Booking pnr - k8q28p cancell flight only one side when i booked with return from muscat to ahmedabad. Also cancell befor one month my travel date 23 april 2020 and spice jet cancell on 19 march 2020. Without any message from goverment cancell flight this airline cheating with customer to get profit. There is no any proper contact and reply system in this airline....

For force majeures & government advisory there is no policy in place with this airline something like a natural calamity. They are exploiting the situation & levying high cancellation charges being charged. Airlines are not adhering to government guidelines.
No proper resolution being offered. Customer care people are impolite.
Even they wouldnot let us re-schedule it....

I was charged a lot of money for some extra hand baggage despite the allowance for 15 kg check in baggage which was entirely unused. They said my laptop adds to the weight and i would have to pay extra. This has never happened before with any other airline.
