then they will initiate refund and will get credit into account within 7 to 10 working days.

                                  I have not used that credit shell amount as there was no planning and i have initiated refund initiation process since 7th April 2021 but yet the amount is not credited into my account even after too may follow ups via email and even post call to customer care numbers. Lastly, one of customer care executive send cancellation ticket on 5th May 2021 and confirmed me to refund the amount in may bank account within 5 to 7 working days. But this is not yet done till now and its almost 1.5 month gone but there is no resolution for the same.

                                  For your reference, i am mentioning my PNR number here. My PNR is D6CY8V - Complain Ticket Number[protected].

                                  I request you to take up this complain at higher level and get the resolution at the earliest.

                                      Dea SIr / Madam,

                                      I had booked on 21/02/2020 for my family return ticket on spicejet airlines from Delhi to bangalore through GOIBIBO. Due to covid lockdown the refunds were delayed. On supreme court orders also they were suppose to refund the same by 31/03/2021 which is still not recived by me. they is no customer care support from both Spice and Goibibo. the call does to get connected and there is no reply made from either ends . our hard earned funds are not refunded .
                                      Hence my request to look in the matter and get my refunds immediately.

                                        In the middle of April, my wife had booked us on a flight from Hyderabad t Dehradun via Bangalore (PNR: Y5Y5KR). It was scheduled to depart on 14th May 2021 at 5AM and land in Dehradun on 14th May 2021 at 11AM. However, that flight got cancelled and we were put on a flight that now arrives in Dehradun on 15th May 2021 at !2:20 AM. Due to this, we have requested Spicejet to cancel our flight. However, they have charges us Rs. 5, 998 for cancellation. Since they did not provide us with any alternate flights, this fee is unreasonable.

                                        We had written to them on Sunday, 9th May 2021 (Case Number:[protected] but have not received a reply.

                                        We request you to look into this.
