Respected sir/ madam.
I am dr. Antony stephen raj, i have booked my flight ticket from ahmedabad to chennai on march 16th sg 744 on time 09.40 pm... You spicejet people cancelled the flight but i didn`t get refund and other flight ticket... This was worst thing from spicejet... Kindly contact me immediately, i need a another flight ticket also need full amount refund for your faulty inconvenience...

after i board the plane first of all they didnt give me the food for which i have already paid
and second thing when i ordered the food from ur menu they overcharged for this also.

    Hi,
    The flight i had booked for 14th march, flight no. Sg568 and pnr number: ac7c5a is cancelled. So the website given to rebook a ticket and the customer care number given to contact, both don't work. If as a service provider there is nothing that you can do when a flight is cancelled due to government regulations please just say so.
    I would not like to waste anymore of my time for your incompetencies. Kindly don't give us solutions that are riddled with problems.
    Also i would like a full refund of my ticket amount.

        My self satish kumar and my flight missing flight no. Sg-8480 dated on[protected] at 15:00hrs and message on my registered mobile no. [protected].
        (Dear customer, your flight sg-8480 with pnr n7y2nf, new delhi - patna, departs at[protected]:00.)
        But 1 minute delay to reached at boarding counter at 14:16 hrs first counter from entry side igi terminal-2, new delhi. But spicejet staff misbehave to me. And to say that to meet senior staff, but senior staff direct rejected my boarding and offer to payment extra amount for boarding pass then i told that i will not pay extra amount for booking boarding pass. And expand my extra time 10 minutes on the counter after that spicejet staff directly said me, (You are late and boarding pass booking counter are closed. So please book new ticket for delhi to patna journey).
        Sir why is this issue created with me and your staff.
        So please take action and please contact with me.

            Hey i am not happy with you spice jet i come from surat on that day the flight was late for 45 min now am flying again from hyderabad to surta again our flight is late i woke up very early morning to come to airport i come at 4 am to airpot still now am waiting who will be care for my life i will get ill because of i can't sleep properly and i hade a urgent meeting in surat only and only because of you i have to cancel my meeting what the hel you playing with is and why your flight is always late you people dont care for passengers

              I have not had to use the word 'horrendous' ever while referring to an experience with an airline.

              On 22nd february 2019, upon arriving at the chennai airport, for my flight to delhi (Flight sg 104; confirmation number (Pnr):n5kvky), i realized that i had very little time left to check-in because spice jet had, on a short notice, pre-poned the flight 15 minutes to 645am departure. There was chaos because many passengers, including me, were left flustered and anxious. The airline had informed passengers about this only the previous night late at 830pm by an automated email.

              Panicked and anxious, i tried to get ahead on all queues so as not to miss my flight. Upon boarding the plane, i realized that my phone was not handed back to me (At counter no. 8) after checking for the e-ticket on it. I sought help from the plane crew but very little help came through. I was passed over from one crew member to another. I was then passed over to the airline ground staff (Just outside the plane), who requested me to go back to the plane crew. I begged the plane crew to act and help me out upon which i was told that the phone was not found at counter no. 8. All this while, i was using a fellow passenger's phone to call my mobile hoping that it would be answered. The plane crew did not bother to offer any comfort or assistance and only when i pushed them for advice, i was told i could either de-board the plane to find the phone or write to the airport upon reaching delhi. Could i have expected to receive help over email when i could not receive it in person? I decided to de-board.

              It was already 645am (The new scheduled take off time) when i deboarded and the plane was far from taking off.

              Within 20 minutes of de-boarding the flight, the airline staff (Azarrudeen mohammed j) found the phone at counter 8 and handed over to me.

              I approached the spicejet counter to request a seat on a subsequent flight but was told the two flights were all booked. I spoke to a senior airline official at the airport and i was told the airline did not really plan to fly sooner but wanted to have passengers arrive at the airport sooner owing to vip movement in chennai.

              I had already lost inr 8.5k, what i paid for the flight and had to book another flight on a different airline for 13.5k to still be able to attend an important meeting with a central government official.

              Does it make sense to inform the passengers of a preponement at such a short notice only by email?

              Why create panic and chaos by preponing the flight at short notice and still not be able to meet that time? That is incompetent and unprofessional.

              Is it even sensible and professional to disguise a request to passengers to arrive sooner as a preponement of flight? How the airline handled this is totally immature.

              How did none of the staff at counter no. 8 or adjacent counters heard the phone ringing loud (I made 13 calls on it)?
              Did the staff even actually try to find out if the phone was at counter no. 8? Did they make an honest effort? The phone was eventually found at the same counter.

