This is regarding mishandling of baggage by relevant authorities in SpiceJet during my to and fro flights from Mumbai to Goa.
One of the wheels of my luggage broke during my flight from Mum to Goa. Also in the return journey, the liquor bottles were found broken which were in the check in baggage.
Regret the way the baggage’s are mishandled due to sheer irresponsibility and urgency by your employees.

    My pnr is kej3ua, travel date:19.11.2019, flight no. Sg376, from mumbai to patna.in my ticket it is clearly mentioned that we have opted for meal during the journey. However, it is not provided during the journey. Due to this we have to suffer and i am travelling with my baby alone. So it is very horrible experience that the crew member not guided me properly. I am attaching the print of ticket i took out while booking the ticket.

      To book spicejet air ticket i have made payment of rs 101992.00 through net banking. Though amount debited from my account my ticket was not booked by them as they did get the amount before ticket hold time and they cancelled my ticket. Since 11th october 2019 i have been sending mails giving details of payment made but till today i 18th november 2019 they are not responding properly. Please suggest me the further course of action
      Sir I am trying to cancel my tickets PNQ-DLE-PNQ tickets dt 29.11.2019 - 01.12.2019, PNR S9KGJP but the airline is compulsorily keeping my refund amount with them in its so called Credit Shell account.
      Please help me in getting my refund amount.

        I have travelled in spicejet flight no 6704, seq no 112, pnr jh2zrh on 14th nov 2019. I didn't receive one of my bag in delhi. Spicejet has no tracking/check points for the check in luggage even though they have barcode attached, the staff are absolute # after repeated arguments they issued me a mishandled baggage report. After that neither did i receive any information nor the spice jet people are picking up my calls.

              I along with my family traveled in spicejet on 5th nov 2019 from delhi to pune. Upon reaching pune we found one of our luggages were damaged completely. I complained and have a photograph of complaint copy. Spicejet employee said that spicejet people will call and either replace or pay in full the cost of baggage. I havent recieved any call yet and no-one is picking up the phone in spicejet. Request please pay in full the cost of baggage that got damaged by spicejet or replace it.

                Cargo awb:[protected] boxes) is containing live fishes was booked 11/11/2019 by flight sg487 bom to ccu. Flight has landed 10:25pm. But till now i haven't received the cargo. I informed so many times to your responsible person to release the cargo but he didn't release my cargo intentionally. Even he didn't receive my phone last time. Spicejet is killing live stocks intentionally. I have sent mails to them but not get any reply till now.

                May i know the reason? Waiting for your response.
                And please let me know what you want to do about this live stocks killing?

                  We didn't get our luggage on 3 november from spicejet airlines.
                  Company is not at all receiving any calls from our side nd also the number of customer care is not responding always seems too be busy.
                  In luggage we were having too important things, luggage color is brown, so i request you to please find out that luggage...

                    Four o[censored]s were travelling from gwalior to bangalore in spicejet's 12:20 flight on 3rd, november. We had reached the airport on time but were not allowed to board the flight. Despite our repeated request and pleading with the lady at the counter she refused to generate the boarding pass. Our luggage was already scanned and stamped and we had been waiting in the queue for over 20 minutes. On requesting to speak with the supervisor, the supervisor made an appearance and did not have empathy or consideration to listen to us. He simply refused to provide assistance and started arguing stating it as our fault. The lady kept saying that the flight is ready to leave when they had enough time to spare arguing. The flight however was running late and left well after the scheduled departure time.
                    Moreover, we had asked them to book the next available flight (Which was next day) to which they suggested us to book online. We had to travel all the way to delhi to catch a flight.
                    Additionally, airport lacks basic amenities like display screen, regular announcement, etc.

                    We want spicejet to compensate for the harassment and losses we incurred. We want a refund for the flight which we were not allowed to board despite being present in the airport on time. Also, we would expect better behaviour and assistance from the staff in future.

