As i booked a flight for 30/03/2020 for 7:40 am departure from kolkata to delhi but due to ongoing covid-19 had to cancel the flight and it was informed by the govt that it will be refunded but when i cancelled it the reimbursement was rs 742. However it was informed by the govt not to travel interstate and asked to stay at home and complete amount will be reimbursed.
Even i called the spice jet but there were no response from there end so had to raise this complaint further
I want an immediate action to be taken.

There is no update for the complaint i have raised. I am unable to see whether there is any respond to the above mentioned complaint. The only thing which i can see that it has been resolved but the actual fact is that it is not.
Does that mean thatveven the higher authority work like this as they do not have any concern for there consumer

      Spicejet giving credit shell instead of giving full refund. but my grand parents are travelling in future? how can they utilize in future bookings? They should give full refund or Credit shell can use for any passenger like Air Asia

        This is regarding spicejet airlines and how they harrased my family by unscheduled flight cancellation and no notifications.
        Spicejet cancelled the flight from shirdi to delhi on 18th december 2019. Then provided an alternate flight from aurangabad. Financial investment from shirdi to aurangabad and then hotel stay there had to be borne by us. Then the flight they gave us was 10000 rs cheaper than the one we booked.

        I want a refund for the tickets of cancelled flight or the reimbursement of extra charges i had to bear because of this negligence

          I had booked tickets on spicejet sg-3281 (Pnr - r8skfs, rs 9800) from kolkata to jharsuguda for 27th march 2020. Currently all flights got cancelled due to covid-19 outbreak situation which led us to cancel our trip and the airline company is neither refunding the amount nor responding to calls. They should at least return the full amount in the spice jet credit as coupon or something else so that we can use the same in near future.
          Same situation happened for flight sg-3282, pnr-ciu4vb, rs 1876/-

          Pnr number Z9e8js. My flight was nonstop but they main one stop flight which is more than 2 hrs.. Not giving my compensation.i have done the twit but no one helped me

                As per the Gov't order no domestic flight will be allowed to take off or land after 24th March midnight. I had my flight from Bangalore to jammu which had a stop in delhi. So the flight was supposed to take off from Bangalore at 8:30 on 24th march but it had a layover in delhi and then my flight to jammu had to take off from delhi on 25th march in the morning. So clearly my flight had to be cancelled but I got no message or no email so when I checked the status of the flight it shows 'on time'. So i tried to cancel or reschedule as they were not supposed to charge any amount on the cancellation or rescheduling of flight during this situation, but still they are charging 3000rs for rescheduling and 3500 for canceling the booking.

                I changed my flight on 18ths march and paid for the new one. however i did not recieve a refund for my old flight.
                I cancelled Mumbai to Cochin 2 flight due to covid 19. I got refunded amount 407. What can I do for getting full amount refund. I hear travel between this month no cancellation charges taken by the company.

                  I have booked spicejet flight pnr i68hvl for travelling on 23/03/20 from patna to delhi. I am serving in ssb (Central armed police force), in this regard it is intimated that due to coronavirus, my journey was canceled by the department. So i was unable to travel.
                  I had requested on 22/03/20 to waiver, in reply by spice jet email that "pnr has been canceled hence you are not in position to waive off cancellation fee.
                  In view of above i want to bring your notice that on 19/03/20 at 20:32 hrs i called customer support by mobile number [protected] to reschedule but spice jet staff advised me that i can reschedule by calling 4 hrs before from departure to avail waiver off of fee. Accordingly on22/03/20 i have called many times customer support and registered complain on mail. And i waited 2 hrs before from departure for any compliance but i did not receive any resolution and spice jet staff stated me your are not eligible thereafter on 23/3/20 just before 2 hrs from departure i canceled the ticket and at same time registered complain (No[protected] with this case. At last spice jet nodal officer reply me that pnr has been canceled so you are not in position to waive off. Staff said i am not eligible and nodal officer said pnr has been canceled due to which you are not in position to waive off finally i felt that spice jet is trying to confuse whereas i am regular customer of spice jet. Spice jet staff shared wrong information with me. Due to which i am loss of fair.in view of above it is requested to refund total amount or may be provide ticket on any date after 15 april 2020 as applicable of waiver off policy.

