I received a call yesterday that my resume has been selected for the spicejet airline as ticketing executive... And they asked for a security money of 1500 and then 6490 and then 12125 rupees...
And they have send a training letter and after that a bond paper which was of 3 years and i have to sign and send them back the paper... And they also ask for rupees 19630 more...

    I have booked my ticket for 21st oct., 2019 form mumbai to dehradun on 14th sept., 2019. The timings to fly from mumbai was 9.25 am and i reached the airport on 8.05 am. When i approached the counter for check in i was told to do web check in the ground staff refuse to check in manually. Then i rushed for web check in and electronic machine was not working. When i again approached the counter for manual check in and as the queue was too big and when it was my turn then ground staff again refuse to do it manually. They again insist to do web check in. Meanwhile the 45 minutes prior to do check in was lapsed and they refuse to board me on flight. As i again and again insist to board me but the lady ground staff was too rude and they refuse to board me on flight and my flight was missed due to staff of spice jet.
    I will prefer to travel by train rather by spice jet. And never recommend my relatives and friends to travel by spice jet. The staff of spice jet is very rude and non-cooperative.

      We booked the spice jet flight number sg 8701 (Del - mumbai) for 3rd november early morning flight for my son ishank chhabra at 7.20am pnr number me4vyq
      Ishank reached the spice jet counter at 6.30am as we already did the web check-in a day prior.

      Ishank asked for help from the spice jet staff and was asked to wait in the cue despite the fact that he already had done web check in and only needed the baggage drop at the counter.

      Spice jet staff was very rude, uncooperative and stubborn in their attitude and made our son run from one counter to another to collect the boarding pass and surrender the luggage.
      He kept moving from one place to another asking for guidance and got totally exhausted. He forgot his wallet with all the cards and cash due to harrasment he was being made to suffer.
      The manager on duty ashish and dhanjay kumar spoke rudely and were totally unprofessional.

      My husband who is also a patient of severe anxiety, high bp and is on psychiatric medicine tried speaking to the manager ashish who refused to speak and kept repeating to pay inr 10, 000 to board the next flight.

      My husband and kept talking to ishank to check that he does not get an attack due harassment and stress given by the spice jet staff and for 2-3 hours. I kept talking to my husband so that he does not get an anxiety stroke which might have turned into a stroke.

      We want highlight the unprofessional, rude and abusive behaviors of ashish and dhanajay kumar.
      They should be immediately removed from airport so that the passenger do note get harassed or stressed due to them.

      We paid additional 8281/- + 5000 for ticket while the website was showing a rate of 6493/-

      We are submitting the complaint with dgca authorities and a legal notice will be sent by our advocate for harassment and recovery of damages.

        Address: Colombo Airport gate 2 security final check

        Dear customer care team,
        My name mr natarajan dhayalan. We checked in colombo airport at 2 pm to travel to madurai on the 30th of october. During the final security check before boarding the plane, i put my wallet contains 5 credit cards that is two axa bank cards, nationwide credit card,, one royal bank of scotland credit card, one citi bank credit card, two pan cards, uk driving licence card& a set of suitcase keys. After the security check i came through the sensor gate. Th security mam checked me& saw this wallet which dually i carry in my trouser pocket asked me to go back - put the wallet in a separate tray for the security check. It was in separate tray& very small credit card size wallet& suitcase keys. I picked my hand luggage and my belt. The wallet was in a separate green tray.. I took all my other things, & forgot to pick up my wallet due to separate security check tray told by the security man second time. Before me the other people tray & my tray was separated from my previous tray with watch,, belt& shoes. So i picked my other stuff & went to boarding area. I forgot to pick my wallet. Now i tried to contact spice jet officials in colorado after arrived. Also i gave a written complaint at the office.. So far we didn't get any response from any one of your staff. We didn't have any money now all our credit cards in security check area in colombo final check in area. We don't know what to do we are british citizens. We have to go back to uk in 8 days time. Please try to find out our wallet which contains all important cards. Please help the elderly couples. Many people say that even security men take important things & won't give the cards. Is it true?           Myself (Shankar mohan) along with my wife mrs archana nair, flew from mumbai to bengaluru on saturday (26th october 2019) evening flight sg 415 which was actually scheduled to depart at 6:05 pm (18:05) however i got a message at 4 pm that the flight was delayed by 45 minutes. However after reaching airport the evening the delay kept on increasing and crossed more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. There was no response from spicejet team at the mumbai terminal 2 airport office as well.

          Finally when we boarded the flight almost quarter to 8 pm, we found that the seat before my wife was in fully reclined position and we ere told that its non-functional. I had paid for my wife's seat (Since it was a window seat) and from take-off till landing, my wife was cramped with leg space.

