Hi, i had booked a online flight ticket booking (Spicejet? For 4th may, but due to vivid-19 lockdown i don’t want to travel, i have asked them to refund my full money but they are not refunding and saying that the flights would be operational from 4th may, request you to please help on my refund or give me clarity about the same!

    I’m writing with a deep sorrow that, in this financial crisis situation caused due to covid-19 pandemic,
    The spicejet airways has denied my refund for the pnr c5r4fy. Instead, they have created a credit shell such that i’m forced to purchase airline tickets again.
    This poses a huge burden on my pocket in this crisis situation and now i’m helpless.
    I, therefore, request you to step in and rescue me from this situation.

      My travel date was May 23 rd in spice jet from Hyderabad to lay.they cancel my ticket without informing me even they did not ask me for post pond my travel date. The refund my 25600 to SpiceJet credit shell and they are asking to use that with on Feb 2021 and same passenger. How it is possible? It was a Leh
      ticket that was costly. If travel any other place within that we will get 4-5 ticket and spice jet flights are not very frequent and timing also not good. I want my refund to my account. Good also have ask to give refund to our bank, indigo is giving it to our bank. But they cancel without good regulation, there was lot of time. Please ask them to refund. It is our heard earn money and this situation we need our money.please sir do something.

            My air ticket is cancelled but they are ready to refund my money. I requested for refund of money but they are denying stating that they have kept my money in credit shell and i can use up to feb 2021 but i am not travelling at any point of time. What i will do with credit shell money. Please help me getting refund.

              As per government order, pessengers whose tickets were cancelled by airlines between lockdown period are to get full amount refund. But still i havent recieved by refund yet. My pnr no is yd99qw, it was scheduled to fly on 3rd april, 2020. Others have received the refund amount already and i still haven't got my refund. It been more than a month since my ticket got cancelled by airline and it was cancelled even before the lockdown period started, cancellation by airlines was due to some parking problem here in leh airport.

              Please look into the matter and kindly processed the refund as soon posible,

My PNR No was VDCKGG.I have cancelled my ticket and raised request for refund on 20.03.2020.Till date I have not been credited with refund of my cancelled ticket amount. You are requested to kindly ask airline to reverse INR 13248/- in my account.

                  As you have cancelled our flight for subjected pnr's. There was function in my native place but due to corona virus and flight cancellation. We will not able go. But spicejet not refunding amount and giving option to book future date flight i. E. Credit shell.

                  Please note, we dnt have any further function so kindly refund full amount for subjected pnr booking.

                  Note:- dgca already announced on thursday to refund all booking amount so please refund us full amount...

                    I had booked my flight for 15th of april 2020 from spice jet under pnr kyp5qm in the name of my daughter ms. Khushboo koul but due to extension of lockdown till 3rd may flight was cancelled and as per dgca guidelines the airline company will have to refund the whole amount of booking of the ticket booked during lockdown without charging cancellation fee. I made a formal request to the co for getting the refund of the cancelled flight but they have reverted back with the same remarks that shell credit will be created which can be used before feb 21 for the same passenger. I had booked the ticket in the name of my daughter as she was stranded alone at gurgaon due to lockdown otherwise we would not have opted for air travel. As such this credit cannot be used as we are not frequent flier. Kindly direct the concerned airline to refund the amount.

                      My pnr number is fypnxm.

                      I don’t wish to travel any more and hence i would need my refund. Credit shell is of no use to me since i am not planning to travel anymore. I would like to get my refund in my account as early as possible. I have received an email from customer service that they are not providing refunds instead providing creditshell. Your website says that i can opt for refund or a creditshell, i want to opt for a refund. Also your chat executive mentioned that the refund is not possible at moment until lockdown however post lockdown we can request for refund and it would be credited in my account. Today i received an email from customer service saying refund is not possible and will get credit shell.
                      My PNR Number is FYPNXM.

                        Recently i have contact to spice jet customer service through chat today date 17 april i was traveling from goa to srinagar on 17 april yesterday govt of india order give then full refund but they refuse to give me full refund and they are asking me to pay extra if you want to rechudle your ticket i told them i want refund they said not possible your money is safe in credit shell i told them can i buy milk from credit shell

                          I had a flight booking with spicejet for 6 pax on 3/5/2020. It has been cancelled because of lockdown. Now spicejet is reluctant to pay the refund amount to the bank account, rather crediting it to their credit shell. Which i can use it in future only while traveling again with the same passengers.
                          How is it possible? We were travelling for a meeting and the meeting has been cancelled and no plan to travel again together in future.
                          Then what will happen to my amount?
                          This is a clear cut theft policy.
                          Please ask them to refund my money... Else i will take this matter to any extent.

                            Sir, my flight from jammu to kochi on 20 mar 2020 cancelled by spicejet without any valid reasons. My pnr no. Gdwyhq and passengers mr. Sajeev ts and mrs. Smitha kaimal. I have not received the refund amount even after 27 days of cancellation. As per policy, full refund to be given for for flights cancelled before lockdown. Please take appropriate action

                              Spicejet have cancel my flight as infia banned rules, i have send out many emails to spicejet n no reply

                              I try to chat many time with customer care thru chat service for example shruti motewar, leena thakur and arjun singh but my chat disconnected by them plus they are not helpful at all and providing false info to me.

                              Shruti have mentioned no refund is allow and all flights have done that when i got my cash refund from indigo airlines and air india. How she can informed such statement when it's false

                              Thirdly leena have mentioned spicejet will provide credit she'll and she disconnect my chat after i ask for guidance

                              I check my credit she'll after navigate spicejet website and noticed credit shell balancr 2270 points when i bought my flight at inr 13400

                              I'm very upset the way spicejet handling this situations as customer we work so hard to purchase flight and we expect refund to survive daily life in covid

                              Please help to check on this complaint

                                  Dear, kindly reschedule my ticket without paying extra charges as other airlines are doing because you have cancelled my flight from your end.                                     Due to covid 19 the nation is under a lockdown. Instead of providing a refund foe our tickets booked well in advance the airline is holding the money in the a credit shell. I fail to understand why this inconvenience and harassment to customers for no fault of theirs. I request a full refund as i'm not sure when i may be able to travel next and i also may find other modes of commuting in the future if not this specific airline. During times so sensitive and crucial like this when cash crunch is the a major concern airlines holding our money is like holding us hostage n harassing us. Please help.

                                        As spicejet airline do not giving refund in bank account, as date is also given of feb 2021; as there is no planning to travel till April 2020 any more. They are providing refund in credit shell, as there is no such policy and mentioned any where that refund will not get in bank account, I would request you to cancel the booking and initiate full refund in same mode you have received. I am waiting for your response. Also, I want to lodge complaint about the agent Leena Thaur, she does not know how to deal with the customer and give response; she ignored the chat response; i want to hear back as soon as possible on [protected]@gmail.com
