I HAVE BOOK MY SPICEJET 7 TICKETS on 23 feb, 2020 through yatra.com Booking Reference Number[protected]. and spice jet pnr no. : Y9TPGC.

i paid Rs. 23649 for 7 ticket for my family but due to current situation of Corona Virus I will not take any risk with my family. i call in customer care and tell t hem the situation. and opt them either to cancel my ticket and reimburse the balance amount or to transfer my booking next year.

but they charged heavily in both condition from me.

they do not cooperate with me in any manner. kindly do the needful favor.

Dear spicejet i already complained but not be responded please shout out the problem. I need refund my all amounts with all convenience

I booked a spice jet ticket for my brother from yatra.com platform on 22nd may for 30th may kolkata to guwahati pnr sevusq. I received a message on 25th may stating that my flight's been cancelled due to restrictions imposed by state government and my entire amount will be maintained in a credit shell. I called the spice jet customer care today (It got connected after many attempts) and they booked another ticket in spice jet for me for 30th. Pnr number is ph2lmx. I again received a message today evening saying that my flight's been cancelled and my money will be maintained in a credit shell.
As your customer, i have two questions for you:

1. If the first flight of 30th was cancelled due to state government restrictions, why did you do another booking for the same date?

2. I want my money credited to the original source of payment of my first ticket. The choice lies with the consumer if they want the refund to original source or maintained in a credit shell. On top of that, it was not spice jet's portal that i booked my tickets from, it was yatra.com's portal. So, if anything it should be maintained as yatra.com's ecash and not under spice's credit shell. Anyway, i do not want any credit shell or ecash, i want the amount to be refunded to my original mode of payment.

People are trying to reach their homes amidst this pandemic and trying to do whatever possible for that. I have emailed you but there's no response to my email. I have stayed on call for hours to just hear that you can do nothing and that my money cannot be refunded even if i go to the highest in the ladder. Just for your information, i am not blessed with a lot of money, so stop milking it from me. You are exploiting people's time, energy and their money by not being ready to refund to the source. Requesting you to stop the additional mental harassment that you are causing to your customers and expecting your cooperation at the earliest.

I am the central government employee working in ministry of laborer & employment, i have booked two ltc tickets pnr - tfvtqn, 23 march 2020 delhi to portblair and return ticket pnr-lcmckg 28 march 2020 portblair to delhi. Sir on this tickets make ltc tour book by official tour. So then corona virus lock down setuation the tour is cancle and make ticket entire amount to be submitted in government/my office account. So entire amount to be credit in my account not in credit shell. I requested to be entire amount to be credit in my account as soon as possible then i submitted entire amount in government account. Sir i sent many times e-mail to spice jet but they not reply me. As per office memorandum received from ministry of civil aviation dated 16-04-20 full refunds will allowed without levying during cancellation charges for all bookings made lockdown period. So sir plz return my all ticket amount as soon as possible.

Sir i mail many times to spice jet but they not response me satisfactory. I final request to you please refund my above maintain pnr (Pnr - tfvtqn, 23 march 2020 delhi to portblair and return ticket pnr-lcmckg 28 march 2020 portblair to delhi) tickets full amount without deduction any amount as soon as possible.

I have booked my flight through makemy trip for gorakhpur to mumbai and due to lockdown flight got cancelled Pnr-EH8Q9E/R9DDGC
I have requested for cancellation of tickets on 4th May and still money has not been refunded as 3 weeks are over and as per aviation minister the money has to be refunded within 3 weeks.

I have not got any revert from spice jet now spice jet assistant chat window I was asking by when the refund will be done they are not responding today 3 executives have closed bthe window without revert and I could not save the teanscript

And my travel date was 23rd may and flight got cancel by airlines on april 1st week.in that case i have requested airlines for refund and they have refunded my amount from credit shell to make my trip as credit voucher. What kind of refund it is? This is as same as credit shell. Use within feb and also for same traveler, same like credit shell. I did not even have inform or had any cancellation option regarding this booking. Govt had not announce lockdown till may when they have cancel my flight. As flight been cancel i want find to my original payment mode. I don't want any credit shell or credit voucher. It is 26300. I can not use this when in feb. I want refund to my original payment mode.

I have received message for cancellation of flight. But the paid amount will be transferring in credit shell. It can be use for future bookings.
So i request you to refund my complete paid amount to my bank account urgently.

I have booked two tickets (Pnr no. Y4k42b and ic59fg) through goibibo for 10 seats for traveling from pune pnq to bangalore blr in flight spicejet sg-517 traveling date-7/05/2020 15:45.

Today i have received message for cancellation of flight. But the paid amount will be transferring in credit shell. It can be use for future bookings hoto 31/03/2021. But i have cancelled my picnic plan for next year due to financial condition.
So i request you to refund my complete paid amount to my bank account urgently.

I have booked the tickets vide pnr no jbwluj and pnr no khp42r. The flight got cancelled due to covid -19 and i got the message that airline is not refunding cash but giving the refund as credit shell which can be utilised while booking the tickets within the specified period.

This is not at all acceptable and i need the cash refund instead of credit shell.

It is submitted that flight sg 3105 chennai to goa with pnr nd85ft booked online through spice jet [protected]@ rs 2647 total amount. Suddenly my ticket cancelled by spice jet airlines with silly reasons. I have called many times to customer care but they were not picking my calls at all. However, air lines have booked my ticket with pnr be7vqa at same date @ rs 8020 including my old fare. Further, it is requested that my booking may be made at old rate amount ie rs 2647. Case to be initiated to spice jet airlines.

I booked the flight and that has been cancelled by the spicejet. I called customer care, they said i cant do anything you wan't to complain a file then complain. And she disconnect the call. I have recording i can share with u.

I had applied for the ground staff post on indeed.in and lost my money and got offered a job with an offer letter in the name of spice jet. He said he was an agricot exports recruiting people to spice jet.

I booked 2 return tickets with spicejet for the month of march & may. Ticket was from muscat to ahmedabad and return. Both tickets were cancelled by airlines and they are given credit instead of cash refund.in current scenario it is not possible to travel even once, so i will not be able to travel twice and use the credit given by the airlines. I'll incur big loss due to this. I need cash refund for both my tickets from spicejet.

So i have applied for the customer service executive position in spicejet. I received a call regarding the same through a person named rashi khanna. After that i was asked to pay a registrations fees of rs. 2000 and followed by one hr round by rahul sharma. Post that i was asked to pay several amounts like training charges, security deposit, etc. And it has reached rs. 91, 500.
Miss ankita das is the person whom i am in contact with and i am being told by her that i will receive a courier containing all the agreements, dress, laptop, etc. At my home address.
