      Dear all,

      I have cancel my spicejet airline ticket, due to covid-19.
      Spicejet have taken 3000 rs cancellation charges on per ticket, but remaining refund amount is not credited in my account.
      From spicejet costumer care i come to know refund amount is still with them in credit shell.
      My question, is if they are taking cancellation charges why they have not credited refund amount in my account.
      I want my refund money back, no need of credit shell.

      And spicejet nodal officer is also not replying on mail.

        I booked two tickets in february from pune to dubai (Pnr : - hdg5rd) because my sister was extremely in critical and was fighting cancer (Last stage). She passed away and hence had to prepone (Change) our two tickets. While doing this i mentioned the reason why i was changing our tickets to the spicejet rep. I paid almost 70k inr just to change two tickets. That spicejet rep told me that the change fee can be refunded if i provided relevant documents that support the tragic death event and relationships. However after the covid lockdown i could not get a hold of any spicejet rep on phone. Later i emailed them and finally someone named krishna from customer service responded. I emailed him all the documents they needed. Now he tells me that they will pay me rs. 3500.00 for each ticket in a voucher form. This is not even close to what i paid and why vouchers? I was assured full change fee will be refunded while booking the tickets. I am extremely disgusted with this unethical business of spicejet. I want people to understand that spicejet cheat their customers openly! I want my money back spicejet!

          We had spicejet number yesterday sg 447 that journey. After sitting on our plane! We were told that your child does not have a ticket, you landed. But we have boarding passes for everyone. Then he charged extra 15 rupees. Embarrassed in front of everyone. We got it all wrong. I have also made a video clip of it. Whose fir was registered. And i will also show on social media what all this would have done to us

              I book a flight ticket pnr : l9ntmp n journey date was 3 may n flight cancel becoz of covid 19 n i call to customer that flight has cancel plz refund it back to payment mode they say me that payment will credit to payment mode in 2 -3 week but one month gone no refund till now.. N till now they r just giving time n when i call them they just pickup call n cut it after they listen pnr no..

                  I saw the job vacancies through the quikr jobs site and after uploading my cv i got a message from tx-rshine telling me that my cv is selected for airline-air tkt grd staff, salary 45k and for more info - [protected]. So i contacted this no and they told me a whatsapp no for sending my details. That no is [protected]. Then i got a confirmation mail for selection and they told me the hr will contact me soon through the no [protected]. During the phone call, they asked me to pay the registration fee of rs/- 2500 to the so-called company account no [protected]. Then they provided me an online aptitude test by the link http://www.indiabix.com/online-test/aptitude-test/random. after attending the test i provide the screenshot and they told me that i passed the 1st stage and the second stage will be today after 12 pm through phone by hr. But due to some doubt, i checked the official website of spicejet airlines and saw the fraud alert.

                    I had booked 2 seats in spicejet on 28 jan 2020 which pnr no. Is zfm8ma. Travelling date was 29 april 2020 but due to lockdown the flight cancelled automatically. I claimed my refund but there is no response from spicejet. I tried to complain many times but there is no response at all. Till now i have not got refund for the cancelled flight. Kindly resolve the same on priority basis. Screenshot of the ticket is being attached.

                      Dear team,

                      I had been following up with spicejet for refund since 30th april. They had promised me to give refund. Now they are denying for the same. Please find attached mail confirmation from spicejet. They have delayed this now, i dont want make my trip to deduct any amount. I want full refund to my account. There no mistake of mine i have followed before more than a month of my travel. Pfa details for your reference.

                            I have booked ticket from spicejet ref pnr number (H8sfkc) and spicejet cancelled flight and refunded amount in credit shell, now please give clarification on this what would i do for this amount if i dont want to travel by flight it was an emergency that is why i booked urgent ticket.
                            I request to take up the matter and initiate refund in source.

                              I have booked a Flight ticket on 2-June-2020 with No proper reasons Flight Has been Cancelled by Spicejet.So, Amount has not been Credited back to my bank account it has been added in Credit shell wallet.

                              I have raise a request for my refund amount (Due to cancellation of flight operations) about 2 month ago and their initiated my request also but till now their are not refunded my amount.
                              According to the ministry of civil aviation, india, on request of refund, a full amount should be refund in 3 week from the date of request for cancellation.

                              But their are not obeyng this guildline and their are not refunding my refund amount.

                                I have booked ticket from mumbai to jabalpur for 1st june, it got cancelled a day beforey entire ticket amount is with spicejet as a credit. But i don't want to fly by spicejet with in march 2021, as the deadline o[censored]tilising the amount is march 2021.

                                  I hereby request you that I have taken 3 flight tickets by PNR with journey details as below:

                                  P812VV ---- 08.05.2020 (3 tickets for forward journey)
                                  OI6GRR ----- 18.05.2020 (1 ticket for return)
                                  ZHR9SX ----- 05.06.2020 (2 tickets for return)

                                  NOTE: All the passenger details of to and fro journey is same with same airport details

                                  Now, first 2 tickets has been cancelled due to covid19 and I could not make my journey.

                                  So I request for cancellation of 3rd ticket with PNR ZHR9SX and request for refund as we could not move out of mumbai, then how I can we be able to use this return ticket to Mumbai.

                                    I have 2 return tickets from mumbai to kolkata in spice jet airlines on 2 nd may 2020 and return date was 31st may 2020.
                                    1) tandra mukherjee, pnr no. Jh1cph for sg 6421
                                    (Occupation - school teacher)
                                    2) sneegadha mukherjee, pnr no. K7ggpv for sg 6421
                                    (Student in kendriya vidyalaya ins hamla, mumbai)

                                    Due to lockdown as the flights are cancelled, the spice jet airlines have kept my entire amount in credit shell which can be used upto 16 th april 2021.
                                    Being a teacher i get vacation only in may, so, credit shell is no use to me.
                                    Moreover if they have not given us the services and the tickets not cancelled by us than i should get my entire amount refunded.
                                    So, i request you kindly see to it that my tickets entire amount gets refunded

I have book a ticket to #am for 4 times but everytime it is being cancelled at the last moment. Dont be # n stop eating our money. If this continues i shall place an fir on your company. I willale sure that your company gets closed. Its an warning ill male sure to have u face problems.
