Myself dr. Ashishkumar v. Gohil. I have booked my ticket (Pnr no - xcr g7g) with spicejet for my onward journey to dehradun scheduled on 18th march 2020 and my return journey to ahmedabad scheduled on 28th march 2020. Unfortunately due to fever, cough and cold my daughter and son, my wife, daughter and son had to stayed at home and hence onward and return journey of my wife, daughter and son had to cancelled. I alone travelled to dehradun on 18th march 2020. My return ticket which was on 28th march was also cancelled due to lockdown in the country.
As due to the health issues, my family members couldn’t travel and had to cancel the same and due to the lockdown in the country and cancellation of all flights, i couldn’t travel my return journey. Due to such circumstances over which i had no control, onward and return journey had been cancelled but till the date spicejet company has not shown any positive attitude for the refund of my cancelled tickets. Till the date, i have not been given any refund or any communication from the company regarding my amount of the cancelled journey ticket. Our government had instructed that in such situation customers should be given full refund for the cancelled ticket as indian railway did, but spicejet company has not been responding regarding the same. You are kindly requested to do needful and help me to get complete refund of my cancelled onward journey (Three tickets) and cancelled return journey (All four tickets). My pnr no. Is xcr g7g.
