There was a message from vm-rshine on web 13th march saying that your cv is selected for spice jet ground staff for more details call for this number [protected]
I was interested and called for the number and they told there will be online test which i have clear and then pay the amount 2000/- for registration purpose.
And then they told i have been selected for the second round there will be profile verification so they told me to pay 7500/- fees for that and i had paid on 20th march and then they had sent me the mails from [protected]@outlook.com
They had sent me payment slip for 2000/- and profile verification mail and job confirmation mail and now there is no response from them they have switched off the phone.
I am requesting you to help me to get back the amount if possible.

    I booked a flight from kolkata to hyderabad travel date: 24/03/2019.
    Flight number: sg750
    The flight was scheduled at 9:50 am, but the flight actually departed at 4:00 pm. There was more than 6 hours delay in the journey and the customer care was not helpful at all. First, the flight was delayed to 12:50 pm which was informed about 16 hours before the journey. Then the flight kept on getting delayed till 4.
    Some of the delay information was given vis sms/email and there was no one in person to address the issue.

    your text does not correspond to the text of the message regarding the delay:
    By diling the telephone number of the customer service, the passenger is entitled to get full information
    on the compensation and the procedure of the compensation, including the form and full address of the air carrier, which had delayed the flight..

    If such information is absent for the passenger due to fault of the air carrier, the pasenger is entitled to report the incident with the date and supportng documents (eticket, messages from air carrier)
    either to
    (1) DGCA of the Ministry of civil aviation
    (2) customers court
    (3) office of public prosecutor in your city / town
    for an exact legal action, which can be legally expected within 15 days.

    The complaint on the delay of the authority can be submitted by the passenger to the higher ranking prosecutor -
    Chief Public Prosecutor of the stare
    or
    office of Public Prosecutor General
    with the request on the compensation from the government funds.

      Hi,

      I'm yet to receive response to my emails sent to and fro to mail id - [protected]@spicejet.com, [protected]@spicejet.com,
      Cvo. [protected]@nic.in and with no option i have to also register my complaint here to take this further with consumer court and dgca higher authorities.

      First of all i would like to inform that we were 3 passengers travelling on spicejet flight sg-455 from mumbai to goa on 13-feb-2019.
      The sequence of the eventful day at the airport is as follows:

      1. Day 1 12-feb-2019 a day prior to the flight i received an sms flight sg-455 is preponed by 15 mins and to arrive at the airport 2hrs prior, to commence the journey.

      2. Day 2 13-feb-2019 while we friends reached the airport by 12:10 pm at the spicejet counter we were informed flight is cancelled due to operational reasons and can book another flight at own cost. There was no sms or email sent out to passengers and in all 7 passengers were present at the counter similarly complained none o[censored]s received an intimation of flight cancellation. It was my birthday the following day 14-feb-2019 for which we friends had planned the trip and booked the flight a month prior to avoid last minute season rush considering its valentine’s eve, so it’s just not acceptable to take refund for cancellation and book a flight at the rates prevailing on the date of flight. Second, i also had hotel non-refundable confirmed reservation.

      3.in the event we got to know eventually flight sg-488 that was scheduled to depart from mumbai to goa at 11:30 am was cancelled. Since the passengers started shouting at the spicejet counter, situation got out of control and mr. Kaushal vyas who appeared to be the senior member of your team took a call and accommodated all the passengers by cancelling flight sg-455 which was scheduled to depart at 3:40 pm. This was not acceptable by none of the passengers standing at the counter, due to flight sg-488 subsequent flight was impacted putting all o[censored]s in a situation of dilemma.

      4. The assistant at spicejet counter happened to call goair airlines to accommodate all 7 passengers which was scheduled to depart at 10:05 pm in night however the question still remained, who would pay for the prevailing flight and loss of hotel reservation? At which, all the 7 passengers were than accommodated in flight sg-488 and handed over boarding passes and asked to proceed towards security check in and wait at boarding gate no. 21 as informed.

      5. While waiting at the boarding gate no. 21 there was a notification for gate change from 21 to 26 and flight delay estimated to be 4:35 pm. Around 4:00 pm there was no update of goa flight but suddenly ahmedabad flight boarding was announced at gate no. 26. When 100+ goa passengers started shouting on duty team member mr. Brian and ms. Nisha were clueless as to what time goa flight will depart, if at all on 13-feb-2019?

      6.in spite of repeated requests mr. Kaushal vyas refused to step forward in front of the passengers to inform the status of goa flight, brian and nisha repeatedly kept mentioning kaushal is busy and can’t walk up at this time. I fail to understand what other work was more important for mr. Kaushal while 100+ passengers stood there divested since 10:00 am?

