As you have cancelled our flight for subjected pnr's. There was function in my native place but due to corona virus and flight cancellation. We will not able go. But spicejet not refunding amount and giving option to book future date flight i. E. Credit shell.
Please note, we dnt have any further function so kindly refund full amount for subjected pnr booking.
Note:- dgca already announced on thursday to refund all booking amount so please refund us full amount...

Correct PNR No is D7EQKF(Rohit sharma, Prapti Sharma, Swarn sharma) and R98Q6P(Ravindra Mhatre, Pratindya Mhatre).
I don’t wish to travel any more and hence I would need my refund. Credit shell is of no use to me since I am not planning to travel anymore. I would like to get my refund in my account as early as possible. I have received an email from customer service that they are not providing refunds instead providing creditshell. Your website says that I can opt for refund or a creditshell, I want to opt for a refund. Also your chat executive mentioned that the refund is not possible at moment until lockdown however post lockdown we can request for refund and it would be credited in my account. Today I received an email from customer service saying refund is not possible and will get credit shell.
