I traveled from dubai to pune by spicejet flight sg 52 on 10th january 2020. : my pnr no is g7kkpf.
I found that the locks of my both the bags were broken and bags were damaged. Now both the bags can not be locked.
Both the bags were thoroughly searched and all the contents of bags were scattered. Nothing was missing from the bags, but the bags are worthless now.

I am a frequent traveller of spicejet but on 8.1.2020 i got 5 minutes delay 12.35 p. M. At your counter for boarding pass issue. On 6th jan 2020, i was traveling from dibrugarh to mumbai via kolkata through spicejet airlines. While trying to web checkin, all the seats were chargeable. This, as far as i know, is against dgca rules.
And when i reached only 2-3 mins later than the 45 min window for counter checkin, the counter was closed with no operating staff around.

My daughter is travelling under Student category of ticket and is entitled to extra baggage. The student Id is also printed on the ticket. However, at the airport she was refused citing that the ticket did not show the required category and charged Rs 1, 200 extra for 3 Kg additional weight.
