Reference to subject please be informed that I have booked the ticket on 18th February, 2020 with PNR Number: VCWB8G transaction by my Indusind Bank Credit Card for the travelling date as below.
09th March, 2020- Muscat to Ahmedabad
19th March, 2020-Ahmedabad to Muscat
Reference to above dated i have traveled from Muscat to Ahmedabad on same date but due to Covid-19 and all the flights had been cancelled by the Airlines i was not able to travel on 19th March, 2020.
And as per Airlines policy they have informed me on 18th March, 2020 that fights had been cancelled by Airlines i had called in the customer care for asking them to refund they told me that i have to cancel the ticket and i went to airport to cancel the ticket from Airport they told me only customer care can cancel the ticket or reschedul it.
But due to pandemic of Covid-19 i had asked to cancel the ticket as travelling date was not fixed. Customer Care people told me that my refund will be credit to my account as soon as possible i am waiting from that refund from 18th March, 2020 to till date even i have sent many reminders and tried to call customer care but they are not answering i think it may be due to covid-19.
Can you please look in to this matter and resolve the same??
