For the pnr ujydxe, i have been following up with you since 27th march, 2020 for full refund or rescheduling as the ticket was cancelled by mistake and you said you cannot do anything stating full cancellation is waived till 14th april, 2020 and my travel date is 21st april, 2020. Now the the lockdown is extended till may 3, and all the flights are cancelled and everyone is getting full refund in credit shell.in this pathetic time, they harassing...

I have booked my ticket from dubai to ahmedabad as per the situation of covid -19 my flight cancelled and till now i have not get my refund amount i'm trying to contact customer care but they are not giving any information.

My ticket from bangalore to guwahati dated 25th march was canceled by the airline due to covid-19. According to their policies, i'm supposed to receive a credit shell which can be redeemed for any booking. However, its been more than 2 weeks, and i'm yet to receive the same. I had a booked a spicejet flight sg 1220 from bengaluru-jabalpur dated 16-apr-20 for 6 passengers with pnr number as ydpzsg. Now as the flight has been cancelled by spicejet, i have been advised by spicejet that my entire booking amount will be maintained in a credit shell, which can be used within a period of one year from the date of cancellation, to make another booking for the same passenger.

Calling for me for ground staff job first asking for registration fee 1500rs i'll pay registration fee after asking for training fee 4500rs because i have to quit this fake call after i'll tell refund my registration fee so she ask cancellation mail drop after refund success after few minutes she is not responding my messages and call so i'll complaint drop...

My flight was on 23of match from Bangalore to Guwahati but it was cancelled by the airlines so I tried contacting the customer care as well as inbox the mail but till now there is no futher response so please look into it as soon as possible wether for another flight or full refund let's be professional enough .

As i have my ticket on 22 march in specijet airlines, and my flight tickets had been cancelled by the specijet airlines due to some circumstances problem may be.. Till now they haven't refund back my money when i tried to called to the airlines company they don't pick my calls, so i tired to contact through email then they said they will rebooked again with that money without any option they just.. And as i don't have to travel further now...
