Myself dr. Ashishkumar v. Gohil. I have booked my ticket (Pnr no - xcr g7g) with spicejet for my onward journey to dehradun scheduled on 18th march 2020 and my return journey to ahmedabad scheduled on 28th march 2020. Unfortunately due to fever, cough and cold my daughter and son, my wife, daughter and son had to stayed at home and hence onward and return journey of my wife, daughter and son had to cancelled. I alone travelled to dehradun on 18th march 2020. My return ticket which was on 28th march was also cancelled due to lockdown in the country.
As due to the health issues, my family members couldn’t travel and had to cancel the same and due to the lockdown in the country and cancellation of all flights, i couldn’t travel my return journey. Due to such circumstances over which i had no control, onward and return journey had been cancelled but till the date spicejet company has not shown any positive attitude for the refund of my cancelled tickets. Till the date, i have not been given any refund or any communication from the company regarding my amount of the cancelled journey ticket. Our government had instructed that in such situation customers should be given full refund for the cancelled ticket as indian railway did, but spicejet company has not been responding regarding the same. You are kindly requested to do needful and help me to get complete refund of my cancelled onward journey (Three tickets) and cancelled return journey (All four tickets). My pnr no. Is xcr g7g.

    Hi, i booked my ticket on 24th march 2020 from pondy to hyderabad due to coronavirus spicejet cancelled my ticket, i did not cancelled the ticket, the company only cancelled the ticket due to corona virus, can you please refund my money, my name is christine rani chantala. Spicejet number sg-1005, amount 3638rs, it is a direct flight from pondy to hyderabad.

        I ve been complaining to claim for the refund for my spicejet booking
        X83pmi from several weeks but both company and agency is not responding properly... Why there is so much of delay in resolving problems online. Moreover, we are fed up writing long notes as this site doesn't pick up small sentences... What to do... Paytm dosnt have a live chat option to get immediate response... Are u planning to make us wait for an year??

          Booked a flight ticket for the date -3/3/2020 from surat to kolkata in flight no sg 377 with the above captioned pnr no.

          I got a call around 12.05 pm on 3/3/2020 of departure that my flight got cancelled due to operational issues.
          I asked them to reschedule the flight,
          They denied me for reschedule for next day and day after it as flight was full, so i told them that i will call my husband and confirm. After confirming the same message to my husband, he called up spicejet customer service,
          And i got a message that your flight is rescheduled for 4/3/2020 with proper ticket in mail from spice jet id. Then i called up again to and confirmed them that my flight is rescheduled and you said next day flight is full.
          So i was happy i went to airport and when i checked in they told there is no such booking with this name you have got refund. Now my question is if i got a ticket why and how is it possible that i got refund.
          And i have to book another ticket that costed me 7k more.
          So basically there was a flight cancellation from your side.
          Reschedule from your side
          Then refund without any information from your side
          And i had to pay 7k extra because of your cancellation and your stupid management.
          I need my entire money back for the cancellation and then refund i had to travel to airport and then waste 2 days to travel and 7k extra paid.

          Plus no mail and message was received for cancellation and refund but after reaching airport and after asking for boarding pass i had recieve email. Totally shows that mistake made from spice jet end.

          As per my understanding i purchased ticket for 3rd mar, rescheduled it for 4th mar and getting cancelled ticket and refund for 3rd march. Which is absolutely not possible.

            We had booked ticket for our tour to sikkim dated 7/5/20 & return ticket on 16/5/20 for six people. Due to this current lockdown situation all the tickets are cancelled but company is refusing to initiate refund & forcing us to take credit note which we have to use for travel till 28/2/2021. But as all aware current situation not going to end in near future & even no body will travell anywhere in near future so we request them to refund our amount but they are not replying. My total amount is around 96000 which is big amount for us. So request you to look into the matter

                  Reference to subject please be informed that I have booked the ticket on 18th February, 2020 with PNR Number: VCWB8G transaction by my Indusind Bank Credit Card for the travelling date as below.

                  09th March, 2020- Muscat to Ahmedabad
                  19th March, 2020-Ahmedabad to Muscat

                  Reference to above dated i have traveled from Muscat to Ahmedabad on same date but due to Covid-19 and all the flights had been cancelled by the Airlines i was not able to travel on 19th March, 2020.

