Re – Broken luggage in Spice jet flight no. SG 3347 dated 31. 12.2019.
I am a regular air traveler. Yesterday i.e. 31.12.2019, I was coming from Indore to Guwahati with Indigo / Spice jet. The Spice jet sector was from Kolkata to Guwahati by evening flight no. SG 3347 dated 31. 12.2019. My luggage has been broken down (Pictures attached). While I was collecting luggage I found my bag was broken from wheel area and whole base where wheel are fixed (pictures attached). There was no spice jet attendant at conveyer belt area. With great difficulty and after a long wait in a winter night I was able to found a spice jet representative with help of airport security personnel. Firstly he did not want to be identifying himself and did not want to acknowledge the incidence. After an argument, he did register the case, but did not want to give a receipt. When I pressed to talk to superior officer, then and after interference of superior officer, he gave a receipt of broken luggage with an offer to settle claim in Rs. 300/-, which must be a joke of year. I did asked him & superior officer that can it be mended in Rs. 300/-, the reply was nil. An ordinary cloth zip bag will not come in Rs. 300/- what to talk a big bag with pulleys etc.
That is why I want to bring this case to your notice for settlement of the issue. Please look into the above matter and settle the issue amicably as soon as possible. I leave it on your fine sense of judgment.

    I booked a ticket with pnr-I5BH2Y. I reached at airport spicejet line at 0655. I asked spicejet person regarding flight he told me that flight is delayed by 30 min you be calm and wait in queue. So i waited and reached at counter at 0720. Counter person told me you are late and there is no flight delay and not provided me boarding pass. Even the spicejet person who told me about delay denied about his words. Finally i cancelled my ticket at last moment. This is just a fraud happened with me results in loss of 3000 rupee. Plz suggest me what step i should do now because in mail also i have seen flight rescheduled at 0805. It means spicejet counter person misguided me and refused to give boarding pass. I attached the screenshot of delay flight in mail.

      Being on a corporate flight, i changed my seat number from the self-checkin and while in the flight the cabin crew refused to serve me the meals which came included with my booking. I elaborated the seat change to the crew, but all she said was i cannot see your name on this flight and that my meal wasn't included. Even after showing her my e-ticket, which clearly stated meals included, she refused to serve me.

      Heartly disappointed with spicejet!

        I booked two seats in flight sg 8722 in the name of kanta garg and anil kumar garg vide pnr no. I8zims. But when the boarding pass for flight sg 8752 was issued i asked for the reason. The executive told that flight has been scheduled. When i asked why i was not informed she replied the message might not have been sent for technical reasons. I had to waste half an hour without my fault. I must be paid compensation

          Hi sir,

          I have cleared my medicals with spicejet for cabin crew but yet to receive the joining date. It has been more than 6 months since the medical. Spicejet is not commenting or giving any assurance on the joining date. I left my job because my tentative joining date was mentioned as may 2019 in the offer letter. Please let me know how can i expedite this issue? I also want to file a case against them on this issue.

            Due to fog in delh, sg 942 landed at jaipur at 20:20 hrs. Passengers are inside the air craft and some are randering/roaming inside aerodrome. Which is a big threat to the security of airport. Still no officials are attending the passengers. Neither senior staff nor airport staff are least bother about the situation. All the passengers including infants are suffering with inhale problem inside aircraft.

              Horrible sevice. The flight was late by 2 hours and i'm 7 months pregnant and not only was i not allowed to priority board. I was the last one to board because they had me filling up some forms just before boarding. Nothing was said to me while i took the boarding pass or submitted my luggage. The women at the counters were very rude and the experience was horrible. I will not recommend spicejet to anyone ever.

                Sir,
                I have booked a flight ticket from jodhpur to pune of spicejet flight no sg8185 which is scheduled on 19 december 2019. I have reported at boarding point of spicejet counter at jodhpur airport at 1255 but spicejet jet staff did not provide my boarding pass and they told that you have late. They also told me that flight was prepond by 20 minutes. Company was not send any updates on my mail which was provided while booked a ticket.

