I am writing to you to express my extreme emotional distress that happened to me due to an absolute inconvenient flight with spice jet flight no. 106 dated 23 feb 2019.

Last saturday during my mother's (Ms anitha sanal, 55 years) flight from chennai to delhi she was issued a ticket with seat no. 13a. However, to her surprise while she entered the flight there was no seat numbered as 13a. She had to stand till the time everyone got settled at their respective seats and it was only after that that she was given an assistance. Within this period she had to undergo extreme embarrassment as people passing by gave bad looks because the way was blocked. This was extremely humiliating and the worst of experience one could ever get. Same situation arised while de-boarding as her luggage was placed elsewhere while she was seated somewhere else and had to wait for the entire flight to clear off to get to her luggage.

I would certainly want to understand why all this happened and how and why was she issued a seat no. Which did not exist in the flight at all. I seriously need a relevant explanation for the situation else i would have to go by the legal ways.

Look forward to hearing from the company.

    I am srinivasan (Pnr 1ypijw). Yesterday, i came to chennai form pune with my friend in spice jet sg-929. We have checked in 3 luggage bag. It was locked with spice jet seal and tag. One of that is hardcase (Pelican case) some one opened it in midway between pune to chennai and took the dongle licence key (Pendrive) from that luggage.

    The missing item is a pen drive that is a dongle with licence key. Which used operate the instrument, without that the instrument will not work.

    Kindly help me get back the missing item.

      They charged me for laptop bag.. Claiming that laptop bag and hand baggage has to be 7 kilo.. Which is not so. Please report on this.. They charged 3600 unnecessarily. It's from lilabari airport. Today.. I have travelled so many times through this airlines. Claiming to be companys policy they charged. Please resolve the issue i can send u the photo of receipt i[censored] want.
      I wanted to change my flight ie wanted to reschedule it so i called on the customer services but it kept on saying that there executives are busy on another call for half an hour and which is why i was unable to reschedule and all my money was wasted. Please take strict action against it.

        Spice jet, this airlines is just a nightmare. Only for 5 minutes they can deny your paid booking and don't bother to cooperate at all and forfeit the whole amount. This is their business. This happened to me 2nd time only with spicejet. This is my promise to spice jet, will never book through spicejet as i and my friends are regular travellers.

          I was travelling from bangalore to bagodhra in spice jet the flight is at 12 noon.. I was asked to take a priority seats so that i would be given a extra leg space as my foot was injured a bit, so i paid extra money n purchased the seat as suggested by the staff, but once i boarded the flight i wasn't given the seat which was promised to be given for the extra money i paid
          I spoke to the cabin crew they asked me to write back n email for requesting the refund
          Kindly do the need.
          As i have paid extra money for the seat but i haven't been given the seat.

            Staff for spice jet dated 21-feb-2019 time 8:00 am did not handed over the boarding pass for flight sg-1268 and insisted on that final call for passengers of the flight has already been made. He intentionally stalled me from proceeding to boarding gate. Perimeter of hyderabad airport is not that late that a. Passenger cannot walk pass to gate in 10 minutes.

              Reference – pnr no - n8h7hp – tkt for 6 pax and pnr no –sfu88h – tkt for 5 pax

              The case –
              1) my name is raj kamal sinha and i belong to ahmedabad,
              2) my family had a plan to attained family function at purnea, bihar, which have nearest airport bagdogra. I had three passengers with me having age group of 80 to 90 year, so i was looking for a mid-day, direct flight, which give least inconvenience to super senior citizens.
              3) while going through various sites, it is found that spice jet has schedule a direct flight from ahmedabad to bagdogra (Flying time 2 hr 50 minute), though the cost was little high, in spite of that i have booked the tkt on fallowing basis ;-
              1) as the flying time was very reasonable 2hr. 50 minute, daytime, nonstop, direct flight from ahmedabad to bagdogra,
              2) the departure time from ahmedabad was 7.45 am, reasonably good time for all pax and easy to get taxi. All senior citizen can get ready for the flight with reasonable comfort.
              3) arrival at bagdogra at 10.35 am – very good time of arrival and we can get easy taxi for onward journey for purnea which take about 3.5 hr. So we can reach home by 16 hr. Perfectly for all super senior citizen.
              4) the tkt was take well in advance. I have booked this tkt on 1st january 2019, for my travel date 14th march 2019 (For 6 pax) and 18th march (For five pax)
              5) out of all 11 pax 3 are age group of 85 to 90 year, 3 pax is of age group of 50 to 60 age group and one pax is of 47 age group and other all of 16 to 20 age group.

