I had booked my tickets along with my two infants of 1 year and my mother from benagluru to jodhpur via delhi on dec 23, 2019 for the date feb 23, 2020. On scheduled date, at 1230 hours we reached delhi airport for our next flight at 1425 hours. Till 1400 hours, there was no information regarding the flight. And then all of a sudden, we passengers were informed that the flight has been cancelled. Firstly, the reason was bad weather. Later on, they changed the reason to technical problem in aircraft. But the actual reason was insufficent number of passengers to make apt profit to the company, which they hid. Staff was so inhuman, insensitive that my two infants were crying and getting irritated but they had no solution for us till evening 5:30. They were making us fools by giving silly excuses and fruitless temptations. Finally they booked a cab for us and let us go via road without any note of refunding the booking charges. They made us sign a letter regarding not to claim any fund, to which we had no option.

Whole night we travelled via road with two infants. It was a nightmare. Such a horrible journey. The worst ever one can imagine. Disastrous.

I pray to god to happen the same with the company authorities and their family. Then i ask them how was it?

I never ever suggest to travel through spicejet. Just because o[censored]r profit making policy, u can cause such a high level inconvenience to the customers!!! Fear from god. He is seeing all.
Shameful. Hell. Shame. Shame. Shame.

I cried a lot but only in my heart and not let the tears out of my eye. I cursed the moment i booked the tickets in spicejet! Can never forgive the one who is responsible for all this. Just money makingminds. O person! Fear from god! Where will all this ur money go when u will be ailed, when no one will be with u, when u will fail in relationship, when u will be in bed suffering and no one to care for u.
Curse. Curse a lot.

    Hi, booked return connecting flights from delhi/mangalur from the uk. Booking ref h81vus. This included spicemax, booked seats and excess baggage. This was on 14/02/20. I received an email and then a phone call from you to say that the payment had not been processed. The very helpful gentleman took me through the booking and a payment was processed. I failed to notice that the spicemax package was not included in the revised booking q9l7vc. This meant that we had no food during our journey.
    Otherwise our flights and crew were excellent!

      My baggage did not make it to goa until 2 days after i arrived, i had to go back to the airport which was 1 hour away from where i was staying to receive my baggage only to open it up and see that a large bag of silver and gold jewelry i bought was missing. Customer service is awful they don’t do anything to compensate for me having no bag for 2 days with 2, 000 + usd dollars of items stolen from me. This is by far the worst experience with any airline i’ve ever had.

        My flight to dubai was scheduled for 7th Feb2020 at 7:50 PM from Pune which got delayed two times by Spicejet mentioning flight delayed due to operational reasons.(PNR:-P7ZK7V)
        Due to this i reached dubai airport and collected by bag it was around 2 am IST
        I found that one of bag was damaged and i headed directly to baggage claim department at dubai Airport where i waited for around 40 minutes for my turn as there were multiple passenger before me waiting in the queue.
        So my bag was inspected by a officer at dubai airport at around 2:40 am IST and he gave me support email and asked me to send an email to [protected]@spicejet.com directly as this should be taken care by spicejet. He also assure me that if Spicejet will not entertain your concern then they will take strict action to Spicejet and will raise this concern to their higher management.
        When i send email to Spicejet customer care, they have responded to that email after multple reminder and finally denied that they will not be able to compensate anything as they have not received any complaint at Airport.


        My another VIP bag costing 12k INR was also damaged when i reached Pune from dubai where i have raised this concern to Custom officer standing there to which he take quick action and call spicejet staff to address the issue(PNR -NGDRSK), This time they logged the complaint and i recieved a email that they will only give me 500 INR as a compensation.

        They have damaged my 2 bags costing 20k and giving me compensation of 500 INR.
        I want them to either give me new bags or provide a valid compensation for the damaged they have caused.

          1)I booked my tickets from xxx to xxx and back but due to some personal emergency, I had to cancel my flight. Amount of tickets was Rs 48000 but I received only Rs 16000.
          2)Cancellation charges are Rs 2500 per passenger per side but I was charged 3500 per passenger per side.