          On top of that the seat before me was missing the tray for keeping my food. The fly time was more than 1 hour 45 minutes and the air hostesses were very slow in service. Our seats were in the last (Backside of the plane) and they served food like 20 minutes before final landing and also forced my wife to close the tray (After serving food just 5 minutes before) and since i did not have tray i had kept my food also on my wife's tray and we had to hold the food in hand till we landed. Being a frequent flyer i know its hard to serve food fast in short distance flights but i think a 2 hour flight is much better than a 45 minutes or 1 hour flight. I definitely feel the spicejet employees could have done a much better job.

          I was totally disappointed by the way spicejet handled the situation and would request management to take stern action over the same and provide us with a compensation.

            I travelled from mumbai to hyderabad and checked in my luggage in spicejet having a newly bought skagen watch worth inr 11000.

            When i opened my bag after arriving home, it was missing. The box was open and the bills and cushion case were out.

            It was a rose gold watch which i bought only 3 days ago.

            This is absolutely unacceptable.
            Horrible on their part.
            Either get me my watch back or compensate me for the same. This is just not done.

            I HAD TO SOMEHOW CARRY MY BAG ALL THE WAY TO VELLORE FROM CHENNAI because someone at SpiceJet tore off the wheel
            I traveled from Delhi to Kolkatta vide PNR No HI2UQR on 19 Sep. There was my due amount which has not yet been cleared as yet inspite of repeated request. I lodged many complaint. Pl suggest me for next action of course.

                Flight was delayed without any intimation after giving boarding pass they denied that flight is at 9.00 flight was on 31st oct 2019 to patna from mumbai was at 6.50 in mng was delayed to 9 without any prior intimation we are facing this issue time n again with spicejet hundred of times they are calling to advertisement for spice max are we about aware that customer service is first important such a pathetic service need a urgent tenet as may passengers are facing the problem

                  To whomever it may concern,

                  I had a horrible experience on my way back to bangalore from delhi on flight number sg 8905.
                  The flight attendants where too unprofessional. And gave me a used, opened box of cup noodles when asked for.
                  Though repeatedly asking for different flavors available or any other brand available, they denied. Me being hungry at 10pm, agreed on the available one.
                  When they gave the cup noodles it was already mixed and used. The water was cold indicating that it was mixed previously as well as stirred.
                  After a min or saw i saw them carrying maggi cup noodles and giving it to other passengers. When i asked them why they didn't give that to me, they stated that they just checked the inventory and they found these boxes.
                  It made me feel inferior and less important compared to the other passengers.
                  Overall i had an awful experience and would suggest my colleagues and friends to avoid spicejet from now on.

                    I did a booking from hyd - blr for 15 the dec, 2019 for spice jet departing hyd @ 13.35.
                    The amount inr 2702 (Flight fare incl taxes and sur charges and seat fee) was deducted from my icici account; but afterwards the error came in the booking page that the tickets are not booked. Is this the way in which such a reputed company which are having many other sister concerns in the sun group deal with??
                    Please let me know the seat confirmation including a confirmed pnr or let the money be deposited back in my account. If this is the case do let me know in how many days it will be deposited and should i go with a fresh booking or not?

                    I request the authorities to solve the issue.

                      I have spice club membership account that is blocked access to my account.
                      I have tried my password to login that did not allow me to login, i have made more than 50 attempts to use forgot password option since 6th oct 2019 till today 26th oct but there are error messages displayed.
                      I wrote more that 12 mails to [protected]@spicejet.com but there are auto generated mails says wait for 3 days.
                      Mean while i spoke to more than 6-7 customer service representative on their call center but after they also failed to resolve the issue online they raised complaints from their end on "priority basis" but there is no call back or mail regarding the issue resolved.
                      I have received mail to follow the procedure that is very basic step they wrote was not allowing me to login to my spiceclub account.

                      I wrote mails to nodel officer and [protected]@spicejet.com but there is very poor response.

                      Its a very pathetic repose from the spice club.

                      I really miss jet airways membership for this.

                        I would like to report a painful incident tonight with SpiceJet which left me in complete agony.
                        I am currently writing this mail from Chennai airport. I had a SpiceJet flight SG679 from Mumbai to Chennai on 24th October night. The actual department time was 10:50 PM which got delayed to 11:20 PM initially and later on the flight actually took off from Mumbai at 1:00 AM. Our arrival time was supposed to be 12:45 AM and based on that I have booked onwards flight of Sri Lankan Air from Chennai to Singapore at 3:25 AM. So as per plan I had 2:40 Hours which was more than enough for transfer and all. But since your flight from Mumbai got delayed by 2:10 minutes due to which ai missed my international flight to Singapore and now I am left at Chennai airport without any help whatsoever from your ground staff or any other customer care staff. They are just denying any help and saying they can neither refund my international flight cost nor book any other flight for me. So now I am forced to waste my additional money with last moment booking that too at Diwali time which is extremely expensive.
                        I am not writing this for any request but ai hope you are serious enough to understand the gravity of the situation and provide my money of international flight which I lost because of SpiceJet.
                        I can provide all the bills, boarding pass and tickets to you if you can help in anyway to get my money back from Spicejet for the international flight that I missed due to them. (Boarding pass attached)

                          I was travelling from mumbai to kolkata (Flight no. Sg 490) on 24th october (Thursday) on spicejet airline at 12 35 am. At 11 00 pm, at the mumbai t2 terminal, the lady at the economy checkin counter asked me to check in my blue american tourister laptop bag, as it was an extra piece. I asked her to put a fragile tag as it contained souvenirs i was taking home from overseas, and also paid the requisite excess baggage fees (Rs. 1600).

