Flight sg 51 pune to dubai (8pm actual departure time) first got delayed by 3 hours and then passengers are made to sit more than an hour.
No final update received as of now and crew members suggested to deplane the passengers.

This is completely unprofessional and unexpected from such flight partners. Passengers are made to sit without giving proper update or clarity or any sort of refreshments or food. Please take necessary action on the same.
Mari 29.4.19 ki Goa to Delhi (8172) flight hai... Aur flight more then 7 hours delay hai... Jab customer time se ticket Ka paisa pay karta hai to 7 hours ki delay Ka refund kon karega... I want my refund...
My baggage while traveling on Spicejet SG 635 flight from Mumbai to Ahmedabad on 21st April 2019. I have submitted a written complaint to the ground staff at Ahmedabad airport. I was also asked to submit the complaint online.

    I hope airlines clearly understand the importance of time because everyone must. I considered flight timings as i had to attend an important family event. My flight got delayed by 3hours and spicejet guys are informing not even 24 hrs before. So we get stuck and we have no option but to travel by same flight sg 8938 on 28 apr. Kindly take a note of it and inform passengers before hand so they can look for other options and stop exploitation adopt honesty.
    My baggage while traveling on Spicejet SG 635 flight from Mumbai to Ahmedabad on 21st April 2019. I have submitted a written complaint to the ground staff at Ahmedabad airport. I was also asked to submit the complaint online.

      I was travelling from ahmedabad to srinagar via delhi on 23rd apr 2019.
      Everything was nice in the beginning but after a while 1 air hostesses started to shout at a old lady beacuse she was clicking pictures of the surroundings. And literally forced her to delete the photos from the phone. (Even tried to snatch the phone).
      Look towards your staff.

      You complaint does not show the status of the passenger - e-ticket and / or bording pass.

      The complant shall demonstrate the violation of the private right. You did not explain, how the interrations o[censored]nidentified old lady and unidentified stewardess affceted your persona right.

        I was travelling to kolkata from dubai via delhi. When i reach the airport the flight was delay for 1 hr.
        Departure time:10.45 pm
        Then delay 1 hr to 11.45 pm
        Again 12.20 am
        And finally 01.00 am
        This the regular delay in spice jet. They are just playing with customers time and money.
        Because of this delay many passenger are not able to catch their connection ting flight.
        When the passenger asking how spice jet can help then, they straight away say we are not responsible.
        I prefer to pay twice fare but never i will chose spice jet.
        Because of this i loose money and delay around 20 hrs to reach my home.

        The other unknown customers and the other unknown "regular" delays
        do not affect your privite rights.

        Each air carrier delays their flight time tio time for 1 minute or more.

        The Indian standards regarding the delay govern the mandatory requremnets of the air carrier towards the additional service, if the lenghth of the delay 2 hours or more.

        If the result of the particular delay (even of 1 minute ) was a particular loss of money, it is more than rupees 500 in practice, you are intitled on the compensation, if you know the rules.
        If you do not, you can hire the legal professional in order to demand the compensation via the nearest court or voa the other authority in India or overseas.

        Finally, nobody agrees to pay twice, as you have emotionally suggested.

          Aa. online booking at your site do not have booking data after receing payment?? — just false statement
          Bb. Payment transferred as per your instruction online (Not manual) hence you must give ticket or compensation equal to current market rate of the same date and sector.
          Cc do not accept any delay in refund or ticket as your system or people are only responsible. For the debacle

            Our pnr number is kyp66g. We were supposed to fly from madurai to hyderabad yesterday (22nd) at 1640 hrs. When we reached the airport, we were informed that the spicejet flight for 22 april is cancelled whereas the flight-information-display-screen showed that the flight was delayed and would start around 1745 hrs. Even after our continued insistence that the flight is delayed and we can wait, the spicejet check-in team repeatedly said they had information that the flight is cancelled. After trying to shift us to another flight for 22nd (Yesterday) and failing, the check-in team rebooked for 23rd (Today) and promised that we would get a voucher for future travel because it was spicejet's fault.

            We checked the flight status today and we find that the spicejet flight from madurai to hyderabad had travelled yesterday (22nd) with a delay. We planned this travel and booked this ticket on 8th feb, 2019 two months in advance. How could they make us (With a kid) lose one whole day of our job and pay, make us unnecessarily stay back, find a place to stay etc.; by lying about the flight status. A pointless voucher wouldn't help us in any way and cannot possibly help us explain our leave of absence in our job.

