My wife ms. Jyotsna sarma and myself mr. Dilip kr sarma bought two air ticket in spicejet sg-231 (Pnr od498q) for travel on 19th jan/2020 from delhi to guwahati schedule departures were at 11.25am on 19.01-2020 from terminal 1d. Accordingly when we arrived at airport terminal 1d before 9am. The security staff of the gate informed us about change of terminal t1 to t3. We rushed to spicejet office for confirmation. The staff confirme not only changes of terminal but also advancing of time by one hour and ten. Minute. We expressed our great inconvinience and rushed to t3. We arrived at t3 boarding counter (Priority) by shuttle 20min. Before departures, but lady on duty informed us about the closure of gates. Des[pite requests she refused our boarding and we missed the flight no fault of ours and no message or phone call from spicejet in this connections. Howeveras it was a must for us to return to home we had to buy two tickets from indigo for a sum of rs.30000 which is a big amount for us. It is a big loss as well as great harassment, costing my hard earned money and orecious proffessional time. Adequate compansations with about rs.50000 are urgently necessary.     On 24th i have traveled from goa to hyderabad and when went to goa airport and went for checkin bag scanning at spicejet counter they have opened my bag publicly and throw my cloths from my bag and miss behave with me with cheep language. And took valuable bottles from me and spoken very rudely and used unparliamentary language please take strict action on the staff
    I was traveling with my family from dubai to India on 19th January. Schedule flight 11.10pm.behavaire of cruel members was ridiculous. They must now that they are working in hospitality industry.

      Ticket to be cancelled and process the refund for icu patient - spicejet booking pnr yb3rfm: 02 feb 2020 kolkata-bengaluru
      Passenger mrs chinu dutta was to travel along with shyamoli and kanai kanungo. Unfortunately she had been diagnosed by the severe breathing problem and hospitalised and put it into icu. Her 45% heart is functional with anemia and given 2 bottles of blood. She is still in the hospital and counting her days as she is 85 yrs aged. Under the circumstances i have already requested airline to cancel her to and fro ticket specially and process the refund due to severe medical urgency where she can’t travel anymore. Her two days bill has become 40000/- for a mediocre family it’s unbearable to manage. We are not sure how long to keep her to the even. Requesting airlines to cancel her ticket by giving all the docs and process the refund, not outcome hence as yet. Time is approaching flight is on 2nd feb and return 9th feb. Please help to get the cancellation done with the full refund. It will be helpful for a aged lady who is taking her breath very slowly.

        Hi,
        Today, i was traveling with spice jet sg2731 delhi to adampur. The flight was scheduled to depart at 10 am. But at 8.20 am, i received a call and a message from the airlines saying the flight is delayed and will take off at 12.25. By 12 noon, all the passengers were waiting for boarding to start at the gate mentioned. No updates till 12.30. On being asked, they say it will take another 40 mins to take off. With few further delays, it finally took off at 1.45. I was traveling with my 3 year-old kid, who was very tired by staying thr for so long but there was no way it could give him any rest. It sheered wasted our half a day. Spicejet must give compensation to its passengers for this irresponsibility. Informing by 8.20 for a 10 o clock flight is a waste.

          My seat no 31- b/c/d/e/f boarding to delhi our flight timing was 8.25 departure and arrival 10.30 at delhi we r sitting in ur flight from 9.15 and now time is 10.30 we r still at mumbai airport i have 2 patience with me who r heavy diabetes’s every 2 hrs they have to eat something.

          My concern is flight is late from ur end and we have to pay for food for that diabetic person that’s wrong from next time i will never ever travel from spice jet..

            Complaint : long delay in flight
            Reason : problem faced by senior citizen my parents and also few more travelers were above age of 60 years.
            Resolution : not looking for any refund, just wanted to let you know that when customers are in trouble they are not looking for your refund or full refund amount of tickets. They just need polite and good behavior and help and support that its. Good and convincing words (Feeling sorry for inconvenience) can help more then money.

            Actually my parents are travelling from ahmedabad to pune at 7:20 pm departure flight yesterday. But due to some problem with their internal operations they have delayed the flight to 10:55 pm yesterday.
            As my parents were travelling from udaipur to ahmedabad just to take flight from ahmedabad, so they reached airport at 1:45 pm only because both my mom & dad are senior citizen so they have to face problems due to such a long delay of flight. Then also my parents went to spice jet counter if they can help or re-schedule any other flight but they denied and told if you want we will refund you your amount. Rather then being sorry o[censored]nderstanding customers situation they were like if you want full refund we can provide with you that. And also after 5 pm my father went to counter for luggage and flight inquiry they told to my that they will provide some refreshment just due to delay in flight, but what my parents do they said politely to everything okay because both of them are senior citizens so they cant do anything. Also i want to highlight the wrong commitment that they cant even provide any refreshment also such a bad experience and also not so satisfying services

              I had a flight from bengaluru to guwahati on 15th jan at 6:00 am. Boarding was happening from gate number 6. I arrived at the boarding area at around 5 and i took at seat near the gate number 4 as there were no seats available near gate number 6. I was waiting for the boarding to start when i dozed off for a while. I realized that i was late for boarding and i hurried to gate number 6 at around 5:50 am but i was told that boarding has already been completed for the flight and i would not be accommodated in the flight. I eventually missed the flight.