                  And as per Airlines policy they have informed me on 18th March, 2020 that fights had been cancelled by Airlines i had called in the customer care for asking them to refund they told me that i have to cancel the ticket and i went to airport to cancel the ticket from Airport they told me only customer care can cancel the ticket or reschedul it.

                  But due to pandemic of Covid-19 i had asked to cancel the ticket as travelling date was not fixed. Customer Care people told me that my refund will be credit to my account as soon as possible i am waiting from that refund from 18th March, 2020 to till date even i have sent many reminders and tried to call customer care but they are not answering i think it may be due to covid-19.

                  Can you please look in to this matter and resolve the same??

                        Dear sir/ma'am

                        In reference to the above subject please note that i was booked a ticket through irctc from spicejet from igi delhi to patna airport for 22nd feb 20 (Journey date) due to some emergency. But due to lock-down the ticket cancelled automatically. Accordingly airlines provided my money in their credit shell with terms n condition. According to the spicejet i can use my money only for booking airlines ticket through it's portal with the validity of 28th feb 21. But as per my journey planning there is no further journey has planned in near future so accordingly how i can use my money. Accordingly how i can use my money from credit shell provided by spicejet. I don't want to loss my money. "spicejet said - it's not their fault, it occurs due to corona"
                        So i want to tell it's also not fault of me, how i can bear loss.

                        I also booked a ticket through railway on same date but due to auto cancellation of trains whole amount i had received into my account. So accordingly i can again booked a ticket whenever i need because they not bound me in any terms n condition like spice jet.

                        So according to me here all the terms n conditions of spicejet are void because the issue occurred due to covid19, it's not fault of any passengers like me. They can not bound any passengers in terms n condition because all the terms n conditions are vaild only till the date of journey. Also the ticket cancelled from airlines side/or whatever you said due to covid19 the terms n condition are not valid after expiry of date of journey.

                        Policies of spice jet are really un-meaningful n also shameful.

                        So it's my humble request to help to get my refund money into the my original account

                        Please find attached snapshot of my ticket for your kind reference. Waiting for your positive and early response.

                          Dear team i had booked spicejet flight through ease my trip for 7 passengers from mumbai to bagdogra and return and the total cost of which was 101000 only for flights and now as per the situation we contacted them for refund they say that it will be a credit shell till april 2021. Do you really think that people will travel for leisure as soon as the covid situation is settled.
                          I really don't understand what is the issue in refunding the money. I will write to all authorities if my money is not refunded. I m in middle class person and 1 lac of rupees means a lot

                              I have have booked flight ticket for my parent on 15 april 2020 but flight cancelled by airlines due tonation wide lockdown situation. Airlines refunded the amount on credit shell for same passengers. Which is of no use since my parents will be not able to travell in future due to medical condition. Also ministry of aviation strictly instructed the airlines to refund full amount to original payment mode not in credit shell. But the airlines still now didnot refunded the amount. Booking amount was rs5348 but amount refunded on credit shell is rs.4894.

                                  Refund for pnr uh27yk and vhhbfh (Dt:[protected] od8dnt (Dt:[protected] udaipur ahmedabad jaiselmer delhi. The above mentioned reservations were cancelled on 20-03-20 due to non operation of flight.. I got the affirmation on your hotline number that full amount will be refunded in cash. Twenty days have passed and nothing has been done. Now they are offering credit shell. I paid them through my credit card. They should refund back as they have not provided the service for which they have taken money. I wrote to their customer relations but they are giving standard reply.

                                    I have booked the tickets for my younger brothers marriage through yatra on spicejet (Reference pnr: kivlyr, booking id:[protected], but since airlines are only providing credit shell options, but these will not help in the current pandemic situations. I have enquired through mail but the travel agents claim airlines are not offering the refund. The total booking amount for this ticket is rs: 13259.72

                                    Please help in this matter to refund my amount to the source account.

                                        I’m writing with a deep sorrow that, in this financial crisis situation caused due to covid-19 pandemic,
                                        The spicejet airways has denied my refund for the pnr c5r4fy. Instead, they have created a credit shell such that i’m forced to purchase airline tickets again.
                                        This poses a huge burden on my pocket in this crisis situation and now i’m helpless.
                                        I, therefore, request you to step in and rescue me from this situation.
