I have booked the flight in the afternoon but it got rescheduled in the morning time I have my meeting to attend I would like to either reschedule in the next day or refund my total amount

    I had booked a direct flight from Srinagar to Mumbai on 18th August 2021.
    On 28th July i got a message that my flight is rescheduled to 19th of August, same time direct flight.
    As i had to join work on 19th i talked to spice jet customer care and curtailed our trip by one day and they gave us sane time direct flight on 17th August.
    On 30th July I again received sms saying our flight is rescheduled and we will have to take a flight which reaches at 22.40 in Mumbai. My cotravelers will reach their house very late in night.
    We are not comfortable with this change.
    We had booked direct flight days earlier.
    How can they put us on any flight at any time ?
    How many times they can reschedule our flight although it is 14 days earlier

      It doesn't look like someone is reading our complaints. It seems it's all automated system.

      This is the 5th time I am writing here. My first 4 complaints went through without any response.

      I bought a ticket through Spicejet in February 2020 to travel in May 2020.. but due to ongoing pandemic the flight cancelled. According to supreme court orders the refund shall be made for such cancelled flights after March 31, 2021.
      From that time I'm pursuing them for refund but every time they're giving me a new time frame for refund.
      The amount is roughly Rs 19000.

        I booked a flight from SpiceJet on 3rd August 2021. They canceled it then rescheduled it on 2nd August. Now the timing of that flight has been changed again. I am getting hurt again and again. And SpiceJet is saying only sorry to me.please give me judgment against this stupidity.

          I am having cluster phobia and for the same reason can't take very long duration flight, had booked direct flight from Jammu to Mumbai, there where many cheaper Via flight option available which where cheaper also but I opted for expensive direct flight .
          All of a sudden I recive a message from Spice Jet that they have rescheduled my flight that to a via Delhi flight with total duration of more than 12 hours. Had requested the customer care executive for direct flight but they said they don't have any and the best option they can give is a Via flight of 5.5 hours via Srinagar, I further requested them to atleast as a compensation put me to XL seat due to my cluster phobia problem but they refused stating that it's chargeable.. how can they charge me for the excess price that I have already paid, at the time of booking a via flight was for 3500 and I booked a flight priced at 5500 it's good 2000 rupees per passenger I paid extra which instead of refunding they want to charge extra, it's a loot taking advantage of having a upper hand as we as a customer have to take whatever has been offered because they are a big company and we are just a ordinary citizen having no power to deal with this big company
          Yes agree with you. These buggers cancel our flight and we are forced to pay more money again for the same booking. Spicejet should be banned and shut down

                A sum of Rs. 7054/ was kept with you in Credit shell Balance dt. 23 Feb.2020 against PNR- NEYWNQ in the name of Mr. Banwari Lal Agarwal and Mrs.Manju Rani Agarwal. I have not received this amount back so far. Kindly immediately refund the money. Thanks

                  A sum of Rs. 7054/ was kept with you in credit shell balance dt.[protected] against PNR- NEYWNQ in the names of Mr. Banwari Lal Agarwal and Mrs. Manju Rani Agarwal. I have not received this amount back so far. Kindly refund the money immediately.

                    I'm sailing in the same boat as you.
                    My 15K has still not been refunded and always they are giving new excuses.
                    Even in my spiceclub member login my credit shell is showing "zero", on call they are saying it is "under process"
                    why should it show zero when the refund has not happened.
                    I am still waiting for my refund. Every time I Chase them them say there is a technical problem and now after 4 emails sent, they do not answer anymore. Not very serious andprofessional Airline.
                    Is there another way to complain?

                      On 21st July 2021, PNR - ZY9N2P Was scheduled, from AHMEDABAD
                      to BAGDOGRA VIA DELHI.We enquired in advance about the SPECIAL PROVISIONS AMID COVID 19 . AND no special instruction was provided to us, nither through text message, Mail or verbally !!