              Now suddenly on 13th feb 2019, i got a mail from specie jet airline that my above flight is cancelled and i need to contact your office for change of date. I contact your office and requested to change the date as they wish (May be 1 or 2 day preponed or 1 / 2 day postponed), but surprisingly your staff has informed that there is no such flight running on that route. Anyhow after a long discussion (About 46.8 minute) with your customer care person i got another confirmed tkt bearing pnr no - n8h7hp and sfu88h having fallowing details

              1) departure from ahmedabad at 6.05 am - very inconvenient for all super citizen. Mean we have to reach airport by 4 am morning and we have to leave from home by 3 am.
              2) reach delhi 7.45 am at terminal t2...
              3) lay out time at delhi is more than 5.50 hr – which totally inconvenient for all pax, particularly senior citizen.
              4) the next flight is from delhi – t1d terminal at 1.10 pm and will reach bagdogra at 3.10 pm... Mean after that we will reach home by 7.30 pm (Running time from bagdogra to purnea is about 3.50 hr)
              5) so total travel time is more than 12 hr which is highly inconvenient for super citizen as well as other pax.
              Now as citizen of india, i am utilising my right and complaining that

              1) you have listed a flight on all site, which was not existing at all and cheated me/public,
              2) you are illegally taking money from public and utilising the money for a reasonable time.
              3) after utilising money for a reasonable time you just cancelling the flight and not taking any concern of your passengers.

              My demand form your airline:-
              1) transfer arrangement from delhi t2 to t1d terminal for all passengers,
              2) special entry for all passengers at delhi executive lounge,
              3) inconvenience compensation for all super citizen.
              4) inconvenience cost for all passengers.

                I had my flight today at 8pm and checked in at around 6.35 pm. I was available there at gate no 23, from 7.00pm. When i reached 23c at around 7.30pm i was informed by one of your staff member that they called me and messaged me about my flight. But i have shown him that their was not any call or message from his side/spice jet. I am very much dissatisfied with your hospitality towards passengers. I think the boarding was not closed at that time or may be yet to closed, the said staff at that gate might be polite towards me and could helped me on that situation. But he shouted at me and have not taken any action to put me inside the flight. As a research scholar, there is always scarcity of money in our hands. So i think you should modify your service towards passenger and how to deal if the passenger already checked in the airport but not in the flight at the boarding time. Learn some basics from your other contemporary airlines who always performing​ immense professional services towards their customers.

                    I booked my flight from coimbatore to frankfurt. My flight from coimbatore to chennai was spicejet. It was on 13th february. I also bought excess baggage of 15kg from spicejet. I have given my indian mobile number and my email address for communication. They didn’t accept a foreign mobile no. This number i use only when i’m in india. I booked this flight in august. My spicejet flight from coimbatore was scheduled at 5;45 pm. And my connecting flight emirates was scheduled at 9:00 pm.

                    There was spicejet flight shedule change from coimbatore to chennai. I got no mail informatie at all. When i went to airport for the flight of 5:45 pm on 13th february i heard that it’s scheduled at 8:45 pm. It was a great shock. My next flight in chennai was at 9:00 pm.
                    They did not arrange anything alternative. I had to book another flight. And my international baggage what i already bought with spice jet can not carry. I had to pay rs. 10, 686/- at the spot for flight and baggage. It was really a terrible situation to organize everything within few minutes. Very bad treat and respect less attitude.

                    Where can i register my complaints and who can solve this.

                      Last 2 3 week back I had got call from a name call kunal Verma..he 1st said he is calling from spice jet company ..he said u have job opportunity in ground staff and cabin crew..he 1st me took 1500rs from me as registration fees I later took interview from one of his hr ..and said ur selected for interview and have to pay 6500rs for document verification..and later after he called me n said u have to pay 3000rs to get ur Appoitment letter.. But I waited for 15 days I did not get any reply..later I called him he is saying der is no any vacancies now..u have to wait till March.. N u will get it refund amont as 11050rs soon ..But now he is not picking my any calls..his no. Is..[protected]
                      Our flight got delayed for 4 hours. We had a small kid and it was getting difficult for us to handle. It was very sad and frustrating.😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒...
                      I have booked ticket from Mumbai to Patna dated 15-Feb-2019 and selected paid seat 5A but at the time of boarding the seat has changed. My PNR no.is JEMQ6X. I am not happy for this type of services also request you to refund my money which was I paid at the time of web check.