          3)Please refund back the amount of Rs 8000 as there were 4 passengers.
          PNR -Z7KJSY and PNR -AYJZKJ respectively.

          4)I have called Airlines a number of times but no good.They have to deduct non applicable extra amount even in case of personal emergency.

            I like to fly with spicejet airline due to its decent price of tickets and for the overall experience, i fly with the airline. It has been over two years of flying and so far, with any of the flights i had not noticed problems. Being onboard, i enjoy savoury hot meals that are also light on the pocket as i pre-book it. So, on the whole account of flying with the airline, i am glad to adhere it and recommend.

              Flight sg005 aircraft was having technical issue since lasf night.. Yeg customers were not informed and issued boarding pass.. Why issue passes if technical issue was not resolved.. It was suppose to tale off at 9.30 am
              . Its getting delayed by 2 hrs again amd again.. Now its showing 1.30pm which also will get delayed surely becoz aircraft is not ready.. We had to reach sharjah by 2 amd attend an impprtanf eveng.. I am getting harrassed wigh my infant along wid me.. Manager not ready to come amd galk.. Ridiculous..

                I booked a flight from shirdi to delhi which get departed at 11:05 am. But due to to bad weather flight get reschuled at 1:00pm. And after that they cancelled that flight and we haven't no option where to go... They offered us flight from other airports like pune and mumbai.. We paid extra money to reach the mumbai airport around 7k. Who will give us 7k now??
                While coming from Kolkata to Ahmedabad in Spicjet Flight No : SG406, my backpack has been mishandled and the shoulder strap has been broken. I would like to receive some sort of remuneration for the reckless handling of my baggage. Please find the attached photo.

My bag got fully damage i filed a complaint at arrival after several mail they accept to give 2000 rupees compensation by mail but still i haven't received the money now they are not reply ing my mails.                       Hi team,

                      This is in regards with the flight boarding instance today. My father was boarding a flight (Spice jet) from mumbai airport.in the process, he was misdirected by the staff members to different counters which resulted into delay and flight was missed as they did not give the boarding pass. For now, we have not cancelled the ticket. As per our conversation with customer care, cancellation fees would be charged of amount rs.3500 plus other charges. Appreciate if you take the course of action and get full refund for the same.

                        I was travelling from dubai-mumbai yesterday with my spouse by flight sg06 having scheduled departure of 12.10 pm and arrival at 5.10 pm. All my bags (Three in number) were checked in. After i reached home, i realised that my bag was broken from the 'runner' side while the lock to my bag was intact. I then found that my sun glasses (Ray-ban make) worth rs. 8, 000/- which i had bought from dubai were missing and my bag was also severely damaged.
                        Dear Spice jet team,

                        I along with my family made journey through your airlines dated 02 cot 2019 from Ahmedabad to Bhopal.
                        I am requiring Tax invoice of that flight.

                          I had a really bad experience with spicejet. The normal flight delays are not something that usually disturbs me to the extent of raising formal complaints. However, i had a very insensitive experience from the cabin crew of sg 6353 from trivandrum to bombay dated 2 feb 2020.
                          Having to ask for a seat extension is not something one is proud of. I had requested one for my co-passenger very subtly as it is a sensitive matter. It was told to us by one of the cabin crew members that since we are sitting in the emergency exit, we cannot avail seat extension and my co-passenger would have to shift to another seat for landing and take off. This cabin crew member was very subtle in explaining this to us as he understood this could be a sensitive matter to certain people.
                          Then mr pulkit kohli who i assume to the cabin crew team lead suddenly came and he said the same thing and he was the opposite of subtle. He was very insensitive in dealing the matter and ensured the entire surrounding became aware of the issue. He was unnecessarily loud and very close to rude in explaining the same. This is something which was not at all acceptable as this is the opposite of the service we expect. I too come from a service industry and i perfectly understand how i need to deal with a customer and this was the opposite.
                          This led me to think, are they not trained on such matters especially how to be sensitive towards the customer as we pay for these services. This is highly disappointing and as a frequent flyer, i would like to inform that due to this disgraceful incident, you have lost two regular customers and i shall make sure i spread the news.

