This is deepak das, I booked flight from mumbai to patna for 3 persons, date of travel: 02.01.2020. I got the boarding pass, but at the time of baggage- check-in at counter no. 2, terminal 2, chhatrapati shivaji airport, They accept 3 of our 4th luggage and after a while returned my 4th baggage saying that counter is closed now, go to counter no. 14. I went to counter no. 14, there they said that "no, your baggage will be check in to counter no. 2. I went their again but they again refused. They did not even allow me to take my baggage with me and I missed my flight. They did not accept their mistake and did not arrange another flight for me. It was completely their mistake due to which I missed my flight.I had to spend another Rs. 18933 for another ticket. The spicejet authority is responsible for missing my flight. In another ticket which I booked their for another flight, they mention that due to security reason, my baggage could not check in, where as while check-in-bagagge, that security reasons was automatic solved for another flight. I just want refund of extra amount paid and compensation for the harassment caused by spicejet authority. The flight/ticket details which I missed are here:
