    Hi,
    On 10 Feburary 2024, I had a flight number SG111, PNR -OGB88N/ SG from Mumbai to delhi with a departure time of 22:55. By the time, I reached the Airport it was informed to me that flight got delayed due to operational reason and departure time changed to next day 11 FEB 2024 on 02:00AM.

    After meeting the SpiceJet staff, I requested for lounge access & refreshments as the delay time was about 3 hrs, but they denied. We asked for compensation, nothing was provided.

    The flight finally took off around 2:00 am next day and I reached Mumbai at 4:38 am.
    Inconvenience caused:
    1. I booked the morning flight as I had to go to Lonawal & Pune at two location for meeting early. Due to which i had to bear extra Rs, 1810 hotel expenses and meeting point expenses in hotel.
    2. I had booked a taxi to pick me up in the morning at 1:30 am, since the delay was more than 3 hrs, taxi driver denied to pick me up and I didn't get any reimbursement of my money Rs 2150/-. Who will be responsible for that?
    3. I took refreshment at airport of Rs 500/- due to delay of flight
    I request the consumer support team to please consider the above complaint about SpiceJet airlines and provide me full reimbursement of the Airlines ticket and compensation for the above grievances.

      I booked a ticket on 19th of December 2023 for CCU-BLR flight scheduled on 21st of December 2023. I was already scheduled to visit doctor as my mother's health was not good. After visiting the doctor and within 2 hours of making the booking, I called the airline for cancelation and i was provided 2 options - either to go for a cancelation or to reschedule for other day. Since i was not clear with my mother's surgery date, I was suggested by the cx care executive to go for a cancelation with a promise that i will get a complete refund as the the cancelation was being done on medical ground. I chose to cancel and after a month of chasing the airline and being harassed, I informed that i will escalate to to DGCA and then they promised me a voucher for the refund amount. This is to be noted that they promised me refund in my bank account at the time of cancelation request when i contacted them at first but they are now refusing to provide a refund in the source account. Kindly help me.

        Flight has Scheduled Departure at 20.10 pm from BLR, Bengaluru.
        At 6 pm, spicejet announced reschedulement of flight for 22.00 pm to avoid extra expense considering 110 minutes delay.

        The flight actually started at 23.00 pm from Bengaluru which is 170 minutes delayed.
        At same airport indigo arranged basic amenities and necessary services to passengers for actual delay but SG517 carried multiple medical patients, we approached ground staff as well crew members, no one showed minimum botherness to show basic courtesy by arranging basics like water on demand or cabin temperature or seat arrangement at gate no 18 at airport which was full.
        This pnr holder is a cardiac patient aged 65 years who felt measurably bad and had to arrange ambulance at Kolkata airport only due to spicejet mismanagement.

          No positive timing given by passangers of spicejet even flight already lates by 5 hours
          fLIGHT SG -8904 DATE - 14 JANUARY 2024 TIMING 11.05AM departs but delayed by around 5 hours and no meal no customer support.
          spicejet staff miss ruby sharma ( id - 129083) behavior very bad even i have recording also .
          ground services cse given in return with stamp and sign of 2hours delayed only but actual time of delays is 5 house . i attached the video and ground services hand written which is true wrong, even you can check the flight departs timings also.

            Unacceptable Disruption of Service and Request for Compensatory Measures: Flight: SG 323, PNR: OJPL9R, SEQ.: 56

            It is with utter exasperation that I write to you regarding the egregious loss of my luggage on my flight from Varanasi to Hyderabad on[protected]. My meticulously tagged and checked suitcase, containing [ Laptop Charger, iPad Charger, Watch charger, Medications, clothes, basic utilities and irreplaceable sentimental items], has vanished into the abyss of your baggage handling system.

            This is not merely a misplaced bag; it's a complete breakdown of your core service proposition. You are entrusted with the safe and efficient transportation of passengers and their belongings. My confidence in that very promise has been utterly shattered.

            My immediate needs are pressing. Being an independent PhD scholar @IIT Hyderabad, the absence of my essentials has caused me emotional and daily routine distress. The inconvenience caused cannot be quantified in mere platitudes or apologies.

            Therefore, I demand swift and comprehensive compensation for this unacceptable disruption, as it has already been 20 days of your negligence and failure since I made my complaint. This encompasses:

            Expedited luggage tracing and delivery: Employ every resource available to locate my missing luggage and ensure its delivery within 48 hours. Updates on the search progress should be provided via hourly email and phone calls.