                      I have flown by spice jet, sg-422 from hyderabad to varanasi, on 3rd november 11:05 flight
                      1. Unfortunately they have take us by bus all the windows closed without air condition
                      2. To my surprise this is first time i traveled by spice jet, he has not started the neither air condition nor air still the flight flown to sky. He has stopped 2 to 3 times for clearance, even after many people asked for air or air conditioning he has not given and got suffocation.
                      3. We have booked return ticket i. E sg-635, he has given message " reach by 120 minutes early for check in. We have reached the airport exactly by 11. Am at varanasi. I asked them to take luggage, he simply told that they start by 12pm.
                      When we inquired the in charge of the luggage check, then he told it will be delayed by 3 hours. Then i asked to provide lunch by 1.30 pm.
                      Even after so many attempts they brought lunch at about 14.40 that to rice is not cooked properly and roti also very strong.
                      I got head ache and stressed because of the food they supplied
                      Then i searched in google about the flight it has shown arrival as 17.20 pm
                      I inquired in counter they said it is true and after asking they send message.
                      My complaint is even after they know the flight position they have not given intimation before reaching the airport. Due to the reason i could not go out neither to take rest nor sit in the airport.
                      The flight at last came at 17.45 reached the hyderabad by 20.40 pm
                      For which i got lot of strain and reached home at 22.30 pm
                      I request to give compensation of total refund of amount for return journey and make arrangement to switch on air condition

                        Sir/mam,

                        I am writing this mail to express my grievance towards the harrasment faced while travelling through spicejet no. Sg8 1721405 from goa to new delhi, three passengers named amit, ashima, rihana (Seat no. 7a, 7b, 7c respectively).

                        1) the flight got 1 hour delayed owing to which we missed our booked train, we have no other means to reach chandigarh which leads to severe headache.

                        2) the most important we received our luggage in extremely poor condition, all the locks we borken and suitcase was teared.

                        3) we have taken priority luggage service, instead of receiving it first, we got th same in the last in poor condition.

                        4) last but not least when we explain all this to one of your respentative at new delhi airport, instead of showing us right path he was quite rude and said i cant help on this. It is quite common to happen.

                        I am afraid in the future of taking spicejet as my mode of travelling. For your reference here i am attaching all the picture and documents.

                        I hope you take my faced problem into your account and ll take necessary action.

                        Flight from Pune to Ahmedabad got delayed by 2 hours on 23rd Nov 2019. Many passengers missed their next flight. Airlines sent multiple messages of flight delay after every half an hour with no proper reason mentioned.

                          I was seated on 3e, surely not too far from the front galley. I had nothing to eat and just needed a glass of water when i woke up. I asked a crew member for the same when they were collecting trash, and i was told that i would be attended to.
                          It is human to forget, i understand. So i pressed the call button. The captain made an announcement about a potential delay at 0917hrs citing traffic and gave an eta at 0950hrs. We were holding. Yet after seeing the call bell, neither of the crew made an attempt to get off their stations. I could see the rear crew attend to passengers at the rear but the front calls went unanswered.
                          There was another announcement made by the captain of another 10 min delay because of vip movement.

                          Here i was like a sitting duck with a parched throat waiting for a glass of water.

                          I fly spice jet and vistara very often and this is the first time i went up to a crew and ask for her name to make a complaint. Ankita is a pretty girl with a bad attitude.

                          Been a crew myself for 14 yrs and no excuses from her will be satisfactory for keeping a passenger thirsting for water.

                            lost baggage

                            We were traveling from bagdogra to mumbai via banglore by spice jet airline (Pnr pcb56t)
                            We reach mumbai on 7th november at 01.00 am and one of our bags was missing
                            Nobody from spice jet staff were available in baggage service office
                            After a long search and several calls from the information desk employee, 1 spice jet staff got available.
                            Staff member was adamant and without proper answers or directions

                            I received a call yesterday that my resume has been selected for the spicejet airline as ticketing executive... And they asked for a security money of 1500 and then 6490 and then 12125 rupees...
                            And they have send a training letter and after that a bond paper which was of 3 years and i have to sign and send them back the paper... And they also ask for rupees 19630 more...

                              I have booked my ticket for 21st oct., 2019 form mumbai to dehradun on 14th sept., 2019. The timings to fly from mumbai was 9.25 am and i reached the airport on 8.05 am. When i approached the counter for check in i was told to do web check in the ground staff refuse to check in manually. Then i rushed for web check in and electronic machine was not working. When i again approached the counter for manual check in and as the queue was too big and when it was my turn then ground staff again refuse to do it manually. They again insist to do web check in. Meanwhile the 45 minutes prior to do check in was lapsed and they refuse to board me on flight. As i again and again insist to board me but the lady ground staff was too rude and they refuse to board me on flight and my flight was missed due to staff of spice jet.
                              I will prefer to travel by train rather by spice jet. And never recommend my relatives and friends to travel by spice jet. The staff of spice jet is very rude and non-cooperative.