                      But when we reached AHMEDABAD Airport, we were suddenly informed that RTPCR TEST FOR COVID 19 WAS REQUIRED !! ( as per the rule of WEST BENGAL GOVERNMENT ) . This rule was introduced 2 days after we booked the ticket, and no information was provided to us regarding the same. HAD IT BEEN INFORMED TO US EARLIER, WE WOULD HAVE ARRANGED IT !! AND WE HAD TO PAY A HEAVY AMOUNT OF RS 4000 PER PERSON FOR THE SAME !!
                      AFTER REACHING DELHI WE FOUND THAT BOARDING WAS ALLOWED TO ALL ( PASSENGERS HAVING AND NOT HAVING RTPCR TEST REPORT BOTH) !! NEITHER ANY SUCH CHECKING WAS PERFORMED AT BAGDOGRA AIRPORT.
                      We informed SPICEJET EXECUTIVE AT AHMEDABAD AIRPORT, THAT WE WERE PROVIDED WITH THE FIRST DOSE OF VACCINE !! BUT THEY HAD DENIED ALLOWING BOARDING !!
                      SINCE THE JOURNEY TOO WAS ESSENTIAL, WE COULD NOT AFFORD TO MISS IT !! SO WE HAD TO FORCIBLY PAY FOR RTPCR REPORT

                      SINCE THE MISTAKE WAS NOT FORM OUR END, WE REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE REFUND THE TICKET FARE AND TEST REPORT CHARGES Rs.8000 .

                      IN DELHI AIRPORT (SPICEJET BOARDING POINT ) WHEN WE ENQUIRED REGARDING THE SAME, THEY VERIFIED IT THROUGH THEIR SYSTEM AND FOUND THAT REALLY NO INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED TO US REGARDING THE SAME !! THEN THEY ASKED US TO FILE A COMPLAINT REGARDING THE SAME !!

                      BEING SO REPUTED COMPANY WE DID NO EXPECT SUCH TYPE OF INCONVENIENCE FORM SPICEJET. IF THE SAME SERVICE WOULD BE PROVIDED, THEN PEOPLE WOULD MIGRATE TOWARDS OTHER COMPANIES !!

                        I had booked my ticket on Feb 2020 to Shirdi and they have not refunded as of today. I am tired of calling their customer care number and writing to their customer care service center.
                        Our travel dates was 18th April, 2020 to 22nd April, 2020. It fell during the lockdown period and the ticket cost was amount of 35520/-

                        We waited till March 2021 as it was in Credit shell and had been writing to Krishna Kumar Mishra,

                        We have been continuosly following up for our refund from that day onwards and Krishna keeps replying give excuses and reasons..
                        1. We would like to inform you that we have forwarded your shared details to our respective department and the refund will be initiated within 10 working days on April 7th
                        2. once the refund is done we will get back to you. Your time and patience is highly appreciated in this regard. We seek your cooperation in this regard on May 24th
                        3. We completely empathize with your discomfort and sincerely regret for the delay in refund process. Please be assured that refund is under process from our end and shall be done in upcoming working days on June 9th
                        4. We would like to inform you that due to some technical glitch online bank transfer is still not initiated towards the given bank account details. Kindly note that we have raised the request again with the concerned team to process the online bank transfer on priority on June 19th

                          This is to lodge a formal complaint against Shruti Chakrabarty and her manager who refused to divulge his name (and hid his identity card/name tag so that it could not be viewed) who harassed Ratna Bhattacharyya, age 67, and Ardhendu Bhattacharyya, age 70+ because Ratna Bhattacharya, who is currently undergoing chemotherapy at Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences in Bangalore, Karnataka, for Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma under Dr.Sharat Damodar, requested for wheelchair assistance (both when she booked the flight and again at the counter during check-in) because of her weakness which does not allow her to exert much. The above-named ground crew and her manager made Ratna Bhattacharya refused to check her in and handover her boarding pass saying that unless she proves that she is actually a patient she will not be allowed a wheelchair. When Ratna Bhattacharya furnished hard copies all medical records, Shruti Chakrabarty’s manager confiscated it and refused to give the records back to her saying that unless their doctor verifies the information, she will not be allowed to board the flight. Upon asking the name of the doctor and his field of specialization for Ratna Bhattacharya to convey to her doctor, Dr. Sharat Damodar, Shruti Chakrabarty only volunteered the doctor’s last name - one Dr. Ganguly, and told Ratna Bhattacharya that it was no concern of hers. All this whole, neither Shruti Chakrabarty nor her manager bothered to inform the doctor who was allegedly going to peruse Ratna Bhattacharya’s medical records to check the veracity of her statement. Neither did they return the medical records to Ratna Bhattacharya. As of now, both Ratna Bhattacharya and Ardhendu Bhattacharya are still stranded at the Kolkata airport; they will probably miss their flight and Ratna Bhattacharya will miss her chemotherapy scheduled for tomorrow morning. In addition to the mental agony that SpiceJet ground crew is inflicting on her, if Ratna Bhattacharya suffers any detrimental effect to her health because of this, please be informed that redressal for the same will be sought in the appropriate judicial forum and a complaint also lodged with the Consumer Forum. As immediate remedial measure, (1) please instruct your named ground crew and her manager to furnish Ratna Bhattacharya with the wheelchair so that she can board her flight and reach Bangalore safely for her to be able to go through the chemotherapy tomorrow, and (2) warn your staff to be more courteous to the passengers - your guests or relieve them from their duty for incompetence and lack of integrity.