      7. There was total mismanagement by spicejet with none of the members taking responsibility of the event nor stepping forward to talk to the passengers.in addition, passengers stood there with no water or snacks / food arrangement by spicejet members. There was no spicejet representative for questions or asking the senior citizens for their health and parents with infants. Spicejet just didn’t bothered to do so. We only got to know later in flight water and food arrangement were made but didn’t reach all the passengers by large since it was not properly communicated / announced by spicejet team members.

      8. Finally after estimated delay from 5:45 pm to 6:35 pm flight sg-488 departed from mumbai to goa with again boarding gate change no. 24. The whole episode was heart breaking while 100+ passengers were compelled to sit at the airport.

      In light of the above factors it was total harassment, wastage of energy and time. Entire day cost of goa hotel costed me handsome amount of money. I need monetary compensation from spicejet for the reasons mentioned above and if the same if not given to me i shall be compelled to take this matter up with dgca higher authorities and if required, the case will be filed at consumer court by myself and other co-passengers.

      How can you show this complaint ticket as resolved when it's not resolved ?
      Dear Hema Mhaiskar,

      In order to get the monetary decision or the responce on the processing of the claim the passenger has to express the complaint with:-

      - pnr

      - message on the delay, if such received,

      - each passenger name and address of the passenger, whom reply must be expected

      - delay length in hours, if 2 or more

      - to state the defined request towards the air carrier or to the travel agent

      - to send the complaint at the site of the air carrier / travel agent

      - to wait 15 days.

      I haven't received response so far from SpiceJet Customer Relationship and I see this ticket shows resolved while it's not.
      I already know for few passengers who raised the grievances with SpiceJet have already been issued travel vouchers with cash compensation to few customers, while rest of the passengers are yet to be paid compensation.
      I'm been following up about this since close to a month now with no much response received from your end.
      DO NOT CLOSE THIS TICKET AS RESOLVED UNLESS IT IS DONE / CONFIRMED BY ME.

        Careless staff, our flight (Sg106) was from madurai to delhi with a lay off at chennai and the staff of spicejet at madurai airport did a mistake that they tagged our bags till chennai only and our luggage was misplaced there at the chennai airport and now i am waiting on delhi airport for my luggage and tge staff is not cooperative my taxi is waiting outside i am facing financial loss as well as my time.
        Kindly do something or compensate me atleast with the taxi fare and revert back..
        in order to get the compensation, the passenger has to produce
        - e-ticket or boarding pass (copy)
        - bag tag (copy)
        - to submit the complaint with the exct figures at the air carrier site .

        Nobody has a duty to exemine a purely unidentified or indefinite complaint and the complaint, which author does not show his or her particulars.

          I had my flight with spice jet yesterday at 7.30pm from bangalore to kolkata.. I reached the gate at 7.15.. I was late as i had some medical emergency after reaching the airport at 6.40,, the ground staff were very rude and dint allow us despite several requests. I had to book tickets with indigo worth 22k. This is completely harrowing. The staff said the flight had departed at 7.20pm. How can a flight depart 10mins before time when all the passengers are not on board? Please arrange for a refund or else i will have to seek the media's help regarding this

          3. Issued barding pass

            I booked my flight for delhi to ahmedabad for 23/3/2019 but spicejet cancel the flight which takes 1:30 hour after that the company provide another flight which take time 7 hour but passenger are sitting at the airport from morning but company is not providing any flight to passenger's they are aged people they are facing problems their rooms are already booked my booking pnr - h8brpp
            Their vehicles are booked their return ticket also booked. Please take attention regarding this

              I have booked ticket from sxr to ixj on 7th feb 2019.the flight got cancelled due to bad weather at sxr airport. Having pnr kfjv4u pax name ghulam rasool sheikh and uzma rasool. One pax Rescuduled flight on 12th feb and we recommend for full refund for other passenger having split pnr k6qsff. But unfortunately I didn't receive refund amount. I used my debit card at reservations counter spicejet.

                This is to inform you that i had a flight from goa to delhi on 20.03.2019 scheduled from 9:30 pm which was later on delayed for one hour & again for 1 hour. My pnr no is s6ly3f.
                I just wanted to know who will be responsible for the inconvenience caused to us due to delay in flight.
                I have so many reviews from people that don't go with such a pathetic airlines & now i had experienced the same.
                Airline had just offered the food to travelers unfortunately we did not received food also.
                I just want to know if just offering the food can compensate inconvenience caused to us.
                There are no norms for the flights in case of delay or there is no compensation by the flight for the victims?

                    I booked air ticket through spicejet flight no. Sg2 (Round trip) colombo to hyderabad for the journey date 26th march 2019 on 26th february on line after paying the amount through my debit card. The amount deducted from my card, however, booking confirmation sms or mail not received to me. I made a complaint on the same day and my complaint no is 03476945. I got mail from customer relationship officer asking some details on 28th february and i replied to her mail on the same day. Still now i have not received any refund mail from spicejet airlines. Kindly sort out the issue and process my refund for the unbooked ticket.