            We have already raised a phone complaint with the customer care associate neha, who informed us now that the flight was overbooked yesterday and hence we were transferred to today's flight. This was completely without our knowledge. Nobody in that entire check-in team even breathed a word about an overbooked flight. We have sent an email and awaiting response from the team.

            In order to verify facts and in order to trust some one, the basic evidences shall be accessable.
            - PNR KYP66G was not issued at this site.
            - this site did not issue neither the ticket nor the 22 April cancellation notice.

            If the author is ready to spend from Rs 8'000 for the civil process before the court, please go ahead!
            Otherwise, to forget about the undisclosed amount is better for the nerve system.

            The last effective date for complaining against the act of the Jet Airways carrier is 27 April 2019.

              Pnr jdqrxa, date of journey was 30/03/2019 and on arrival at destination airport check in baggage was lost, report was created by illiterate spicejet authorities who didnt even knew spelling of purple exactly. Wrote many emails and tried contacting many times but no satisfactory reply was received and finally today they declared baggage as lost and offered refund amount of 3000 as 15kg*200rs. How can they even calculate the material kept inside by just weight of checkin baggage? I have lost item for more then 60-70k. And they are offering just compensation of 3000rs. Pathetic. Kindly boycott such airline as it is having maximum number of misplaced baggage. They dont even treat you properly.

              The submission of more than 2 complaints to the same addressee is a sign that complaint is not submitted by a legal professonal.
              The submission of multiple complaints on the same subject matter to the same addressee within 10 days can be counted as an administartive offence (spam) in India.

              Follwing 27 April 2017 all complaints towards the Spice Jet Airlines carrier will be ineffective.

              The Spice Jet Airlines air carrier does not participate at this site.

                I received a mail heading spicejetjobs at 10:34 am 24/04/2019 mentioning that i am being selected so i need to go and appear an interview at gurgaun, vihar phase iv for which i have been asked to deposit a security of rs. 9950/- it happen to me that i believed and was thinking to book the ticket and fly there for an interview but luckily i search in the web and found it is fake.