              I have a simple question to the spice jet authorities. Once a passenger has checked in his luggage and has gone through the security checks, isn’t it a basic responsibility toward their customer on spice jets part to atleast care to call the name of any passenger who has not yet showed up for boarding but has done the luggage check in and gone through the security check.

              In my opinion it shows a complete apathy on spice jets part to not show any care and responsibility towards their customer.

                I traveled from dubai to pune by spicejet flight sg 52 on 10th january 2020. : my pnr no is g7kkpf.
                I found that the locks of my both the bags were broken and bags were damaged. Now both the bags can not be locked.
                Both the bags were thoroughly searched and all the contents of bags were scattered. Nothing was missing from the bags, but the bags are worthless now.

                This happened before also with my daughter seema mehta, who traveled from pune to dubai in october 2019.

                I know your standard reply to all the complaints is, we are checking the matter. After 3 - 4 e. Mails nothing is going to happen.

                  Recently received a fake call letter with date of interview 3rd feb 2020 from "spicejet limited co." saying that my resume has been selected and that i have to pay rs. 7840 as security deposit.

                    Dear sir/madam

                    It is to inform you that my journey was planned from patna to kishangarh airport on 2 jan. 2020. The itinerary details are as follows

                    1) sg 8722: patna/t1 to delhi/t3
                    2) sg 2768: delhi/t1 to kishangarh/t1

                    My first flight was re-scheduled at 10:25 am (Originally it was at 9:25 am) and landed at 12:45 pm in delhi/t3 instead of 11:15 am. My second flight was on 01:20 pm which departure at the correct time. As per spicejet policy, check-in counter remains open 45 minutes from departure of the flight. But, time left between landed flight (Sg 8722) at delhi and departure flight (Del to kqh) was less than 45 minutes. Note that original layover (If flight not delayed) was about 2 hours which was sufficient to change the delhi terminals t3 to t1 (To catch del to kqh) as well as for the check-in for next flight. If time left was less than 45 then how can the passenger catch the flight in less time?? Unfortunately, i missed the flight

                    As per spicejet supporting staff available at the delhi t3 airport, the next flight should be delayed which was not the case on reaching delhi airport t1. Moreover, no other flight was provided by spicejet. Instead of delaying the flight, they are showing no show on my seat. Noted that i have booked flight to save my time and to have a comfortable journey, but, the case was reversed. I have faced so many difficulties due to your inconvenience. I also talked to your staff at delhi airport and they are saying they have sent the complaint to senior members of spicejet. They have also provided me one receipt having spicejet stamp, mentioning about full refund.

                    So, i have raised the complaint to the spicejet customer care and considering my request they are saying "we have refunded the full amount of inr 1, 653/- for sg-2768 (Delhi kishangarh) sector and we regret our inability to provide any further refund." are they playing joke with me? On what basis they are returning this amount?? are they want to make profit from the customer even in the case of inconvenience caused. moreover, the amount transferred is not visible to my cleartrip account.

                    So, i request you to help in full-refund of my journey from patna (Pat) to kishangarh (Kqh) which was about 7, 018 inr.

                      I am a frequent traveller of spicejet but on 8.1.2020 i got 5 minutes delay 12.35 p. M. At your counter for boarding pass issue. But she did not issue boarding pass and said you are late, than i contacted immediately to supervisor mr ishaq, abid at srinagar airport. He also didn't help rather he was gossiping with ticket lady. Till 15 minutes i requested many time to him but he didn't help despite there were 30 minutes still to take off the plane, nether he cancelled my ticket, than i contacted to your ticket booking point at airport, she too did not cancelled my ticket rather she told contact to supervisor, there is still time to board. I was disturbed about one hour. You can check web camera recording at your point. There was no wifi or net in the airport. So you are requested to take stern action against mr ishaq supervisor spicejet and my ticker amount may be refunded. Action taken may kindly intimate to me.

                        On 6th jan 2020, i was traveling from dibrugarh to mumbai via kolkata through spicejet airlines. While trying to web checkin, all the seats were chargeable. This, as far as i know, is against dgca rules.
                        And when i reached only 2-3 mins later than the 45 min window for counter checkin, the counter was closed with no operating staff around.

                        I was denied checkin. This although the flight was delayed by almost an hour. Pls note that this happened in the dibrugarh airport which is one the least busy airport and security to gate takes only 5 mins.

                        The manager was no where to be found and the staff (Was very rude) and did not even allow me to have a 2-min word with manager. It was none of their concern that i had a connecting spicejet flight from kolkata. I have never seen an airline as this, with utter disregard to its customers.