                        I booked a flight from patna to pune for 14th february, 2019 scheduled at 9.55 a. M and was rescheduled without my permission to 2.25 p. M and that to via ahmedabad with a 3.5 hours halt. The flight from patna was also delayed by half an hour. I missed my last date to submit my exam form. Look into this inconvenience of mine. I'm too disappointed with the services provided.

                          It's been 5 days i am sending a mail to [protected]@spicejet.com.
                          Not yet received any reply. Ths itself shows how spice jet is all about.
                          Bad company, staffs with rude behaviour and very very poor service.

                          Pnr no: idijsa, cok to bom. Flight date : 10.02.2019.

                          On 10th feb, we witnessed the rude behaviour and poorest service from spice jet staffs, resulting us to miss our flight.

                          As a result we lost a day's salary, have to pick up a cab for which we paid almost 2000 rupees.

                          We reached very well on time at airport and at the boarding counter. No announcement was made for boarding the flight, rude behaviour, poor response from spice jet statts.

                          No spice jet staff was available anywhere at airport to help us irrespective of repeated requested requests made by us. For baggage labelling, it took almost 25 - 30 minutes. At the boarding counter, it took almost 15-20 minutes to reach the counter. But the counter staff responded very poorly and said you can't go on sg 164 flight.

                          Self with my 2 year old daughter, my wife and mother in law was so disappointed with the rude behaviour which spice jet staff shown to us and
                          No one either bothered to hear us what we were saying.

                          We needed full re-imbursement of the flight ticket.

                          If we not cite any reply from you before eod, we will move to consumer court and sue you like anything..

                            I, my wife and children have been unfairly stranded at the kolkata netaji subhas chandra bose international by denying checking on despite arrive the airport before the required time on the 11th january 2019. Let me outline as concisely as possible:

                            Although the flight was delayed to 8:54 am india time on 11/1/19 as reflected google flight tracker as well as on kolkata airport monitors, the spice jet check-in counter was closed at 7:30 am: 24 minutes before the pre-announced time frame, as confirmed by julia of spicejet.

                            We tried to check in online 24 hours before the departure for flight sg71, but spicejet website denied us online check-in despite providing the pnr numbers: xhbr9e and lmjwjc

                            During our outbound check-in at bangalore airport, we were also denied the boarding passes of our final flight-leg: kolkata-dhaka. Despite our multiple request, we were unable to check in our luggage to the final destination forcing us to pick up the luggage after arriving at blr. While we were aware of the long transit with kids of around 12 hours, we could not have foreseen spicejet’s inability to keep our luggage to lug around all through the night.
                            Despite our daughter’s sudden sickness, we reached the kolkata airport on time and cleared the gate-security screening on time at the international departure entrance. Upon entering, however, we were unable to see any presence of spicejet symbol in the pillar, where other airlines, such as emirates were present. Neither there was any spice jet official to ask.
                            Upon asking around we were sent to all the way opposite direction of the airport, where we were told that the luggage has to be x-ray scanned first. Afterwards, after standing in the long que with two little kids of 4 and 2 years old respectively, we were told the check in counter was closed!
                            After our discussion the official logged in the time as 7:39. Please note again the airport display was still showing the flight was further delayed to 8:54 am.

                            We talked to the spicejet official named julia, and she simply denied us of any help despite mentioning all the above facts. She insisted that we should be present in the airport 6:40 am, having no respect to our time. Not to mention the flight keeps delaying, as we experienced in our previous connections, making us harder to predict when actually the flight is going to leave.

                            The following issues were not directly relevant to the disaster spicejet made, but worth noting nonetheless.

                            Both flights sg658 and sg517 were delayed, where the bangalore to kolkata flight was delayed by a couple hours.

                            In all the instances, we could not sit together during the flight, and we were either given boarding passes splitting in 2 seats and 2 seats together, or 3 and 1 seats in completely different part of the aircraft. Especially in the final leg, when we had to repurchase the ticket conf# eep7sk, both our children had isolated single seats on flight sg76.