                            Flights were cancelled by Spicejet and refund was processed in the form of credit shell this has happened twice and i am not able to use credit shell because Spicejet is cancelling flights again amd again I want my refund back to my source account

                            1.PNR MDGS6Q - Flight was booked for 10th April 2020, but it was cancelled due to Covid and refund was provided in the form of credit shell balance.

                            2.PNR OH3HJX - Flight was booked for 16th Dec 2020 using the above mentioned credit shell balance but again it was cancelled by Spicejet without giving any reason and refund was processed in original mode of payment which was credit shell balance.

                            So here i want my refund in bank account because it happened twice that the flight was cancelled by Spicejet.So please process the refund in my bank account.

                              I booked a seat 30F and I paid the charges for the particular seat from bangalore to durgapur on sunday 18th july 2021.flight no.SG935 and my pnr is WEWJ5Q.I NEED MY REFUND FIR THE SEAT.THEY HAVE GIVEN SIME OTHER SEAT.

                                This is in reference to the booking of domestic flight ticket th.MMT, my wife who is visually impaired (there is no sight in one of her eyes) travelling alone, reference PNR MCB8PJ, Dt.July-17 Sat, the boarding time given as 16.10, flight no.SG8412. She was reported at the gate at 15.50 hrs.at GKP gate as there was heavy rains and also there was heavy load at the airport gate, some how she manage to reach to the spice jet help desk and request for help with attended of spice jet support staff that as she could not see properly so any staff can help her, it is very unfortunate and shocking and in-spite of her request the spice jet staff told her bluntl " aap ko dikhta nahi hain toh mey kya karon" (if you could not see we can't do any thing) .My wife who is travelling alone with physically challenge not only missed her flight but felt depressed and shocked by the behavior.A strict action is requested along with the penalty and refund back to us the ticket charges .

                                    With reference to PNR no. AGM4WX and PNR no. BDBIWT which are cancelled due to no reason or some business policy which will increase your bottom line, i would like to inform you that we both passengers have connecting flight one from Patna to delhi on 15th and second from Ahmedabad to delhi on 15th night to catch the above flight from Delhi to Port Blair...further we have returning flights also booked from Delhi to Patna and Ahmedabad on 21st...and 6day 5night holiday package booked for which whole payment are made.

                                    Thus, cancellation of your both flight will lead to cancellation of flowing flight and holiday pakage, , details are as follows:

                                    1. Flight from Patna to delhi on 15th: 1 passenger
                                    2. Flight from Ahmedabad to delhi on 15th: 1 passenger
                                    3. Returning flight from Delhi to Patna on 21st
                                    4. Returning flight from Delhi to Ahmedabad on 21st
                                    5. Prepaid Holiday package 6day 5 night for 2 persons
                                    6. Auspicious dates will be missed

                                    Dear sir above cancellation will lead to loss of 1.50 lakh plus mental harrasment as the date was pre decided last year...for which i will send you a ligal notice following suite filling against your airline.

                                    What you offer instead:
                                    1. Full refund of your flight only
                                    2. Flight booking on 18th journey time 19hours plus means arrival on 19th

                                    All other flights are flying to Port Blair on the same day same route this is just your business strategy to cancel schedule flight without caring whether others will suffer huge loss.

                                    EITHER ARRANGE FLIGHT SAME DAY SAME TIME OR GET READY TO COMPENSATE US 1.50 LAKH FOR WHICH I HAVE ALL DOCUMENTARY PROOF PLUS MENTAL HARRASMENT