                            We have upgraded our tickets to spice max.. We were sitting in the second row.. Food in the menu was not available.. Cabin crew asked to wait for a while so that she can check whether the food is available.. And she didnt have the courtesy to come back and let us know that the food is not available... Had to wait for a long time.. Then we had to call the cabin crew to ask for food.. She came back and nothing was available by that time.. And gave cashew nuts for which she asked money also..
                            Priority tag was not there in one of my baggage and had to wait for a long time
                            Overall very bad experience

                              They have charged me excess baggage which other flights don't. At the boarding they say the flight is small so you will b charged excess baggage and they aren't allowing to check in the baggage as well.. if they can put the baggae in check in after taking money then why not with charging. Stupid ways of earning money which just irritates the passanager. Will make sure not to take spicejet hence forth and also let all my friends know about this cheap behaviour of earning money

                              If they flight was completely full then also i would have accepted it but the flight was not full as well.. pls stop these cheap ways of earning

                                While checking in the i was told that i had 19 kgs which i could not believe as i had checked my weight before coming to the airport so i asked them to check on another counter where the weight came to 17 kgs i was in a hurry that’s why i could not get it checked in another counter or else i could have know my exact weight. Please get all your ahmedabad weight machine checked as they can be faulty and the customers have to pay extra for it and more over your representative on the counter was really rude

                                  Was travelling from dubai to pune on 24th jan 2020. Pnr c7ucrs landed in pune at around 4am and never thought of checking at that time.in the morning when i checkd my baby bag it was all up and down to my shock and my dollars were stolen.
                                  This is real mental torture for me. And there has been no update from there end. I have even complained in consumer forum

                                    My family was travelling from bengaluru to patna on 24th nov 2019. Flight pnr was w987ys. Even after reaching airport 50 mns before the executive of spice jet has not issued check-in pass. My wife requested again and again but nobody listened to her. She was having two small kids with her. All the staff member were not co-operating at that time and nobody guided what to do at that time. When she asked for another ticket then the staff were laughing at her and replied that you have to pay penalty for coming late plus hefty amount for next day ticket. Lastly with lot of request at bengaluru airport counter we got new ticket issued for next day by paying amount from my account.
                                    This experience is still haunting me and my family.
                                    With other airline in such situation they have arranged for the next flight without charging any single amount.
                                    What is this?
                                    For the cancelled ticket, the executive at the counter promised that some tax refund will be there but till date we have not received any refund amount.
                                    My request from spicejet is that kindly refund the entire ticket amount plus compensation for misbehaviour and harassment and also taxi fare.
                                    Kindly address this issue on priority basis otherwise i will go to consumer court and file a legal suit.

                                      My wife ms. Jyotsna sarma and myself mr. Dilip kr sarma bought two air ticket in spicejet sg-231 (Pnr od498q) for travel on 19th jan/2020 from delhi to guwahati schedule departures were at 11.25am on 19.01-2020 from terminal 1d. Accordingly when we arrived at airport terminal 1d before 9am. The security staff of the gate informed us about change of terminal t1 to t3. We rushed to spicejet office for confirmation. The staff confirme not only changes of terminal but also advancing of time by one hour and ten. Minute. We expressed our great inconvinience and rushed to t3. We arrived at t3 boarding counter (Priority) by shuttle 20min. Before departures, but lady on duty informed us about the closure of gates. Des[pite requests she refused our boarding and we missed the flight no fault of ours and no message or phone call from spicejet in this connections. Howeveras it was a must for us to return to home we had to buy two tickets from indigo for a sum of rs.30000 which is a big amount for us. It is a big loss as well as great harassment, costing my hard earned money and orecious proffessional time. Adequate compansations with about rs.50000 are urgently necessary.                                         On 24th i have traveled from goa to hyderabad and when went to goa airport and went for checkin bag scanning at spicejet counter they have opened my bag publicly and throw my cloths from my bag and miss behave with me with cheep language. And took valuable bottles from me and spoken very rudely and used unparliamentary language please take strict action on the staff
                                        I was traveling with my family from dubai to India on 19th January. Schedule flight 11.10pm.behavaire of cruel members was ridiculous. They must now that they are working in hospitality industry.