                Boarding staff send me here and there to clearify the matter like as football.. Finally they didn't provide any alternative flight nor return my ticket money..

                  This is bring to your kind attention that in your company elora banerjee is working in netaji subhash airport. She lives in airport gate no1 (Near welcome club). She is a no1 # and lots of drug case is going on her. Her mother mrs. Indrani chakraborty is also a call girl and doing a # business. I[censored] have such a bad employee with you then your company preatige & reputation will gone in vain. Also i[censored] made a survay u will find that due to over drug she was found many times in airport gate no 1 (P. K. Guha road) that she is lying down on roads. Every week she gone many hotels for money. Some time she arreated. This is very sad thing that this type of staff your have in your company.

                    Hello,

                    I just booked a flight from chennai to delhi in spicejet. I paid around inr 8000 but i received a very worst service and their staff behaviour is very unprofessional and flight got delayed for more that one hour and i paid extra 799 for a particular seat but i received a seat near emergency exit and totally the travel was horrible and i want spicejet to return the money i paid. I dont fell worth paying this much amount for this worst service.

                      Flight no sg 8701 and pnr q698m, flight take off time was 7.20 and we reached 13 mins prior to take off and there was a last shuttle waiting over there and staff boarded me and one of other staff member came and instruct bus to proceed and instruct to other teammate to de board us. They took us outside and told us to take 8.30 flight by paying 32000... As per me this was the business tactics of spicejet.. I am unable to understand the reason to deboard us just to make extra money inspite boarding and last shuttle availability...

                        Hi i have been complaining to spicejet via emails, twitter and their nodal office but there is no one who can help me. I had booked flight tickets from mumbai to udaipur dated 20th november. Along with me my 3 friends had also booked the tickets since we had to attend our friends wedding. All o[censored]s reached at the airport at 2.50 but the ground staff denied the checkin and informed counters are closed as we had to report 2hours prior but i said on an email also it is mentioned 45 mins prior. On asking for their managers the ladies said we are the managers and no one there, we also requested if they can accommodate us in next flight but they straight away denied. We had paid 4000 approx for each ticket and it is not a small amount wherein i couldn’t reach the wedding on time also ending to spend double since we had to reach there. I have been asking them to investigate but they are always replying same thing. Please help me get resolution you are my last hope

                          This is really # service counter was close for chk in and i have to miss my flight.. It was juz a mere delay by 5 minutes.. I have to travell to mumbai from kolkatta flight no. Sg 6425.. Flight departure timing was 6am in morning.. I was late by 5 min i. E 5.20 am.. There was a big queue at baggage check in... No such announcement was made... When i came for chk.in they said counter is close... I told them there was big queue and u have to consider that but the manager miss/ mrs sulanga. Was not ready to help.in any way and was asking again and again to buy new tickets which costed me around 15000... That is really a poor service for customers.. And i request the spice jet committee to look into this seriously.. Waiting for your reply.. When asked for complain copy she gave me page which was tore so that company name shall not be seen..

                            Dear sir/madam, i know my complaint has no value, but to relieve my pain, i am writing this. This surely junked and trashed by spicejet.

                            This morning dec 13 2019 have flight from maa - vtz. I had extra luggage, i went to pay at maa. I was second in q. The 2 of the female employees working there were taking and helping customers who are not in que. As a result i got bit delayed. Went though security and to the gate and gentlemen over there said, boarding closed. They sent requested me to talk to manager. So i went to the same counter and the way my request was handled by the lady working there was horrible. Projected it was my mistake. Then i went to check in counter to find who the manager was. This gentleman name is mr sharan kumar. Explained the situation. With a strong attitude, he didn't care. He did not even bother to explain me what my next steps were. I waited for an hour to get my luggage, some other lady worker took my boarding pass, never returned to me. Finally after an hour, my luggage came, they were asking me for boarding pass which i did not have it. Some how released my luggage. I wanted to get out of the airport. Then security personal did not let me, because spice jet has to sign me off. Then comes the story again. I went to spicejet counter. They wanted me to wait. How long?? I waited for more than half hour and men while i bought an other ticket different airlines. Some how that flight got cancelled for weather reason. But they helped to get out of the airport. What a horrible service by spice jet. Shame on the management and ceo of the spice jet for running such a useless organization, where the treatment given me to was like worse than a slave where slavery not been part of india. I would never buy this such a ruthless customer service airlines in case of emergency too. What if the customer is innocent, can't speak and they are old, they might even get a heart attack or get into panic situation with the nasty customer service of spicejet. What an shameless attitude of mr sharan kumar the ground manager for spice jet at maa.

