To Sprice jet,
I have booked tickete from Durgapur to Mumbai SG 355, RHFSXN, seat no. 11A, I have 400 rs extra for window seat, but in that plane, window is not there so i requested for window seat, but crew not provide me window seat and told me you will get refund. I have filed complaint, but I received Rs. 312 vouchers but my window seat amount is Rs. 400, So I requested them refund my amount. I don't want voucher but Mr. Naveen...

Greetings. On 25th August '23, your colleague from Spice Jet ticketing called me and insisted to make the same payment for the second time, even though I told her I have already been charged on my card and the money is deducted from my debit account.

She claimed it would be refunded and to insisted to send an email to customer relations, from then on I have been sending constant emails and finally they confirmed on the 1st...

My father Mr. Nanakram Bhojwani travelled from Delhi To Dubai on 25July 2023. Flight no. SG 11 . Morning flight of Spicejet Airlines.
My father submitted the luggage to a lady staff of spicejet. When he reached dubai airport he saw bag was unlocked and then he checked the bag from inside. He found all precious things stolen like mobile cash and jewellery.

I filed FIR to delhi police still no result.

On 03rd Nov 22, I had booked a flight with SpiceJet. Inspite of being 2 hrs early I was denied boarding. Compensation of 200% of base fare or 10000/- per pax whichever lower is authorised as per DGCA. I was promised the same. Till date SpiceJet ‘s finance team is processing the request. And now they have started ghosting people....

I have been up since the past 24 hours and ended up paying 15k extra because of your cancellation policy.
My bookings from mumbai to chennai, and chennai to mumbai had been cancelled. And the only intimation was through message (pnr : KBBE9M and UBNLQP).
I had missed the message about the cancellation of the departure flight and only read the chennai to mumbai flight cancellation.

Hi,
On 09th June 2023, I had a flight from Delhi to Srinagar with a departure time of 10:40AM. By the time, I reached the Airport it was informed to me that flight got delayed to 11:50AM. I got my boarding pass and got security checked-in.
At 11:00 AM, they changed the departure time to 4:40PM, which was way too late. After inquiry, they didn't provide us any proper reason for delay. SpiceJet staff...

Hi, my name is Roma Gurung, I had ticket from Dubai to bagdogra via Delhi on 28th june SG 12, 22:45 and from Delhi 29th June SG 8903, 5.45 am but in the end hour they changed the flight timings to 0005 hrs 29th June from Dubai and again after few hrs they changed to 0105 hrs 29th June. And the flight from Delhi to bagdogra they changed to 10:00 hrs.
So they changed all the timings here and there and that was ok because it happens...

After landing in Delhi, at the baggage collection belt, we found our bag lock broken and signs of pilferage.

My spice jet ticket of Neeraj Kumar, PNR NO MHRIXK from Durgapur to Mumbai dated 08/06/2023 got cancelled as per communication dated 07/06/2023.

No alternate spice jet tickets available for even reschedule as it seems that spice jet suspended operation in this durgapur to Mumbai sector.
So it was not possible to reschedule within 2 days and moreover in this short intimation the connecting flights of other...

I received auto generated massage informing that my flight (PNR :AHM6VX ) from Dubai to Delhi, on 8th June 2023, to be 16:10 departure instead of 00:05 Departure, which will cost me to miss my work meeting in Delhi 11:00 am, further to the challenge that I have to book one more night in one of Dubai hotel as I was planning to travel evening.
