Hi team,

I had a booked a spicejet flight sg 1220 from bengaluru-jabalpur dated 16-apr-20 for 6 passengers with pnr number as ydpzsg. Now as the flight has been cancelled by spicejet, i have been advised by spicejet that my entire booking amount will be maintained in a credit shell, which can be used within a period of one year from the date of cancellation, to make another booking for the same passenger.

Total amount reserved is 30, 378 rupees which is not less and my pocket doesn't allows me to afford such a huge amount during pandemic.

As the flight has been cancelled by spicejet and not me, i want full refund of the cancelled ticket and nothing. I request you to help me in getting the refund.

      My flight was on 23of match from Bangalore to Guwahati but it was cancelled by the airlines so I tried contacting the customer care as well as inbox the mail but till now there is no futher response so please look into it as soon as possible wether for another flight or full refund let's be professional enough .

        Dear sir,

        I had been booked a flight ticket from ahmedabad to chennai and return journey chennai to ahmedabad on dated 24.03.2020 to 31.03.2020 respectively and booked the ticket through make my trip how is service partner/agent of spicejet.
        And the amount paid by me via my yes bank credit card ending no. Xxx 2121 for rs.18500/-
        Due to covid-19, i am not able to travel and i made request on to cancel my ticket and refund the amount in the case of flight non operational.

        Both the flights cancelled and today i am receiving massage from make my trip that you are having only rs.2601/- instead off 18500/- which i spend.

        Sir you know very well the due to the corona virus spreading we are not able to travel in this time, also you are not operate the flight on 24.03.2020 and 31.03.2020. Why my spending amount is detected.

        In this connection the undersigned tried several time to reach you, your all call centres were closed due to covid-19. Now you are making malpractice that you are not refunding the full payment.

        You are requested to please refund my further payment of rs.15899/- without further delay.

        Awaiting your earliest response in this regard.

            As i have my ticket on 22 march in specijet airlines, and my flight tickets had been cancelled by the specijet airlines due to some circumstances problem may be.. Till now they haven't refund back my money when i tried to called to the airlines company they don't pick my calls, so i tired to contact through email then they said they will rebooked again with that money without any option they just.. And as i don't have to travel further now i asked my money back they lied that they have already credit my money to my account as i don't received any amount... Please help out with this problem..

              Sir,

              My mba exam was scheduled at sikkim manipal university, sikkim on dated 20.03.2020. I booked air tickets through cleartrip on dated 21.02.2020 for journey from new delhi to bagdogra by spice jet flight no. Sg192, for rs. 25452/- and return ticket for journey from bagdogra to new delhi for dated 26.03.2020 by spice jet flight no. Sg125 ticket for rs. 25425. Thus i paid total rs. 53607/- included gst to cleartrip for to & fro journey new delhi and bagdogra for spice jet flights

              Due to corona virus (Covid-19) pandemic, sikkim manipal university was closed on 13.03.2020 and my exam was post postponed.

              I requested spice jet and cleartrip to cancel my air tickets and refund my full amount because the university was closed due to corona virus (Covid-19) pandemic and i was unable to take the journey.

              In spite of my several request neither cleartrip nor spice jet has refunded me any amount.

              As the cancellation was due to pandemic please direct them to refund me full amount.

We would like to inform you that we have already initiated INR 2862 and INR 2997 towards the same travel agency account dated 15 Mar 2020 respectively.                 I booked a flight ticket on 23-mar-2020 they itself extended on 24-mar-2020 due to coronavirus impact and also suggested by the government not to travel i want to extend my flight on 10-july-2020 have been trying to contact airline lot of times since they are not reachable i tried to contact happy easy go customer care they mentioned its completely call of spice jet you can contact to them, in this case, i need reschedule or refund.                     Sir i have booked ticket from srinagar to delhi for 11 apr 20 on the name of mahipal charan containing pnr j51s4l. Which was cancelled automatically from your end due to lock down. Now i am trying to book tct after lockdown but at the time of pay no credit sell option showing. I have mailed to spicejet but they r just telling during pay option credit cell option will show. Pls either pay in my acct or pls resolve issue. This is not fare since 01 apr i am trying to book tct but credit sell option is not available. Price hike from 1955 to 3300. What is my fault why i will pay extra due to your fault.