                    3. Checked-in Baggage Allowance: For Domestic travel, SpiceJet provides free baggage allowance of 15 Kgs per passenger as checked-in baggage. In case of International travel, Baggage allowance of 20 Kg
                    (30 Kg in case passenger is travelling to/from Colombo, Kabul, Dubai, Muscat, Hongkong, Jeddah ) is allowed. However, from Jeddah to India, the luggage allowance is 30 kgs of check-in baggage and 5 liters of
                    Zam Zam water. Baggage allowance for MLE-TRV is 25 Kgs.
                    4. For passengers travelling on SpiceJet domestic sector to SpiceJet international sector or vice versa, the free baggage allowance and cabin baggage allowance of International sector will be applicable. Passenger
                    travelling on SpiceJet domestic Sector and having connection on another airline to/from an international destination, are allowed Free Baggage Allowance of 15 Kgs per passenger per flight. (W.e.f 4th Nov, 2014)
                    Check-In:
                    5. Domestic: Airport check-in counters will open two hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Passengers are encouraged to report at the Airport between 1-2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Checkin
                    counters for all our flights will close 45 minutes prior to departure. International: Airport check-in counters will open 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Check-in counters for all flights will close 60
                    minutes (75 minutes in case of Dubai and Kabul) prior to departure.
                    Failure to do so can result in your booking being cancelled and the f are retained. Web check-in facility is available on www.spicejet.com, for all flights originating from India only, but is not available for Group
                    Bookings, Defense Bookings, Student Bookings, Infant Bookings and flights originating from Srinagar, Jammu.
                    6. Boarding gate closes 20 minutes ( 45 minutes in case of Kabul and 25 minutes in case of other international travel ) prior to scheduled departure time and failure to board within the stipulated time can result
                    in denied boarding with fare retained.
                    7. Passengers doing web check-in shall be responsible for ensuring their hand-baggage meets the physical dimension limits the weight limits, and must pay for excess cabin baggage (if any) at the airport check-in
                    counter. There will be random checks at boarding gates for hand baggage size and weight, and if found oversized or overweight, INR 400/ Kg (effective from 22nd June, 2018) will be chargeable, and additionally
                    the bag may be taken from the passenger to be placed in the hold.
                    Payment by foreign credit cards:
                    8. For all foreign (Non-Indian) credit / debit card payments, the card must be produced for physical verification at the airport check-in counter if the passenger is the cardholder. Incase the cardholder is not traveling,
                    it is mandatory for the passenger to furnish to the airport check-in staff a physical copy of the front side of credit / debit card duly authorized by the cardholder, along with cardholder's valid proof of identification. In
                    the absence of such credit / debit card or copy and/or identity mismatch, we will be constrained to refuse the boarding. You may however pay through acceptable alternate mode of payment at the time of check-in
                    and continue your journey.
                    Cancellations and Rescheduling Initiated by Passengers:
                    9. Changes/cancellation in the bookings can be made only up to 2 hour prior to scheduled departure time ( 4 hours in case of international travel ) upon payment of a change/cancellation fee (amount depends on
                    the type of far e purchased, as advised at the time of booking) along with difference in fare, if applicable. All promo/sale fares are restrictive fares and are refundable (only statutory taxes). Certain promo/sale fares
                    do not permit changes to the flight. Please check restrictions on the fare while booking
                    Passenger Handling during Flight Delays, Cancellations, and Missed Connections:
                    10. SpiceJet does not connect to other carriers; therefore, SpiceJet is not responsible for any losses incurred by the passengers while trying to connect to or from other carriers. SpiceJet will not be liable in any way
                    for delays/ cancellations/ diversions whether due to bad weather, government regulation or for instances beyond SpiceJet's control. SpiceJet reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel or delay the
                    commencement or continuance of the flight or to alter the stopping place or to deviate from the route of the journey or to change the type of aircraft in use without thereby incurring any liability in damages or
                    otherwise to the passenger or any other person on any ground whatsoever. SpiceJet also reserves to itself the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit to travel or who in the opinion of SpiceJet
                    may constitute risks to the aircraft or to the Customers on board. For denied boarding, delays and cancellation the Civil Aviation Requirements under section 3 - Air Transport, Series 'M' Part IV, Issue I, dated
                    August 1, 2016 shall be applicable. Please refer to the Terms of Carriage at http://www.spicejet.com/tnc.aspx for details. We strongly recommend passengers to provide correct phone number and email
                    address to enable us to inform of flight delays or cancellations in unforeseen conditions.
                    Additional Terms and Conditions
                    11. Excess baggage charges will be payable for carriage of baggage over the free baggage allowance limits. Excess baggage can also be pre-booked (at discounted rates) up to 6 hours prior to scheduled departure
                    time of the flight on www.spicejet.com, by calling at our Reservations +[protected], +[protected] or at our airport ticketing counters.
                    12. Revised Free Excess Baggage and Excess Baggage Charges for international sector(s) is applicable on booking made on or after 10thJuly, 2014.
                    13. We strongly recommend that all valuables (e.g. camera, jewellery, cash, electronics, perishables items, etc.) and medication shall be carried in cabin baggage only. SpiceJet assumes no responsibility for any
                    pilferage/ damage to valuables incase they are carried in check-in baggage and the passenger shall be doing so at their sole risk and consequences.
                    14. Passengers travelling to UAE/Oman from India for employment/tourist purposes shall be requiring an "OK TO BOARD" comment in the PNR. Kindly get in touch with your visa issuing agency for the same.
                    15. All Foreign Nationals/ Non-Resident Indians are mandatorily required to carry their Passport with valid visa for their travel.
                    16. Name changes are not permitted on your booking. Please ensure that passenger's booking name matches with proof of identification.
                    17. Any booking made using special fares/ promo codes/ discount coupons etc. shall be subject to terms and conditions of respective promotion in addition to the general Terms of Carriage.
                    18. Passengers requiring wheelchair assistance, stretcher, or passenger travelling with infants and unaccompanied minors are requested to book in advance since the facility for these special service requests are

                      I have booked my flight from dubai to jaipur for 12th april 2019. First of all my flight was delayed by 2 hrs. After landing i went to collect my luggage, after waiting for 2 hrs i came to know my luggage is still in dubai. No one came and informed us that your luggage has not been loaded from dubai. After follwing up with various authorities i got my luggage after 4 days on 16th april 2019. I had to travel all the way from jodhpur to ajmer to collect my luggage as spicejet clearly told we cant deliver on 15th. I went to jodhpur only for 2 days but because of this mess i had to change my itinerary. I had to do all the shopping again which i have done in dubai to attend marriage. The behaviour of spicejet staff at jaipur airport was unacceptable. I want complete refund of my ticket and the shopping i have done worth of inr 50000.