                            Despite paying in full beforehand, we were kept waiting for about 15 minutes at the check in counter due to our credit card purchase, which again, gets worsen due to our two small children.

                            To summarize, we as a family had a horrific experience with spicejet’s poor performance with little to no intention from spicejet incompetent officials to help their passengers quickly and promptly.

                              I would like to report an incident in pune airport today where my parents had the most bad experience with the airline. They are not from the city. Due to traffic on road and then the waiting time on airport entry they were delayed in arriving at check in counter. They arrived 5 minutes to closing and staff preferred to argue than to help them. Even after a lot of begging they were no allowed to board. Both my parents are senior citizen one is diabetic and the other one has sever heart issues. My question is when they were travelling from. Airline and the flights were delayed coz of your error. Who compensate them for that delay.. A sorry is not enough. Does the airline take responsibility then. Answer is big no. I am. Do e with the this monopoly of airlines. Then they were asked to rebook the flight again no compensation was offered nor a clear understanding of returning some fare and adjusting g in new tickets were given. They were charged an additional 45k at the airport. Is there no consumer right on this. So the airline can get away with there errors and delay but would not consider adjusting a passenger. If something was to happen to either of my parents with all this stress who would take the responsibility. I would like to take this to social media and also file a consumer complaint against this. I want an answer on refund of flight and adjustment and why was my father asked to pay that hefty amount again.

                                I had been harassed by spicejet employees from last more than 8 hrs.
                                Flight 501, ahmedabad to coimbatore, 11th feb 19 at 5:55 departure, crew member jaykishan collected my hand baggage from me, as there wasn't space in cabin and informed me to collect it from checkin baggage at my destination. But crew member with irresponsibility and carelessly lost my baggage. And no-one is giving proper response from coimbatore spicejet office.
                                This is ridiculous.
                                Kindly find my baggage and deliver it to me as soon as possible.

                                    While we were at the goa airport to board the flight for surat (Sg 3569), we got to know that the flight has been cancelled. No prior information was given to us. Instead of providing us a better workaround, they provided us a flight via hyderabad (Sg 2767) even after requesting for a flight to mumbai which would still have been better. After waiting for almost half a day in hyderabad airport the flight was first rescheduled by 2 hours, then it got rescheduled by one hour more, and still there is no boarding ongoing. A simple one hour journey has took us the entire day. There is no courteous support from the airlines. Waste of money and time.

                                      Sir,

                                      This matters to my travel on 5/2/19 on subjected flight from mangaluru to bengaluru. While the aircraft was on ground and it was very hot passegers including myself complained of air conditioner of aircraft no working and were told that the issue has been taken up with the captain and were later informed that it will soon work.
                                      When the same did not work even after take off, me including other passengers compained to crew members.
                                      On repeated complaint crew member ms amal (Crew memeber) replied that cant we passengers see that she is also sweating.
                                      At this unruly behaviour, i protested and told her that she cant speak to passengers in this fashion as it is there bonafide right to comfort in air. To this she responded by showing her name plate and that i could compain in writting if i want. I told her that i definately will & that i know passeger rights. I even told her that all that was needed was a clear answer if a. C is not working and not answers such as it will work now in few minutes or that she is also suffering due to heat against which she reacted as narrated above.
                                      To my utter shock on landing at bangaluru airport, i was stopped by ground staff and told to explain my misbehaviour towards ms. Amal. On my explaining the entire incidence it was agreed that i was not at fault.
                                      I have thought about this many times in past few days and then have decided to bring this matter to your notice as the humlation caused to me at bangaluru airport for no fault of mine and compalete voilation of rights of crew memeber ms amal in using her position as lady crew member and reporting misbehaviour on my part to captain and for captain to report the same to ground staff without even seeking any explanation from fellow passengers which was done by ground staff has caused deep hurt. I also feel ms amal has misused her position by twisting the facts.
                                      Kindly advice what are my rights as a passenger and how should i be delaing with this situation in future also

                                        Provides wrong timings before booking. While the company is well aware of the changed timings they don't display it on the site. Once you book a ticket... Sms comes stating change in time which are very inconvenient. Flight which is scheduled at 4pm is rescheduled to 1 pm...
                                        You loose your entire day... And if you have a connecting flight, you can imagine how badly your schedule gets affected.