              I must be compensated the price of the new ticket or be provided a free open ticket!

                This is to complain u that i prateek jain am a frequent traveller with your airways spice jet and was doing the same the last day i. E. On 9th march 2019 from hyderabad to kolkata in flight sg751 hyd-ccu[protected]. My pnr number was mcluhd and seat number was 31c.
                I was carrying an apple laptop in a grey color bag which was kept in the loft where the hand baggages are kept and after the landing at calcutta airport it went missing. I and your air hostess tried to search for it but were unable to get it. After several checking from my end i complained to the airport authority who later told me that i should complain this to the airlines as it went missing from the flight.
                Kindly take this matter into consideration and update me about my device as it carries important documents of mine in it's memory. I being a frequent flier with your airlines should be given privileged service. Please check your cameras inside the flight and make me aware when will i get back my device.
                Looking forward for your quickest positive response.

                  I booked tickets for 2pax on 7 feb which got cancelled due to bad weather having one no. Kfjv4u. 1pax was reseduled for 12feb and 2nd pax we recommended for full refund. I provided bank statement 2tines but till date i didn't received the 2273 rupees iny account but spicejet customer care claimed we initiated and refunded the amount. Please look into the matter.

The amount some of rs.26, 208/ transferred from icici bank a/c to spice jet a/c through travel card - paytm mobile solution. The amount is transferred to spice jet. But the tickets are not confirmed and failure in status. So my debited amount may kindly be debited to my a/c.

                      I booked a spice jet ticket as per the following details:-

                      1. Flight from delhi igi to dubai on 7th march 2019 on sg11 flight.
                      2. Date of travel : 7th march 2019

                      5. Journey : new delhi to london

                      My flight was schedule to depart at 7:45 am from delhi to dubai but departed around 8:30 am with a delay of 45 mins and also the route was changed due to no use of pakistan air space. Due to this delay and increased flight time the flight landed in dubai at 11:20 am dubai time instead of 10:10 am.

                      My connecting flight from dubai to uk (Emirates ek031 was at 12:10 pm) was missed due to this delay. I have to purchase a new ticket from emirates for next flight due to no show for pounds 211 and the harassment i suffered during during the flying time and two of delayed on flight and on dubai airport for my next flight.

                      Please consider this as formal complaint to compensate for the my ticket either for india to dubai or from dubai to uk flight. I would like to know your response asap.

                        It was my first time experience travelling with spice jet internationally, at first i was very impressed by all the facilities provided by them like spice max so i decided to go for it, i had already paid for 5kg extra luggage which costed me 2525INR and an extra 350INR for seat as well to get a comfortable experience, but as soon as it was time to board in the flight, they were waiting with weighing machine to weigh the hand luggage along with the duty free stuff, as a regular traveller of fly dubai and emirates airlines, I have never faced such a problem where they measure duty free stuff and ask 60 dhs for per kg and was said it was my fault for having extra hand luggage which is utter ### cause it’s not the first time I’m traveling. And if spicejet did have this policy to weigh hand luggage along with duty free luggage, they should mention it to the customer while they’re purchasing things at the duty free. Now, after paying for spice max and priority check in and boarding i was still the last one to board the flight and also didn’t get the priority check in, after boarding the flight, in the name of welcome drink they gave a cheap juice and the quality of the food was really bad, which caused me to have food poisoning and there was strand of hair in the packet of tissue and spoons. I mean are you serious?! And the worst of all of it was that after paying twice for the comfortable seating, they gave me a seat near the emergency exit where the head rest was not adjustable and not comfortable at all, I also kindly asked the air hostess to change my seat as i have neck issues, she couldn’t get me another one. It was such a sheer waste of money and time to invest and expect from spice jet airlines. Spice jet is clearly looting and fooling customers in the name of spice max and isn’t lenient with the weight at all so that they can EARN more money by charging for the duty free luggage, it’s not fair what they did and was such a torture to travel with them. Never in my life I’m going to travel with them and would recommend others also to never travel with them as they are clearly intrested in making money but they provide ### services in return. They should provide me a refund for the spice max charges(2525 INR), the seat charges that they took from me(350INR) AND the 135AED that they took in the name of priority check in, boarding, a cheap “welcome drink”, a really bad meal which made me sick along with a beautiful strand of hair stuck in my spoons and tissues. The earlier I get my refund, the better. Flight no SG016