                                We booked the spice jet flight number sg 8701 (Del - mumbai) for 3rd november early morning flight for my son ishank chhabra at 7.20am pnr number me4vyq
                                Ishank reached the spice jet counter at 6.30am as we already did the web check-in a day prior.

                                Ishank asked for help from the spice jet staff and was asked to wait in the cue despite the fact that he already had done web check in and only needed the baggage drop at the counter.

                                Spice jet staff was very rude, uncooperative and stubborn in their attitude and made our son run from one counter to another to collect the boarding pass and surrender the luggage.
                                He kept moving from one place to another asking for guidance and got totally exhausted. He forgot his wallet with all the cards and cash due to harrasment he was being made to suffer.
                                The manager on duty ashish and dhanjay kumar spoke rudely and were totally unprofessional.

                                My husband who is also a patient of severe anxiety, high bp and is on psychiatric medicine tried speaking to the manager ashish who refused to speak and kept repeating to pay inr 10, 000 to board the next flight.

                                My husband and kept talking to ishank to check that he does not get an attack due harassment and stress given by the spice jet staff and for 2-3 hours. I kept talking to my husband so that he does not get an anxiety stroke which might have turned into a stroke.

                                We want highlight the unprofessional, rude and abusive behaviors of ashish and dhanajay kumar.
                                They should be immediately removed from airport so that the passenger do note get harassed or stressed due to them.

                                We paid additional 8281/- + 5000 for ticket while the website was showing a rate of 6493/-

                                We are submitting the complaint with dgca authorities and a legal notice will be sent by our advocate for harassment and recovery of damages.

                                  Dear customer care team,
                                  My name mr natarajan dhayalan. We checked in colombo airport at 2 pm to travel to madurai on the 30th of october. During the final security check before boarding the plane, i put my wallet contains 5 credit cards that is two axa bank cards, nationwide credit card,, one royal bank of scotland credit card, one citi bank credit card, two pan cards, uk driving licence card& a set of suitcase keys. After the security check i came through the sensor gate. Th security mam checked me& saw this wallet which dually i carry in my trouser pocket asked me to go back - put the wallet in a separate tray for the security check. It was in separate tray& very small credit card size wallet& suitcase keys. I picked my hand luggage and my belt. The wallet was in a separate green tray.. I took all my other things, & forgot to pick up my wallet due to separate security check tray told by the security man second time. Before me the other people tray & my tray was separated from my previous tray with watch,, belt& shoes. So i picked my other stuff & went to boarding area. I forgot to pick my wallet. Now i tried to contact spice jet officials in colorado after arrived. Also i gave a written complaint at the office.. So far we didn't get any response from any one of your staff. We didn't have any money now all our credit cards in security check area in colombo final check in area. We don't know what to do we are british citizens. We have to go back to uk in 8 days time. Please try to find out our wallet which contains all important cards. Please help the elderly couples. Many people say that even security men take important things & won't give the cards. Is it true? Please i am expecting your quick response to my email. My email id is

                                    Myself (Shankar mohan) along with my wife mrs archana nair, flew from mumbai to bengaluru on saturday (26th october 2019) evening flight sg 415 which was actually scheduled to depart at 6:05 pm (18:05) however i got a message at 4 pm that the flight was delayed by 45 minutes. However after reaching airport the evening the delay kept on increasing and crossed more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. There was no response from spicejet team at the mumbai terminal 2 airport office as well.

                                    Finally when we boarded the flight almost quarter to 8 pm, we found that the seat before my wife was in fully reclined position and we ere told that its non-functional. I had paid for my wife's seat (Since it was a window seat) and from take-off till landing, my wife was cramped with leg space.

                                    On top of that the seat before me was missing the tray for keeping my food. The fly time was more than 1 hour 45 minutes and the air hostesses were very slow in service. Our seats were in the last (Backside of the plane) and they served food like 20 minutes before final landing and also forced my wife to close the tray (After serving food just 5 minutes before) and since i did not have tray i had kept my food also on my wife's tray and we had to hold the food in hand till we landed. Being a frequent flyer i know its hard to serve food fast in short distance flights but i think a 2 hour flight is much better than a 45 minutes or 1 hour flight. I definitely feel the spicejet employees could have done a much better job.

                                    I was totally disappointed by the way spicejet handled the situation and would request management to take stern action over the same and provide us with a compensation.