                        Tried doing web checkin for my pnr L5G8JL but all the seats are chargeable, putting all the seats on charge is one thing the other worst thing is you cannot proceed until you select a seat and pay for it. They don't allow to do a web checkin, there is no skip seat option. Spicejet this is a cheap move for making money.

                          This is to inform you regarding the grievances that occurred on 17-12-19 caused by the wrong information on the flight ticket and your spicejet employees at check in counter in delhi airport t3 which led me to miss my flight sg-152 from delhi to guwahati departing at 10:15. Firstly the ticket showed that the ticket showed that the flight was to depart from t1d which upon reaching the terminal i found to be wrong and after consulting the spicejet employee at the ticketing counter in t1 who informed me that spicejet flights doesn't depart from terminal one and directed me to t3 upon reaching t3 it was 45 min before boarding time 10:15 ie 9:30. Upon reaching i was trying to self check in when a spicejet employee found me and took me to the check in counter where they stalled time asking me to shift from one counter to another and when they finally did check my ticket it was 9:48 due to which they refused to let me board the flight saying i was late. They even refused to answer any enquiries regarding complaint procedure.in this regard i would like to request you for a total refund of my flight ticket charges. Hoping for a quick response and early settlement.

                                  I am not satisfied with spice jet services as when i have reached before 30 minutes at spice jet counter and request to allot me boarding pass for flight number as sg 8483 from terminal delhi/t3 on date 03rd of jan-2020 at indira gandhi airport but they have not allotted me boarding pass ultimate i have returned. My pnr number was as x7pwji. Schedule departure of above plane was 18:30 hrs and i reached at counter at 17:41hrs but due to heavy rush i reached boarding counter at 17:58 but attendant refused me to give boarding pass saying counter is closed 45 mins before to the schedule time. I requested to allow me to board on plane but non of the attendant heard my voice saying we can not do anything. I was shocked as we had traveled many times but this type of incident came first to me. They had 30 minutes time to allow me to board but they did not helped a bit hence i got mental pressure to not join my duty next day and a big loss of money to come back at noida and arrange for flight on next day.

                                    This morning i had a confirmed booking from vijayawada to bengaluru. Vijayawada is a least busy airport, it takes less than 5 min to go through security and you can easily make it to the flight if you get there 20 - 30 min prior to departure which is what i usually do. I have taken this flight several times before. This morning however, management, the person's name is sridhar, decided to sell my flight ticket to someone else upon deciding they could use late arrival as a lame excuse. They refused to issue me a boarding pass when i got there at 7:10 am for a flight that departs at 7:40 with 5 min security checkpoint. It's disgusting to see the extent they go to make money. Selling a passenger's confirmed booking and refusing to issue boarding pass with some lame excuses. Especially, when they don't put right management in place, it simply paves path to airline's declining growth, spicejet soon to be a failing airline. There are just simply a lot of issues with this airline, it's beyond disgusting how this airline is being run. Sridhar, manager at spicejet vijaywada, was extremely unprofessional and rude, makes me question his ethics if he can sell the same ticket to multiple people as money making strategy. One time to print a boarding pass at this airport this airline charged me 200 rupees, how ridiculous is that. I don't prefer this fly this airline in the future. Word of mouth and social media in this day and age is very powerful, i have done my part to spread the word about the misconduct i experienced with spicejet few times now. I paid 7000 rupees for one way flight, all they did was refund 300 for taxes. This level of corruption is beyond my comprehension.

                                      This is deepak das, I booked flight from mumbai to patna for 3 persons, date of travel: 02.01.2020. I got the boarding pass, but at the time of baggage- check-in at counter no. 2, terminal 2, chhatrapati shivaji airport, They accept 3 of our 4th luggage and after a while returned my 4th baggage saying that counter is closed now, go to counter no. 14. I went to counter no. 14, there they said that "no, your baggage will be check in to counter no. 2. I went their again but they again refused. They did not even allow me to take my baggage with me and I missed my flight. They did not accept their mistake and did not arrange another flight for me. It was completely their mistake due to which I missed my flight.I had to spend another Rs. 18933 for another ticket. The spicejet authority is responsible for missing my flight. In another ticket which I booked their for another flight, they mention that due to security reason, my baggage could not check in, where as while check-in-bagagge, that security reasons was automatic solved for another flight. I just want refund of extra amount paid and compensation for the harassment caused by spicejet authority. The flight/ticket details which I missed are here:

                                      There is a sudden change in schedule departure. The announcement should have done at least 3 hours before. However it was only announced just 2 hours back. It was a great harrassment since the is child who is also part of the journey.

                                        My daughter is travelling under Student category of ticket and is entitled to extra baggage. The student Id is also printed on the ticket. However, at the airport she was refused citing that the ticket did not show the required category and charged Rs 1, 200 extra for 3 Kg additional weight.

                                        This is not acceptable and the money should be refunded.