            Monetary compensation for damages: I expect a fair and immediate financial reimbursement for these damages.

            Failure to address these demands promptly and effectively will leave me no choice but to pursue further legal action to recoup my losses and hold you accountable for this gross service failure.

            I trust that you will take this matter with the utmost seriousness and expedite a satisfactory resolution.

              Didn't get boarding pass after web checkin

              I purchased a ticket of spicejet airlines through yatra. Com from Patna to Delhi. At the time of web check-in I got the message that your boarding pass has been sent to your registered email id. But I didn't get the boarding pass. When I reached to the Airport counter, then they told me that you didn't do web check in and counter checkin is closed. And refused to give the boarding pass and misbehaved with me.

              I had booked a SpiceJet flight through HappyFares.in for 12th Of Dec, 2023 for 2 passengers.
              The flight first got delayed & then cancelled by the airline. On calling the customer care of SpiceJet, I was first told that the flight wasn't cancelled but flew on 13th Dec, 2023 instead of 12th Dec, 2023 after 24 hours. Hence, they can't process a refund. On continuous escalation, the airline told us to get in touch with the travel agent through whom we had booked our tickets.
              The HappyFares team has been telling us that they need a confirmation from the airline for the flight cancellation to process our refund & the airline isn't giving us a straight reply.
              We had to book another ticket at a much higher cost to fly at a later date on 21st Dec, 2023 since it was a medical emergency & even now after so many calls & emails, we have not received our refund.
              The travel agent & the airline are playing a ping-pong game & we are stranded.
              I need a resolution for this asap.
              - Refund for my original flight ticket
              - Refund of the additional money I had to pay for the new ticket
              - Refund for the additional money I spent for the travel (to & from from my home to the airport twice)
              - Compensation for my salary lost due to my wasted leave

                This is about the purchase I made with Spicejet for my domestic flight scheduled on Nov 11, 2023, which they canceled notifying me on Oct 2, 2023.
                I raised a refund with SpiceJet for this between Oct 02 to Oct 10 but I did not get the refund even after more than one month.

                Hence on Nov 19, 2023 I got in touch with Spcejet once again over the phone and they assured me that they would refund the amount within two weeks. On Nov 30, I wrote them an email following up on the refund status. Since then they never gave me a definitive answer to my simple questions - "what is the reason for delay" and "What is the time estimate to refund".

                Now after more than a month passed, and after a lot of false promises and non-transparency by Spicejet on the "reason for delay" and "estimated time to refund", I have lost hope with them and now I am filing this complaint.

                As a proof, I have a complete email chain comprising all the communications with SpiceJet right from the intimation of cancellation, my refund requests, and their non-transparent replies till today.

                  I was booking a flight from Bagdogra to New Delhi on SpiceJet website on 09 Dec 2022.

                  The ticket price was Rs 14492/-.

                  After Submitting the OTP for payment from credit card, the website redirected to homepage without confirming the ticket.
                  On 6th attempt, finally, the ticket was finally confirmed/booked.

                  But then I noticed that amount was debited from my card for additional 05 transactions of Rs 14492/- each. (Total Rs 72460/-)

                  3 transactions money were refunded later.

                  However, 2 transaction amounts of Rs 14492/- each ie total Rs 29984/- is still pending.

                  Numerous email correspondences (20+) have been exchanged between me and SpiceJet since Dec 2022. The case has been moved from SpiceJet customer relations to the Nodal Officer to Appellate Authority. But no result.

                  All details sought by SpiceJet officer have been forwarded multiple times.

                  The standard response that I get is that -"the case under processing and we will get back soon. "

                  It's about one year since that incident.

                  Please accord due priority to resolve the refund of Rs 29984/ at the earliest.

                    I got mail from SpiceJet on 4th November 2023, that both flights got cancelled.

                    I cancelled my ticket PNR-MC4MMM on 6th November 2023. I waited for 15 days for the refund, but till date there is no refund. When I contacted customer service...

                        My grandad was traveling from HYD to MAA on 20th November in flight no. 323. The flight was initially scheduled to depart at 16:35, so we reached there 2 hours before it, but upon reaching he found out at the check-in counter that the flight is delayed by 6 hours. There was no SMS sent to him about the delay or was any information provided in prior.

                        This kind of miss costs us both time and money, I would like SpiceJet to look into why this happened and also I would want some compensation for the delay for 6 hours which was wasn't even informed.