                          We booked our flight no. Sg2934 pnr no. M67s4f from jaisalmer to ahemdabad for 2nd march 2019 at 15.15pm but when we reached airport suddenly on departure gate informed of cancellation due to technical snag, we had train 12844/ad puri express pnr no.[protected] reservation from ahemdabad to vadodara for 2nd march at 18.40pm and stay at regenta inn, ved transcube plaza, central bus terminal opposite to vadodara railway station from march 2nd to 5th march 2019 and booking of a/c deluxe bus from central bus station vadodara to narmada (For viewing statue o[censored]nity tickets for 3rd march 2019) as on 4th march being monday statue o[censored]nity remains closed and on 5th march we had train reservations of shatabdi express from vadodara to ahemdabad and indigo flight 6e735 ahemdabad to bangalore at 20.00pm. Due to our packed programme and helplessness on continuous request we were booked for sg 2982 at 5.00pm from jaisamer to jaipur and jaipur to ahemdabad flight no. Sg2987 at o6.40pm reaching ahemdabad at 08.10pm caused us to sit on airport for 3hrs. Andflying time of 1hour 40mnts. Made us to fly foor 3hrs. 10mnts and that to only to ahemdabad we had to take a taxi from ahemdabad airport costing rs. 2850/- at 21.15pm reaching hotel at 11.45pm on 2nd night caused me too much stress and being both senior citizens fell ill next day and we got wasted our booking of bus tickets and statue o[censored]nity tickets for 3rd march 2019 costing rs. 700/- and bus ticket of rs.700/- tickets of train from ahemdabad to vadodara costing rs. 915.98/- got wasted. Thinking of wasting our time and so much loss we thought it better to cancel our shatabdi tickets of vadodara to ahemdabad for 5th march 2019 so we could make a spend of booking ola taxi dezire rs. 2058/-for statue o[censored]nity both ways and regenta inn, vadodara to ahemdabad airport costing rs.1045/- caused us financial loss, mental agony and physical sickness. I request kindly in your good self that this loss of finance, mental agony and physical sickness could be compensated by rs. 50000/-.
                          My PNR No.ACV3NA. NAME ARUNA KUMAR. I CANCELLED MY AIR TICKET ON 01 Mar 19 citing reason service exigency. So much time passed but my refunded amount not yet credited to my account. This delay shows unhealthy attititude of spicejet airlines. Request expedite.

                              My mother was travelling in flight sg 1215 from shirdi to jaipur - pnr no. :o5ui6v. We had booked 1a for her for extra leg room. When she boarded the flight she was informed that she cant sit on a1 due to her bad knee. I spoke to the crew before the take off on my mothers phone, the crew member malini agreed to allow her to sit behind during take off and landing and then use a1 during the course of the flight. However this was not done either. On top of this the crew was rude to my mother. While booking spice max the meal was included as well. However the crew did not even offer the refereshments to her. The point is the crew behaviour and misconduct. I have reported the issue repeatedly on mail and fb. But polite - we regret the inconvinience is all i got.. I need a refund considering the passanger did not avail the spicemax benefits. But the airline is refusing to address this.

                              1. This is a private site where anyone, who is related to the civil aviation, not the represnetative of the
                              Spice Jet aircarier or of the Indian airport aviation authority or of the Ministry of civil aviation, acn express, what does he or she thinks about a certain public complaint .
                              Generally speaking, the legal complaint shall meet the certain requirements:-

                              1. Correct particulars of the addressee (aircarier).
                              These elements can be taken from the correspondence of the airccarier regarding
                              a) the reservation or
                              b) electronic ticket, issued for the passenger

                              2. Correct partculars of the submiter either
                              a) passenger - a person who holds the confirmed reservation or e-tcket
                              b) Person who has the authorty to represent the passenger
                              the written prove, if any, shall be owned by suh person (relative, mother, father, son, daugter, lawyer, entrusted frind, etc).
                              and his residing address, phone, e-mail,
                              sex

                              3. Brief desription of the facts (events) in chronological order with participating person and details upon and for the thoughts of the passenger

                              4. Argument(s) - this is statement(s) of passenger regarding any exact wrongdealing of the responder

                              5. Request of the passenger :
                              to be expressed in the way of the exact act in favor of passenger and in figurs, if passenger seeks monetary compensation
                              For example, I demand to effect 500 rupees to my account which I had paid the ticket from
                              (or the ather account or cash in in person in the exact place of the public authority - aircarrier).