                          I was traveling with my daughter (2 yr old) to visit my Husband in HYD from Kolkata in a spicejet flight SG752 on 7th March. My PNR number is TGD4RX. While purchasing the ticket from Yatra.com adding the infant option was not working for some reason. My husband asked me to take help from the airlines staff while checking in. I as carrying the school ID card but not the actual birth certificate. My daughter was running fever and i was giving her medicine. I have requested the staff (Souvik) to accept the school id and help me with the check in. He was adamant enough to force me purchase a full fare ticket for my daughter since i could not show him the BC. Then I sought help from the Duty manager Laxmi Bhandari, and called my husband too and requested her to speak to him once since the kid was cranky and I need to give her the medicine again. She refused to talk to my husband and asked me to get the new ticket. In spite of agreeing for the same just to know the fare they made me wait for another 15 mins at the counter knowing fully well that i am traveling with an infant with not a good health. I literally plead to them just to know the fare for my daughter's ticket so I can settle the matter and attend to her. Is this the way the airlines staff do the customer service? I want to draw your attention towards this in human behavior that really caused a lot of embarrassment and inconvenience caused to me and my daughter.

                            Spicejet/flt sg-14/dubai-mumbai/31 january, 2019 -

                            I was harassed and charged for 1 kg extra hand baggage (Aed 60/-, about rs.1200/-) under duress using unfair practice just before boarding the aircraft at dubai. Hand baggage was checked just before boarding the aircraft and not at the time of check-in and hence no opportunity was given to reduce the hand baggage and normal practice of airlines to check hand baggage was violated. Check-in baggage allowance was 30 kg and i had only 23 kg check-in baggage. If hand baggage would have been checked at the time of check-in, i could have transferred part of the hand baggage to check-in baggage. Laptop was included in the hand baggage which is generally not included in the hand baggage. No opportunity was provided to check-in extra hand baggage before boarding. Offer of help by a fellow passanger with negligible hand baggage to share part of my hand baggage to reduce the weight of my hand baggage was also not allowed by the airline staff. Other passangers with 2 or more hand baggages weighing more than 7 kg were not charged for hand baggage thereby discriminating between passangers. Airline staff was using their whims and fancies to charge for hand baggage without following any standard policy. Different policy was followed by the same airline during the flight to dubai from mumbai on 16 january, 2019 as same hand baggage which also included laptop was allowed without any additional charge even after checking hand baggage at the time of check-in. Weighing machine used was without calibration certificate and showing more weight than the actual weight.

                            Complaint was registered with airsewa/ministry of civil aviation which was closed in less than one hour without any investigation/redressal of grievance after getting evasive reply from the airline. Complaint was made to dgca also by email which was not acknowledged/answered.

                                  The flight was schedule to depart at 3.15 pm. But departed around 4.30 pm with a delay of one and hours. Because of this we lost the connecting flight to trivandrum from amd.. Since there was no flight that night we had to stay in a hotel paying rs 2500.. We also had to pay to the airlines rs 2400 for a morning fight to trivandram. Spice jet should compensate us for these losses

                                      I, suresh kumar, had travelled on 6th of feb 2019 from bengaluru to ahmedabad in flight number sg927 with pnr jydwxj which had depart time of 19:30 hrs. My check-in baggage wasn't loaded on flight. On reaching ahmedabad when i enquired about, they dint have any answer to it. I filed a baggage irregularity report with the airlines with number 21758 wherein they informed that the baggage is left behind by mistake and it will be loaded in the earliest flight the next day. I was left stranded with no clothes nd important documents. I had to travel to palitana which i around 220 kms from ahmedabad. Even on 7th when i inquired, they dint give my baggage. The manager dint come out to talk. Only the executive who was on the counter said she dint have any idea about it. She called bengaluru office but no response from there. On 8th of feb my cousin sat in front of your spicejet office for 5-6 hrs but manager dint have courtesy to come out and speak. I even raised complaint online with number 03405637 and 03406151, but no callback or resolution of complaint, i had to wear the same pair of clothes which i was wearing on 6th for 3 days. There was hopeless response from your side. I called so many times, repeatedly only to be kept on hold or no response. Very unofficial from your side.
                                      After n number of torture i received by baggage on 8th eveving 19 hrs i. E, 48 hrs, i lost my valuable time, i couldnt attend the function properly nor i could provide the important documents which i hand to give on 7th feb, i regret travelling with spicejet

                                        Online check-in for a flight forces you to select a seat and charges you for it. There is no option to skip this step without selecting a seat. Anyone wanting to check-in online is forced to pay for a seat. This is a highly unethical practice, trying to get more money out of a customer. I have already complained about this in a feedback form and there is no change. I also approached a spicejet counter at the airport, and they were indifferent about it.

                                        Very reluctant to serve meal. Even giving option for braverage NO DRINK was served. Seams that staff wanted to keep it to enjoy at our cost. Such treatment is not expected for priority passengers.