                          At first preponed flight from 6.30pm to 5.30pm. then changed the terminal without notification.
                          Rescheduled the flight from 5.30 to 9.30pm. again rescheduled to 10.22pm. 3rd time rescheduled to 11.30pm.
                          Had a mother traveling with me who is 60years old. No compensation for food and water. Inhumane behaviour of staff and company. Pathetic service even after charging 18k for round trip Mumbai -Delhi

                              The staff were rude, unapologetic and unaccommodating. They called me saying that check in was almost over and i asked them to hold the closing for 5 mins. I reached in the next 5-6 mins only to be told to my face that despite my confirmation over call and there assurance, they've gone ahead and closed the counter anyway. The staff did not apologise once and i had to yell and shout at them for 15 minutes claiming no other airline company has ever done this to me and then they actually had the audacity to say "this is not the way to behave" as if I were flying or the first time and I don't know how crew, check-ins and boarding systems work and I have to suck up to them for their own mistakes. At last they accommodated me saying "We're requesting the captain and with his agreement we will do it, but your behaviour is unacceptable" like theirs was very acceptable. Do you think you can make a fool out of your CUSTOMERs like this? you can rest assured neither i nor my friends will ever book a SpiceJet ticket again. And I expect a proper apology for the utter crap you guys pulled at the airport. Not just me, in front of me y'all harassed 4 other CUSTOMERs., telling them nothing can be done and you have to book another spice jet ticket. Like y'all think yall can get by pulling this sort of scam on CUSTOMERs. Shame on yall for being in the service industry and delivering this kind of service. With new players like Akasa & Vistara on the rise, I hope yall go bankrupt in the next 4-5 years, which is bound to happen if yall try pulling CUSTOMERs by the nose in a competitive industry like this. Yall need to get educated real bad on how to behave with CUSTOMERs. And your staff is stupid enough to say "This is not Indigo, we close our counters 1 hour before and that's it" like yeah thanks for sharing with me that youre a grossly incompetent airline company and why I should never book a ticket here again. And when I tired documenting their behavior, the staff again said "you cant do this" like yeah, yall can reschedule my flight 3-4 times, shut the counter on my face but when I catch your ### on cam, you tell me "it's not done". Take it from me as a b-school student, it's high time you get your CUSTOMER service on track and tell your airport staff to get off their high horse, if yall dont want your brand to be slandered and your business to fail.

                              i have attached the video of one of the staff and another person they mistreated. I couldn't get the other staff on record. But this incident happened at AMD airport at 9:46 pm for flight SG512 bound for CC, so you can check up on the other male person who was at the counter at that time. While they accommodated me on the flight later, they mistreated and scammed this poor, gullible man compelling him to book another ticket on another Spice Jet flight. Also case in point is that no where in the regenerated mobile boarding pass did they update the check in closing time or anything so both this man and i arrived keeping in mind the boarding time and we arrived about 20-30 mins well before the boarding time and still they had the audacity to behave like this. I hope you will initiate some disciplinary measures against your staff. Maybe teach them how to say sorry to the CUSTOMER bringing them business.

                                Dear Customer Relations Manager

                                Greetings,
                                Me and my family are travelling to India for a short holiday to visit our relatives.
                                I am disappointed in Spicejet. My flights on 23rd November 2023 for 3 o[censored]s, from Patna to Bangalore have been postponed on 2- 3 occasions. But I cannot get a refund in the automated changes as it only records the last time change which is 40 minutes.
                                My PNR number is OD2GGJ
                                But actually from my date of booking, departure Patna time was first 1840, Arriving BLR at 2115. Now with the latest change is scheduled changed to depart 2030. That is clearly 1 hour and 50 minutes. Thus I believe under the Spicejet rules I am entitled to a full refund.
                                How do I go about getting a full refund as the time definitely does not suit me and my family.

                                  This is to inform that a booking was made for 2 senior citizen passengers from CHENNAI to DURGAPUR (Flight SG 331) on 19th October 2023(PNR: L9WLQF/SG) and the corporate flight booking encompassed 2 pre booked meals with beverages (price inclusive of the services and shown on tickets) but while availing the service they were charged for the beverages separately. The inconvenience caused to the passengers is condemned. This is a fraudulent service as this might happen to any passengers travelling and not aware of the rights to services( parents were old and limited understanding).

                                  I humble request to kindly investigate this and refund the balance amount to me. This is completely unacceptable as the flight services (corporate fare) were availed to avoid inconvenience to the travelling passengers and they had all the rights to had their meals without paying extra for the already paid meals.

                                  Requesting you to kindly investigate and refund the amount ASAP.