                      Sir,
                      I have booked spice jet sg-278 air ticket (Vide pnr no. Vh3b3h) and the proposed journey from chennai to kolkata is scheduled on 15th april, 2020. I booked the said ticket through make my trip and it was a round trip from kolkata to chennai (Proposed date of journey is 10th april, 2020 and consequent returned journey by spice jet is on 15th april, 2020 as i have mentioned earlier. As the government of india has notified and cancelled all airline journey till 14th april, 2020, due to corona pandemic, it is presumed that our returned journey by your spice jet on 15th april, 2020 is not possible for me. Spicejet have notified on your website that journeys till 14th april, 2020 is cancelled and it is also notified that the amount of ticket fare would be adjusted. As i wouldn't be able to go to chennai, there is no question about our return. So i mailed spicejet to cancel the ticket and refund the amount. But they replied that they can only cancel the ticket till 14th april, 2020 and they would not refund the ticket fare.

                      Kindly help me.

                        I would like to complaint about the enquery counter of spicejet at madurai airport. I have asked the counter person about the flight status showing all the details of the flight and asking him the status of the flight on 20th march 2020.
                        Pnr : f8djps
                        Time of flight from madurai to pune : 20:00 ist — departure from madurai
                        And arrival at chennai 21:15
                        Departure from chennai : 05:15 ist on 21st march 2020
                        I am having flight from madurai to pune via chennai. So due to covid 19. I have asked him regarding the flight status from chennai to pune, so he said the flight is cancelled and i have asked the same question to him thrice and he said the same answer. Due to which i booked another flight from chennai to pune.
                        After that when i went in the airport i got to know that the flight from chennai to pune of spicejet is not cancelled. So i asked them for the refund of ticket amount from chennai to pune but their manager misbehaved with me and said this is the cctv phootge and in that phootage when i am showing the screen of my phone for the ticket details, but they argued and misbehaved with me. That is very bad impression, kindly handle me request as i have given a very bad feedback and that is not the way to deal with the customer.

                        Kindly take action against it and let me know

                          I have been a longstanding customer of spicejet. I never faced such problems before. As you know, due to covid-19 situation, like others, due to panic situation, i was trying to explore various options to reschedule or cancel the flight which i booked on 12th march, 2019, booking pnr number ujydxe, flying date is 21/04/2020. Eventhough i did not want to cancel it, it was cancelled by mistake through goibibo chatbot gia. I have been trying to reverse it since it has happened but without any luck. As all customer cares are heavily congested i could not reach out to them on time and the ticket was cancelled with all applicable charges and looks like it is not reversible. Goibibo said, they would refund fully if spicejet waives the cancellation charges or do some alternate arrangements. I also attached some chatbot reference from goibibo gia to support my case that i have been trying rectifying the mistakes since this has happened.

                          I would like to request to provide me some relief in terms of waiving the cancellation charges or provide me alternate flights if possible or even same flights with new booking. As you know we are all in money-crunch due to lockdown and our earning sources have shrunk.

                                As i booked a flight for 30/03/2020 for 7:40 am departure from kolkata to delhi but due to ongoing covid-19 had to cancel the flight and it was informed by the govt that it will be refunded but when i cancelled it the reimbursement was rs 742. However it was informed by the govt not to travel interstate and asked to stay at home and complete amount will be reimbursed.
                                Even i called the spice jet but there were no response from there end so had to raise this complaint further
                                I want an immediate action to be taken.

                                There is no update for the complaint i have raised. I am unable to see whether there is any respond to the above mentioned complaint. The only thing which i can see that it has been resolved but the actual fact is that it is not.
                                Does that mean thatveven the higher authority work like this as they do not have any concern for there consumer

                                      This is regarding spicejet airlines and how they harrased my family by unscheduled flight cancellation and no notifications.
                                      Spicejet cancelled the flight from shirdi to delhi on 18th december 2019. Then provided an alternate flight from aurangabad. Financial investment from shirdi to aurangabad and then hotel stay there had to be borne by us. Then the flight they gave us was 10000 rs cheaper than the one we booked.

                                      I want a refund for the tickets of cancelled flight or the reimbursement of extra charges i had to bear because of this negligence

                                        I had booked tickets on spicejet sg-3281 (Pnr - r8skfs, rs 9800) from kolkata to jharsuguda for 27th march 2020. Currently all flights got cancelled due to covid-19 outbreak situation which led us to cancel our trip and the airline company is neither refunding the amount nor responding to calls. They should at least return the full amount in the spice jet credit as coupon or something else so that we can use the same in near future.
                                        Same situation happened for flight sg-3282, pnr-ciu4vb, rs 1876/-