                          Hence, at the boarding terminal at 11 45 pm before boarding the air craft, i again asked the spicejet staff manning the counter to ensure that the tag be put. He took my boarding pass, and called airline staff, then confirmed to me that the tag had been put. However, once i received the bag, there was no tag, and the contents - 1 souvenir (1 small ceramic plate from poland) and 1 glass cutlery set from amsterdam were badly damaged. (Pictures are attached as proof) i contacted the airport officer at kolkata international airport, who asked me to lodge a formal complaint with the spicejet duty manager. Duty manager - priyanka sharma, was on duty, but said that the airline was not responsible for the damages. I told her that i would not be leaving the airport till they noted a formal complaint on the matter.

                          Below is the copy of the formal complaint, which was written since i persisted with her, and was at the airport till 5 30 am (My flight landed at 4 am) my only request to her was to check with her colleague who was manning the aircraft, why the error was made - since i have already asked the airlines twice, and still there is negligence on their part, for which they are accountable. However, my concerns were not addressed.

                          Request you to please resolve the issue by bearing the cost of damages - due to your own negligence and please explain what is the action taken for the carelessness of your staff and their unpardonable behaviour, wherein they also refuse to acknowledge their mistake. I will wait for response for the next 48 hours - as stated by your duty manager. If there is no action/ follow up - i will have to escalate the issue.

                            Dis is probably 9 th time i write dis to spicejet.. After being complain in every possible way through mail.. Tweet n on fb bt till nw my complaint has not been resolved. My bag has been damaged despite having fragile tag. After dat i complained immediately on spicejet at igi delhi airport as per their rule.. Bt after 7 th days no calls nothing.. Wht kind of service provider by spicejet to there coustomer.. No eithecal behaviour from d company.. I think worst company i huv ever face.. At least some other company how big or small they try to contact with there coustomer bt spicejet being worst.. Because i think they don't bother because they knew no legal action taken against them.. Please help me abt d matter.. How can i file legal action against spicejet.

                              I had booked ticket for sg0252 flight (Chennai to mumbai) for travel date 23-10-'19. The flight is delayed and now the spicejet officials have informed that it will start at 2:00 am on 24-10-'19. My pnr is zcug4t.

                              Now a days many spicejet flights are getting delayed much. The performance of the airlines is very poor.

                                Dis my 7th complaint to spicejet. Please look into the matter asap. Because u damaged my bag..in my flight from delhi to dubai. On 15th october 2019 sg012.. Despite having fragile tag my trolley bag of safari been damaged n some of my items r also damaged. Dis is my 7 th complaint to spicejet till now no calls nothing from spicejet side.. Highly disappointed from spicejet side..
                                Please help me my family is poor I am pay him 25000 offer letter then please I want job u do not give me then return my money back please sir help me

                                  Spicejet did not contact me till now after complaining about 5 times about my bag damaged despite fragile tag.. When cosumer complain ppl call me they ask me fr my upi i'd or card details which i got want to give.. How can i get my refund? Who will me help me regarding dis.. Why spicejet contact me. My 10, 000 rs bad damaged despite having fragile tag. Bt till now no ans from spicejet..

                                    Hi,
                                    I traveled from goa to mumbai on 20th oct'19 in flight sg644 - seat number 9b.

                                    My checkin bag which arrived to me was with broken handles, zip was broken and completely toren. All the items in bag were out.
                                    I didn't expect this from spicejet. I expected the company to give a call and talk to me even if there was any issue with luggage, which ideally isn't the case cause i went through all the chekin process smoothly. Also the 1.5hr delay in flight was still understood. But getting the luggage in this condition is unacceptable.

                                    I am expecting a revert back and proper compensation for the loss that i am bearing now.

                                      I took spice jet sg012 flight from dubai to delhi on 15th october at 11.30 pm.. They damaged my 12 thousands bag despite huving fragile tag.. When i complained to there customers representatives at dat time they r like its happened no need to sought.. It's nt our fault.. Damaged a bag was a casual thing fr them.. Till now i got no ans.. Who will give me d compensation?? Who help me

                                        I am traveling on sg252 19th oct chennai to mumbai. 8:50pm flight delayed to 9:30pm. On reaching boarding gate 7, delay announced was etd 10 pm. Boarded the flight at 10 pm. At 10:30 pm, pilot announced some technical snag and that etd will be known at 11 pm. Pls understand that after a long week, want to be with family. Indigo is much better and professional.