                        Such type of the complaints can be resolved in favour of passanger never as there are no documents and payments seen:-

                        1. Name, address, contact of the pasenger,
                        2. Ticket for each passnger or the payment document for each e-ticket
                        3. Notification of rescheduling or new PNR or time of the delay,
                        4. Payment for the legal assiastance in complaining with the authority /court .

                        The cost of the legal asitance for the complaing procedure starts from EUR USD120 or Rs 8000
                        before the authority / court in the state of India.

                          I booked a flight for 6:10 am on 21st april, 2019 from hyderabad to mangalore via bangalore. I payed rs.9, 046 for 2 passengers through netbanking from hdfc bank. The transaction got processed and i received the confirmation message from my bank about the transfer of money. However, i didn't receive any booking confirmation or booking number or e-ticket from the airlines.

                          I waited for a couple of hours and tried contacting their customer service, i was made to wait for a long time, yet call wasn’t attended. I mailed their customer service id, there is no reply for my e-mail even after 24 hrs.

                          I called the customer care today again but the same issue, no one attends the call, only the voice over saying ‘all customer care executives are busy’ gets played.

                          This doesn't seemed to be an isolated instance. I saw few other customers complaining of the same issue.

                            Social media are useless in the matters related to the claim of the individual passenger.
                            If you want money, you are invited to be introduced with th ebsic requrements and
                            to submit the complaint or a law suite against Jet airways carrier not later than 27 April 2019.

                              The spicejet airlines is probably the worst. They love using words like "technical snag" so that they don't have to give any details or any assurance of proper arrangements. They do not even have the courtesy to apologise or even look at us customers when speaking. For them it seems that it is very usual and pretty common. Never boarding one again.

                                We are very disappointed with the spicejet staff behavior of pune airport. Me and my wife travelling from pune to cochin. On our way to airport we met with an accident and due to that we reported 40 minutes before the boarding time. I am not much aware about web-checkin process.

                                The supervisor lady on check-in counter didn't supported us in any means and she escalated to a spice jet goon. He is coming to fight with us instead of supporting us or giving any other options.

                                  The luggage I had was so damaged. What kind of service is this? I want solution for this . This is not just any incident. This is ridiculous. I want some resolution ASAP. I have attached the pictures of the damaged belongings. This just disappointing, how can the staffs of an airlines likes this can be so casual. You ripped my trolley, I had to face so many problems in the airport. Things were coming out, lost few things too. What kind of service is this suppose to be. If this isn't resolved, I think I won't ever be travelling with spice Jet.
                                  Fix this problem ASAP. No wonder indigo thrives more than you in the airline business, should have listened to my friend, this wouldn't have happened otherwise.

                                    Was charged 400 rs per kg for excess hand baggage since hand baggage included laptop bag n food carried that was yo be consumed during the layover.
                                    You can't carry sweets n other eatables because the aircraft cannot take that weight, but you can buy triple or even five times the weight of sweetmeats after check in from the airport stores. The aircraft can carry that extra luggage!!!
                                    This was while flying from coimbatore to pune with a 2.5 hr layover in bangalore.

                                      I am raising this complain of behalf of my relative dr palash bandyopadhyay and family. They have purchased a spicejet ticket for 19th of feb from kolkata to silchar. Flight no: sg 3213 (Pnr no: ebvumd). Departure time was: 6:10 am. Another pnr number was: yyhu9j.

                                      Total there were 3 tickets. Seat and meals were pre-booked. Seat no were seat 2a, 2b and 3a. After reaching the counter well before time, there boarding pass were not issued. On duty spicejet staffs were antara saha and souvik samaddar. It was requested to them to issue the boarding pass but to all due surprise it was observed, tickets are being sold out and boarding pass were never issues.

                                      It was a must go for them to attend an event. Ultimately they need to purchase on spot ticket with different airlines with a very huge price. And still they did not manage any silchar ticket directly. The family need to travel to silchar via guwahati. And bared a loss of almost 35, 000 rs for this.

                                      This is nothing but sheer negligence in duty with financial fraud. How come an airlines sell my prebooked tickets and seats. Strict investigation is required and i am claiming for the whole amount which i have lost due to negligence from spice jet staffs.

                                      If required you can check cc tv footage of that day for the incidence. My ticket copy is attached.

                                        I booked a spicejet flight sg745 from kochin to bangalore for 21st april 6.15am on 5th april. And they didn't inform me that they had cancelled this flight and i came to know this only on 20th april when i tried to do webcheckin. Now on this last min i had to pay 3times fare to book another flight (Air asia). Actually this calls for a compensation as its mistake of spicejet team who failed to informed traveller and caused this extra loss.