                              6. Date, Time (email program or email server show it usually), name and signature.

                              7. Passenger is advised to hold the evidences regarding the loss such as:
                              e-ticket,
                              reservation (PNR O5UI6V)
                              receipt for dated SG 1215 flight from Shirdi to Jaipur,
                              explanation of the mother expressed in the way how much pain she had bensuffering and how long time with dates / hours.

                              The aircarrier is obliged to make a decision regarding the complaint not later than in 15 days, if in India, but not later than in 30 days in any country.
                              The delay is a reason to appeal the acts of the aircarrier to the court or to the authority.

                              The Indian law does ot forsee the format of the reply (reponse) of the aircarrier.
                              But from the text of the complaint, it is clear that the represebtative of the air carrier has to state

                              1. Claim of the passenger, along with particulars
                              2. Legal arguments, does the aircarrier admit or the air carrier does not admit the request (claim) of passenger
                              3. decision : which rights are granted or dischareged in favor of passenger by the air carrier
                              4. law, if possible - article of the minutes or power of attorney of the governing body.
                              5. Particulars of the air carrier representative (designation)
                              6. Particulars of the air carrier (registration name, number, address, email, phone or website)

                              So, it is not very difficult to maintain dispute on behalf of the passenger or on behalf of the GDCA in a legal manner in India. As this site mentined earlier, the constant violation in India is delay on the part of the government.
                              The couses of delay are different, but the common are:-
                              - no competence (no education, no training)
                              - no wish to work,
                              - wish to get money for non execution of the performance and wish to give fruent unlawfull orders
                              - careless thoughts regarding length of life

                                I book premeal through spicejet app for flight no. Sg8172 date 14/03/2019. My pnr no. Was m9ie7z. Premeal not provided in flight after talking to crew members they ask they have no information regarding my premeal booking and they said what you need to pay again. Flight timing was 14.35 but flight board on 17.35. So we face lot of difficulty regarding meal

                                  I am student traveling from jaipur to bagdogra via delhi in spicejet. Both my tickets are booked under the same pnr but there is a terminal change. All the other airlines transfer the luggage for connecting flights on their own but for spicejet i am asked to collect my baggage again and recheck in in delhi. How can you guys harass your customers so much.
                                  This is not it. My baggage weight was 15.6 and a spicejet staff at the check in counter in jaipur named mohammed hassin was asking me to pay for it. Like common 0.6 kg extra is something all the other airlines allow. I had to reopen my entire luggage and remove stuff to bring it back to 15kg. Horrible experience in spicejet. Never travelling again in spicejet

                                  They cancelled my flight(v6dbry) and response from website or customer care please give some solution or other wise refund before my flight time.we either options not done i will got police to file a complaint

                                    I had booked a Spice Jet flight from Hyderabad to Bangalore for the 16th of March'19 (PNR No. HD5M6N).
                                    this flight has been cancelled and I received a message stating the same along with a link (http://changes.spicejet.com) and phone numbers[protected]/[protected]). This was given in order to claim a full refund.
                                    After several attempts on the link, I kept getting a message that there was a problem and I should try later. I have been trying this from yesterday and today (14th March'19)
                                    The customer care no.([protected]) is of no help as it always says "your call cannot be completed due to congestion, try again later). The alternate no.([protected]) does not even connect. i do not want a situation whereby because I could not cancel my ticket online, the company uses it as an excuse not to give me a full refund

                                    I wish to be notified by way of e-mail ( [protected]@yahoo.com) on the status of my refund.

                                      I am a student of iit bombay. I am coming from mumbai to attend an important conference at nit silchar. I came from bombay to kolkata by sg490 and it was on the time. But now my next flight is sg3213 from kolkata to silchar. Boarding was done on time at 5.40am on[protected]. Departure time is 6.10 am. But from 6 to now 7.30 am we all passenger are with in the flight. Till now flight is not departed from kolkata. Crews are telling there is a technical problem. They are trying to fix. But my question is why not flight was properly checked before boarding the passengers??? We should give respect of time.!!!
                                      I am trying to contact SpiceJet customer care but they are not receiving the call since morning, I needed travel certificate of SpiceJet Booking of PNR "PDW5HA" traveled on 07 Feb 2019. kindly help.

                                        Respected sir / madam,

                                        As i am a customer of your spice jet airlines had my booking on your flight number sg-754 dated 14/03/2019 vide pnr number aghnme from ahmedabad to guwahati, as we came to know all of sudden that the flight had been cancelled and tried a lot to coordinate with the helpline number but didn't get any response, as we are also getting hareshment for staying here till the time you arranged our tickets on the other flight, further we also had our railway booking from guwahati to dibrugarh on the following day which needs to be cancelled.

                                        We also further had our booking of dibrugarh from guwahati which also needed to cancel.

                                        Kindly arrange the another tickets as on earliest.