                    I've booked a trip on 2nd march of 2020 pnr-cbuz6t, but trip had been canceled. Airlines management of airport had reported that they will initiate full refund and i travelled my destination by other means of transport spending huge cos. So, kindly issue my refund.

                      I am suffering from throat infection plus Hydeabad is locked down till 31st March. Want to get full refund based on my health and PM advisory for self quarantined. images are attached. I have send email directly to the spicejet customer care and direct message from twitter but no response so far.

                      My flight is on 28th March 2020 to delhi where both the places are in lockdown state.

                      Please look into this matter.

                        Incident: i booked a flight from chennai to goa for 26th mar. Have been trying to reschedule it due to covid-19 but in vain. Spicejet representatives couldn't understand a word i said. And now i don't want to talk to them anymore, just want to cancel it. Government also notified that all domestic flights will be terminated from 24th mar midnight which also supports my case.
                        Ask: complete refund of the amount

                          Im an indian citizen working here in thailand on a employment visa.

                          Due to the covid19 pandemic i believe i would not be able to go out of the country as thailand and india are under lockdown.

                          I've send end number of emails to trip.com and spicejet. But i have not been given a proper response.

                          The only response i get from the airlines, informing me that there will be not refund or partial refund. They asked me to send a email to [protected]@spicejet.com. Which i did. They haven't response yet.

                          I'm worried as the days are nearing for the journey. The airlines or the agency has not been notifying anything.

                          As a concerned citizen i wish not to travel at the current situation.

                          My request i to kindly look in to the same and help me.

                            I have booked a flight from bangkok to bagdogra scheduled to fly on the 2/4/2020 and return back to thailand on the 30/4/2020 with spicejet. I booked the flight from trip.com

                            Im an indian citizen working here in thailand on a employment visa.

                              Myself and my daughter were suppose to travel to dubai from ahmedabad on march 19, 2020 16:35 pm flight under pnr gisqjb.

                              Due to the coronavirus issue dubai government had banned any resident visa passenger to enter the country after 12:00 pm on march 19, 2020.

                              We have been requesting spicejet to issue us a refund and they refused on the pretext that the flight had taken off.

                                I have booked tickets in spicejet from bangalore to kolkata with online check-in. Due to convid-19 issue i did web checkin to avoid standing in queue. I was carrying total two bags. One laptop bag of 4 kg and another small trolley bag of 9 kg. At the time of boarding spicejet staff stop allowing me with two bags. I understood the concern and told them to shift my trolley bag in check-in luggage as in my ticket already provision is there....

                                    I am senior citizen.

                                    I have booked four seats from mangaluru to bengaluru (Pnr g8215c) for flight dated 14th april, 2020 in the evening (8.15 pm). You have changed the same to sg 3792 with the revised departure time of 0715 hrs and revised arrival time of 0815 hrs causing inconvenience to me. You could have changed to the next flight scheduled at 21.35 on the same day i. E., 14 april, 2020. By changing to early morning flight you have caused inconvenience and forced me to change the schedule to 21.35 and making additional payment of rs.7444/- for no fault of mine.

                                    I request you to refund the the extra amount collected from me for no fault of mine. You have caused inconvenience by rescheduling in the morning hours instead of to the next flight at 21.35 hrs. Which timing-gap would have been in the manageable schedule.

                                    Please look into the matter and refund rs.7444/- collected by causing unnecessary mental agony and financial loss.

                                      I had booked delhi to kochi flight on 28 march and that was a non stop flight.. But now due to rescheduling it takes 18 hours and between one stop in mumbai. I tried for cancellation but there is no refund for my ticket. And flight change takes more charges. Spicejet airline charges too much for flight changing.. If i get refund i can cancel my ticket and go for another one.. I tried to connect spicejet customer care number for the last one week and so pathetic to say that i couldn't connect till this moment.. That's y i go for a email.