                            I know this email goes to junk and of no value. But a passenger, i have to complain. Thanks for reading this, if you have come to this line in complaint. Appreciate your time. Please appreciate customer's time too. Today i was traveling for an emergency. No use for me to go tomorrow.

                              My flight sg 6237 got delayed 5 hours. Therefor i had to make extra expense by booking a flight earlier to get my flight in mumbai on time.

                              Spicejet does not want to refund my ticket and also claims me being a no show - which is because i had to book an ealier flight due to their delay!!! - is a reason not to take my refund serious.
                              I am stunned. When the flight is delayed over 2 hours, spicejet needs refund ticket fare + 10, 000 rupies.
                              Also, the compensation has to be paid in cash, bank transfer or travel vourchers, according to the preference of the customer. As i already mentioned, i prefer bank transfer.

                              Now spicejet only offers me of 1000rs.
                              Which is nowhere near the costs of the original ticket and the new ticket i had to buy because of their delay.

                                So i have booked ticket on 7 november and it was return ticket from mumbai to kanpur and kanpur to mumbai on 10 dec to13 dec return. But due to some emergency which we were not aware of like my father got sick and it was sudden. Now few hours ago we are cancelling the ticket but the cancellation charges are too high its a big disappointment. Like ticket charges are 17000 and you are charging for cancellation 14000. Now you tell me what should i do where is profit i'm facing 14000 loss for no reason. Highly disappointed please i request you to look into this matter and do something.

                                    This has reference pnr no - b8y8uc (From kochi to delhi) dated 03.11.2019. The said flight was diverted to jaipur and was delayed. We were forced to stay at jaipur airport till 5.00pm without any alternate arrangements.

                                    Finally your ground staff (Mr. Pandey & mr. Ashish) assured us to refund 50% of the fare and they have written the same on our ticket and stamped. (Attached).

                                    Please arrange refund as promised.

                                    Ticket was booked the ticket through akbar travels.

                                      I booked and cancelled a ticket from an online portal in 30 minutes yesterday, 5 thursday december 2019.
                                      Please explain the "airline charges -₹3000/-" below.
                                      The cancellation details for booking reference number 05129691xxxx

                                      I do not believe that for booking and cancellation the airline, in this case
                                      Spicejet incurred a loss of ₹3000/- if any.

                                        This is to bring to your notice that i along with my family was travelling to mumbai from delhi via spice jet flight no. Sg8169 on the 2nd december 2019. On arrival at the mumbai, my check - in suitcase was missing. This undoubtedly came as a rude shock to me as it had belongings which were important and expensive lehengas, as we were returning from my sisters wedding. I immediately followed the regular procedure and filed a complaint of my missing bag which your airline was unable to locate.
                                        It was appalling that, in an airline of your caliber, a bag should go missing, causing severe inconvenience to me. Despite that, your staff has shown absolutely no cooperation and hardly any follow up has happened. I am absolutely aghast at the laxness and unprofessionalism of your organization.

                                        This has reference to Baggage Irregularity Report No. 81886 submitted / reported yesterday at IGI International Airport after I did not receive one of my laggage after arriving from Jeddah to Delhi in SG-103, PNR -J9RPQS, dated 20.02.2023 at 11.55 PM.

                                        I received only one luggage and reported loss of one. Details of luggage are:
                                        One blue with black strips trolly bag consisting of clothes. As is required the cost of bag shall be ₹4000/- and that of clothes inside ₹15000/-.
